7661  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Marketing, Media and Online Awareness Consultant looking for interesting project on: October 22, 2018, 03:51:05 PM
I have been in the crypto space since the last 3 years and run my own Twitter account with over 170,000 followers. Over the time I have build up my expertise in the fields of marketing, social media and PR for crypto related companies. As a consultant I have great connections and innovative ideas, creativity and experience to bring to the table.

You can contact me at missaltcoin@protonmail.com and check out my profile on Twitter www.twitter.com/missaltcoin

Please also state your past experience and achievements. Having an over 170,000 followers in Twitter is not really surprising nowadays because of flaws in the progress of having that. Also as far as the nature of this forum is concerned about work hunting, please do hunt for yourself for a project that needs a team or something like that because at some cases, those project owners don't want to browse a certain section here in this forum to find people willing to be part of their team but instead they creating their own threads and let those interested people to come in them.

Anyways your Twitter accounts is tagged as "This account is temporarily restricted".
7662  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why other people choose gambling instead bounty? on: October 22, 2018, 03:31:22 PM
i'll been notice here I lot of people are joining to gambling instead of bounty? gambling is risk same as to investment it's just like burning your money then they regrets this is a sick of people?
Cant live with out gambling? in the real life people who addictive to gambling they lose all their property they thinking how they can make money sometimes it's go down to crime because of gambling they just want money to gambling again. If you are a bounty hunter you can gain profit start saving and build your own business other here bounty and gain profit gambling. how they can managed to situation like that? I'm just concern to them all of their effort are waste. I hope Gambler can read this. Smiley

You will not understand their sentiments. I don't know what you are trying to bring here. The comparison is out of the context and not making sense for me.

You may now closed the thread or moved it to other section.

P.S This kind of thread shouldn't be here in META. Please spend time learning how things are done here in bitcointalk forum.
7663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptoslots - Provably Fair Cryptocasion with $1mil JACKPOT! on: October 22, 2018, 03:15:29 PM

It is still not listed so I doubt the legitimacy of that claim. Probably the website and games are running flawlessly, but the claim of being a legitimate one, is actually a very bad tendency of casino owners.

You can send an email to Scotland Entertainment S.A. on "office@slotlandentertainment.com" to know the reality. I could have sent one but I will request you to do because the website thread was posted by you!

The website (www.cryptoslots.com) is listed as "NEW" in Slotland Affiliate Program (https://www.slotlandaffiliates.com) together with the 2 website listed in http://www.slotlandentertainment.com/portfolio.html .

So Im thinking it will be soon added at http://www.slotlandentertainment.com/portfolio.html . But Im not sure if the affiliate program is being recognized because no link of it on the main site. Honestly the main site is poorly built.
7664  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reminder: Back up your wallets and a tip to recover in certain circumstances. on: October 19, 2018, 09:12:24 PM
~snipped~

Just want to add that the folder (windows.old) will automatically deleted by Windows after a month or less (iirc) so recovery must be done right away in case of such circumstances.

For let's say no time to dig up thing on the old folder, people can also backed it up to an external drive (although it consumed much). Not just for recovering wallets or files but people can also use this folder as source when reverting back to their previous OS.
7665  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading exchange platform on: October 19, 2018, 07:52:45 PM
As an investor, what should I look for in selecting the most ideal exchange platform?

Your priority is to find an exchange that:

-Already established a good name in crypto exchange industry
-Not known for always having a bad issue

After listing some exchanges that fit the above criteria:

-Check their cash-in (deposit) and see if it will passed your preferences
-Check all the fees associated in every transaction
-Check the limits (KYC terms)

For exchange recommendations, you can compile all exchanges that will mentioned here but the final verdict will be based on your analyzation and actual usage of that exchange. I don't really recommend an exchanges because we have different preferences so this is your assignment now.

7666  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In this trading battle which side are you? on: October 19, 2018, 05:50:43 PM
I discovered that there are two schools of thought about were bitcoin is heading to and if you go through the speculatives sections of both bitcoin and altcoins,  you will agree with me that some people are saying that the bearish market will continue are others are saying any breakout from now will set the market on a bull run.  I don't know the side you belong to as the uncertainty is very high.  I will like us as traders to discuss this and learn from each other views here.  Thanks

Traders have different perspectives so the "side" you are talking will depend on how they are handling their trades.

For example, a long term holder, obviously they are on the side of bull run. Another example is, day/short term trader, they are bound to preferred a pump and dump scene for a short period of time. Another one is, accumulator wherein they want to have a continous bearish for quiet some time for them to accumulate more coins.

I don't see any reason why this should be important. Just follow your thoughts based on your own analyzation.
7667  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Basics Guide] How to check token balance in digital wallet! on: October 19, 2018, 02:59:38 PM
I have seen some digital wallet address users posted on ANN thread on their Bounty Applications here in the forum specifically the Bounties Altcoin section. Most of them had only minimal amount of token stored on it. Probably most of the bounty hunters are poor.

So you will called them rich if they hold lots of tokens lol?

Did you know that there are users who holds hundreds of tokens of different name but overall, the total value of ALL tokens there is just a piece of candy? Having lots of coins stored is not the basis of being "poor".

Don't based on that from now. It's out of the context.
7668  Economy / Marketplace / Re: how to convert rinkeby eth to ethereum on: October 19, 2018, 02:04:52 PM
I don't find any crypto currency with the name of Rinkeby eth in the coinmarket cap site,so did you spelled your crypto name correctly or you bought it from ICO sale? If a coin not existed in CMC means it don't have any value so you need to wait until it listed on exchange then only you can convert it.

For clarification,

Some altcoins/tokens aren't listed in Coinmarketcap.

Not all tokens that is not listed in Coinmarketcap doesn't have a value.

And lastly, even a coin is listed on exchange, it does mean that it should be listed on Coinmarketcap.

To OP: I think you already know what is the answer. But like the poster above, Im also curious where did you get it.
7669  Economy / Speculation / Re: The pain of holding bitcoin in 2017. on: October 19, 2018, 01:43:32 PM
This year 2017 has not been favourable to those that buy bitcoin in 2017, ended and are still holding.  Bitcoin is in a state that we have not expect as many investors and speculators were saying bitcoin will get to over $50,000 this year.  We should still holding as selling below the amount we buy is selling out of pain and frustration.

Since they are holding until now then just continue. They already spend lots of months holding during this bear month so dumping at the current price is kind of a sh*t move to me. If they really care to thie price decrease movement then they should consider selling back then and not now.

Why other guys are rushing so much for bitcoin to reached their dream price e.g $30,000, $40,000, $50,000? Just relax. Those who are on rush are those who feel the excitement of 2017 hype. It's better that the market is on the state like this so that we determined the strongest support of bitcoin price. A quick massive jump into higher price is a product of hype and not by real demand.
7670  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Perfect crypto betting experience on: October 19, 2018, 09:55:10 AM

Thanks for the answer!

I believe that most of the established sportsbooks meet these criteria. Do you play on all/couple of them? Looking actively for best odds? Have your favs?

Generally no at most of the cases or it depends on the situation. For example, I have some funds on a certain sportsbook site and find a best odds on the other site. I found it hassle sometimes to make a deposit. So yeah depend on my mood.

Having a good support is really one of the most characteristics that a certain gambling site does. Withdrawals is fine even it's not instant but it must processed right away for let's say not less than 10 to 15 minutes.

Also aside from variety of sports, I preferred those who have variety of betting option under the same sports.

NO need for KYC

KYC for a gambling site really suc**. It shouldn't be implemented. No way it can be applied same with crypto exchanges today
7671  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Why has the cryptocurrency market been so stagnant this month? on: October 19, 2018, 09:08:36 AM
For over two months Now, the market has been stagnant. No show of a solid bull in the market. some of my trading friends have abandoned there accounts believing that it might take months before we can see a bull market.
WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE THE REASON BEHIND THE MARKET SLOW MOVEMENT?

Didn't you know that it's way better to see crypto market like this. It removed those people who are just into crypto because of 2017 hype. We saw the real bottom, we saw what price level is not a joke, we saw everything etc.

Your friends abandoned their accounts? Then they really don't know what they are doing.

Honestly most people are so much excited for the bull run but when it comes they didn't know how to deal on it.
7672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: October 19, 2018, 08:53:35 AM
I don't know what happened but no awkward moment between Jimmy Butler and Karl Anthony Towns during their first game this season. Although they loss at the hands of San Antonio Spurs, still we can't see the effect of the "issue" between Butler and the team. I just don't know if Butler will still continued his drama about being traded or will remained at Timberwolves for the rest of the season.
Like what Jimmy Butler said he doesn't mix up personal problems with his game. He likes to keep it professional as possible as it is also what will keep his value up, remember he still wanted to be traded even though the season has already begun. Resting and acting hurt would only delay his trade that he has been looking for ever since this pre-season. The only thing I want to happen as a fan is of course change his views with the team and hopefully sign a contract extension with them, but I doubt that it would happen.

Good thing that is the scenario. Kudos also to Karl Anthony Town that he do the same. These team are quiet really great only if no drama outside the court. I also agreed that he should stay at Twolves although we don't know what's really inside him that's why he is eager to be traded.

The Lakers are overrated, I bet on them on their first game thinking Lebron could dominate the scoring but this guy is just trusting his teammates
so much which are shooting bricks in the 3 point line tonight. I hope they will improve in the next game and they will focus on the inside as they are better that way.

Lakers shouldn't be overrated. Fans are just considered them overrated.

LeBron did his best so I don't see any problem with him in their recent loss. It's just that Portland Trail Blazers did some great performance too.

His teammates also step up in the although not enough fuel to light up the fire.
7673  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CEX.IO additional application form. on: October 19, 2018, 08:07:47 AM
So i've account on CEX.io for few years. I have confirmed identity vertificatin (KYC).

However they ask me to fill also their application form pdf.  I uploaded it to my google drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fO7ypHnzsNVaX-W1W4uTboBUJ_2YQwoB/view?usp=sharing

They ask info about source of fund, employement, phone number of employer, facebook account etc...

Has anybody filled this?

I'm not fine with this.

That's a usual thing that is asked on verification but only when you want to increased limits. Our local exchanger does have that kind of question and Im filled it because I really used them service regularly and they are based here in my country. But for lowered limits, that is not necessary and just a simple verifcation is enough. When dealing verification with an exchanges outside of my country, I do not filled that kind of info but only the verification thru ID's.

Is that a mandatory thing that you need to comply in cex.io whatever the account level or something like that? If not then you can skipped with that.
7674  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Setting Up For A Bull Run? on: October 18, 2018, 06:02:26 PM
Experts claim Bitcoin could be on the verge of a bull run. Read why they think the market will begin growing exponentially and when is expected to happen so you can prepare your portfolio: https://cryptocoin.news/news/is-bitcoin-setting-up-for-a-bull-run-20800/

Do you think this will happen in 2019?

They did made some analyzations so they made a speculation like that. You can take that as reference but up to you if you will buy the speculation.

Do I think that bull run will happened in 2019? You know what matters here is, this year,  btc price was really tested. Lots of attempts had being made to bring down the price much lower to the established price bottom this year but didn't happened. We can now somehow determined the established "bottom price" which is a good starting point if ever a bullish run will happened.

Im fine with the trend that happened this year eventhough no doubt I loss some on the way because this trend shows us what's the "real price" after the not well strong 2017 hype.
7675  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: October 18, 2018, 05:39:09 PM
It's just one game, I am sure they will make adjustment and Melo will eventually fit in the long run.
The Rockets is still a Championship team, if Melo will blend perfectly then it will be hard for them to beat, maybe he will be in the starting line up.

Honestly Im not concern on Rockets loss but in terms of "adjustment" , Melo has really issues about that that's why Im concern on his first day performance. Ok well then give him time as always. Smiley

I don't know what happened but no awkward moment between Jimmy Butler and Karl Anthony Towns during their first game this season. Leonard goes rampage at Toronto Raptors win.

DeRozan goes rampage too at San Antonio Spurs win.

Both won the trade as long as no "drama" will happened on the way by either one of them. Cool
7676  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: selling bitcoins on: October 18, 2018, 04:34:17 PM
Where can i get the best price for selling my bitcoins  Huh Huh

Best price is via direct person trade. Yes actual trades between 2 parties but of course there is always at risk. At some cases, people do meetups and they take preev.com price as reference. In general, it will depend on where the both parties will refer the price. That's the only I think you can get a best price because you are not dealing with exchanges own rates.

But if it's not possible for you to do it, then you have no choice but to compare multiple exchanges price  rateand sees what will be fitted in your criteria.
7677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with normal games on: October 18, 2018, 03:42:30 PM
There are a lot of chances that people can gamble, like when you try a drinking game, where you watch a movie, and you are going to drink when that character do a specific thing or something like that. I have done that, and it's entertaining but it's not that common to do anymore

I have a lot of multiplayer games in my PS4, like Tekken, UFC, Injustice, etc. My friends and I don't go to competitions, but we make our own, we start betting stuff or sometimes just money with whoever who wins the bracket.

Has anyone made a simple competition with friends and won a lot of money? Or something out of the ordinary, instead of playing in the casino but still having the chance to earn money. Share your thoughts.

Yes honestly it's a normal scene in the community.

Some are card games, sportsbet, mini gambling games and others stuff that was just created by imagination as long as it was gambling.

Sometimes friendly games but at some cases, other party will be involved and game will now be serious. Miss this kind of activity back then.
7678  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Method of removing $ 1,000 to $ 1500 within 2 months on: October 18, 2018, 01:13:45 PM

When we have a virtual account of $ 15,000, how to spend $ 1000 and get $ 1500 in just two months? I have researched and found that investing in any one form is risky, so how to increase the amount of money in the account quickly?

I can't really say what will be my approached because the pressure of holding virtual account is different from real account.

Even I will say a certain strategy, that will be changed once I will do it on actual. I doubt those suggestions that they will spend like XXX amount will really happened once they will do it on real account. In virtual, it's easy to say that I will bet a certain amount then .... because there is no pressure and you are comfortable that even you will lost, it's fine.

So changed your mindset. What matters here is to get a profit on regular basis and maintained it for long term and not forcing to reached a certain target for a given period.
7679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: October 18, 2018, 12:07:15 PM

@harizen To be honest it's the first time our lines and offers have been good enough to come in here to discuss with all you hardcore NBA fans! Our Sportsbook team made a massive effort to update our NBA offerings over the summer, not just with the odds and margins but the huge amount of player props we now offer on most games. I'm hoping we can start tempting some of the more savvy NBA bettors to check out our service now!

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

Oh I see. That's why you are here. Smiley Hope you can get those "old" customers back and attract new ones. Im willing to diversify some amounts now at your site as I want to check that "improvements".

Edit: Great win for Suns

Awesome, Ayton had made 6 asssist as a Center/PF alongside with his Double-Double performance. As usual, Suns usual cagers did some great production and look what.. Trevor Ariza's presence does really give a great boost on Suns offense. Still no doubt one of the good best role players nowadays in the league.

What happened to Houston Rockets?

Carmelo Anthony looks like not comfortable for a bench role. Still finding the right blend or really can considered as inconsistent player right now?
7680  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Exchanges or wallets as a means of storing BTC? on: October 18, 2018, 11:42:11 AM
Seems like there are a lot of arguments for using Bitcoin wallets.

https://coinsutra.com/best-bitcoin-wallets/

"But where are you keeping those bitcoins?

On Bitcoin exchanges like Binance, Bitfinex or hosted Bitcoin wallets such as Coinbase or CEX?

If that’s your answer, then you are putting the ownership of your bitcoins under serious risk!!"

Are there any safe exchanges? If not, which wallet do you personally recommend?

I have some on exchanges and have some on desktop wallet.

Why have some on exchanges? For less hassle way of executing trades. Obviously you need some immediate and reserved funds while trading.

Why have some on desktop wallet? Those are untouchable or will just used those coins when needed.

You know it's not totally wrong to stored coins on exchanges or trading platforms depending on your purposes but you need to understand the risks. If people are planning to hold their coins for quiet some time then they must used their precious common sense here to know the obvious thing to do.
