গতকাল আমার পার্সোনাল বিকাশ থেকে ৫১০০ টাকা সেন্ড মানি করতে যেয়ে ভুলক্রমে অন্য আরেকটি নাম্বারে ৫১০০ টাকা চলে যায়। সাথে সাথে ওই নাম্বারে ফোন করে দেখি নাম্বারটি ভুল বলতেছে আবার বলতেছেন নাম্বারটি আর ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে না। কিন্তু বিকাশের প্রতিনিধির কাছ থেকে চেক করে জানতে পারলাম যে, নাম্বারটি কোন একটা মেয়ের নামে বিকাশ একাউন্ট খোলা আছে।নাম্বারটি কতদিন আগে বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে সেটাও জানা গেল না। অনলাইন বিকাশ কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে ফোন দিলে, "তারা আমাকে জানালো যে, আপনার কমপ্লেনটি এন্ট্রি করা হয়েছে এবং দুই কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে আপনাকে জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে, যদি রিসিভার আপনাকে টাকা পে করতে সম্মতি পোষণ করে আর যদি রিসিভার আপনাকে টাকা পে করতে সম্মতি পোষণ না করেন তাহলে বিকাশ কোন দায়ভার বহন করবে না।
