Lakers are now 1-5 without westbrook. I coitized them a lot for getting him, and I thought it was a good idea to trade him, but turns out it wasn't really that much of a good idea. I mean it looks like they got some "decent" players in return, but these days decent players do not matter, look at what Mavs and Suns got, so Lakers do not have that much of a good team just yet.
Lebron missed some games so that plays a role in this, but it is clear to me that they are going to miss playoffs this year, and next year they won't have a good team because AD is constantly injured and even though Lebron is a great player, he is getting to almost 40, they just can't win with this team.
I think they are not just looking for this season, the players that they acquire are for long term goals of the Lakers. So if they didn't make it to the finals, then they have a full season to get this players align. It's over now, WB is no longer with them, they should have move on as for us fans as well. And I heard that teams like Chicago and even LA Clippers are interested with Russ. That's what Rob Pelinka says when he was interviewed after they traded Westbrook, he didn't mentioned that he is just one part of the problem, he just says that its his job to make the them work and so he has to replace them to make the them work. Yeah, in another interview on Paul George, he says that they need a traditional point guard and that's why the team is interested on getting the services of Westbrook. Not sure how he will be a 'traditional' point guard for them though. Only the fans of Lakers blaming Westbrook on their losses while the fact is their organization is really need to organize since it seems they are in focus to solidify the legacy of lebron and second priority is to win. There chemistry really sucks so maybe they need focus on things and find ways to work together as a team. Now Westbrook is departed for sure they don't have reason about anything especially blaming a player when they lose. Let's wait now maybe they can blame D'Lo or whoever just to point figner with losses that they will be committing, it's nothing that viewers and fans can do but to wait if how things will work now with the team. Chemistry and the willingness of each players to play together and try winning the game together, not just to hype the legacy of someone but to bring the team back to the finals and maybe win a tittle again. |

Toronto Raptors - Orlando Magic = Orlando Magic @ 3.40
- Lost. I thought that the Magic can steal one on the road. They manage to take the lead, but loss by double digits.
Milwaukee Bucks - Boston Celtics = Milwaukee Bucks (-7.5) @1.61
- Lost with this bet, but I put a bet during the game with the Bucks winning the game and I won so overall, I won with this game.
I was able to bet on these games, won the Raptors game while losing on the Bucks game. Didn't expect that Celtics will make it a very close game, they almost upset the home team but good thing the game went over, in the OT, it was still the Celtics who had an early lead, but the Bucks did come back to complete a win. About the Raptors game, on paper, the Magic looks great because they have won their past games, but the actual, Raptors took control of the game in the 2nd half, won, and cover the spread too. That was a hard decision to bet on the Raptors, their last game, they only won 1 point against the Piston, and then they played the Magic who are a better team than the Pistons, so the expectation is really on the Magic to at least cover the handicap. But yeah, it looks easy on paper but in reality the Raptors did well to cover the spread. Really tough to predict, with how Magic rally back in the 2nd quarter it seems that it can be a good pick an easy cover for the handicap but coming 2nd half Raptors came back stronger and established good lead. Unable to bounce back, Magic lose the game with double digits and most of those who trusted them to cover the handicap lose the bets, nothing but to move forward and try to pick which games will be the best to bet with to bounce/recover. |

Giannis and Jrue Holiday went off for the Bucks tonight. If they’re playing like that I don’t think any team in the league can beat them. Tonight they got the better of the Celtics in overtime. The Clippers were able to beat the Warriors with Steph. Fox played great for the Kings but it wasn’t enough to beat the Suns. When KD comes back that is going to be one hell of a team.
It was a win, but it was in OT for the Bucks, and they almost lost to a Celtics team who doesn't have their star players like Tatum, Smart and Jalen Brown. The Bucks should have blown them up in the beginning, but they allow the Celtics to almost break their winning streak. If not for Holiday's clutch 3 in the OT and then Giannis getting the steal and sinking both free throws, it might be a different outcome, just saying. Do you mean the Clippers beat the Warriors without Steph in the lineup? Curry is still sideline. Clippers beats the Warriors without Steph, though the game was close in the first half, but that rally in the third quarter established the game winning for the clippers. Well, I have to clarify that personally I have never had any loan or debt in my life so this thread has nothing to do with my experience but intends to find out how people in loan/debt deal with the problem. Let's say you take loans from a bank and sometimes for whatever reason, you can not pay the debt on time, then you borrow money from other channels. Sure this works for a certain period but later bad things may happen, you have to postpone the payment and struggle with finances again. Isn't this a vicious circle ? How would you deal with the problem ? I am all ears.
Let me start from the subject or topic. I may say yes from the experience of my two friends one male and another female. The female took loan from me since last year and she has not paid it yet she was disturbing me to give her another loan again and she has taken from others too and she is still seeking to collect more. Make is another addicted one. He is always on loan. So people can be addicted to loan. Then coming to the content of the OP. Banks only give loan with collateral so that if you could not pay the loan at the stipulated time they would claim the property. So that is your own concerned. And for me, personally I don't like loan, in fact I hate loan. There are people who can continue taking loans and even not yet been done paying they will try to seek for another, I know some people who have this attitude personally. I don't deal with them after letting them barrow some amount and not pay me back, I'll let them but never to allow them to barrow again so it won't added to their debt. |

Unfortunately, Miami Heat was defeated by the Denver Nuggets by a 4 point margin. It was a close game though, both teams are chasing each other in every quarter but the Heat didn't manage to get the last quarter.
And I lose my bet here. I was thinking that Miami had the advantage since they are at home and Murray did not play, but it was really the teamwork of the Nuggets that made them the better team here. I'm done with Miami Heat, they are so inconsistent. A familiar game setup with Denver. They manage to play together and snatch this game against the Heat. Not really good for the home team as they are good in the first quarter but unable to hold the lead for long. after Denver close the game end of a 2nd quarter, the game was close but like what you said, Denver is good with how they execute their plays. |

Luka said he should've given Kyrie the crucial shot in their game against the Kings but now I think he should've taken it. There's some shyness in the air for both Kyrie and Luka, it may take some time to fit in.
Both are still adjusting to playing together and good thing is, Kyrie already managed to win 3 games to cover these losses and hope this is the last losing streak for them since the fans have been hyping about this trade and they really hope that Luka has finally found the right guy to help him win a championship. As for the other teams, they were doing well with their newly acquired rosters, and with that, I think these two just need some time to fit with each other in Dallas, and in a few more games I'm sure they will find their roles. Both still doing the adjustment and with these 2 consecutive losses, it might need for coach Kidd to call them out and find the better system that will going to fit for both stars. Kyrie already played with other stars and with the way he loves the game professionally, I can say that he can adjust to how to help Luka. It's a matter of time and playing together to build and established good chemistries between them while the season is still ongoing. |

It's more of a comeback fight and he should be showing us that he is ready for the big time show. Unfortunately, many of us see a different Thurman and made us conclude that he is no longer in his prime or somewhat getting old.
Every boxer sometimes have a not-so-satisfying performance, but we also have to remember that Errol Spence also struggle against an opponent, and that is against Porter when he only won via split decision, many of us think it's because of the injury he committed during a car crashed that's why he is not 100% yet, so it's the same story here. To stop this speculation, I think this fight should happen soon. A good impression, there's always time where heavy favorite fighter will have a struggle time, sometimes it can end up with losing, upset coming from an underdog. If the life turns its back on me and I be force to rent, I will rent, but in other situations I will try my best to have my own place. I feel more comfortable if I own the place. No matter what agreement or contract you have, place owner can always find a way to kick your out when you rent. I prefer to have small but my own, instead of living in one's trunks.
Would gladly read posts from users that rent for a long period (not exactly one place). What benefits they have. I've already read that some people rent, because it allows them to travel and not to stick to one place. My job forces me to stick to one place. And my city isnt that big (1 million citizens only) to want to try to live in different city places because of its specific areas and needs. In case I need something I have a car or can get there by taxi.
I quite agree with you as having your own place is more better than renting out a apartment. For one, i too feel comfortable living in my own home with no fear of eviction from anyone. Obviously, when you’re young and starting out on your own, you might be forced to rent. While people rent cause it helps them to be more flexible and not stuck in one place. I think having your own place doesn’t stop you from being flexible. It’s best having your own home as you could do all the traveling and exploring you want and still have a home to come back to and lay your head. I think nothing beats having your own place. Nothing beats to have your own house as you will not think about the monthly rent, most of us if not all will agree the convenient that you will get when you own a house. And like with yur argument, it's good to travel knowing that any time you can simply go back with a comfort of your own house. Investment wise, you can save your monthly rent and use it for your own business. |

Well, Clippers is packed up and that's going to be a good team if he ever goes back there. The fact that he does not have a big contract, I'm sure the Clippers have a budget to accommodate him. However, although we might think that Beverly did a huge part in the last time Clippers went to WCF, Beverly after that season was also traded, so why would the Clippers acquire him again? Maybe his hustle will make clippers to think about getting him since in the first place they can use him as major distraction to other teams star player. He is also good contributor in the court maybe this can give a plus points for them to take him back on the rooster. But since there's no strong rumor about this maybe people are just assuming that this will happen so maybe lets see how its goes after the buyout since there are still teams interested to get his service and might we might see him on more better team where he can possibly fit in. Yes, I see your point valid, his contract is not that much so if there's a possibility to sign him Clippers can easily do that. He's not new to the system and he's always capable of adjusting to his role. I think promotions like that happen to games that people majorly gamble in, which means that you do not get to gamble on things that would be normally acceptable in that sense. I understand that people want to see promotions on the things that they like to gamble, and maybe they will do something nice for you, or maybe they won't if not enough people, but I understand the logic.
When things like UFC or soccer gets a ton of betting and snooker gets very little, that tells the casino not to focus on snooker too much and instead spend that money on bets that people usually gamble on. It's just more efficient that way for every casino, and that is why snooker doesn't get much love.
I get that 100% and it makes sense but there must be a reason why they just started a partnership with snooker also. It is (very) big in the UK and China and maybe that are some markets they are focusing on. And while having a partnership, why not make some promotions around it also ? Suns had that one season when they were pretty good, but CP3 has been getting older and Ayton has been quite unhappy at the team, so Booker himself couldn't handle the whole load himself. With Durant on the floor and Booker there as well, just those two would be amazing duo for any team, they will definitely be much better without a doubt. However, CP3 and Ayton are not bad for third and fourth options neither, could be harder for second position but when you add someone as amazing as Durant, then suddenly these two work out very well too. I think they are pretty good and could fight for a title but they still have many teams they have to beat first, but I would say they are the best in west right now, depending on how Durant will do of course.
That was their first year together, they went as high to the finals, but lost to the Bucks. And then we thought that they will make a run again the next season, but with all the Ayton drama, not getting a max rookie contract, they choke in the second round against the Dallas team lead by Luka. Booker's mistake that time is to trash talk him throughout the series, but Luka just destroyed them mentally. So let's see, it seems that they are in a momentum because of their price acquisition, although losing 2 of their core. With a healthy KD as their reinforcement, I can say that the winning chance is good for the Suns, they can move to the next round and maybe a possible another West side Semis or maybe more than that. We can't conclude yet, but hopefully they'll manage how to work together for that same goal in winning a title. |

There's a good chance that neither one of them is willing to take the jump or put their belts on the line as in the first place, a rivalry was never established between these two boxers and that means a money fight is somehow impossible too.
As far as I know, if Rey Vargas will won his upcoming match against Foster, he will stay in that division I believed. Magsayo, on the other hand, if won against Figueroa, will do several mandatory title defenses first before considering moving up. I agree though, there's no rivalry between Mark Magsayo and Rey Vargas and neither one of them is calling each other that's why the possible rematch between them can happen if the situation will make it happen. I think not to wind up pennyless, you have to save something for the future from your current work. A side job is always a plus point for making life a lot easier, but it shouldn't be your first priority. You may lose focus on your main job and mess it up too. So if you are able to continue both work and making good money from both, then you can choose to do it. Otherwise, you will lose both in the process.
Sadly not everyone is able to be content with their main job. Currently I'm waiting for the first raise in 2 years before I make the next move. Not that they are not content but most because they are aiming or looking for better compensation, and if they can do it by extending their limits finding the right side job or part times. They can add more to thier monthly salary, money that they can use to address their finances a very big help for them to have a much lighter and easier in terms of daily needs. |

Well Spence believed that he has cemented his legacy, or at least somewhat may lead him to believed that. Even saying that they don't need to fight Bud Crawford for unification is really absurd.
It's too early for him to conclude that, if he really thinks about that, then he should retire from boxing rather than dodging the best fighters just to ensure he'll keep his undefeated record. No hate for Spence, but with the way he is acting, he doesn't look like a real champion to me, I think he believes that being undefeated will make him a great boxer, but he is wrong, for sure a lot will agree with me on that. Agree with you mate and yes thats a big mistake for him to avoid fighting in stronger or tough opponent which is he knew that once he fight a strong fighter for sure there's a 50% win and 50% loss. And if this kind of attitude he will continue then also for me he is not totally a champion and a great boxer because we all know that once you are a champion you will need fight much stronger to defend you belt and prove to the people that you are the one. You need to prove somehow but seems that Spence and his camp are keeping the way they understand this business, ther are doing good alibis to avoid taking risky fight for Spence. I think it will be Torrey Craig. They have two of the most dangerous shooters in the league and CP3's options for an assist are doubled so they might as well use the hole for their defensive push. Yeah, a lot of tension circling around on social media about how loyalty is not considered anymore. It's all business and it sounds brutal but players cannot do anything about it. Some even went further at defining it as players like items in the eyes of team management. I think this had been the biggest trading swing that I have seen, with lots of colors.  Western Conference became more competitive, and now Dallas Mavericks became a championship contender and so do the Suns. It goes both ways though, I mean if Kyrie can force Nets to trade him, and basically Durant is forced Nets to trade him, then it means Suns could force their players to go to another team as well, there is not just a single lane there. Teams can trade or even waive players, and players could always force their teams to trade them, worst comes to worse, not resign with them and sit out injured like AD did to pelicans could still work. I believe, both teams and players can do whatever they want, and there is nobody that stops them from doing it as long as they both consent to it, Nets do not have an amazing team anymore, but they at least got a good amount of picks now. They let go their main alphas. Both KD and Kyrie can contribute there's nothing to doubt with their skills but the issue with those dramas especially with Kyrie. Nets is still a business and management needs to let it go. With that sentiment with players and management, yes, they can do things like that if both decide to part ways, there's nothing that they can do but to agree with how things will be done and the movement will be pushed. |

That's a better opponent for him I believe. Alexandro Santiago has 3 losses and not a KO artist, so as long as he will not face a fighter like Inoue, this chance to win is higher. Though Alexandro Santiago is the younger fighter with 27 years of age, but the experience of Donaire is too much and this young boxer won't be able to handle it. Also, the height is only 5′ 2½″ , that's the kind of target Donaire wants to KO. Age can be an advantage in terms of stamina if Santiago will manage to finished the fight with UD but if Donaire will box him the chance of kissing the floor is possible. Doaire is still deadly with his hook and his power punches, that combination can still bring down his opponent, though we don't know yet if how Santiago will prepare and how he might surprise all the fans when already inside the ring and fighting with Donaire. |
