7783  Local / Markt / Re: Vroege (Batch 1) Alpha Technology 18Mh/s Viper pre order on: May 26, 2014, 08:43:03 AM
7784  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Silver and copper coins- Goxxed For The Last Time a (commiserative) coin on: May 26, 2014, 06:00:58 AM
That is good news.
I did not know that bitcoininformation did websites.  Cool info I cannot wait to see his works.
I got dragged to the lake today for the holiday here I will send over the draft tomorrow evening for you.
Things are really getting going well it looks like.

Since Ritz is closing at the end of the month, I'm definitely going to be looking for a new sponsor.  This thread is an amazing resource for that decision.  Thanks a lot guys!
I am glad that you like it and donations are always welcome, even if it's just a cup of coffee.
7786  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Sr. Accounts and Full Member Accounts for Sale on: May 25, 2014, 10:05:11 PM
But no one knows that. The point of the account is to have a foundation for trust, so it's easier to build on top of that.

Sure, but it could put a prospective scammer in a good position to dupe somebody who isn't so savvy.

Isn't selling Bitcointalk accounts on the forum against the rules? Prices seem a little too good to be true.
It's allowed, because it easier to keep in mind that an account can be bought then trying to ban them all.
7787  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. WEEKLY PAYOUTS. on: May 25, 2014, 09:48:50 PM
Do I need a confirmation from UpDown or just posting my address a few pages back is good enough?

Seems some people are confirmed and others are not.
Just repost your post. That way you are certain that it will be confirmed.
7788  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. WEEKLY PAYOUTS. on: May 25, 2014, 09:36:31 PM
I will stick with this campaign even if it changes to monthly. I wouldn't mind at all. UpDown.BT chooses and I will simply follow his decisions. Maybe bi-weekly might be an option?
7789  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Silver and copper coins- Goxxed For The Last Time a (commiserative) coin on: May 25, 2014, 09:35:40 PM
A website will rock!

Yep, bitcoininformation has been doing an awesome job putting a site together for me Smiley
I do my best Grin
7790  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. WEEKLY PAYOUTS. on: May 25, 2014, 08:57:20 PM
OP, are you going to keep weekly payments for long term or you'll make them monthly soon? I hope you'll keep weekly!  Smiley
He will make it monthly after three more payments (including this one). He has stated this many times. Weekly payments are just to hard to do the whole time. Costs to much time.
7791  Economy / Services / Re: Cloudbet Signature Campaign – up to 0.1 BTC per month for 50 posts on: May 25, 2014, 08:44:59 PM
Cloudbet, when is the first payment? I need to know so I can keep taps on this topic and change your campaign to the "Has paid"-section of my topic. Wink
7792  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: May 25, 2014, 08:39:58 PM
UpDown.BT said that he won't be doing weekly, because it's way to much work to do each week. Which is why he is changing to monthly after three more payments (this one included).
7793  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS 1g Silver Rounds - DobZombie's "The Genesis Block" on: May 25, 2014, 07:35:30 PM
can i buy just one?
They are sold out, sadly.
7794  Other / Meta / Re: Is there any reward for reporting bad posts? on: May 25, 2014, 02:34:34 PM
There is no reward and I don't expect a reward when I report I post. I just see it as my duty to do so.

There is no reward, just the glory Cheesy. And whitelisting for what exactly?
I think he means that BadBear should add people to his Trust list (which would makes them trusted members according to the trust system).
7795  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: May 25, 2014, 01:55:51 PM
Thanks for simple (and nice) table Grin
so we can compare many signature campaign easier

a correction in your table : Minersource - Member - 0.06
they only accept Full Member status or higher

so i think updown.bt is best deal for member Grin
but they don't pay weekly anymore  Sad
Thank you for telling me. Will update that right now Wink
UpDown.BT will pay out weekly three more times. Including this weeks payment. After that they will switch to monthly payments.

Wow, a lot of effort went in to compiling this. I've bookmarked it for future reference.
Thanks a lot! I did punt in a lot of effort to create the table and I'm glad that you like it Grin
7796  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: DarkWallet Alpha3 Release on: May 25, 2014, 01:53:22 PM
Are you guys going to implement BitID? It's a protocol written to enhance the experience for users on website. Instead of login in with Facebook, they can now login with their Bitcoin Address. The project seems to be going pretty well, so it might be worth considering.

yes being worked on
Awesome. Can't wait to use that Grin
7797  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [SELL] Cigarettes for $3-$4 per pack, shipped worldwide. Escrow accepted. on: May 25, 2014, 10:01:21 AM
They are destroyed in The Netherlands my friend. So you won't receive anything. I pretty sure about that, because I researched that. Wink

Did that happen for the last, like, 10 times? Tongue
Nope, not at all. I have always received all my orders from you Wink
7798  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy Bitcoin via Credit Card Payment....???? on: May 25, 2014, 08:55:31 AM
I haven't heard of a still running, legit service, that accepts Credit Card for Bitcoins. All the ones I have seen were shut down pretty quickly, because of scammers.
7799  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just paid the $100K USD via BTC to become a Platinum Member of TBF. on: May 25, 2014, 08:53:59 AM
Taxing my memory, Matthew N. Wright used to do something similar. I know of the practice, but the process eludes me.
I read about that yes. I know how they work and they are quite easy to make. I could write up a tracking pixel in five minutes, but why should I? I don't see the purpose of capturing someone's IP. It's not possible to get data from cookies using a tracking pixel (AFAIK) so I don't see how they can be useful.

Sat you wanted to know where somebody is truly located. You send them a PM having such as the content, for only they most likely would be the one opening it up. I believe MNW tried that with theymos or some other. That's the first I even learnt that such a thingie existed. I assumed that practice was nixed somehow on this forum, but I guess I'm mistaken. Nothing another $350K doled out for the forum upgrade can't fix, I guess.
I get that, but I don't really see the practical use of that. Other than illegal activities. I'm just glad that my real IP points to a location where I don't live. And that it doesn't matter if I am with my GF or at home.

Anyway, I really hope that the forum upgrade is a great update. I still have my doubts about it, but oh well, not much that I or the whole community can do about it.
7800  Other / Meta / Re: The last posting from your IP was less than 360 seconds ago. Please try again la on: May 25, 2014, 08:42:14 AM
It's to prevent spammers. Be happy, there was a noob jail before which forbid you to post anywhere else but in the "Newbie"-section. (Which is still a good idea in my opinion).

Just lurk, post from time to time and the waiting time will decrease as your activity increases.
