What will be the first task for the new developer ? It seems that wallet no longer use a lot of bandwidth after 10% pos. Now it barely use any.
I think that we need better looking website, but this can handle a single programmer, which we already have - mammix2. I contacted Him and He said he can help with things like website, wallet etc. In my opinion new DEV first will have to bring more miners to the multipool. Ofc. we can discuss this together and choose what is most important now. If anyone of You have some questions/suggestions - please let me know. I'm available everyday  |

got to say that I think the dev has Disappeared.
Which is why we are currently looking for new DEV. I will try to do that as quick as it's possible. After having new dev we will probably open new topic, make a better, beautiful website and bring more miners to the multipool So hold Your coins guys (I hold all my SUMs and never sold a single one), becouse good things are coming. I will make sure they'll come. |

summer foundation stands at 49k SUM. Maybe I will try contact mintpal when we reach 1 million SUM. I will offer them 1 million SUM to get listed. You never try you never know. Or if we have better use of fund that would be good but right now summer foundation target to use the fund to get listed on mintpal. If need fund to pay developer that will be fine too. Any objection ?
+1 But I think we will get on Mintpal one way or another. In my opinion it would be better to spend Foundation money for improving coin - for example hire a programmer to make better, professional-looking website and pay new dev for working on this coin is either way. If we got 1 million SUM and still cant get developer, trying mintpal is not bad. Especially when hit mintpal price skyrocket wouldn't be hard to look for developer by then. People will come look for us.  Yes, but I wouldn't like just to bet everything on Mintpal. It's a very risky ground for many coins. After getting there many coins have few hours/one day pump and giant dump after that. I my opinion we need to be prepared and don't let dump kill us. Mintpal is great thing but for ready coins. I'm sure we will have a new dev for Summercoin before Mintpal. I will try as hard as I can to bring new DEV here in a week since today. This coin obviously needs a new dev, I would advise to contact the guys who revived WC and AC, they would do a good job in here.

Now I can only support SUM with mintpal votes.
Trying to do it as often as possible.
Don`t want to promise anything but will donate some SUM if coin get new (or old one come back) dev. Or can vote with some (not much to win) BTC at mintpal.
But without dev it seems to be senceless.
And I don`t believe that donation helps to find devs.
Other things must prevail in that decision.

WHY DO PEOPLE ALWAYS LIKE TO DESTROY A GOOD THING. The only problem here is that the DEV is absent. He could be anybody - a student, worker, etc or even a very busy person.
POS is still running for a very long time. Summercoin has a very generous POS, compared to other coins.+1 The fundamentals of this coin are very good, the thing we need now is popularity and organised team (there are already many experienced users) with a leader - DEV. SummerCoin doesn't have even 3 weeks, give it some time! Like I have been already saying many good things are ahead. Hold Your SUMs guys! |

Since today I will start looking for a new DEV for SummerCoin and contacting some people. We can't just wait here, we need to have a new dev as soon as possible. I think after that we will be back on track |

Dev doesn't respond to messages, so I think it is safe to say the dev dumped his coins and moved on to starting another coin.
If anyone has the time, motivation and skills to lead this coin, I will be willing to donate a considerate amount of SUM to this person.
