7701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr on Aug 21 in Vegas on: May 27, 2021, 11:08:56 PM
I like it when both boxers have believers
That's just balancing the atmosphere when somebody believes on the other and the others believing the other boxer too.

and though Manny is the underdog in this fight, he still has fans that believe in him.
Manny has always been one of the living legends now and many are believing on his might and experience. Underdog or not, expect that the fans will come to support him whether the opponent is that too strong for him because in his past fights, that's not a new situation that he's been with.
7702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: May 27, 2021, 10:29:31 PM
What a nice observation on whoever created that speculation. It was possible since Marc Pingris' decision surprise even one of his closest teammates before, James Yap so it's really not a thing to expect from Pingris. For now, as of report, it was his age as the main reason and he can't play now to the highest level.

It's really difficult to play at the bubble since the player will leave his family for months. As we know, Pingris is a family-oriented man and I'm not sure if he can able to handle the bubble setup.
Yes, his family might be one of the reason why he has decided to retire and as well as getting the support from her wife did him easy on that. I was shocked to see that he has retired but I think his whole PBA career is already long and one of the most successful that we had ever see. I've got a question and I hope that anyone who has a wide knowledge about this can answer. Does a PBA retire gets an allotment or retirement benefit from the league itself? for sure he'll be having some incentives and one time big pay check after his retirement. But just like us, when we get old, do they have the same as retirement pension?
7703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There are not even 21M BTCs, I'd say max.17M BTCs available at a given time on: May 27, 2021, 09:37:51 PM
people will dream for $40K per BTC in the future.
Just like the scene that we have today, people should've bought when bitcoin was around $3k. As for the possible normal price of bitcoin of $500k in the future will have a lot of factors that will contribute on it. What we're seeing is like the start of it. And we have cycle for halving and that's more of the most contributions that we're going to have for that valuation to come. It's true that even owning 1 BTC out of the circulation is already a wealth that you can hold and hope for in the future and this concept is what I'm following.
7704  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Fake Metamask Be Careful mga Pare on: May 27, 2021, 09:02:23 PM

Sad
7705  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: ICP for long term on: May 27, 2021, 08:32:24 PM

7706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Altcoins to Buy During Dip on: May 27, 2021, 07:46:41 PM
If you want to add more Ethereum and BNB, why not include bitcoin too? you said that you're already owning them but if you want to add both of it then why exclude bitcoin and only want to add altcoins? It's one of the best that you can buy and it had dipped a lot since it has topped so basically you're investing to a cheaper bitcoin now in terms of price. And there is a potential that you can see the uptrend again from it. But if you're focusing more with altcoins and you're good with the amount of bitcoin that you're holding, you should some coins like XMR and your choice with Litecoin, it's also a good one.
2021 on: May 27, 2021, 07:13:00 PM

Then 2018 nagsimula mag crash..

7708  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin, papalo ba sa $100k ?? on: May 27, 2021, 02:45:47 PM

It's been over a month since the incident happen, do we have an update regarding this?
I haven't seen any latest update on this but only this article.

What happens to the team and what happened to the players who participated in the alleged sports fixing?

Are they proven guilty or what?
There's no such update and I think they're trying to kill this issue so that things would just come back to normal. But upon searching more, this is on the wikipedia and some were expelled and banned.

7710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ohio offering lottery prize worth one million for those that get the COVID shot on: May 25, 2021, 07:56:47 AM
With this incentivizing for the covid vaccine shot that has been initiated, there are now more states that are going to follow what has started.
That only means that it was a successful uplifting the trust of people to the vaccine just because they've made an incentive not only about lottery but also in the form of other incentives that will surely be liked by the person taking the vaccine.

I think that every state should seriously consider splitting the prize pool up so that there can be lots of winners with a lower amount. They could take that $1 million and offer 20 weekly prizes of $50,000 or 10 fortnightly prizes of $100,000. It would help many more people, keep the scheme going for longer and should still achieve exactly the same effect. At the current rate of vaccinations that would cover 3-4 months worth of prizes and get more publicity for the cause. I think anyone who would be susceptible to a monetary reward in return for vaccination would see those as worthy amounts. Sometimes you have to give a good idea a little rethink and optimization.
I agree to that idea that each state should have come with that prize splitting so that the more the merrier for the winners. But if that's final and that's the decision that they've come up to encourage their citizens to take the vaccine. There's nothing we can do with that still, it's a good way to introduce the vaccination for their citizens and that would at least remove the doubt that those anti-vaxxers and those people who don't like to take the shot. I hope that idea of yours would be come to the thought of anyone who's in the higher position to take it into consideration.
7711  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin correction thread. on: May 25, 2021, 07:01:46 AM

Indicators parin talaga kapag may mga ganung balita kasi ginagalaw niya talaga yung market kahit anong sabihin niya, maganda man o pangit talagang gagalaw at gagalaw.

Malaking bagay din yung may working product and services (use-cases).
7713  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: myetherwallet.com Wallet - Tether(USDT) Transaction Fee on: May 24, 2021, 08:15:30 PM
Your Tether will stay there and it won't be moved until you have moved it. You have to understand that the fees currently are really high and there's a recommended fee that's being suggested by myetherwallet for you to transfer your ETH. If your USDT is a lot and you need to move it, then use at least $10-$20 of Ethereum and transfer it to that wallet just to be sure that you're not going to have problems moving your Tether. But if you're okay waiting until the gas fees lower down which is unlikely at the moment, you are fine and you won't have any problem.

That only means that it was a successful uplifting the trust of people to the vaccine just because they've made an incentive not only about lottery but also in the form of other incentives that will surely be liked by the person taking the vaccine.

Only first world countries can do this while the third world countries are struggling to get a vaccine to get their people who are desperate to get vaccines, even in this pandemic, there is no equality, the rich and the privileged are being urged and given gifts and requested to get a vaccine, while the third world people are begging to get a vaccine, if you are living in a third world country you need to take care of yourself until the time you get vaccinated and you will have a long wait, the rich come first.
That is true. They are mostly the manufacturers and the makers of the vaccine and that's why it's easy for them to give incentives for those who will take the shot. Whilst the other rest of the world who can't make a vaccine and not capable of, are only waiting for those supplies to go to them at the mercy of these big countries that have manufactured it. But so far, there's continuous progress for many countries for the vaccine. It's just all about their choice and which vaccine they trust or which is the most available.
7715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal Experimenting with smart contract !! on: May 24, 2021, 09:08:33 AM
There was a lot of good news like this. Everyone was waiting for cryptocurrencies to make a real rally. Much of the good news has vanished with recent market movements. I hope PayPal and other big institutions won't give up on cryptocurrency investments.
They didn't vanish, it just so happen that people are more recognizing the bad news more than the good news that has rarely been published by most of these publishing companies. The aim of them is to spread more of the bad news and whoever is behind the spread and likely paid a good amount for quicker dissemination of the bad news then they have been successful with that. And they are not going to give up, they have already joined and one for sure is that they're going to keep on upgrading and improving their services for which they can cope up with the current popularity of cryptocurrencies.

That's business and she sure have earned a lot and that only indicates that her company, bet365 has earned a lot of profit during this pandemic. I wonder how much the taxes that she'll pay or have been deducted with her total salary. I'm guessing that it's also going to be a lot of taxes that will be lessened.

The owner is a SHE? Whopping $598M I would die a million times I might not be able to achieve this. Congrats to Bet365!
Yup, she's a woman and that's making the women proud knowing that she had earned from her business which is very profitable that continuously running.

Definitely, Cryptocurrency gambling is the future we have a lot of candidates to get into the list maybe next year, we can have one on the list the top contenders are Stake, Betfury Sportsbet we have at least twenty of the best Crypto gambling site and we have many gamblers shifting to Cryptocurrency.
Yeah soon. We're going to see the owners of the known crypto casinos be on that list too. Can't wait for that moment to come so that the crypto community will have our representative and proud on that list.
7718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Withdrawal/Deposit Issues on: May 23, 2021, 11:37:33 PM
They have rules that funds won't be coming from and coming to gambling sites. That's why you should take note on that and I've been also told by the exchange that they know that the funds came from a casino and that can lead to my account closure if they happen to detect it again.
If you're going to have it send to an exchange, you should transfer it first to a wallet or just use a mixer so that the exchange won't know it anymore that you're sending from and to a casino.
7719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr on Aug 21 in Vegas on: May 23, 2021, 10:40:27 PM
Footing experience, this fight should be an easy win for Manny.
I'm for Manny on this fight I wouldn't just ignore the professional record of Spence because he doesn't have a loss and he's got enough experience as well. I wouldn't say that this will be an easy win for Manny but this could also be the same as other matches that he's got before. I'm taking the note that Spence isn't an easy opponent IMHO.
I don't doubt Spence's experience but we compare his experience with Manny not to even talk of how he has taken down well-experienced young fighters with good boxing records. In spite that it has been a long time since Manny fight in the ring, still expect this fight to be an easy win for him.
I just don't want to be too much confident with his win. He's got a lot of focus today and he's no longer the same as before. Despite his professional record, his opponent also got it and still has no loss. Which means that he has proven himself to be a good boxer too. We can say that the age difference will be favoring for both of them. Manny for the experience while Spence for the age of being younger that's giving him more prowess. Still, I wish Manny to win that much but I just don't to say that it's an easy win.
7720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu is listed on Binance? Which coin will be the next Shiba? on: May 23, 2021, 09:43:05 PM

I am avoiding all of these meme coins except Doge because i am using it for a long time in gambling sites but the rest does not even have a use case other speculation and pump and dump  Cheesy.

No shitcoin/memecoin could be like Dogecoin.
Except If a filthy rich man like Elon would try to shill and pump a specific shitcoin, It could pump but cannot sustain like how Dogecoin was sustaining his value before the Elon hype.
People has become crazy about following and investing in shitcoin with no real use cases is just so annoying.
They're taking the risk to a much higher level. No shitcoin would pump If nobody puts an hype into it, and the most hardest part is to choose which shitcoin will you choose amongst the thousands in the market.
You've quoted the wrong guy mate.  Grin

But the sure thing that will happen is that bitcoin is going to recover no matter what will be the altcoins that are being hyped there. They're living in pure hype and that's scary because you'll never know if your money is worth it upon investing it to those meme coins. That is the reason why it's better to invest to bitcoin or any altcoins that you've known for quite a while.
The entire cryptocurrency market is all about hype and expectation and the prime example is the recent rally in ETH even before the fundamental issues are sorted and we are yet to see the complete upgrade and well before that investors started to accumulate the coins in huge numbers and then the DeFi hype created the real scary hype and then comes the meme coins and looking at their success there are several other coins popping up as well.

I am avoiding all of these meme coins except Doge because i am using it for a long time in gambling sites but the rest does not even have a use case other speculation and pump and dump  Cheesy.
Not the entire market. Bitcoin has been in hype whenever it pumps but when there's the sudden drop, the hype gones and most of those people who got FOMO are also going out of the market quickly. Because they're all thinking the same that the market is a rich scheme market but they can't classify it because they're only thinking about making money so quick. Good luck in your holding Dogecoin, I still find it has a huge market and you'll never be left on it if the volume remains the same and you've got a companion on it and that's Elon but you should be prepared if Elon stops talking about it.
