The distributed approach is clearly superior:

(Art copyright Markiplier's brother)

Quadruple your pleasure! 🦊
If I may just mind your business for a permitted time @Foxpup @fillippone or you could as well see this post off your thread at will,

I would say, I’ve had to look at that image severally as a guest upon first sight and can’t help myself but feel a gravitating pull at the leg region, right from the kneecap down to the digits of her feet. There is definitely more to this piece and you need to be out of your human coating to feel it.
762  Other / Meta / Re: how to know how many members have badges? on: October 26, 2023, 09:50:58 PM
Negligible as it may seem,
I have the feeling that, it’s a honor indeed for the few who are honored with these badges won from a contest, art or pizza, quizzes or what have you on the forum. I hope they don speak for themselves but then, it serves a motivating factor for the few that takes these contest seriously else, why have periodic organizations of these events.

Some don’t even come with incentives, maybe it’s just for the fun of the event but these badges alone or having yo wear it for a year means something and counts for that period through history on the forum.

Self printed once doesn’t make much sense but, being honored by the community definitely makes the badge worth the time you would wear it.

I wouldn’t border myself over this or who wears what but, it would honor me to have one of these unique once from the forum. Think of pizza and think of fillippone’s badge, that’s selling the name!
763  Other / Archival / Re: Self moderated topics should not be allowed in reputation board! on: October 26, 2023, 09:41:14 PM
With my little knowledge, I believe the reason for a self-moderated topic is to keep the conversation in line with what's being discussed, and the OP of the topic becomes the judge for the thread and can be the one to decide what's in topic and off topic. It's best to avoid such a thread if you feel that our comment won't be appreciated and will get deleted at the end of the day.

If your talking about avoiding making comments on a self moderated thread for the purpose that, it might be censored, deleted or made irrelevant due to the fact that, it isn’t welcomed then, you might as well be doing something wrong yourself.

I don’t disagree with the OP on the fact that, self moderation could lead to censorship on a discussion but, in cases where your views or vital points as relevant to the case being discussed isn’t being allowed to exist, you could always create a thread of your own. Knowing that, your deleted post isn’t completely off the forum, you could quote it either from the pm you would receive on post deletion and even from the ninjanistic space as well.

It’s not a first time I’m seeing a thread trying to arise self moderation on some threads but I’ll say, certain system has its flaws and the forum remains one that isn’t very susceptible to changes and we might continue to manage what we can still. While, leveraging other means for coexistence.
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: October 25, 2023, 09:46:11 PM
PSG and Manchester City played really great today, they really deserved to win their respective games. Doubtful PSG managed to silence their critics with a 3-0 win at home today, so I hope they are starting to realize that PSG's battle is not over yet.
I was greatly disappointed with the performance of Newcastle United when they faced Dortmund today. Newcastle that was yet to lose to a German side just spoilt that record and with a bad performance. After they displaced PSG, I felt Dortmund would have been an easy game for them but, the German side held them to a stand still.
Yeah, they had some balls that came off the cross bar but, they could had some good chance to have easily converted a goal.
765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe I should have taken this risk earlier. on: October 24, 2023, 09:32:37 PM
I didn't plan to do anything with the money I saved for my education but recently the price of bitcoin has increased by about 10 thousand dollars and seeing this increase I think that I should invest in bitcoin now instead of leaving the money in the bank for these four to five months. Although I think it's a bit late for me to invest. Maybe I should have invested when Bitcoin was 26 thousand dollars then maybe I could have made a good profit at this point but there is no point in regretting what I didn't do Of course I will think about the present now. I think the price of bitcoin can cross 40 thousand dollars so investing in bitcoin now will not be a wrong decision for me at all.
Having yo make a mistake isn’t always the problem, the problem is always in what you’ve got yo learn from that mistake after you’ve made them.

While not having to have invested in Bitcoin when the price was somewhere around $26k and having to invest now than holding back would be a much better thing to do,
I’ll also like to recount that the rule to investing has always been,

Not having to invest more than you can afford to loose.

You’ve already stated out the fact that, this fund is needed for your education in 3-4months, the price of bitcoin has got no guarantee to it and as such, it could turn at any side and at anytime. I’ll say you should think your decision through properly.
766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The PATRIOT Act comes to cryptocurrency on: October 24, 2023, 09:20:42 PM
It is clear the US government want the only way to use bitcoin to be through fully KYCed centralized exchanges. They are trying their hardest to absorb bitcoin in to the existing fiat system and surveillance state, and destroy the very thing that bitcoin is.

What can you do about it? Get your coins off of any centralized exchange and in to your own wallet. Close your KYCed accounts and refuse to ever complete KYC again. Use privacy tools. Anonymize your coins. Refuse to use any service or product which treats bitcoin as non-fungible and discriminates against or censors certain coins. Bitcoin was not made to become an off-shoot of the fiat system, to be another tool by which the government can can surveil, censor, and control. And if you happen to live in the US, start contacting your representatives about this draconian piece of legislation.
Surely that’s a Draconian policy but by some means, the centralized exchanges have got a place in the cryptospace. Not just about there ease of operation but, these exchanges bridge the gap and resolve a simple issue of trust between both parties in a p2p trade with them serving as escrow. They also ensure you remain anonymous to the other party in a p2p trade but, not to them if I must make that clear.

There need to exists within a jurisdiction places them under certain laws which demands compliance at all level and as much as that is bad for business in the cryptospace, it’s something really useful to the government. I’m the absences of proper subsidiaries, it’s hard not to use.
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: October 21, 2023, 06:08:29 PM
Arsenal played too much ball so it was easy for Chelsea players to take it and apart from that Arsenal relied too much on scoring goals in the Chelsea penalty box area, and Chelsea's defense was quite tight and also very good so Arsenal had difficulty scoring goals.
Arsenal should be able and often take long-range shots like Chelsea and he fired several long-range shots and several times created opportunities. and 0-2 behind Chelsea, in my opinion it would be very difficult to catch up or even equalize if Arsenal didn't make changes because Chelsea played very well in attack and defense.
Hmmmm when it comes to long ranged shots, I can agree with you that Arsenal isn’t doing much of that and how could you have expected anything different. With G. Jesus on the starting line up, his always going want to dribble right through the heart of Chelsea’s goalkeeper box before finding a chance. Saka on the other hand is having such a hard time getting away from Cucurella who has been yellow carded for his many rough tackles on Saka.

The issue here with Arsenal is that, here is an over confident team in themselves, who has always got there game plan together, believing that they would just win over Chelsea and that was it but, are been met with a different Chelsea. Conceived a penalty in the first half and early in the second half, they allowed Mudryk get an easy one.

It just might not be game over just yet with Declan Rice haven’t scored a goal for Arsenal just now, with about 10minutes and plus minutes on the clock, it’s time to see just how well Chelsea could hold on.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: October 21, 2023, 04:46:33 PM
Liverpool used them to shine for the day.
Liverpool was lucky enough because Everton's Asley Young was sent off in the first half, even though he couldn't score, it seemed that in the second half Liverpool would win with two goals from Salah.
Liverpool are now title challengers, it has been proven that their game is now consistent with quite good wins, Klopp has full confidence that his entire squad can take a very good position in the Premier League.
I didn’t see much of the Liverpool game but, I was surprised at the outcome when I saw the saws to have been 1 goal to zero for Everton late in the second half and the goal for Liverpool was from the penalty spot with M. Salah on the score sheet. The situation only bettered in the plus minutes where M. Salah had another opportunity to add to it.

Manchester City on the other hand were the lucky ones for me today. Lucky enough to have taken there chances in the first half and got 2 goals head start. In the second half, you could find Manchester City trying to contain the situation with Brighton pushing for more pressure and it hit worst still when Akanji got sent off. Peps reaction to go got a more defensive approach and might have said the day for Manchester City else, we could have seen a draw.
769  Other / Meta / Re: How to know if somone replied to my post? on: October 20, 2023, 03:02:57 PM
How do I get notified when someone calls or tags me so I can respond? I see some settings  in the profile but I can't find any settings related to this one.
I have seen many members automatically know when someone is calling them and go there to answer,
You seem to have used the wrong terms in relating your concerns when you talk about “calls and tags” although, we get what your trying to say but, in forum terms, the word is “quote”.

Forum by deign didn’t put any configuration in place to notify you on response to your posts with excepting of threads. Even on threads that aren’t of your origin, you could still get a notification in place on any response to that thread but, it might not be specifically on your post.

To get notification on your post, you can use adhoc bot services designed by some established and grounded users of the forum. There are several threads that have been created to support this prompt notification in conjunction with your telegram. Follow the procedures and you would be set.
770  Other / Meta / Re: My suggestion on how to reduce the spam problem in gambling board, what's yours? on: October 20, 2023, 02:20:06 PM
I have a suggestion: I'd like posters to create specific threads for individual games. For instance, today there are six NBA games happening, and if there are posters who want to share their insights, they could create a dedicated thread for each game. In these threads, they can include statistics, betting predictions, and any information that can help members who subscribe to that particular thread stay informed about how the poster's predictions are unfolding. This approach would keep the conversations organized and prevent them from becoming cluttered, unlike general discussion threads where it can be hard to follow the discussion's path.

While some might view this as creating duplicate threads, I believe it would make the discussions more relevant and keep the threads cleaner since they would be topic-specific.
There is no duplication of thread when it has to do with creating threads based on a specific game, it’s a game fixed for a day and at a time, once the game is done, it’s is over with.

Speaking of the approach though, what becomes of the case where its got to do with the sportsbook aspect of gaming… Do they get to create threads for every specific match of the match day live…? I’m surprised you didn’t bring soccer up as some of the popular threads because, I think that’s where you find the most activities and posts on the gambling board.

That aside, an issue with this approach is that, you’re going to find people creating more and more threads and having them easily dumped or bumped from time to time just to spam on an irrelevant detail. After all, the thread wouldn’t be too old to prompt a bumping of an old thread report.

I feel it would make spamming more relevant than it already is with less moderation on that board.

772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Navigating the World of Online Gambling on: October 18, 2023, 08:30:06 PM
Checking review of a platform before using it is very important for us to avoid registering in a wrong platform where we might not get access to our funds when we make winnings or we want to withdraw our funds. Gambling need a little research most time when we want to try a platform we want to use to bet and try the luck of making profits.
Reviews is something that is perfected by many when it comes to downloading an app from playstore or AppStore but, the same energy isn’t directed towards the the platforms you use and you wonder why?

Many at times, it’s because you have to go do a whole new research on pilot study and perhaps if the platform have a niche carved out for it otherwise, your up for a research of your own and you hardly find people up for that.

These reviews could as well save you from a lot of trouble as, you sense the problem from other user’s experiences before your affected and even at that, you learn on how not to result in that sort of situation.
This is why some platforms that exists on the forum pays attention to complaints on its thread because, it serves as a review on there services. Reviews aren’t a must but, something you should look up when you have chances of a lose or phishing attack due to usage of some platforms or app.
773  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Guide and Advice] New Here? How to Earn and Learn. on: October 18, 2023, 06:37:24 PM
Good topic and a good offer if you omit participation in the bounty. I know a lot of people who explain to me that it is impossible to earn money from one account to provide food for yourself and your family. Therefore, bounty hunters create dozens and dozens of alternative accounts. What do they end up with? Daily participation in bounty, indiscriminately in all of them, with the hope that at least some bounty will pay out. This takes a lot of time; it’s not for nothing that they call it bounty work. This raises a direct question: when will these people learn something in order to actually acquire normal knowledge? Therefore, the topics are good, and the motivation also seems to be there; however, it is difficult to interest people who are convinced that they do not have time to study something else. People love their comfort zone, and this is why many people do not succeed.
Just to lay emphases on one common but, ignored detail you’ve pointed out which is the time;

Many don’t consider how much time they put in, in trying to accomplish a task and forget that, these are valuable time that could have been used in archiving other goals as well as building your vocab or other skills that could as well earn you good money.

It’s no lies when they say, time is money and this is in i fact a commodity that is irrecoverable once expended.
The amount of time some of these beginners put into completing a task on bounties and not just on a single account but, multi accounts that would still get them into trouble is the height of time wasting.

I’m the end, they still get nothing out of it as, it’s more directional, spam based and backed by repetition (repost/retweet) and what have you. You really don’t get the chance to be innovative or productive.

One reason I don’t blame them, they don’t know any better but, you wonder if they aren’t reading what’s been said about bounties , oh yeah! They aren’t having the time to research and improve themselves.

Friends, unfortunately I still haven’t received a response from BC.

Payments for week 16 have been sent (all posts written before I made the announcement are taken into account).

I hope you enjoyed working with me as much as I enjoyed working with you.  Wink
@Icopress, you didn’t just compensated on posts made before the announcement but as well, created slot(s) where available to future previous campaign participants following the working condition and the circumstances that followed BC.Games having not to get back to you,,, if that ain’t project and personnel management, then I wouldn’t know what that is.

Thanks for not just being an awesome manager but, a good man as well. Hope another project finds you soon. Till we are opportune again, see you on FPL.
775  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BC.Game - Crypto Casino | Sig Campaign | Up to 0.0036 BTC/W on: October 15, 2023, 09:43:48 PM
The moment I saw it was a scam, it was avoided. That's the sane rule with every campaign. I will never apply or be a part of a campaign if I have existing suspicions of scam behavior. Before I have these suspicions, you can't blame me for that. That would be blaming me for not knowing the future.
As much as I feel this isn’t the best place or right place to have this discussion, I’ll like to make a few things clear.

I would like to start that, I did see some of your complaints at the time although, didn’t take much to it.

Then again, I’ll like to say;

Until something is proven beyond all reasonable doubt, you shouldn’t expect a compliance at all level. We’ve all be on this forum for sometime and have seen where new projects at times are being exploited and victimized by cheaters. This in fact makes truth what you make it on the forum.
Even existing and trusted projects still gets complaints on their services and still, it’s allowed due course.
Using 1xbit as pointers, once it gets that loud, your sure to see reactions at all levels.

Across projects, complaints and its resolution are subjective as, companies do take their course to tackle issues which could result in delays. Still, I wouldn’t want to bank on that for a justification of denied resolution an a pressing issue but then,
If the case is as loud as we have it on 1k bet on the forum, with more and more veteran users of the forum taking to the case, you would find users distancing themselves from the project.

Icopress remains one of the trusted on the forum and you can as well expect him to make some good judgment and good calls amongst others.
With complaints, testimonials and projects running side by side, it’s easy to assume all is well. It would take more than a handful of complaints to void the counter testimonials on just practices.

I stand to be corrected if I’m wrong but, I like to have a project yo due course and an unequal take by forum users to result any drastic actions. Let’s not be in a haste to make mistakes and in the event that we are, it would be a sad one as well which wouldn’t be any regrettable.

I note the word suspicion on your piece and you can’t expect much when it’s still a suspicion. I do hope we have more on this from other veteran users to speak truth with facts and foster reason with reactions.
776  Economy / Economics / Re: Global markets brace for fallout as Middle East tensions rise on: October 15, 2023, 08:34:59 PM
With my economic brain, the impact of the Israel-Hama escalation would not affect the world like that of the Russia-Ukraine war if it didn't expand to other countries in the region. The two main commodities from the Middle East that the world needs are Gold and Crude oil which is why their prices are moving Northwards till the market closes on Friday.
That’s what is hoped and that’s what US hopes to prevent by sending clear messages of there undiluted support for as an Ally of Israel and hopes Gaza is been left to themselves through this crisis and that no other nation sees it for an opportunity to exploit the situation into a money making market.
Rough maps are been drawn to create possible relativism between some of the great nations of our world and I’m referring to US and Russia to have some connections exclusively on either side of the crisis. I don’t hope to see any reasons to it but, it’s unlikely the Israel and Gaza war would take long or have any great impact on the world economy.
I feel Gaza would be the most affected in this as you can see how they’ve been under fire since the start of this war and Israel aren’t giving much soft landing.
777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If only property I have is bitcoin on: October 15, 2023, 08:26:51 PM
The mystery is behind the both when it occurs. Right now I'm thinking to myself of my investment and if only investment i have is bitcoin, and when I'm no more who will manage my bitcoin investment and how will my family know about my bitcoin investment, when  I was ill, I was asking myself series of questions in my mind.

> should I show my family my seed phrase ?
> If I die who will take over my bitcoin since nobody knows my seed phrase?
Well, the forum is no stranger to this sort of thread no more.
I’ve had to see several threads talking about what would happen to their Bitcoin after they die?
What’s the best means to ensure your accumulated Bitcoin don’t get lost like the rest of them wallets whose seed phrase are no where to be found and as such, it’s lost to the world.
What’s the best means to pass on Bitcoin as an inheritance?

These are common threads you can easily find around to suit into your thread’s context but, you’ve created yours uniquely and I’ll say this to you,
Your seed phrase is your first line of security and as such, you ought to safeguard it above all.
Not your key, not your coins. Letting anyone have your keys simply means, them coins are both exclusively and jointly owned.
Lastly,

It’s up to you to decide how you would ensure your Bitcoin don’t get waste away.
778  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is different from other means of investment on: October 15, 2023, 08:20:20 PM
I know several threads have been made in this regards with most of them moribund. I created this post because I feel so bad regarding what happened in my country. As you can see in this post and the video in it, the state government demolished an entire estate with several buildings and properties inside. This is peoples investment that just got destroyed. This was a property approved by previous administration but demolished by new government...another risk many people do not put into consideration in real estate and some other physical investments.  This is a confirmation that Bitcoin is safer and better than many conventional investment portfolios.
That’s largely true! Living in a state where it was a common practice for the governor, looking out for land to grab in the name of the state government and later converts it to an investment of his own desire and ownership, you begin to wonder if you ever made the right choice in buying properties for an investment choice ot should have sort a more different line.
In most cases, they get compensation and at other times, nothing at all. Though, I discovered there is an advantage to some. In compensated cases, you get a chance to erect a more modern building but, the disadvantage is always large as, you lose a good site and don’t get full value for your wise choice over the years.

Unfortunately, as much as I would want yo side Bitcoin, I would t be so Pro-Bitcoin by placing it ahead of Real Estate, both are good choices I would say.

She said '' You people are just wasting our time, if it were the bad boys terrorizing the region you people won't stop them''. The Sars man got angry and asked the girl to come down from the vehicle, the girl came down and she was taken into their custody for further questioning about her comment. The officer asked the driver to carry the rest of the passenger and continue with the journey. Some passengers pleaded with the officer to let the girl go but they refused, they said the girl must show them evidence where she saw them not stopping bad boys. They accused the girl of working with bad boys. The girl was detained while we continued with our journey.
Indeed her words was misguided and I must say, there are always these persons, once that others need to learn from and in this instance, it was her. She should have been aware enough on how the scenario would turn. Not like these things don’t happen but, in as much as you expect the Police or any arm of the armed forces to take you in without due reason and evidence, you should as well be very aware not to accuse them without an evidence as that, was an accusation.

I have had the opportunity to see passengers been caught with unlicensed fire arm in a regular stop and search, I’ve also seen some smugglers been caught migrating themselves into the control from these stop and search. Not to mention the risk they take in those check points. There are good cops and bad cops. We should as well acknowledge that and not ridicule those doing the actual job.

The rogue officers will always be after there #100 and that’s all. You can as well be patient with them and let them do their job. If you want to take a case with them, have your papers in tact and let’s see how they would force you to pay them a penny. That can’t happen, it’s only when your in the wrong or your about them not doing there jobs of stop and search.

I know these guys deliberately delay your time in these search due to lack of compliance but, bare with them and help them change.
