As they say, if you're not a liberal at 20, you've got no heart.
If you're not a conservative at 30, you've got no brain.

If your not an Independent by 40 you'll never grow up.

Smells like victory.

I’m pretty sure the average 75 year old redneck Trump supporter ain’t got no brain but ok.

However the inability of the left to champion the cause of the working class is really disappointing.  How did the right become the champion of the rural working classes. Something went badly wrong there.

I am sufficiently self - aware to appreciate that the preceding two paragraphs do not sit well together and may provide some insight into the current predicament.

Further, full credit to the Koch brothers for getting rural working classes to hate people who want to give them free health care, free education and workers rights.  That was truly masterful.  You have to appreciate the audacity and execution.

What do you mean that my medicare is Obamacare!

But multiple bone grafts sounds like hell.  Embarrassed

Actually thats not to bad it's all the time wasted thats the killer.

Lots of wasted time in the clink, too. Not that I'd know anything about that.  Roll Eyes

The older you get the more you realize that time really is the most important thing besides your health.

It's funny that most people never really get that lesson until it's a moot point. Smiley

but not haha funny. Undecided

You got that right!

The Bitcoin Quiz:

Dammit 29/30.  I object to the wording of the change question !

And 19 at once is going to be tough, glad I only had 3 at once.

Haha the quintessential FATCAT !!!

They couldn't find a bigger slob than that?

How are the teeth, Jimbo?

Still waiting.

Got my full extractions and reconstructive bone surgery (double sinus lifts and 10 bone grafts) in March.

Next step is 16 titanium implants on November 10. Then after another healing time of at least 12 months, I'll get my actual zirconia teeth sometime next spring.

Some things, just like Bitcoin investments, are worth waiting for to do it right.

I had one sinus lift and multiple bone graft for only 3 implants and that has taken almost 2 years so just letting you know that 12 months sounds pretty conservative. Of course I was a smoker that caused  multiple failures and issues. I eventually quit smoking and just had my last graft a month or so ago and if this one doesn't take will have to have this last implant removed and start over again. Smiley

It's quite the thing when one guy is holding a foot long chisel in your head while the other is smashing it with a sledge hammer. I would have thought things were a little more mechanized by now. When that sinus bone breaks you can really hear it! Cheesy

I will admit that Roger is a decent story teller; however, he does not really seem to understand the concept of "torture."

On the other hand, even if he can show that he has various human characteristics and he is empathetic, a lot of this can end up being a distraction (and an appeal to emotion) that takes us away from considering the narcissism that seems to motivate his ongoing involvement in bcash and using bcash as an ongoing attack on bitcoin and deceiving other people (especially dumb people and newbies.. and probably even traps some smarter people into such deceptions in their hopes that bcash will pump relative to bitcoin if they realize the difference) into believing that bcash is some kind of "bitcoin"

It was torturous listening to him, I got to he had to lay off workers before I just shut him off. I've been there for taking on the man as well and doubt he knows what torture is or how easily you can be found hung even in a "civilized" nation. He's lucky they didn't demonize him first.

It's a complete mystery how we're to get past the Swedes

Monero is a very good altcoin. It is always in the top altcoin with the largest trading volume of the day. It is well known and supported by the community. Investing in Monero is an accurate thing.

Thank you, we always appreciate when someone drops in and points out the obvious, Your specific insights are duly noted. Cheesy

... monero grows when he wants and falls down when he wants...

Oh, so it's a he now?

Yeah, don't upset her. She has a temper, Monero does.
Or gender dysphoria, apparently.

I always wonder, is the implication of gender dysphoria that normal people have gender euphoria? Like I wake up and leap out of bed every morning ecstatic to be male?

It is my opinion that far too many people make all their decisions based on gender and that is why they are so confused when they cannot tell the difference.

Well after waiting a few weeks for a dip it looks like it has gotten here, what do you guys think I can pick some up at?

Monero will replace bitcoin in near future, i mean. All preconditions indicate this.

BTC has already shifted to a store of value which monero has never tried to become, Yet it seems it may become that. Both were initially designed to be used as a currency.

Is it going to be too much to ask for no shots of that toilet paper when it's in actual use?

BTW it looks to me like the last poll has had the effect of causing this poll to be answered in a more truthful manner.

I just read the beginning of it and the guy is an idiot, he's a scammer and he would be correct if he was talking about 99% of the ICOs out there but his argument is analogous to sell your USD because most stocks are scams. Context is everything and he has ZERO context. Unless of course he is connected with a accumulation consort and is playing the FUD game.

This is not good because everything was a green light. even the analysts from Cointelegraph bought Bitcoin because they were so confident!

It's a BTC bullish sign so it is GOOD news for all ALTS. you must understand the market as a whole before you try to trade it.
7697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I buy TRON or ETH? on: July 05, 2018, 03:32:45 PM
I was debating whether to by some tron or monero yesterday and after taking a good look at the charts and doing some tron research I decided to hold off and wait as I think there is a lower bottom. I will be keeping an eye on this for an entry point though.

What do you guys think the best entry point for tron would be? AFA monero I will be grabbing that at anything under 0.02005

I'm going to wait awhile for eth to shake out before even considering buying any for the near term.

If the gov bans any use of it and goes after exchanges that allow trading pairs for it to cash out then yes it will die
Do you think that this will happen to all privacy coins?

You MUST consider any government as a PASSIVE SERVICE. Otherwise you'll become the slave quickly. This is a fundamental level of biological evolution of primates as well as high animals. Given an isolated group of primates, the RANK distribution is being formed very fast. So the alpha-males with highest rank become GOVERNMENT that dictate their wishes to the rest of primates.

We are humans. Don't let animal laws work in our human society. So: GOVERNMENT IS JUST A PASSIVE SERVICE. Start to think so.

Meanwhile, Visa, Mastercard, etc. are registering patents related to the ANONYMOUS BLOCKCHAIN silently (did you know?!):

https://www.ccn.com/mastercard-wins-patent-for-anonymous-blockchain-transactions/

https://bitcoinexchangeguide.com/mastercard-gets-anonymous-blockchain-payments-transactions-patent/

While you are afraid, THEY DO because they CAN.

I guess they are going to be the "Rambus" of the 2020's, maybe this will save their shit CC. I wonder if I can by any stock? That patent is worth a butt ton of gold between institutions if it holds up in civil court. Even decades behind the curve this is how the scumsucking bankers corner markets.
7699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tether: not even a scam on: July 05, 2018, 01:59:28 AM
Evidence of market manipulation on Kraken using Tether:
https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2018-tether-kraken-trades/

If Kraken is not involved (is there a relationship between bitfinex and kraken?), then it means that the manipulation is on both the buy and sell sides, presumably someone/a group is buying and selling to themselves.

Hahaha, this is bullshit

Quote
Such mysteries are probably keeping big investors out of cryptocurrencies, he added. “Institutional investors, before they commit their capital, want to see the market is fair.”

The truth is they only invest in rigged markets that they are in on the rigging.
Judging by everything that has already been said about tether, do not you trust USDT? And I generally planned to globally use this coin as the equivalent of a dollar in the crypto currency, so as not to worry about market fluctuations.

I have no clue what you mean? Everything that has been said about it should make me take the position of trust in a token that specifically states it will not be held liable to redeem at face value.

WTF are you talking about?
