761  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mobile phone vs. laptop vs. tab...what's your preferred device for day trading? on: August 22, 2021, 09:39:20 AM
I've been doing this trade since 2015. however, I tend to use PC because it gives a wide view, and ease of features on pc than mobile or tab version. however, I sometimes use my smartphone to control whether the price movement is in line with what I speculated, or whether the price is falling. I sometimes use my smartphone when I am outside the house. well, but I'm more inclined to use a PC because it's more convenient for me.
762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience is important on: August 20, 2021, 09:37:52 AM
In fact, apart from being patient and selective in choosing coins, there are currently two more things that people lack. that is faith and trust. If I notice, quite a lot of people are patient at this time and selective in choosing coins. it's just that when coin prices drop, or FUD pops up, they sometimes sell their coins. well, I'm pretty sure because they don't believe in the coins they hold. As a result, some people complain of selling too fast because they feel the coin has already hit its high price this has happened to me, and I think it has happened to some people too.
763  Economy / Speculation / Re: People are panic buying right now! on: August 20, 2021, 06:00:39 AM
Hahahah people are still panicking right now. They thought BTC will goes down to $40,000 or below but the fact we are going to $50,000 again

Those who saying this is not panic buy, you will regret it later to not stack your sats on current price before it go to the moon
well, actually at this time the price of bitcoin has not reached the price of $48k, and is still up and down in the range of $44k to $47k. however, its speed to rise is quite fast, and it means that quite a lot of people are buying bitcoins in a short period of time. With this in mind, there is a high probability of hitting $50k in these 10 days before august ends.
well, for those who haven't added stock, I think they are currently trying to raise funds to buy bitcoins.
764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't give your bitcoins to scammers on: August 19, 2021, 11:06:48 AM
I have been contacted by hackers claiming I need to reset my password for coinbase and paypal.
The emails that have official logos and headers and are very well crafted but I have been scammed before and I am very cautious when an email claims I need to reset a password.
Not everyone does it but always double check the authenticity of the email sender and confirm it's legitimate.
I also often get the same message. sometimes, the link they insert is a phishing link to find out the type of email and your password. I've even been hit by a scam like that the first time I entered the cryptocurrency world.
however, there are many ways to discourage investors. even they sometimes do anything to make potential investors believe. some of the things they do are send some bitcoins, or tokens into their own wallets and show them to the public to make people believe.
765  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you making money online? on: August 19, 2021, 07:22:18 AM
I've been looking up for opportunities here on the forum to find some good project that could lead me to financial freedom, sadly signature campaigns aren't one of those. Signature campaigns sufficient enough for us to have a good kind of living thus having some main source could do good for us. This pandemic taught me a lot about earning online by applying in freelancing. It could give good amount of money as well as experience as well.
i did that too. for now, I'm also focusing on a few blogs so I can earn from it. To be honest, during a pandemic, it's really hard to make money offline. however, this forum also provides enough assistance with the bounty program, not only signatures, even social media as well. however, right now I'm also trying to develop a blog and youtube for earn money online.
766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to $1k? on: August 19, 2021, 03:47:48 AM
~
Also, let's understand that they have Binance exchange that had billions of trading volume, they can use this as an influence to promote their own.
one of the things that make people believe, and believe that the price of BNB will hit a high price is for this reason. in addition, the development of BNB is also very real. such as ownership of a very popular BNB exchange, or even the best exchange at the moment, then currently the BSC system uses BNB as a fee. even with those two things, I'm still pretty sure that BNB could hit thousands of dollars in price in the future. other than that, I think the team from BNB has not only grown here. at the moment, I'm still looking forward to the latest development of BNB, and I'm pretty sure the price can be pushed to a higher price.
767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it risky to invest in new crytpo coin/tokens??? on: August 18, 2021, 09:39:51 AM
Whole life is a risk. Everything new is a double risk. Investing in cryptocurrency is a triple and investing in new altcoin is a quadruple risk. Because in a world of anonymity chances of being scammed a high to sky. I would even say, that when investing in cryptocurrency, person should better tune in to loosing than getting. The number of stories of investing and loosing outnumber the stories of investing and getting good profit.
Well, I understand why investing in new coins is so risky. sometimes, we don't know what people we don't know will do with the money we have. even more so if we don't check the background of the creator or team of the project. it's obviously very risky. however, things to look at before investing in a new coin are
  • Team background, and clarity
  • Whitepaper
  • Activity of Telegram group
  • Current development
  • Their location and office
  • Their social media activityPartnership
If you have your own specifications in identifying a new project, then you can combine it with what I wrote above.
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much of your total capital is in crypto? on: August 18, 2021, 06:16:02 AM
Have you ever calculated how much of your total capital is in cryptocurrency?

In my case, i have 60% of my money in bank accounts, 20% in stock market, 5% in cash and only 15% in crypto.

in this case, I may have 70% of the assets in cryptocurrencies, and 30% in my bank account. however, right now, I'm focusing on developing digital currency assets rather than my offline assets. however, I feel that this year, the coins I hold will reach their new ATH. So, because of that, I hold more assets in cryptocurrencies than assets in my bank.
769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the legal status of Bitcoin in your country? on: August 18, 2021, 03:29:57 AM
In my current country, the status of cryptocurrencies should not be more than a type of investment. So, we can't use it as a medium of exchange or transaction. In addition, there are several regulations that say that crypto is a type of investment with high risk, and at your own risk. Well, I quite like the regulations because at least, there are still many countries that ban cryptocurrencies.
However, right now I believe that the world will start to accept cryptocurrencies and make regulations for it. maybe some countries are still banned like China and India, but I'm pretty sure that in the future, they will accept this technology, and make some regulations for it.
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bots and fake accounts in Telegram channels on: August 17, 2021, 03:20:41 PM
If you are a group owner on Telegram, there is a way to clean bots and spam from your Telegram group. namely by hiring an anti-spam that can protect your group from it. but it looks like it needs a monthly fee. try to find someplace that rents out the bot. however, if you don't have the money, try this method.

Note: I have never tried the method above, so try to read and gather information about it.
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Altcoins Have Good Opportunities in the Next Year on: August 17, 2021, 11:04:01 AM
For next year, ETH and BNB will remain in the same position as they are today, implying that they are still highly safe to retain and trade for a period of time, as both coins have had excellent developments and have high trading volumes.
That's obvious, and it doesn't need to be said over and over as many others have said so, but for next year, what everyone should be looking at is new trends and developments on trends that have been around since this year, while keeping an eye on ETH and BNB also in the market
I think, the altcoins that are clearly moving are ETH and BNB. although the two coins are competing with each other, but we really feel the development that more and more people are using both the coin and the platform. I also recommend, and hold the coin maybe until next year. however, the movement of these two coins from last year, until now is enough to make many people think that this coin will develop for the better.
the thing that most makes me think that these two coins are very worth holding for next year because of their continuously increasing adoption rate.
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to buy? on: August 17, 2021, 06:33:45 AM
Dip is not an assurance because no one knows how much is the lowest value before pumping mate , imagine that you thought of the value fall down to 100$ then you buy? but  after that the value continues to fall to 50$ and then you panicked , selling that level and you already lose.

yes, we will not know how deep the price will fall. I don't think looking at the conditions for the dump before buying is a good idea. because I've done that too, and when the price has fallen, I hesitate to buy for fear of the dip that will happen again.

what i mean here is that if you really wanted to invest , this must not be in the dip but when you feel like you can afford the value because a good coin will surely increase , maybe not today or tomorrow but eventually it will for sure.
however, the best condition to buy a coin is when we feel it deserves, and becomes an opportunity for us, and we also need the coin. Therefore, people who have been in this field for a long time say that any time is a good time to buy it. if we wait for a moment for it, then only doubts will we get when that moment arrives. the point is, if we wait for the dump, then it will dump to what extent? and when the price rises rapidly, we say that it is too expensive.
773  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $48k the next Bitcoin benchmark? on: August 16, 2021, 09:30:44 AM
lots of speculation about this. however, it looks like a bear market may pose a tough resistance challenge for the price $46k to $48k range. however, I'm still quite optimistic to see the price this week. in fact, if the market bulls again, I think we could see a price of $50k, or more.
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adoption and increase in crime rate, how correlated are they?. on: August 16, 2021, 07:13:25 AM
considering that cryptocurrencies are becoming very popular nowadays, I think some scammers, as well as criminals, will try to take advantage of this. what's more, is that many people think that cryptocurrencies have transactions that are difficult to track. It's very natural that some people use it for the crime. because it's just so popular, it sometimes gets the public's attention, even though they realize that fraud and the biggest crime also happen to fiat.

Apart from that, I think the way to prevent this is for the government to work with exchanges that require KYC for certain withdrawals. I think most people will trade it there, and maybe we can stop the scams or the crimes out from it. although not optimal, but at least it's worth a try.
775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now a GOOD or BAD time to invest? on: August 16, 2021, 05:16:08 AM
Its not yet late to buy top five coins in the marketcap, Bitcoin and Ethereum still be my favourite, and Cardano has 30% in my portfolio.
Investing in top five marketcap still make profit for me if i hold it for long term. Remember not too rush to enter the market, stay safe, and take profit.
will always be a good time to buy a coin. we never know when the price will be high. based on some information I read, maybe right now, if you want to buy coins, it might be very good if we pay attention to the movement chart of BTC, ETH, LUNA, KLAY, and AXS. some speculate that the price of the coin is resistant to rising, and it's still not too late for that.
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum going to Die? on: August 15, 2021, 08:27:56 AM
Ethereum will never die , yes that is true. But Ethreum network It is slowly being forgotten because high fees. Many use other networks to perform transactions.
well, I also see the development of the current coin has started to switch to BSC. very many coins started their project by choosing the BSC network over ethereum. it's just that, currently, there are still a lot of projects with ETH users compared to BSC. despite that, I never thought that ETH would die or be abandoned.
777  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano overthrow Ethereum? on: August 15, 2021, 05:55:54 AM
For now cardano is in very interesting development even they are updating their network to the latest version for safer and easier use, and this will be a threat to ethreum which is currently leading all other altcoins, if indeed the price of cardano can compete with ethreum this is certainly very extraordinary because the price is very far away for now, and to put the ethreum position I think it takes time for cardano to develop.
well, cardano has a good development to date, and it looks like it's not 100% development yet. however, I'm not so sure that Cardano can beat ethereum. Well, for now, I haven't seen that, but I don't know in the future. maybe having some of these coins in our portfolio will not make us lose.
778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which tokens have a future? I need 3 of them on: August 15, 2021, 02:52:27 AM
Hi everybody, I have about 16,000 USD.
But I'm very new this coin market. I need advice from experienced people. Because I'm so confused  Huh
Please inform me correctly
having that kind of money, made me think about investing in popular coins instead. for now, I would probably recommend BTC, ETH, and BNB, with percentages
40% for BTC
30% for ETH
30% for BNB
I think it is the lowest risk coin. however, the price has so far gone up quite high where the majority of altcoin prices have not gone up so high.
779  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we in 2017 again? How do you feel about the price chart today? on: August 13, 2021, 06:05:52 AM
thinking about bitcoin today, I still like it, because it changed my thinking about how to make money. however, in terms of price, we never know what will happen. I think, there are still quite a lot of people who are paranoid about 2017-2018, when the bitcoin price went up to ATH and dumped badly. however, the current conditions, are very different from that year. we don't know if the price will dump again, and if we look at the current price, the price starts to recover and moves slowly towards the $60k price again.

Well, right now, I'm still looking to make money from crypto, and because of that, I'm still looking for information about bitcoin and other altcoins.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: August 13, 2021, 03:05:51 AM
One thing I notice is that the doge coin doesn’t rise in price without Elon Musk’s tweet. That means they have full control over the coin. But we know musk is not the owner of the doge coin. Though many people think that he is also a partner in it. It's true that without musk tweet doge coin could not get the current position. It is totally Elon’s achievement.
Well, I think that's very clear. long ago, doge prices have never been this high, until Elon Musk decided to own it. it's just that, after the price drop, the current doge price fell quite a bit. however, I firmly believe that the current exorbitant price of doge has a lot to do with Elon Musk's interest in doge.
