7661  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: January 16, 2017, 03:48:55 AM
Paper money will long exist. This is not just a means to pay for goods or services. It is a habit and an indicator of prestige

Right, it's been used by many generations and survived countless wars and natural calamities. Paper money will also overcome the threat of virtual currency which only exist in the digital realm. The future remains bright for the fiat for its availability, portability and convenience.
But so many countries were saturated of using fiat. Before fiat is just a representation of gold. So everyone can exchange their money to gold, the amount of fiat must equal with gold. But  now governtment prints fiat without regard to the amount of gold. Fiat system is no longger appropriate for us.
I don't think the production of fiat is based on gold, I believe fiat money is created by the government to be use by all people as a legal tender using any transactions. It's the most accepted form of money and every country has their own, and I can say that it will not be replace by something else or bitcoin in specific like others are thinking. It's the most convenience and has the power of the government to regulate it, we trust the government so we trust fiat.

SITE UPDATE 11 JANUARY

[i m g width=500]https://i.imgur.com/oK3TuUb.png[/img]

Guys, we are now allow to create account without email. We see that there's a demand for it, as some users still prefer to create new accounts and they have a problem creating new email for each new on-site account.

Those no-email accounts are limited, of course you do not have any email notifications, nor withdraw confirmation, you can't get Rakeback  (LossBack and BetBack bonuses) on such accounts, but they are perfect for fast play and run Smiley

[NEW] Create accounts without email.
[FIX] Fixed several JavaScript issues in various browsers.

Regards,
Alex.
Wow. Thats a good one. Good job. It makes everything very easy. You just have to make account and no  email address required. This is good for new players who wants to play. But ofcourse its still good to have email for notifications. It makes me more special when im receiving notifications. This good for everyone who want fast play.
Yes, it must be a good improvement as previously it might have stopping some hard core gamblers to get start instantly when they prefer to. (also bitdice has email verification for device white listing).
The options to add email later must be innovative as we will be able to secure accounts at any time we prefer.

Thanks Alex for bringing us this new exciting feature.
Security over convenience is the most important, though we can gamble without email add but I prefer to have my real email associated with it, because we do not know if our account will be compromise in the future. I like it, the update was great, it will attract more players. Moreover, the white listing of accounts is also very important, it will only ensure dual security.

7663  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: January 14, 2017, 01:48:59 AM
I saved around the 3 bitcoins and I think that it can still be very profitable with enough patience.

Good thing that you have saved around 3 bitcoin because I haven't save too much. Just don't let yourself panic upon seeing the price to fall down. And perfect example is what is happening today, the price is falling very fast but still just keep on holding those coins. Because it will do a comeback just like what happened from the past.
If he is a trader then he could have sold when the price was above one thousand and then buy again when the price got lower if he did that he may have something close to 4 BTC instead of 3 BTC.
That's really speculative behavior, which is ok if you're just in it to make a quick buck, but it's better to consider Bitcoin a long term investment.
By better I mean that it's better for Bitcoin itself.

Long term investing into the bitcoin is very profitable and also worth your patience, the profit you can make is insane sometimes.
How did you say that? have you experience it already? I guess we are just hoping that the future will be more successful for bitcoins, we have to assurance that bitcoin will bring us profit but we believe it will happen that's why risk our money. For now, we have to start saving already if we haven't yet, put something that we can afford to lose only so we will still be fine if the outcome is not what we have expected.

Welcome to the forum mate, please check this link. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1684035.0 and this one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0.

The above threads I have given to you, you can read the rules to be observe while in a campaign and the list of campaign that are still active now. Since you are still a newbie, I doubt if you can start with a campaign, you have to grow your rank first then apply. For now, the best thing you can do is to learn in the forum, who know's you might find bigger earning opportunity than the signature campaign. Good luck.
7665  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: January 13, 2017, 02:17:21 AM
Waiting for my first bitcoin in this forum ,so far im trying to apply in fifferent signature campaign ,but some campaigns thier minimum requirement is full member and up. So i need to upgrade my account here before joining on campaigns.

Right now saved 2 bitcoins and sold the rest already 2 weeks ago what went good and was a good decision in my eyes.
Signature campaigns can be very good to earn some indeed.
He cannot save 2 bitcoins because he is still waiting for his bitcoin from campaign. At Mr. Jacobus, whatever you earn you have to value that, although the amount is low but you must be happy to have your payment, it's definitely the start of your journey here and overtime if you will be more smarter, you can have the opportunity to earn bigger amount like others are currently enjoying.
7666  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Data cap on: January 13, 2017, 02:03:02 AM
Sad
That's a common problem with our ISP here in the Philippines, I suggest if you are a heavy user like you do love to watch videos and downloads, etc., better avail the VPN service for globe, it's no capping and no limit with a very affordable rate on a monthly basis. I guess there's a thread here that is selling VPN and he can give you a free trial.
7667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: January 13, 2017, 01:44:14 AM
Incase your guy didn't notice, yesterday all NBA matches go all the way to the host, so today I'm gonna find some away game to bet. New Orleans Pelicans seem to be a good one, Brooklyn Nets are almost dead in the league and Pelicans took all their last 5 meeting, today should be a piece of cake to them. New Orleans Pelicans @1.61
Bad news for you dude, Davis is not playing and suddenly the line went in favor of the Brooklyn Nets, the line closed at -2.5 Nets and they are leading in the half so probably they are gonna win this game. They have not won a game lately so this is there only chance to beat a Davisless New Orleans Pelicans.

7669  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: January 12, 2017, 02:50:35 AM
I dont see why people keep risking their bitcoins into gambling knowing they will loose their coins into the short medium or long time, i do understand that be able to make extra bitcoins sound amazing, but the reality is another, we tend to loose money.

Exactly. But some people think they can make more Bitcoins through gambling and justify their gambling addiction by that. What a catastrophic mistake! How many times they have been told that one can't earn from gambling and still they stick to that stupid idea.
i am not agree with that because there are some lucky people who do not lost even in the end, they continuously making good money and even they depend on gambling for their livelihood.

I don't think there is such a people that continuously earns profit from gambling. Maybe that people you say that were lucky just knows when to stop from gambling and they can feel if they will hit losing streaks. Maybe that is why they don't lose any amount from gambling. They know how to control themselves and not greedy in gambling.
There is dude, but they are very few. Some are making gambling as a source of their income because they are a big risk taker and they utilize their skills in their passion, we maybe not see it because they do not share their experience as they want to keep it themselves. Those gamblers who are bragging they are winning are telling the complete opposite because the real winner does not brag as they treat gambling as their job.
7670  Economy / Economics / Re: You should never trust banks on: January 11, 2017, 06:12:51 AM
Banks are used to protect our money they provide a good service and do let our money grow, but well their fees are too high for the services they provide. If i could i would put all my money into bitcoin and use it as need, but bitcoin its online soo without internet it will fail, and sometimes my provider just get off for a long period, banks atleast has atm to cashout.

There is no reason for us to don't trust banks, they provide more security to peoples money who did savings to them with respective accounts. Maybe there were bank with low reputations that wouldn't trusted but most of all I entrusted my btc cash-out right now in a recommended bank of my online wallet and so far fast transactions is really their priority, and no problems encountered.

Banks with low reputation does not exist, they cannot last in the business if without the trust of the people. When people trust banks, they put their money and bank use it to earn from it of whatever venture they want for our money. The good thing is that as depositor, we are ensured that our money will not be lost in our account as they are covered with insurance.
7671  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: January 11, 2017, 05:37:09 AM
I think investing is more risky than gambling because most of investing websites are just scam, but in gambling you have better chances to make your bitcoin grow. How about you guys what do you think?

It all depends on what type of investments your gonna choose, if youre talking about HYIP investments majority are bound to loose, but with legit investments ie banks long term investments its safer and more secure but not that profitable.
HYIP is just investment by a name but obviously we know that its main intention is just to scam us, maybe the newbie will fall for this one but we, the experience one, will not gonna make the same mistakes again. Having said that, we should be contented with slow profit as long as it's consistent. One good example is to put your money in the bankroll of a gambling sites as investment.
7672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: January 11, 2017, 05:25:18 AM
I think in the future system of money can be like bitcoin that decentralized. It is comfortable for use
LOL! it's not possible, where are you gonna put the government then. They are crook and they want to control everything on us, I understand that we want freedom but too much freedom without authorities to impose the law will make this world not a good place to live for humans.

Let's just use it as we can as we can never know in the future if we are still gonna use bitcoin if government will make actions to prohibit us.
7673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: January 11, 2017, 02:23:45 AM
If you are just playing to entertain yourself than its ok but if you try to put whatever you have in gambling than you should feel shame about your gambling habit.
Yes I agree. If you play just for fun then that's fine but make sure to limit your betting otherwise if you continue to lose then you will lose a lot of money in the end and it would be shameful for you if that happen.

Lol how can it be shameful when you are just playing for fun?  It would be if you are too serious and at the end of the roll, you lost a big amount.  Playing for fun is more likely spending your money for entertainment.  And since everyone is spending their money if they want to be entertained, there is no reason to be ashamed if you lose or not that money.
You have a right point suppose if a person have some money which he have for entertainment only in his budget then if he spend these money n gambling then it will not be shameful for him because he will not lose much money and in bitcoin no one will know that he is gambling.

The problem is that he is stilling hiding his gambling activities from everyone even his family. That is shame right there. He keeps on hiding it because his fears that he will be judged, so how was that not feeling shameful? I would believe that to feel better, we should not hide our gambling activities. We should not feel ashamed of it.
If gambling is not a big deal to us, then just tell our family if they will ask but if not then we can just keep it to ourselves. It's not an issue to be a gambler because we all know it's just an entertainment and as a person who dream to be happy living in this world we deserve to enjoy in everything we do as long as it does not cause trouble to others.
7674  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: January 11, 2017, 01:59:31 AM
I seriously thought that Cavs were going to lose that game with the Suns last night.
It was going to be Golden state just the night all over again being up 20 points just to lose it in the end. But it did not happen. Lebron kicked it up and closed the door on any sort of come back.
That's what makes Lebron James better than the entire Steph Curry team. Warriors are good at the start of the game but in crucial situation, you can always rely on Lebron James. But that's fine, the game is very entertaining actually since young guns of Phoenix suns have stepped up.

Meanwhile, seems like the bulls are not competing well against the thunder, they are down big now going to the fourth quarter, I hope they'll bounce again.
They don't have a reliable finisher like you mentioned that the cavaliers have in lebron james or Kyrie Irving and the warriors have with steph curry or klay thompson. The bulls just don't have that. You know how many times I have watched a bulls game and see Jimmy butler and Dwyane Wade not being able to close it out like the above mentioned? Too many to count really.
And it looks like the same thing happened in the windy city tonight when they went against the thunder.Lips sealed

Interesting theory, I think it's not that they don't reliable finishers, they do have them but not at big stages. Durant, Curry and Thompson are capable of winning many games and even series by themselves but they've failed to prove themselves at the big stage. Durant with OKC multiple times (even back against Miami) and GSW to a lesser extent since they did win the trophy (with the Cavs missing two stars...).

There's currently an identity crisis on who (either Curry or Durant) should be shooting or taking charge in the final minutes. Both score a lot in the final quarter but neither one of them is known as a clutch player like Irving or even Lillard. I think to win that title they will have to prove it against the Cavs in this year finals (or other team).

If not, critics and sports media will have some new targets the way Lebron was before winning his first championship with Miami. I would argue that the media didn't stop criticizing him until he won with Cleveland last year, now he ascended to another level.
Winning a championship gives you confidence but until Durant have one, he will not get the confidence like Lebron had. At this point, we can't tell that the warriors are still the same dangerous team as before or even better as what everyone as expecting, hence they are called as a super team.

I know it's still to early to say but the way they play it does not show the Dominance we are expecting. Honestly, their big problem this season is their BENCH. Angry
7675  Economy / Economics / Re: You should never trust banks on: January 10, 2017, 07:00:33 AM
Of course we shouldn't yet many people still turst them
More than half the world's population to serve the banking system of all countries. Probably, this dependence will not be lost than ever.
Lol why should not trust the bank? true almost everyone on earth depends and use the bank. with the bank we get the ease of transaction-distance and other advantages?

Talking frankly people will put their trust to banks rather than with bitcoin. As we know banks are already operating for so many years and helping people with their services such as with loans, savings and other things that can help an individual for investment. There is no reason that we shouldn't trust banks, they are even reputable for they are supported by the government.
That's self explanatory, bitcoin is still young and we are still in the adoption phase. Fiat on the other hand is leading in the world as a legitimate currency for any transaction. Non trusting the bank is like not trusting the fiat system, if one can live without fiat then I can simply say that he does not trust banks, but the question is, is it possible not to use fiat to have a comfortable life?
7676  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: January 10, 2017, 06:47:19 AM
I do not believe and will never believe in fiat ever again and I consider people who go from cryptocurrencies to fiat out of their minds.

No, they are not stupid. In fact, I consider them as wise. They are earning and really benefit from what cryptos could give them. Unlike others who are only earning a few and yet has the guts to keep it. But those who has large stash and sell it all and never came back are the stupid. Lets be practical, we can't live with crypto alone at this time. When everything else in the world can be paid with crypto then that's the only time that we could say what you are saying.
Im agree with you people are just using fiat because its needed yes its not mandatory to everyone use it fiat is a good way to exchange our bitcoin im the one who using fiat for this cyrpto change i can't say that im making good profit. I earned enough for my self only to live
It's not mandatory but still we consider it as mandatory because it's our necessity, without fiat life would not be easy. Bitcoin is only created to supplement our fiat system in our form, with bitcoin we can have fast online transaction unlike fiat which we have to comply with governmental rules.

This two will help each other to give us a better future, it's the development because the world moves, so do we.
7677  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make 17 BTC out of 7 BTC ? on: January 10, 2017, 06:27:08 AM
Does someone has any suggestions how to make 17 BTC with 7 BTC starting capital in short period of time?

Try Forex bro, only forex can grow your btc significant but don't forget that forex also can deplete your btc in short time.

High Risk = High Money = High Loss  Grin Cheesy

Forex is good but that is not that easy at all. But I saw someone is offering a forex service where he is going to be your advisor and will be responsible with your account.

That 7 bitcoin can grow up to 17 bitcoin or even higher but in forex it depends on how you are going to be good with it.

You can also do trading at the same time.
Letting others manage your funds on behalf of you is a sign that you do not trust your self, if I am in the situation I would not simply entrust that big amount to others. I will invest it in different legitimate ICOs, gambling sites, doing trading and etc. In short, I will diversify that amount as investments.

I thought they are gonna make miracles again in the fourth quarter but the Thunder is just too much for them tonight, not even a fun game to watch as the Bulls are trailing all the time until the end. One factor maybe that affect the whole performance of the bulls this game is because of Jimmy Butlers lack of contribution, he only manage to make 1 point in the game, so it's bad.
7679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If today was your last day, would you gamble everything? on: January 10, 2017, 04:32:27 AM
What's the sense of gambling if I will not enjoy my winnings in the next day. If today's my last day then I would spend more time with my family than in gambling, I will seek forgiveness to those who I offended with and enjoy the rest of my time with my kids and my wife. I'll stay at home with them waiting for my last breath. Grin
7680  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: January 09, 2017, 05:04:11 AM
Banks see it as a threat to the fiat currency and so do government of different countries so they would ban BTC but people would still find new ways to use it and the decision of ban would make BTC more popular
For now, it is not a big threat yet. The users of bitcoin is very small which is less than or equivalent to 1% of the worlds total population, with that number of users, it does not alarm them yet and I am sure they will not ban bitcoins. What they can do is just to regulate bitcoin transaction and to serve their interest to collect the right taxes.
