That's one of the major advantages of our contests. You get points just for bets themselves, no matter the score. Remember, however, about the +1.00 odds rule that we mentioned here.
All the gambling websites like you that are conducting contests give the prizes to top gamblers based on the amounts wagered. So that's not a special feature.
Yeah it's like a race contest like the dice site has. This contest is very interesting but I wonder at this time only a few people participated even though the prize was good enough for the top 1 we could get 0.12BTC. Participating early is a good step to collect points also for people who have a low bankroll.
762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think majority of the people heard or read Bitcoin one time or another on: October 10, 2019, 10:34:18 AM
People only interested to discuss about bitcoin when looking bitcoin price is higher and do not serious when bitcoin is down, now many people have discuss about bitcoin when bitcoin raise up and many of investor look not care with bitcoin when bitcoin price under $200 last three years, bitcoin could be trading topic after raise to higher price.
I don't think so because at that time Bitcoin is still relatively new and only a few people knew that, it was caused by the lack of information such as news, videos, and articles about Bitcoin. But if we talk about Bitcoin in the next 10 years and exist, certainty it will be a glory for Bitcoin to be used generally as trade, payment, and investment.

This is the second time I made a small mistake on a Sportsbet special. Just by seeing good odds I'm interested in betting on this pick. But I misunderstood the meaning of this bet, I didn't know that the total goals and cards were combined and not separated. The result is I lose this bet because the match ended with 2-2 and 4 cards so the total is 8 over 5.5. For this special bet, it's harder than I imagined the odds should be higher than 1.95
My advice for the next Sportsbet special is to give details of the bet.

Hello there.. About the HomeRun Classic contest, I'm a little confused by point number 2 on the Terms and Conditions. To get 1 point, we must wager min. 0.001BTC but there it says that "The value of 1 point may differ, depending on the competition." can you explain that?
And also what if in one match I bet 0.005BTC will I get 5 points for this match? No matter if the bet wins or lose?
765  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading on: October 09, 2019, 11:07:39 AM
Can i ask some advice from trading experts here, How could i trade safely and assure possible profit from my investments?

"Safe" is a term that doesn't exist when you are investing, I mean it will not go always according to your plan neither your strategies, but the term "risk" is what you needed to understand before you invest your money in Trading, you could hodl it, but that is not Trading at all, you are just an investor. Being a Trader means you have your faith in yourself to risk your capital in exchange of profits.

To be able to trade safely, you need to trade risky and in order to earn big profits, you need to take big risks.

There is always a risk whatever the form of investment, what he meant is how to trade safety by minimizing that risk into a profit. Don't always trade against risk, try to avoid it by always learning and controlling emotions.

Did you multi-accounting ? These are the reasons why people usually get blocked,

Having multi-account can get you blocked? What's the reason?
That is the site policy if you are caught using or have multiple-account you will be blocked. Because it will have a bad impact on the site by abusing it. Especially if you intend to misuse promotions of course it is cheating and violating the rules.

I like to see some big improvement in the promotion department, and in connection to that, I would like to request a streak promotion too about NBA since the regular season will start very soon. Can we hear some words about this? I am sure a lot of gamblers her are also betting in NBA.
Not only the promotion section, recently they made an improvement in the main page if the old one there was only a Money Lane market but now they have added several markets such as ML, Asian Handicap HT/FT, and Total scores FT/HT.

The regular NBA season will start in a few weeks, for now we can only bet on the NBA Preseason if you want to participate in the American Streak promotion. I'm sure if the regular season starts they will continue to run this promotion until the end of the season.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice - A small mistake emptied my wallet. on: October 08, 2019, 12:48:18 PM
Small mistakes always come unexpectedly because maybe the person is not focused. We should be more careful because we are betting with money, not to lose large amounts just because of a small mistake. I have experienced the same thing when betting automatically but it's not as bad as you.
769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think Voodoo works in Gambling Games? on: October 08, 2019, 12:04:07 PM
Voodoo and black magic does exist, so it wouldn't surprise me to learn that some people might use it to win particular gambling games, but what is the real cost to the person using this dark power? A house haunting, diabolical possession, demonic attachment? The dark supernatural world definitely exists and it is never a good idea to mess with it for any reason.
Indeed, Voodoo dan black magic does exist but to be used to gamble online I think it makes no sense. I know people who use this kind of power but it's usually used to scare people and not work on online gambling. After all, without play gambling, I'm sure they will be rich with only relying on black magic or voodoo.
770  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Most Popular Bitcoin Casino | V2 & New games out now! 👽 on: October 08, 2019, 11:49:37 AM
I think they will release the beta first for both games to the VIPs and there is a beta access for the sportsbook and check this out to get the beta access for the sportsbook: https://forum.stake.com/topic/27569-win-sportsbook-beta-access-giveaway/. I hope they will release the beta version in this month, i'm tired of waiting lol.
Disappointing to see that they are opening up the beta to a select few people(Closed beta) while I expected an open beta like the one exbet.io is conducting currently. I don't see the point with a closed beta in this case since the traffic will be very low.

If Stake wants to compete with the best sportsbooks out there, they need to conduct an open beta and there shouldn't be any lag while placing bets which is a huge issue with this site while playing games(Dice etc).
If this sportsbook is on a site with several games on Stake I guess they will get good traffic considering Stake has many active players there.
I'm okay if they decide to limit people from trying sites in beta because other popular gambling sites like Luckybit only choose a few people before opening it to the public. Besides, we can still try the beta version by following the giveaway in the Stake forum.

Finally, was waiting for autobet feature to be implemented, it's a must for every dice site imo, good job with it.
If it's not too much hassle could you add a "change target on win" button : to be clear switching high/low target without changing payout mutliplier?
I am not sure what this feature is like but if I think it is like the "On win (increase) and On lose (increase)" feature to use it you only change the percentage of the bet if you win or lose on your auto bet. Using this feature you don't need to change the payout multiplier but only increase the bet amount.

For the next competition while we are waiting for the premier league to start again after the break. I began a thread with my predictions on american league matches going on until april of 2020! Grin
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5190642.0

Send your predictions if you want as it can be a place to give any information about any certain sports prematch over the next six months. Cheesy
I have just realized that there is no Premier League for this week. And it seems like many players will move to follow the American Streak promo, there will be many competitors there Cheesy
But for this promo, predicting other sports besides soccer is not my habit. I only choose markets that have low odds (min. 1.5) and test my luck.
773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best Crypto SPORTS Bookies 🏈 on: October 07, 2019, 11:03:20 AM
I prefer Sportsbet over other good sportsbooks. I am more comfortable playing there with an instant deposit and withdrawal. They also not only accept Bitcoin but several other cryptocurrencies and fiat money. The interesting thing for me too is that they offer lots of promotions from various events.
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of digital money depends on smart phone technology and people's knowledge on: October 07, 2019, 10:45:36 AM
The most important thing is that these people must have knowledge of today's technology, curiosity must always be there. It's useless to have a good smartphone but knowledge of digital money or digital economy is lacking. Without a smartphone we also can still access things related to digital money. I used to not have a smartphone or the like I just used a computer and laptop to upgrade my knowledge.

I still have an unsettled bet on Sportsbet special yesterday. This bet should lose, right? Do any of you get the same thing?
It's sad the bet lost because there was no goal Sad
~slip~
Yes, it will settled as a lose. Corner result is Over, Yellow card is over 1.5 but it's not over 1.5 goals and handicap Watford -0.5 is lose.

Hey sportsbet.io, i want to ask something about this promotion https://sportsbet8.io/promotions/american-streak-hero. Yesterday i won a bet on San Jose Sharks - Vegas Golden Knights match but when i see the current leaderboard i don't see my name on it, is that not counted? bet id: 5d97f54eb94a91264ce50a4e
The contest that you are now participating in has just begun today. So your previous bets are not counted.

managed to get a sneak peak at their 'american streak ' promo , i think they uploaded it early by accident  Grin i cant wait to try that this week
I don't think it's an accident they probably released the contest a day early so everyone could prepare.

If the rules are similar to the EPL streak contest i'm curious who gets the higher prize if two or more users end up having the same streak.
The rules are still the same as the EPL contest except that we receive the prize in a free bet, not in cash. Considering this is a weekly contest, players who get the same prize or get a high prize 2 or more people are not listed in the terms and conditions so I hope these people get the same prize and not split.
778  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Savings Vs Investment? on: October 04, 2019, 12:49:07 PM
Saving also includes investment, but investment has more risks. However people who save are good at managing their money. Moreover, in the future if you have retired from work, these savings will be useful for example making a business or other things that are profitable.
779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which betting type gives you the most payout? on: October 04, 2019, 11:38:38 AM
Total line (Over&Under) and asian handicap that giving me the most payout. Especially on soccer, i always at least 60-80% guest correctly everytime i bet on total line. I think Total line is more easier to bet than other types, when a big teams vs a lower team usually have so many goals.
Both of them are the best way but it all definitely has low odds because it's low I usually make a parlay. If I have a big bankroll, it is safer to make a single bet, bet high with low odds. I prefer pick parlay and single bet with odds below 1.5.

Currently at first place with over 7 btc wagered Tongue

Come at me!

Nice one, the contest is still running and there are still more than 24 hours. I doubt at the end of the contest time there will be players who will take over other participants but if you have a lot of bankrolls I think you don't need to worry.
Good luck Wink
