During the 2017-2018 bull run, crypto experience fraud from bitconnect, onecoin etc who disappear with billions of peoples dollars.
At bull run 2020-21we also experience fraud who will subsequently take advantage of people gullibility to ruin them, Luna, 3AC, Ftx, etc.

Bitconnect and other coin during 2017-2018 bullrun are purely scam. There’s a warning sign all over this project which dumb user ignored. While FTX, Luna and other exit scam project took us by surprise since they offer legitimate service with good liquidity until they pull off the exit scam.

But all this exit scam now and in the past can be avoided if we are sensitive and very thorough on every news regarding the project we are investing because all of them has a window of opportunity to exit early with less lose since most of them pump hard from its original value before they become scam which you will still be in profit if you believe on the early warnings about this projects.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Ever Made Such Mistake Before, But Won still? on: October 03, 2023, 04:04:54 PM

So by this experience, I am moved to ask you guys if any one of you have ever made such a mistake, but it turned out in your favor? Please share with us.

It happens a lot of time when casino doesn’t automatically change default currency to USDT when playing live. I experience betting 10mbtc instead of 10 USD on a roulette game which I didn’t notice until my bankroll depleted quickly. A painful experience that makes double checking the currency before I bet is my habit.

Nice that the result is favorable to you but I believe that there’s a lot of incidents like this before when casino feature doesn’t have many safety precautions such notifications when using max bet an so on that is not available before.
763  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Account ni satoshi Nakamoto nagtweet? on: October 03, 2023, 03:03:35 PM

764  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: bc.game not honouring deposit bonus on: October 03, 2023, 02:57:23 PM
Hi all,

Not quite sure if this is common knowledge yet, but bc.game is doing everything possible to avoid paying the deposit bonus that shows on the deposit page.
I've raised the issue several times with support, with responses ranging from 'its only the first deposit bonus' (why is it listed on each deposit page?), to 'issue has been reported' and finally 'you must deposit on tuesday and thursday'.

Seems fairly simple to me, can someone from bc.game reach out to resolve this?

james

But do you claim already their first 100% bonus on different currencies? Maybe you manage to claim and successfully clear the wagering requirements that’s why they are trying to restrict you on their bonus promotion.

The latest screenshot you provided is incomplete. Please upload complete conversation because the support might answering a previous message of yours containing information related to his answer. You just trim the conversation on the answer of the support then your last post meaning support post is not a response to your last message. But bc really received a lot of complaints about bonuses and withdrawals lately.
765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will the Gambling Sportybet (Company) Refund the Money? on: October 03, 2023, 11:37:52 AM
Is it possible for the company to refund the money to the boy?

Obvious no if he will just beg for it since company won’t allow it because of their strict company rules. However, there’s a chance to refund this if he will bring this to the court since he is minor which he has an advantage to convince the judge to refund his money. He needs to find a decent lawyer that will do pro bono case for him to make this possible. But I bet someone will be interested to do this trouble just to refund kids money.

The guardian who let their kid trick them to verify the casino account should be the one to blame here because he can’t play in the casino if no one will give him the id to verify his account before he can make any deposit.
766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop discouraging people from Bitcoin... on: October 03, 2023, 11:28:39 AM

Why is it that everytime a newbie shows his or her interest in trading Bitcoin, some people will always try to discourage the newbie?  You see them saying things like “Bitcoin trading is not for newbies”

Trading is not Bitcoin so if someone discouraged newbie to trade Bitcoin doesn’t mean they don’t want to introduce Bitcoin to newbie. It’s advisable to hold Bitcoin rather than trade it as newbie due to the volatility which can inflict loss to newbie with reckless trading.

I doubt someone in the forum will discourage newbie to purchase Bitcoin. You should update the title to “Bitcoin Trading” because it’s misleading when you said “ discouraging people from Bitcoin...”
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you manage greed to place your bet on: October 03, 2023, 09:35:07 AM
Again why do you regret after putting smaller amounts and it happens the games went as planned and starts blaming yourself for not increasing your bet amount, maybe by now you could have cashed out big time. How do you control this thought over your ends do you keep to your regulations of always placing bets with some limits or you place bet according to your mind and regrets after losing that amount for not following your limits?

You feel this way because you are betting not a comfort bet amount(too small or too big). You should determine to yourself what is the bet amount which you can accept when lose and win. Gambling will always feel you not enough when winning and losing so it’s important to resolve first your comfort zone to become satisfied on the result no matter what is the outcome.

I’m not always gambling but I always have fixed bet amount on difficulty types of game. It’s very hard to control your emotion during the game so it’s important to settle all your max and min before you play so that you can still think straight. The only time I feel confusion on my bet amount is when I’m betting on live games which I’m not prepared.
768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Arbitrage trading on: October 02, 2023, 06:10:21 PM
It’s very hard to secure profit on arbitrage trading for crypto since it’s to volatile and limited liquidity on order book. The price difference on every exchange is really tempting to arbitrage but the thin liquidity makes the price impact of your order too huge which is impossible to get profit.

Exchange also uses bot to sync on the market price which makes the order book always updated close to the average market value.

And also casino can ask KYC using whatever reason they want without giving further explanation to the customers. This line is indicated on ToS of every casino. Your idea that casino can't request KYC is non existence in reality.
You misunderstood what I was trying to say. I meant that casinos shouldn't request KYC  just because of certain withdrawal patterns. Do you know what exactly was unusual about his account? You don't!

Because you're not a part of their team. Jumping to the casino's defence in this manner without proper reasoning and proof is silly and pointless.

I understand exactly what you said. If you go back to the exact post which I reply to you. I never mention that I’m sure about his specific case and also that withdrawal pattern is just one of my assumption but you literally focus on it and remove the rest of that specific post.

I think this is just a regular KYC probably due to his withdrawal pattern after profit or regarding the method on how he get that profit.

I’m sending the same statement to you. You are not either part of the team so how sure you are that it’s not the case?  So you are telling me if you say so is right? Cheesy

Kidding. I’m just trying to convey that team can request KYC no matter how shit reason they have because the terms and conditions of their casino states it!
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting paid on gambling accounts on: October 02, 2023, 01:36:41 PM
I made a mistake of getting paid for signature campaign in gambling platform accounts.
When I got my payment, I thought I would slowly increase the amount by about 5-10% before I initiate a withdrawal. But I quickly lost control of my emotions and ended up blowing the entire balance of my account. This happened more than once, it happened about 5 times as I received money from different sources.
It’s important for me to tell this story so that others don’t make the same mistake I did. This has been a huge life lesson in managing money and emotional self-discipline .

Your idea of getting paid on gambking account is not a bad idea if you are real gambler since you are just receiving onnce a week payment while you can save transfer fee since it’s already on your account but this is disaster if you are not a regular gambler at all since you can easily lose all the money because your will think that it’s just from signature campaign payment. Your deposit balance is also subjected to wagering requirements of the casino since it’s deposit from campaign manager wallet. This is terrible since you will need to wager whenever you receive payment as mandatory to withdraw your balance with or without profit.

771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Educate yourself to be a frugal gambler on: October 02, 2023, 12:15:07 PM
Don't be one of these people. Have a daily or weekly gambling budget and learn which games you like and how to play them so that you can actually have much more fun playing them than just winging any game.

Or simply don’t engage on any gambling activity if you can’t afford to lose money due to your family needs or you have no self control since you knew it to yourself if you can handle gambling or not.

Gambling is not a requirements that needs a dedication to allocate money on regular basis just to have fun. There’s a lot of way of to have fun without gambling which even casino keeps reminding us through their responsible gaming terms. Gambling is not for everyone since it can destroy life with just a misappropriate bankroll management. I admit that I cam't handle hardcore gambling that's why I only play whenever I'm on real vacation with extra money coming from my salary bonus or campaigns.

That doesn't make any sense. Casinos cannot request KYC just because of certain withdrawal patterns unless they suspect money laundering or something which doesn't seem to be the case here.

They can check how he acquired the profit by themselves without requesting any form of KYC basically.

They required KYC because they saw something unusual on this account or else this guy can withdraw without KYC since I have Duelbits account that still can manage to instant withdraw without any KYC.

And also casino can ask KYC using whatever reason they want without giving further explanation to the customers. This line is indicated on ToS of every casino. Your idea that casino can't request KYC is non existence in reality.

Shuffle always take care their VIP since you will get extra feature exclusive to VIP level once you reach certain rank. You can their program here: https://shuffle.com/vip-program .Maybe manager @little mouse might help you to connect with the team.

@ndumm, I want to request to include the amount need to wagered on the VIP levels instead of showing just the percentage to have a better track on what's wagering requirements left for player convenience.
774  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is a 20% Annual Return good ? on: October 01, 2023, 07:56:36 PM
With my experience in the cryptocurrency market, I decided to develop a short-term Bitcoin spot trading strategy using the TradingView platform and its strategy programming tool. I managed to create a strategy that yields an average annual return of 20% according to backtesting. My question is, is this return acceptable, or in your opinion, what would be an acceptable or good return?
Of course yes, any form of profit is good when it’s consistent. 20% is already an insane percentage for fixed profit yearly when you have high capital invested. Banks only offer below 5% while most defi platform offer below 10% APY with their stablecoin and top coin staking.

But this acceptability on the percentage still varies on how much margin you are using because it’s useless to have 20% profit while the total profit in fiat value is just a penny. To be precise, it’s based on your preference on the profit amount to categorize it as good but 20% profit generally speaking is already above good return.
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Navigating the World of Online Gambling on: October 01, 2023, 05:34:38 PM
Online gambling is always tempting because it can always be accessed anytime and anywhere so it will be a little difficult for someone to stop betting because they have access to continue visiting the online site and if that is difficult, planning funds for gambling and limiting losses or limiting winnings is the way to go. It best to avoid bad things that will happen if you continue betting on gambling and I remember that controlling emotions is also important when it comes to gambling because these emotions can prevent us from committing to something that has been planned.
Always obeying the rules that have been planned independently and adhering to the budget that has been planned in advance will make gamblers healthier in terms of betting without spending a lot of money and money in their savings.
Yeah, Online gambling is the nightmare of those user that has no self control even on physical casino. I believe it will be difficult to discipline yourself about budget you will use on gambling most importantly if you are living on your own since no one can help you while someone in the influence of gambling addiction usually has the tendency of no self control.

Locking your funds or moving on a wallet that you have temporarily no access is the best way to avoid over spending. This is assuming worst case scenario that you will lose a lot and has the urge to play more.
776  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bakit Parang Hindi Nag Rereflect Ang Mga Data Ng local exchange Sa Actual Users on: October 01, 2023, 04:08:20 PM
Probably yung mga crypto user ng services na ito is more on silent type user only.

777  Economy / Economics / Re: What would you do in this situation? Invest or save? on: October 01, 2023, 01:23:15 PM

Get 5000$ loan to start your real dream business and pay the interest slowly until you can fully paid the loan using your business profit. Some bank offer a business loan which let you pay in long terms with fair interest rate so that you can have time to get profit for your business.

Starting different business or wait until you complete the funds is just a waste of time while there’s a financial instrument available to let you start immediately. It’s important to stick to your original plan since you already study how to run your business compared to running a compromised business that you didn’t really like.
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ban from a Casino for Nothing Other Than Winning Too Much Money on: October 01, 2023, 01:02:03 PM
Maybe it's normal for a casino to prohibit someone from gambling and getting big winnings at its place continuously because it could harm the casino's finances. The casino does not want to suffer losses from this person so it must prohibit him from gambling at its casino. And this person should know that he can no longer gamble at that casino and move to another casino. They don't cheat, but the big wins they get can pose a risk to the casino and the casino owner certainly wants to avoid seeing his business get into trouble.

The problem is most of the casino is connected to each other so they share information about certain customers that gives them a hard time then later on him too. The person we are talking about here is a high roller with a very good analysis skills which means this person is a threat to casino industry.

Not only physical casino but also online casino is banning user or limiting their bets if they are winning too much. No business will allow someone to continuously drain their bankroll while they have a lot of customers contributing to the profit which they can focus on.
779  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io| 💸Buy-Sell BFG on BetFury | 🔥Fury Pharaoh - New In-house Slot on: September 30, 2023, 06:53:10 PM
the BFG token price is also quite stable even though the Bitcoin price is now dumping

It's because Betfury current price is already in the bottom way below the listing price. I believe most of the early investors already exit while the current holder are those who earn Betfury through rakeback and staking rewards or some holders that purchased recently during the low price.
I say stable because I have been holding BFG tokens for 3 months, and from Coingecko's data it has only experienced a decline of 3-10% over the past year. I think that's cool considering the current price of Bitcoin.

Then you falls on the comment above which is the recent buyer. Yeah sure you will have a good experience buying this token now that it’s on bottom and not moving since it’s staking APY is still good considering how stable it is now.

But I’m commenting based on the overall chart which shows that it’s only stable because it’s already on the bottom below the IDO price since no one will ever dump their tokens now if they purchase during token sale. On,y the team can dump hard the marker below it’s current price to the ATL.

Stake your tokens on BFG farming  if you want to get the most profit out of your BFG investment.
780  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake Balance Glitch on: September 30, 2023, 06:28:11 PM
I had $1389. was playing plinko...
I was busy doing something so I was just looking at my balance occasionally to make sure i was still over $1,000...

well, it said I was at $1389
but it then said I didn't have enough funds to make my bet.

Please clarify what’s your current balance display now? Do you ask the support about it because contacting will make this issue solve quickly since they can double check your total bet and compute your PnL to determine your updated balance.

If ever, Are you using Martingale strategy because there’s a chance that you consecutive losses while your next bet is already not sufficient for your balance to cover.
