They will have platform in the end of this year. Price now is a speculative and dont have value. When platform will be used, people must have UTK tokens and will increase a lot. And they have some solid partnerships already. I think when platform will be ready and used price will be huge (few usd easily). I just expect the UTRUST price will return to the highest point it has achieved, few usd is pretty much to think of now.
