I bet only the most famous game

Lazio vs Bayer Leverkusen  : Draw

Man United (Win) vs Club Brugge

Valencia   vs AS Monaco (win)

For other game, i bet all over 1,5
Monaco will lose they not have good squad after james rodiquez go to madrid and falcao now in chelsea they no have star player. Valencia has buy many good player in this season. So i think valencia will beat monaco and valencia will play on champion league group stage

Yeah agree on that, even with falcao and james they'd probably still find it tricky vs a solid spanish team like valencia.
762  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hufflepuff Making 2k BTC On PrimeDice Nov 2014. March 2015 Update: He Cheated on: August 09, 2015, 08:39:33 AM
Im sticking with the theory the PD team went on tilt a little if i remember right it was hufflepuff who called it quits. Makes you wonder what made hufflepuff stop at all?

Also why did he make it so obvious using 1 account to win 2k in btc?

766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OPENBAZAAR please save us, look at my current situation with EBAY. on: August 08, 2015, 01:09:36 PM
instead of looking for someone advice. Why not just read some thing
about the trademark infringement .. because i dont think there are a lawyer who can give you advice here..
why not help your self use google search for the word trademark infringement..
here some link http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/is-it-trademark-infringement

I can read up and will its just im not sure i'd trust my own judgement vs someone whos has been looking into this kinda thing for years.  As far as i can tell so far nobody actually knows the answer.
767  Economy / Gambling / Re: Qualification champions league round 4 on: August 08, 2015, 09:58:17 AM
Give support to your favorite team and share your prediction
Astana vs APOEL
Skenderbeu vs Dinamo Zagreb
Celtic vs Malmo
Basel vs Maccabi Tel-Aviv
BATE Borisov vs Partizan Belgrade
Lazio vs Bayer Leverkusen
Man United vs Club Brugge
Sporting CP vs CSKA Moskow
Rapid Wina vs Shakhtar Donetsk
Valencia vs AS Monaco
I give my support to valencia road to next round champion league

Make sure you dont bet against big rich sides like man united who have probably already paid off the other team to 100% guarantee they qualify.  Being in the champions league is way too important to risk missing out.
768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OPENBAZAAR please save us, look at my current situation with EBAY. on: August 08, 2015, 06:57:15 AM
I'm no lawyer, but I'll give you what I know about trademarks. I don't know what the laws are in the EU, but you can't just trademark words (or I could just trademark ASS or what ever I want). It has to be something unique and different. Hakuna Matata is a Swahili phrase according to Wiki
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hakuna_matata
IBM or Microsoft are words that are unique. Hakuna Matata doesn't look unique. They would have a hard time winning in court in my opinion (remember, I'm no lawyer). I don't think they would get much unless they can show you damaged them in some way.

You might want to bring up with them that they can lose their trademark because what they have can't be trademarked and you'll let the trademark office know.

OK thanks very much for that so far im struggling to find much help but that makes sense what you said and gives me extra confidence.

If you check out their links they provided they are showing they do actually have hakuna matata trademarked?

Yeah, but his problem isn't with eBay.
It's with the person/company claiming "trademark" infringement.

@OP I think you should seek legal advice on the matter.

Yeah thats what i want to do but have no clue how to go about it.  Is there anyone online i could contact?

edit: btw i think the vero system was made by ebay
770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / OPENBAZAAR please save us, look at my current situation with EBAY. on: August 07, 2015, 02:35:54 PM
I posted my current selling situation with ebay up in the legal advice section of reddit, i actually need some legal advice so i'm blatantly asking people here who have reddit accounts to thumbs up my post below #1, hoping someone can help.

https://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvice/comments/3g3ur2/ebay_vero_copyright_law_listing_removed_due_to/

#2 check out my current situation with ebay, totally crazy, cant wait for openbazaar.  If you know anything about how i stand legally that would be great.

If anyone wants me to post the story up here thats no problem its just all in that reddit post and reddit is a trusted link. Smiley

771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks were supposed to be frightened of Bitcoin on: August 07, 2015, 12:06:44 PM

Banks were frightened of bitcoin more at first and they still are, its just now they mostly are seeing they cant win as such so better just to join in or copy.

773  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hufflepuff Making 2k BTC On PrimeDice Nov 2014. March 2015 Update: He Cheated on: August 07, 2015, 11:56:06 AM

When the situation was going down huff was moving bitcoin in and then withdrawing some back out, think it was like deposit 100 BTC withdraw when he hit 200 BTC wait 30 mins and start again.  The PD team probably were expecting him to go on a bad run at some point then all of a sudden they are down 700-800 btc and thinking WTF.  At that point perhaps their judgement went and they decided to "gamble" with him as he continued in the hope things would turn around.
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who are the next adopters? on: August 07, 2015, 11:52:04 AM

Brazil and south american markets maybe, numbers are showing growth and they have a need for solid currency.

776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK banks' innovation render bitcoin pointless (?) on: August 05, 2015, 02:10:38 PM
UK banks now enable, with most recent IOS apps:
- moving money from bank to bank effectively instantly (no fees).
- move money to a mobile number, using Paym, bank - > mobile number www.paym.co.uk  (I think no fees)
- enable Apple pay sync (no fees)

I find it very hard to see how bitcoin can become further adopted in the UK given these and other advances. Moloch has rumbled, Moloch has delivered. Anyone disagree?

Centralization is doomed long term, in the shorter term perhaps apple will make a few more billion sure.  Most UK banks are very interested in bitcoin tech remember.
777  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Games Player vs Player on: August 04, 2015, 11:33:42 AM
Hello all,

It's been awhile since I've posted anything here.

I am now working on 2 separate PvP projects.

One of them is purely skills based (still in initial development stages) and the other one is 80% Chance & 20% Skill.

The second one is based on the Russian Roulette with some key variations.

What do you think of such theme, for PvP game?

Cheers,

If there is some level of skill thats a bonus, if you can make agar.io for bitcoin gambling.  There is an open source version available so i hear so it would just be a case of making a log in and gambling system around it.
778  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Missed MtGox Claim because forgot password on: August 03, 2015, 07:52:54 PM
So I missed the MtGox claim because I forgot the password I used. I tried their forgot password function but it never worked. Emailed support never got a reply. However today on Aug 1st, I finally logged in after trying different password combinations. MtGox said I have about 10BTC and $1500, I tried to click the claim button but I think it's not letting me. What should I do now or am I out of luck?

Better start with kraken as they will likely provide a better support service.  After that go direct. Dont know what chances you'll have though.  I hope i got my claim all correct first time : /.

Good luck.
779  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Future of BTC Poker on: August 03, 2015, 07:50:38 PM
Most likely they do not want to deal with bitcoin or a skin would have been made already. Must be protecting what they have from all being taken out in a sweep the rug movement.

Things keep going this rate poker online will die a slow death.

I'm sorry what are you saying?
I was not suggesting that Ipoker would "adopt" btc poker rooms. I don't even think that works that way. I was saying that betcoing.ag, swc, luckyflop, etc etc, and all those small btc poker rooms could create a common poker network like Ipoker, so all the few players they have would then become a "decent" number of players, and we would all win with that.

I suspect most of the players playing on betcoin.ag, swc, luckyflop etc.....etc.......are all the same group of players.

In other words, if you see 200 players on betcoin, 200 on swc, and 200 on luckyflop........dont be mistaken thinking there are 600 unique people playing btc poker.  More likely its the same core group of 200 playing with an account on each site.

It's not entirely like that. For now I only have an account on betcoin.ag and swcpoker, and there is a big difference in both houses. I login on both and I can multitable from time to time on betcoin.ag, although in different blinds which is not the same thing (because of bankroll management and variance, like things can be good on all 3 micro stakes, and some bad luck on the mid stake table would ruin the session), and the max I can do if I'm lucky is to be in 4 tables at once, but I can't do that in swcpoker, it has much less players at the table.

I would play on both of them at the same time if I could since I can't get the desirable amount of tables in just one house but even like that I can't quite play the way I like, so I don't think that all the base players are the same.

Making all the sites on 1 network would be so much better for multi tabling.  With all the sites operating slightly different it makes it a challenge to play multiple sites at the same time.  End result is less games, less rake for sites also.
780  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How do you know if you've been tagged by a referral code? on: August 03, 2015, 05:02:35 PM
Is there a way to know if someone is getting paid referrals off my bitcoin-relate actions.

I know we can see when a link is a referral link, but how do I know if I've clicked on a referral link and my activity is paying someone money? Think of all the gambling or faucet sites you've clicked on, who's making money off of you? Who are you making money off of?

If we all have referrals and we've all been referred, we could all make money if we all got active - if you're a subscriber to a gambling site, a faucet, or a dice game...get active...maybe we'll all get some nice referral pay as a result!

There needs to be a reason for a site to provide such data.  Like with rakeback in poker for example people who sign up under affiliates have a reason to know what they earnt in comission.  If people found out affiliates made a killing off their sign ups that might put off some people from clicking on links.
