I imagine it's a lot of work running a signature campaign successfully. It's probably like a part-time job in itself. If op wants to lower the workload I suggest a similar model to PrimeDice ie you don't have to confirm individual users or workout how much you owe people as they just sign up and claim with a PM at the end of the month and you quickly verify this. That way everybody knows what they're getting and then there's no complaints. Automatic payouts are great if they are actually automatic like they were with Ritz, but clearly they're not here.
I have send him an proposal in which I state that I would takeover his campaign to reduce workload. I will post the proposal here as well, so that you all can see what I send him. I have nothing to hide (well, except personal information). Wink

Hello UpDown.BT,

I know that you are getting a lot of private messages and I can understand if you ignore this message. I won't blame you at all. It's more than understandable.

If you are still reading this, I would like propose something to you. I know that you are really busy with your website and personal life and I could help you with this by taking over your campaign. I know the last one wasn't a big success, but you can checkout my trust rating and check my posts. I have always been fairly active and my reputation is quite good if you ask me.

A bit about me:
I am Mitchell, a 20 year old IT student which started Bitcoin almost one year ago. I have invested a lot of time in it and on this forum, as you can see on this screenshot:

In my Bitcoin life I have met a few amazing people, including NewLiberty (The creator of the New Liberty Dollar and Cold Hard Cash), Rassah (one of the members of Mycelium), Moe (organizer of multiple Bitcoin Conferences) and many other amazing people. I'm have also taken over the Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns Overview from Rannasha, which I try to keep up to date at all times.

Proposal:
Were you to allow me to take over your campaign I would promise (and even sign a contract) that I will act responsibly, within the rules you would provide me and that I won't run away with the money (we could use escrow if you want). All funds would be put into one address, which I would sign to proof that I have control of these funds and show that to the campaign members as well. This allows you (and them) to keep an eye on how the funds are spend. The funds itself will be stored on a paper wallet in a safe place. That way they won't be exposed to hacking attempts.

Me running the campaign would have some advantages as well. Since I have more time to checkout the campaign members and their posts I would be able to do weekly/bi-weekly payments instead of monthly payments. This would make campaign members extremely happy and attract more new members (if that is still needed). I would also be able to quickly respond to changes, new signups and questions. All positive points in my opinion.

I can imagine that you are wondering what I want in return. Well, to be honest, nothing. I might ask for a small donation when I get extremely busy and it starts to consume a lot of my free time, but that's about it. If you think a reward/payment should be done I won't deny it, but at this moment I don't care if I get paid or not. I just want to help out a little.

That's it for now, I suppose. If you have any other questions you would like to ask me, please do ask. I will be awaiting your response (or not if you are ignoring this private message, which is fine as well).

Kind Regards,
Mitchell

Guys, if he can afford to pay to get on the Bitcoin Foundation he can probably afford to run a sig campaign. He probably just isn't running it very well and struggling with it. You should all remove your signatures after the next payment until issues are resolved.
I am going to agree with this. He has the money, but I think everything got to much to handle (maybe because of website problems, etc).

I am interested in taking one or two of these nice looking pins, but how much is shipping to Canada?  I don't want to pay that nasty 0.04 BTC :O
@bitcoininformation dammit, you got 77... nice, lucky x_x
Why is it lucky? Because of double digits? If so, then yeah, I am a lucky man Cheesy

Well, I have, finally, received my package and made a few pictures, which will be posted underneath this post. The pin is amazing. I can't describe it in any other way. It's amazing and I am so glad that I bought it, even though I hesitated at first. This is one of the best purchase I have ever made. Just checkout the pictures and you will see why. Wink

Picture time!

Well, I have, finally, received my package and made a few pictures, which will be posted underneath this post. The coins itself are the shiniest coins I have ever seen. Even my "Cold Hard Cash"-coins from NewLiberty, can't match the shininess of these coins. It's amazing! They feel really good and I can't wait to fund them, which I will do once I have some BTC to fund them with.

Serp, you send me three coins, did you know that? I only ordered two. Do you want me to pay for the third one?

Picture time!

7649  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. WEEKLY PAYOUTS. on: June 03, 2014, 01:23:03 PM
Is this still on weekly payout structure, or did it change to monthly like the other sig campaigns?
Not yet. This week will be the last weekly payment Wink

I think UpDown will continue weekly payout to stay in the competition. Ritz is no more in the market. FXO & Genesis-Mining are already paying weekly and Stunna has announced that he'll be weekly too. So, if UpDown shift to monthly, then it'll be a drawback for him.
He said he wouldn't so I doubt it. He might do it, but he already is overwhelmed with this campaign, so yeah. Doubt it very much.

My own lovely one. Tech savvy as in being keen to spend stupid amounts on the latest gadgets and staying on top of the latest developments.
Oh, I see. Yes, that describes Apple users quite well. Just don't see how the loser part fits with the Android users. I'm an Android user myself and I wouldn't describe myself as a loser, nor the OS itself.
7652  Economy / Speculation / Re: BOOM! BREAKING: Apple to allow bitcoin transmitting apps in AppStore on: June 03, 2014, 12:12:57 PM
I guess the average Apple user is more affluent and tech savvy/brainwashed than one of them Android losers. I'm a WP8 so no one loves me.
Average Apple users more tech savvy then Android users? In what alternative universe do you live? Roll Eyes

OP said that the new member will be confirm this next payout i hope he did some review on this thread
@bitcoinformation did he respond to your pm?
He did not, sadly.

No. Can you really make an infinite amount of posts?  Cheesy I think you mean unlimited, but it's capped at 3000.

"No spam or rubbish posts, max 3000 posts per month."

Not that many people would likely even get close to doing half of that though.
It's currently capped at 200 per week. He said so in one of his posts Wink

Isn't that the other deal? Says 3000 in the op.
OP is not updated Wink I am 100% sure.

Apps may facilitate transmission of approved virtual currencies provided that they do so in compliance with all state and federal laws for the territories in which the app functions
I am not so sure yet. Those parts worry me, a lot.

They're probably just trying to waive their responsibility for how it gets used, in as broadly interpreted (i.e. vague) a way as is possible. When you really scrutinies the wording, it implies that when you travel to a state/federation that has legislation against "virtual" currencies, the app itself is deemed to be violating Apple's appstore guidelines. Which is pretty laughable.
Hmmm, that makes sense to be honest. It sounds very Apple-like at least. Well, will see how it goes and what it does to the price Grin

7658  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Silver and copper coins- Goxxed For The Last Time a (commiserative) coin on: June 02, 2014, 07:06:15 PM
Thanks for that bitcoininfo! I really appreciate the time you took to post the reviews.

I tried to pack them securely, the silver is lighter and should have been labeled for you, but probably got ripped up from the packaging.
No problem man!

And yeah, they were definitely packed securely. So secure that it was really hard to get them out, hahaha. You did mark it, but after I unpacked it, the coin got mixed with all the other coins when I tried to make pictures. Whoops Lips sealed

Second shipment || Website payment
Well, this package was a lot larger and heavier (even though it said "Featherpost" on the back). Getting the coins out was a real challange. This time I received a Silver Goxxed Coin and 5 Fine Silver Plated Error Coins. I had a hard time figuring out what the silver one was, once I unpacked them all. The only way you could tell is if you look at the thickness of the coin. The Fine Silver Plated ones are a lot thicker. After that I checked out the error coins with my first coin and I couldn't find any errors (except a splash of paint on the side of one of the coins). But that must be me, I bet that bigtimespaghetti could spot them in a second. Anyway, I am, currently, the only one that has these error codes. They are number 301 till 305 and I like them. I am glad that I got paid this way.

First shipment
The first thing I saw when I opened up my package was a piece of laminated paper containing my coin number and the autograph of the creator. It looks quite good and quiet professional. After that I unwrapped the coin and placed it gently in my hand. The first thing I noticed is that the coin itself is quite heavy, way heavier than I expected. Another peculiar thing is airtight case it comes in. Why you ask? Because it's not flat like most cases. This one is a bit rounder on the top and the bottom. I like it, even though it took me a while to adjust to this concept.

You know what I also received today? A shipment of Coin Stands, which resulted in the following picture.
