761  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Will you continue to use Mt. Gox after today? on: April 03, 2013, 11:23:03 PM
Gotta admit, it has pissed me right off today, i use them "by default" really, i will be looking else where, hell ive even wanted to start my own!

I have thought the same thing. Just have to right a solid back end in Java or C++... none of this PHP non sense.
762  Economy / Service Discussion / Will you continue to use Mt. Gox after today? on: April 03, 2013, 11:14:59 PM
So what's the verdict?
763  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: April 03, 2013, 11:02:34 PM
Since the price has already hit $147 there are no psychological barriers between here and there.

How many psychological barriers could there be between 100.00 to 1,000.00 after BTC hit 100 I lost any doubt that it could just continue to grow indefinitely.
A lot? One at $148 no doubt, one at each of the $100 marks, and a monumentally sized one at the $1000 mark.
$500 will be big... very tempting to sell off some coins and easy to add up.
764  Economy / Speculation / Re: EVERYONE SHORT on: April 03, 2013, 10:59:57 PM
Odds are very good that we'll see low double digits again, and when we get back down there, there's a good chance we can make it back into the single digits if enough people are turned off by the crash.
Nope. Now they are turned on becouse they see how much money they can make in a single day. Now I am thinking shit, when it hits $500 I will sell and buy back in at $300 in the same day. lol

I think its a scam harvesting BTC address's and names and other data.
766  Economy / Speculation / Re: Still $153 at Virwox on: April 03, 2013, 10:51:28 PM

Try a different browser
769  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: April 03, 2013, 10:42:23 PM
FFS why can I not log in? Is anyone else having this issue?

I had the problem, it was chrome.  Switch to another browser if you're using it.  Then you can log in.
Same here, I switched from Chrome to Opera it it works fine.
770  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2013-04-03 THE FINANCIAL TIMES Bitcoin bubble grows and grows on: April 03, 2013, 10:38:44 PM
Interesting.
771  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: April 03, 2013, 10:34:02 PM
returning to normal guys Smiley
150$ per BTC by 15th remains intact on fundamentals
At this rate we could see it tonight...who knows.
Gox is gonna fuck the whole thing up anyway.
772  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: April 03, 2013, 10:30:41 PM
WTF is going on with the price??? Drops to 110 and pops up to 125 every few seconds.

The whole thing is fucking nonsensical. Who the fuck knows what the BTC price is right now.

This is horrible for merchants...$147-$110 range is a tough way to run a business in one day.
773  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: April 03, 2013, 09:56:34 PM
Well, I hope all you sellers are spamming the buy button.
In the mean time I was trying to Arbitrage BTC China... its not really working. My 0.2 BTC are now tied up in 200 yuan somewhere being converted to Liberty Reserve in the next 2 days... anyone know the best way to get back into BTC with LR? I though LR was instant? Just not when the Chinese are doing it...
774  Economy / Speculation / Re: EVERYONE SHORT on: April 03, 2013, 09:50:51 PM

778  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the fed inflating bitcoin to crash it? on: April 03, 2013, 05:24:42 PM
If anything the CIA will make sure Bitcoin stays around. It is a dream currency for them. They can do whatever the hell they want with no money trail.
779  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: trying to mine on windows home server on: April 03, 2013, 05:22:11 PM
I am running two 6770's. I installed the latest AMD SDK kit... then I overclocked both gpu's using MSI Afterburner. Mem clock all the way down, Core clock all the way up. I get the best performance out of bfgminer. Around 220 m/h per card.
780  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why this is not a bubble on: April 03, 2013, 05:18:28 PM
If we could only go back to how Facebook was back in 05' and the college days... nude photo's, pictures of keggers and beer bongs, crazy ass parties. God I must have un-tagged myself from 500 photos when they opened it up to the general public and didn't require a college email address anymore. Never will forget getting a friend request from my aunt and thinking wtf?? lol
