7741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Undermine Developments? on: July 29, 2017, 07:08:28 AM
Considering there is no involvement of 3rd parties in bitcoin transactions including Governments how exactly will it regulate, say taxes? we all know this will be quite a hard almost impossible task,so will this undermine developments?

This is not at all difficult considering if you look at Asian countries Japan has regulated and so has India, though India is not officially regulated Bitcoins, what I have seen is they ask for legal documents, so whichever country it is if you link it with your legal documents, it's easier to find how much you have and put a income tax slab on it, thats pure profit to the government, considering they don't need to own the technology all is automated and done by outside parties.

Technology sure is a great thing all of the transaction now are automated, and considering the government here they will surely implement tax, and they don't need to control that system or technology, and yes this is profit for the government the only thing they will do is implement it to that company that want's to do business, well it is all fiscal policy and well The microeconomic aspects concern issues of fairness, even if it is not directed to bitcoin, the company that are using bitcoin are affected by it,
7742  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC upto 5000$!! on: July 28, 2017, 02:35:09 PM
It could happen next month or even next week. That is less then 100% increase. If BTC start increasing as it was 3 months ago without any replacements, we will see $5k BTC really fast.

It's pointless to speculate based on if this or that will happen so close before a **potential** chain split, that might cause the market to move through a bear market for a certain period of time. Important to realize is that the only entities that have a major share of influence on what might or might not happen, are miners themselves. Until that time, it's better to remain conservative with your speculations. By now it should be clear that miners aren't fighting for Bitcoin to become stronger, but to fill their pockets in any way, shape, or form.
Well, with miner SegWit not helps them earning more profit, so they always want UAHF and split chain network Bitcoin. But when have split chain Bitcoin system, the price of Bitcoin will decreasing or even flash crashing very fast, maybe under $2000 in that time is possible. I will keep my FIAT when see signal or reason for sure make me comeback crypto market.

We can not assume something that is not yet activated, it is really hard to speculate for now, but I guess there are many support for bitcoin in the market, that is why I am seeing market caps will be at large, but the thing is many users are dumping bitcoin overtime, I really like bitcoin the way that is unpredictable and the spike of uncertainty towards it's price and the fluctuation it can make over the market can really make a profit out of trades, but right now I am it is really hard to trade for now, it is better to stop and save your bitcoin for the time being.
7743  Economy / Speculation / Re: Above $3000 before Aug1. on: July 28, 2017, 01:54:36 PM
It is really possible. Why will I not dump my alts when my bitcoin can receive free bcc? The more bitcoins = more free bcc. Big airdrop is coming and people should not miss this once in a while big opportunity.

They are really gonna do that, I think it is for the benefit of bitcoin, so many people would get encourage in putting their investment with bitcoin, I think it is not a bad idea, but there would really have many people that would surely take advatage over it, and I think that is possible.
7744  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Competition to dump Bitcoin Cash fast on: July 28, 2017, 01:26:25 PM
The sooner the better, price will go down fast as people is getting access to the coins and send them to exchanges, so if you wanna profit better stay ahead.

Which exchanges are going to open BCC markets?

Yup! it is surely good if you are going ahead of everybody and I think that it is the most profits should be, well the first day if the activation is complete it is surely good to get the first spot from everybody, but we can never know if the price would surely rise above the level of unexpectedness for bitcoin,
7745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do with my btc in poloniex? on: July 28, 2017, 01:13:44 PM
Poloniex doesn't support bitcoin cash.

Should I move it?

Also what happens to electrum wallet after the forks?

They never said they weren't supporting it. They said they may or may not support it. And yeah, you should get it off if you can.

Poloniex sure get's most investors have an heart attack, I think they will surely check what's gonna happen on the August 1 and then take actions before that if what's is good with bitcoin right now, I think they are thinking of precaution first before entering a solid support on what is really gonna happen, and yes definitely you will need private key on holding your bitcoin, but if you don't have any just sell you bitcoin if you are worried for your money.
7746  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing before August 1st. on: July 28, 2017, 01:01:01 PM
Invest now so as to safely have coins on both chains. If you invest before August 1st you might be caught up in delays from Coinbase or other services and not be able to get BCC on time.
After you buy Bitcoin, move them to a wallet whose private keys you control exclusively such as Electrum.

No more worries on my side, at first I don't have any idea on what's gonna happen and I think it is good to invest while it is still available and responding because you might not know if services such as coinbase will still available or there will be a delay from any transaction involve with bitcoin, and while the hardfork might take place we can get BCC that is possible if you have BTC on your secure wallet.
7747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin eventually kill Altcoin? on: July 24, 2017, 03:43:28 PM
Well, I don't think so... There is so much to implement in other altcoins and eventually cryptos such as Ethereum will take over Bitcoin... Bitcoin doesn't have much to offer than Ethereum
And when will this happen? In 2366.?
Look, if bitcoin dies most of altcoins will die. People will try to find exit and they will exchange all altcoins to - guess what? Bitcoin.

Yeah agree if bitcoin dies most of altcoins will die as well.

Well Bitcoin and Altcoins is like an ecosystem if bitcoin could pump up and so are the other coins, because these coins exist because of bitcoin, and bitcoin is like a father to them, and if you are seeing that bitcoin pump up it's price and an altcoin would go on a dip I think that coin dip is not related to bitcoin pumping up but a negative outcome on that particular coin.
7748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin split on August! on: July 24, 2017, 03:29:54 PM
It may fork on Aug. 1 or it may not. But it will not really become two bitcoins, rather a new version will become the one and only bitcoin and the other occurrence will be something else. If there is a true split, a hard fork, then you will have to make some decisions. If nothing happens or a soft fork happens you really don't have to do anything.

Well that is a good info coming from you, that it will rather be a good or innovated version of bitcoin after August 1 and we should not panic for the impending event that may occur, and yes we can definitely look for the price of bitcoin, we can see a massive increase after the big dump happen, but sadly there are many users that are still believing for the split to happen and some the end of bitcoin, that is why dumping is the only choice they have.
7749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a problem gambler? on: July 24, 2017, 02:47:08 PM
I'm not a problem gambler because i play for fun and for stress relieves, whenever i gamble i feel happy even if lose i'm not think of that. Im not a problem gambler, i'm not spent too much amount of money in gambling, because i know how to limit myself and control when i gamble. It did not affect in my job and relationship. It just a pastimes and how to control in greedy when i gamble and bet. Gambling is help to release stress sometimes it makes excitement and earn easy money and a profit also, its profitable when winning even if its addictive. It depends to the gambler how they controls of their feelings and emotions.

When anyone said that he has no problem with gambling, then i feel very happy to know about it. Because in this way, gambling give the people concept in a good manner, and also take a new turn in people thinking about gambling. Because i realize gambling have very negative concept in people thinking, When we will change our thinking about gambling, then i am sure gambling couldn't give us a problem gambler.
yes i think so.everybody need a selfcontrol if you have self control i think you dont have a problem in gambling.it is about making a possitive descision.and controlling your self not to be addicted on it.

I really think gambling should not be treated on a positive way, and it should be done in moderation, yes you can surely play a bet on gambling, and it certainly created a fortune for some other people by getting a crack of money out of every bet they make, but I really think it shouldn't be a positive thing for people to really give in to gambling, because the and risk and addiction is really around the corner if you really be involve in it, and just like you said self control is really important but not a thing over playing a gambling bet, but if you can keep out of it it is more good to do it.
7750  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi Nakamoto on: July 24, 2017, 02:17:34 PM
I think that there is no such person as Satoshi Nakamoto. Perhaps behind this name hides a team. No one knows what the consequences will cause the idea of crypto currency. I wonder if this will change the entire world economy. For the better or worse only time will tell.

Well actually you can be right with your deduction towards satoshi because I also think the same way, that Satoshi Nakamoto is a code name that he uses the entire time he Activated Bitcoin, and in my opinion we don't really need to know about the identity of a legend even thought if he is dead, if he is? he already provide us with a great concept of technology that let's us grab and grind the future of getting an income with Cryptocurrencies and that is really astonishing and I think it is better this way.
7751  Economy / Speculation / Re: when is the good time to sell my bitcoin ? on: July 24, 2017, 02:00:39 PM
Just have some patience and wait as we could see the bitcoin price recovering quickly. After segwit,it may rise very high and you would have to regret at that time if you sell it now.So just wait and watch. All the dust have started to settle down much earlier before the segwit activation.

He can surely sell his bitcoin anytime he wanted, but I think it is best to just take a small amount if he really need money because surely the price is still good and recovered from the dump of fearful users, and just like you said if this event was started the price will totally leap up high but the question here, if the coin splits what price does your native wallet could be supporting or can it be really for this kind of event, we can really see after August 1 occur.
7752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: July 24, 2017, 01:48:18 PM
I remember seeing a topic here at Bitcointalk a few years back saying that a school (probably University) will open a Bitcoin course. I don't really pay much attention to it because the school mentioned is far away from my country (and I am not interested to learn just about Bitcoin).

I foreseen that in the future, when Bitcoin become more mature and reach a large amount of populations, crypto related courses will see a huge increase of intakes yearly. To add on, there will be courses that focuses on cryptocurrencies in general.

There is a probable chance in the future that many school can take up bitcoin courses, and even if there are no needed knowledge in bitcoin and just like me that started in basic learning towards it, I think the coming children will surely benefit towards these teaching, and at a young age they can surely adapt more in bitcoin, but let's not assume that all schools will surely have this kind of course because it is still important for the main courses to be prioritize.
7753  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value prediction end of July on: July 23, 2017, 12:04:51 PM
I don't see any reason why bitcoin's value would decrease by 31st July, it'd be more than $3000 by 31st I guess.

But after 1st August, anything could happen, a pump can occur or a dump, that's a million dollar question right now.

That means nobody really know what can happen in that date, if it's gonna be a pump or a dump, I think the pump right now really came to the core developers supports towards bitcoin, they are really preventing bitcoin to crash down it's price but I really think that the price will surely go down this coming August 1 then after the Segwit Activation it will surely surge back up, that is what I am thinking that is why there are still people that are holding to their bitcoin and waiting for that to happen.
7754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: POKER - What is really important for you!? on: July 23, 2017, 11:20:50 AM
Poker is my game....I've supported several poker platforms.  I think that what online poker really needs is a provably fair method of confirming that the shuffle is random all the way through, a method by which collusion is prevented, a fool proof technique to eliminate multi-accounting, and a process by which pokerbots are discovered prior to their involvement.  Good luck....whoever solves all those problems will be famous!
As a gambler and a poker player being fair is the most important thing at all. We cant really remove on our minds about the doubts of multi-accounting and pokerbots involvement and as you said i would really love to see on how they would eliminate or detect those things. I havent still see such situation since ive been playing poker for sometime and i didnt notice anything unusual stuffs.

I think it will still gonna be the same as before, I think it is not possible to detect the multi accounts that most people have in this kind of gambling game, but I am looking forward for this project to be successful, and giving something to the players as a compensation for registering first is a great hit for most poker players,
7755  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex, not accepting bitcoins... on: July 23, 2017, 10:59:28 AM
They didn't cancel bitcoin on their platform, they're just taking these precautions to prevent their users from losing bitcoin while the BIP 91 gets implemented. It's just a precaution.

Well Precaution is precaution, I think it is to protect the users from the impending event that will occur in August 1, and because of this there are many users that are trading and exchanging their bitcoins with other Altcoins just to make sure for the safety of their money, I think this is a slick move fro them because there are a possibility that it will be risky for users to make their bitcoin to just stay in their online wallet, I think that it is a best move regarding many that does not have a secure wallet for now.
7756  Economy / Speculation / Re: To sell all?? on: July 23, 2017, 10:48:49 AM
Just go on quick thought this topic and you can conclude how emotions can be very bad for business. Yes you can sell now and buy later( I'm doing this whole the time), and this fork is realy good for this.  BTC will stay in range 1500-3000 be sure in this. If start climbing towards 4k be sure floor will be higher. Nothing else, do not expect miracles nor apocalypse.

People are really doing the emotion dumping and many have regret it, As we can see right now that the price is heading up, and from $1900 it came back to the $2700 dollar mark, but even if there are so many people that are dumping their bitcoin, there are a few people that are simply waiting for the August 1 to come and they are still holding their bitcoin because they are really expecting for bitcoin to rise after the said event.
7757  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: July 23, 2017, 10:20:16 AM
People are always aware of that price drop but it really doesnt matter as long as their are holding their nitcoins they gonna lose either make a profit into it most of all once they hold their bitcoins they believe that bitcoin price will be up to $,300 dollars even august 1 is comming they prefer to trade it than to exchange it into fiat currency

Well the price drop is really inevitable but it is only occurring at firsts, because people are getting scare of the impeding activation of Segwit 2x that they are not familiar with, and I think that is $3000 mark value Probably a typo error in your part, but yes I think it can achieve a price value of $3000 dollar and presumably that is the large price we can really get for now, and because of the impending August 1 the price will surely split but fear no more because after this event bitcoin will never be the same.
7758  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Crossed $2,829 on: July 23, 2017, 09:36:44 AM
Was that ($2829) the all time high?  Pretty damn cool that we're testing it again either way.

I'm extremely surprised that we rebounded like we did from $1800.  That was a serious drop and it's times like that where you're in need of a seat belt. I did not expect the bounce back we got.

No, that wasn't the all time high. We crossed $3000 at one point of time. We are pretty much closing in on those levels again now. I wont be surprised if we have an ATH this month.
that's right before we drop to 1800$ we already reached 3k$ and that's the start of the dumped but now we are heading ahead again its looks like
3k$ can be achieved and like what you have mention new ath will definitely be meet this year maybe more than we expect but even what will happen
as long as bitcoin being recognized we will see more from this investment.

No one really know were bitcoin is heading right now, hard fork is still in the breach of bitcoin and the price is going to the $3000 dollar mark again I think these is the best time to really dump some bitcoin, because of the activation of the core dev. we can never say what price bitcoin will really went, and these all are just speculation regarding in what will really happen to bitcoin, if you don't have a secure wallet for bitcoin then just dump your coins because the risk is there in the upcoming August 1.
7759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi's Vision: What would Satoshi do? on: July 23, 2017, 09:09:21 AM

here goes the signature ...

Verified. Looks good to me. He's obviously satoshi so let's all blindly follow what he wants to do and never question him again.  Roll Eyes

He Doesn't Really prove anything, yeah probably you are just trolling with him on being really Satoshi, this will keep on going and going until a petition from activating what segwit wants to surely stop, and I think that many people right now are seeing what Segwit really wants to do and that is in innovating bitcoin more! and we can see from the price of bitcoin that the hard fort really in working.
7760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: July 23, 2017, 08:50:52 AM
A lot of ppl prefer payments through btc instead of things such as paypal because paypal can be charged back

I think there is a transaction fee regarding bitcoin transactions, and I think if paypal would not do it they will not surely profit regarding how much needed in the transaction, I think the transaction fee in bitcoin would be regarding on what kind of wallet you are using, but yes transaction fee towards bitcoin is more cheaper than paypal, and regarding this I certainly have some issue's while using paypal.
