Damn overtime  Grin I actually had a fairly good idea that with Fabinho back in defense and Nat injured there's going to be at least one goal from Newcastle (because that's what happened at Leeds) which would make 1-1 instead of 1-0.

As much as I want to say I should have seen it coming, I really thought we were going to see it through to the end. Especially after the handball -- which was harsh but correct, and no, again I don't like the handball implementation in EPL but if it has to be consistent then this is the kind of decision we have to make -- I thought we somehow were saved. But nope, 2021 Liverpool are in a conspiracy against themselves! As LFC_Bitcoin put it, stick a fork in us.

Oh and sorry about West Ham heh. Lingard really came close with that cheeky long distance chip.

Hey Steve, about that matchday hospitality at Waford Wink

Sportsbet backing 3 teams in EPL next season. Imagine a week roundtrip around Soton + London Wink

Haha lol Brighton. Good for you, Blades. Don't take relegation to heart, and just fight. Look at Norwich and Watford. Back to the top with some emphasis too!

Anyway. Two parlays dead. But it's not over for accas haha.

100 units boosted, insured on Inter HT WIN, Villa, Lens, Juventus and Atletico WIN @22.58. Other odds: 20.89

Cover this with a hedge on Fiorentina to WIN @6.61. Other odds: 5.87

Units advantage: 169 + 26 = 195

Running advantage after 318 bets: +21,676 (+195)
All-time cumulative: +59,234

Juve if I must pick one of them.

Verona's defense has been abysmal these last few fixtures, and with Inter coming off two straight draws, it might be a long Sunday afternoon in Milan. Also, Verona has zero wins at San Siro against Inter (historically speaking)...if i were you, i'd mark that match off my list of possible upsets for tomorrow.

As for Juventus, unlikely, can't see it happening, but i'm hoping for goals, Fiorentina's last three home matches have produced 5 or more goals, so i'm tempted to go for O3.5...we'll see.  Cool

Right then, I've made up my mind, thanks boys. Inter 2 straight draws I agree, they'll want to change things up and get off the marks quick, so a HT win is what I'll do with them.

Juventus on the other hand just look so lost I think Fiorentina will fancy their chances. Odds weren't TOO bad either, so I finally took it at 6.6. I'm definitely staying off BTTS today, even though so tempting haha. All the leagues are finding it hard to score now!

**Sigh**

Dude we (LFC) are so crap this season. Stick a fork in us, we’re done.

Klopp's face said it all. Incredulous how we can let Steve Bruce's tactics undo us.

We're totally done and if we don't play in Europe, no one will miss our football if this is what's on offer this season. A shame Salah's still done his job mostly, and we're out of it.

It’s a push with a 12

Totally missed the second one, didn't see that coming not that would have been able to take it but all well. Points thinning out at the moment, though I'd rather that than bust!
7765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: April 24, 2021, 06:38:37 PM
Chelsea won a direct dual against West Ham for the fourth position that leads for the champions league. But still aint over .Will be hard to maintain that position while like you said they are fighting in the champions league as well.So hard to focus on everything

Mathematically far from over, but I really can't see how Liverpool can qualify on their own. We had two huge chances to jumpfrog Hammers, not sure where else you can find them losing 2 games in a row, same as Chelsea. Destiny's not in our hands, so we just need to find a way to win and not concede goals.

Can't fault chances, but don't know what else to do but get past this season. Maybe Klopp's right after all. We don't deserve CL like this.
7766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 24, 2021, 04:23:01 PM
Talk about tight on the first 2 games. Elche the big winner with 3 shots the whole game, 6 cards, surprised there was even a goal. If Elche survive this season, they need to find a way to score more goals or get defensive. Second worst goal difference will kill them in tight battles.

Waited for Betis to get to 8/10 all day but finally pulled the trigger at 6.1x. I smell a giant's corpse tonight.
7767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 24, 2021, 02:58:08 PM
Eh damn another BTTS parlay failed. Two in a week now, signs must be telling me I jumped on the btts ship too late. Funny how I can pick the games so well hmm!

Other games today uninteresting for me so I'll just stay put on my losses like a good kid and just watch highlights tomorrow morning.

So guys. Who'll lose tomorrow? Inter or Juve?
7768  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - New Community Chat feature on site now!! 🚀 on: April 24, 2021, 01:54:52 PM
NotATether, did you feel high and low in the last couple of minutes of the Liverpool game? Your 10/1 bet cancelled out, then revived by handball, then cancelled by an own goal. I don't know whether to laugh or cry sometimes.

Multi Magic down, my own parlay also down ha ha.

Anyway, all eyes now on Watford. Win, plus Blackjack too, why not?
7769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 24, 2021, 01:33:39 PM
Well. Looked online for the last 10 minutes and from what I can understand from some vid shorts. We conceded a goal. That was later ruled out for handball (no, still doesn't make me a VAR fan, that goal should have stood, might actually have given us time to go for a counter had it stood). And then somehow Fabinho turned a goal Alisson should have comfortably saved into our own net.

Sums up our game? Sounds like us this season.
7770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Has the world become greedier since BTC? on: April 24, 2021, 01:13:24 PM
Greed is man's inherent trait, at least, the capitalist nature of people seem to shine through when given the centre stage. But don't blame Bitcoin, or money, for that matter. As much as most of the space seems to be dominated by those you mention, I've personally still met many more Bitcoiners who are anything but otherwise. Kind, helpful, generous. Just because they're silent doesn't also mean they're the minority =)
7771  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io "Soccer Blackjack" @ 21.00 odds on: April 24, 2021, 12:12:36 PM
Lucky me, not online much and not even watching Liverpool ongoing now except on text + Livescores App (it's strange but it kind of works if you pretend you're not behind by 3 minutes haha).

But Championship game is here! Watford are looking strong to surge late for the Championship itself but a win against Millwall will all but secure promotion. BlackJack all over this!

Okay. The early start we were really lookig for since weeks and games ago finally happened. And against a defending team like Newcastle no doubt!

Salah still on track to compete for Golden boot so I'm pleased. Will be very happy to get any kind of win but would love to build a cushion by half time like this. Go Reds!
7773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: April 24, 2021, 07:47:24 AM
Question for you guys: MMA you don't see 10/1 odds easily. Aren't there any David Goliath match ups in any case? Like some kind of inter-division occasionals?
The only chance you got to getting near those odds is by predicting the round, and method of KO. I quite like to bet on Heavyweights going the distance, as they often have the power to end a fight any time, they are usually priced quite well, and of course everyone knows that heavyweights tend to tire quickly, so it can be a decent outcome most of the time.

Yeah, I figured you'd need to have quite some stat research and insight into the matches. Difficult even in football (soccer) for me to get those odds on regular tight games (correct scores or first goalscorer usually the only way to get 10/1). Much "easier" for me to identify an underdog in good form, and a favourite in so-so form. Or when bookies ignore the underdog strength is the fav's vulnerability -- more often identified in team games with longer times to see strategies pay off.

Will look into some of these duration bets too. Heavyweights slugging it out and high strike numbers, for example.
7774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Odds, units advantage | Sportsbook | +57425 units on: April 24, 2021, 07:16:19 AM
Right then, I've been really busy past few days not even got many bets in, shocker, I know. Glad I didn't really miss too many upsets -- but oh I'd have put Koln into my parlay again and they did just about edge out 3-2. Start of a great escape mayhaps?

A real mix tonight why not?

100 units boosted and insured at Sportsbet on BVB, Brighton, Real, Barnslet and Watford to win @15.45. Other odds: 14.88

7775  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How can Bitcoin market function without centralized exchanges? on: April 24, 2021, 06:09:24 AM
Now I don't want to hype up that thing people call defi but there is a lot to be said about Automated Market Makers... As they seem to have solved the problem of order books which is or was the downfall of dexes like Counterparty (I try not to remind myself of it but heh).

I can't speak to how secure their implementations are but some sidechains seem to be revving some talk...

DeFi uses stablecoins and stablecoins are centralized. Yes, it's better to be able to instantly swap BTC for a stablecoin rather than wait for bank wire / Visa or Mastercard transactions, but if stablecoins will become much more popular, they will be easily regulated and start having the negative features of exchanges - KYC, frozen transactions, seized funds, and as they become more centralized, we'll start seeing hacks and inside jobs. You can't have a stablecoin without some company claiming to have $1 in their bank account for every token.

To my knowledge, not all defi use stablecoins anymore, if not most majority no longer do. I've seen all kinds of wrapped bitcoin directly on ether and other currency pairs now. And I think on many of these liquidity platforms, the stablecoin pairs no longer have the biggest volumes. Just looking at a glance right now the top 5 on finance (yes, I chose that just to avoid saying U or S heh) are all alt-alt or alt-wrapped ETH.
7776  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Transaction Fee on: April 23, 2021, 11:02:33 AM
Will just wait it out, no rush at all. Nice experiment.
What if is an experiment of the Chinese government trying to assess what they need to cripple the network?  Grin
Too bad there is so little information on what's for real happening there.

Then we shall see just how long they can do it, and how effective it can be once difficulty adjusts and miners relocate etc. Haha. Whatever the real picture really is...

So far so good, I have to say, my transaction is still unconfirmed and in fact has even moved DOWN the queue (mempool's gone up about 15k since but my transaction got pushed down 18k spots)... so it does seem like more and more people are paying premium.

3 days. Very fun, let's see how long this goes. I won't even broadcast, just keep an eye on block explorer =D
7777  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Crypto ATM Rapid Growth on: April 23, 2021, 08:54:04 AM
I am in total shock that Crypto ATM businesses are still worth doing in 2021, knowing that we have a lot of cryptocurrency exchanges today with varying levels of privacy and personal information requirements. In 2017 I thought crypto ATMs would stop appearing by 2018 because of the hefty fees and the hassle, but here we are today lmao. I'm really happy to be wrong.

The numbers surprised me too when I learnt just how popular they were in parts of the world and just how many were coming up. Especially in emerging economies, where my experience in my own country in past years showed they weren't popular, maybe today people are more inclined.

Have to say that when I last looked as well, near me and at the international airport (amsterdam) they still weren't popular.

So there clearly is still a lot to understand about who users are and where they are.
7778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 23, 2021, 07:34:02 AM
Since we Liverpool also have something against Atalanta (making it up as I go) sure why not? Might even form a sister hate club for Napoli. Lazio I can be my one member club it's ok. My fault for backing them often and ignoring yhe fact that they are not of the same vintage as last season.

Also, need something else other than my club's owners to pour scorn on.

Walkon, btts, walk on.
7779  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will never go below $50,000 again on: April 23, 2021, 06:27:57 AM
Think I passed by suchmoon on a similar time machine, though I might point out my genius even earlier at the last ATH, too long traversing Bitcoin weirdness to rule out any price so soon... Especially when 50k is barely 20% of current peak price.

Nice that whatever you buy now is 20% more when 60k gets its due test.
7780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: April 23, 2021, 05:48:06 AM
And I would have won last nights betbuilder too if only there was one more corner haha.

That will really teach me a lesson. Past two games picked to win by two plus goals, messi to score, and to win both halves. High enough. I had to pick over 4.5 corners to my selection. High scoring games huh.
