781  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading sucks, I'll just hold my coins on: November 26, 2017, 12:39:35 AM
Yesterday I just lost 1.8k USD, maybe in USA or in West Europe that's doesn't much, but here in my shitty country that's a f* big amount of money. Here the minimum wage is ~ 300 USD / month. So that's like 6 month of work if I cut my bread and water and live on air. Half of my saving were other investments, but anyways... I'm feeling shitty right now. Oh, and I break my laptop. So yeah, that's another - 500 usd.

I though I can trade. Buy low, sell high. Sounds good, doesn't work.

Looking at the charts and candle sticks and watching old bitcoin values, and huge spikes (pump, I saw here how people uses the pump word, daaaamn...) I was... yeah, I can totally do that. I'll just buy when it's low, and sell it when it reaches the top. Well, I was wrong. You can't see the future, otherwise everyone would be a millionaire. That would be true if you would have a delorean from '85 with Emmett Brown and Marty Mcfly and you could f* travel in future and see the PUMPS!!!1

So anyone who will read this message (noobs like me) if you don't have any trading experience, don't do it. There are expert traders who know how this market works, when to buy and when to sell. Don't assume your skills by watching youtube videos and reading "daily indexes and predictions" of how the price will rise or go down by shitty sites. That's just dumb. You don't know what's gonna happen. Maybe a little bit of luck, or I don't know.

So yeah, from now on, I'll just leave the trading area for experts and I will invest in bitcoin by buying every 2 week or monthly and saving into my wallet. And one day (I hope so) the price will rise and I will buy for my self a delorean.

Cheers!
Lol its your loss to that matter you should have consulted some pro at trading or some with experience and you even wage a huge amount of money that a bad move for you trading needs some good insights and good speculation of a true growing coin that is worth investing with. Trading is no easy because it is risky although it is a really really good advice that dont wage a huge amount of money if you cannot afford to lose it in every way.
782  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this Forum full of 'normal people' who over the years became filthy rich? on: November 24, 2017, 02:51:47 AM
I guess many are holding their BTC until today and are only rich on the screen, but as one big fish starts to cash out the values will drop again and that may cause a little chain reaction which drops the BTC price a little.
So..the more BTC-Millionairs want to turn their BTC into fiat, the less Millionaires are left.

But as the prices drop a lot..many many people will buy because they believe in the rise..which actually causes the rise.

In a szenario that is very unlikely to happen, where BTC fails and the prices drop to 100$ per BTC, i would go nuts and even sell my car to buy as much as i can... xD
They may have some problems like that so thats why this forum was created to assist that kind of problems and fix it properly and we also shares ideas to put some same problems into a resolved issue helped and be helped. Price drop  is not that of a big deal because bitcoin also recovers all that and eventually surpass ot somehow.
783  Economy / Economics / Re: Some advices and references for a newbie? on: November 23, 2017, 09:37:19 PM
Hi everyone! I'm trying to research and study as much I can, but i have problems in finding good books/articles/whatever that explain the principles of economics and trading, very important if u want to learn about coins in general. I searched in the forum but i didn't find anything like that (but a lot of other useful articles)...so can you help me? I would really appreciate a "newbie tutorial for economics/trading" if it exist Smiley
Try searching basics about bitcoin, altcoins, trading and youll probably get some ideas there where you sharpen your knowledge about it. Trading is probably good  cause it is profitable although you need some money ready for trading. If your patient enough to wait for some knowledge try reading some threads and discussion to proccess all that slowly rather than quickly.
784  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it possible to use bitcoin without photo ID? on: November 23, 2017, 08:26:06 AM
For someone in the USA, is it possible to have:

1) A desktop or online based wallet if you don't have a photo ID.
2) Ability to buy btc without needing to provide ID.

That is scary to someone who has had identity stolen before.

Thanks - please be kind.  I am new and still learning.  I have not yet bought BTC.
It is decentralized so you can join bitcoin not necessarily having that credentials to qualify or joining bitcoin. All you need is enough funds to save it from your wallet and hopefully it will grow unexpectedly over time . Learn how bitcoin works and how it increases the value over some times .
785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Bitcoin Cash on: November 23, 2017, 05:49:52 AM
What do you think of Bitcoin Cash?
Do you think it will have the same value as Bitcoin or it will be just another Alt. Coin in the crypto market?

It cant be possible because bitcoin is not going down easily and bitcoin has a decade headstart thqn any other currencies although altcoins has more exposure than bitcoin because bitcoin starts with no android or and any other portable like computers.
786  Economy / Economics / Re: China's complicates Bitcoins miners on: November 23, 2017, 03:28:00 AM
We can speculate that this article is just another Drama to create another Dip. If this is proven true, then okay, that it will be good for the Bitcoin system. Bitcoin is still working without China. The separation of China from Bitcoin would open a lot of opportunities to other miners and upcoming miners. It's time to get China's shit out of Bitcoin.
Yeah might as well specualte more on this matter before making nonsense reaction nor assumptions. True that bitcoin is still working even as if without China and other countries as well because it is decentralized in everyway it is helping alot for many issues that this feature is almost untochable for some countries.
787  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: November 23, 2017, 01:21:07 AM
Bitcoin can make your money more unbelievable than anything else that also like an investment well it takes time like always and alike banks although it is powered by miners and users . Users quantity can make bitcoin more valueable than before and users can manipulate the value depending on the other users money.
788  Economy / Economics / Re: When to buy and sell bitcoin on: November 22, 2017, 10:26:01 PM
The right  time  to buy bitcoin is when it has a crisis at hand and take advantage every minute of that because it happens only once in a while and wait for a year or two to make a good decision and less regret for the whole risk project your doing goodluck mate.
789  Economy / Economics / Re: plan for the future with bitcoin on: November 22, 2017, 12:05:57 PM
Dont plan everything mate because even perfectly laid plans goes disastruos sometimes although keep reminding yourself not to spend your remaining bitcoins in your wallet and keep a safe wallet to safe keep a little by little amount of money so that you can prepare for any emergencies that will come to you.
790  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: November 22, 2017, 09:12:54 AM
Price does matter though users matter more because they are unconciously investing towards if they only save some money on it Meaning more users more value of money and more money involved and so as the other interested bystanders that is impressed by it.
791  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: November 22, 2017, 02:04:03 AM
short answer no, just a little crisis due to the price being low/many lost huge amount of money because they bought at the peak, taxes being a problem, and other small stuff

just a despair phase that is very long apparently
Yeah youre right bitcoin has recovered evry tim and every crisis at hand and even bitcoin pumps so hard and greatly that it piques the interest of many users and investors. Bitcoin will not be dead until no one uses it.
792  Economy / Economics / Re: Is trading just educated guessing? on: November 21, 2017, 11:19:31 PM
Can you really be sure you will profit unless you have insider info?
Yes you can depending on your luck and skills on speculative matters although sometimes sheer luck is needed to do this  type of trading. Insider info's can help but it depends on the popularity or the exposore that item has make so it has a great possibility to grow faster.
793  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: November 21, 2017, 09:37:38 AM
Do you think if BTC had a stable price which could only be altered by $0.01-0.10 it would still be as popular and as used?
I think even imagining this kind of thing will not possibly go successful in the future surely it has an imaginativity of a great artist on computer and stuff to have this feature on bitcoin of manipulation to exist in the first place is truly remarkable who would have think this kind of way to intruduce in such a not even innavative world so satoshi nakamoto(unknown) is a legend!. I think it would not be possible if it would exist like that.
794  Economy / Economics / Re: could bitcoin be replaced by another crypto currency? on: November 21, 2017, 07:10:34 AM
Thingking that way even you dont know bitcoin that much is not really understandable well people talk about this way because they tend to criticize evrything even they dont realy know much about something. Nothing could replace bitcoin because it has a headstart of a years to grow than new cryptocurrencies.
795  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: November 21, 2017, 04:00:53 AM
I Dont think it will be possible on any other country to announce this to  their nationality or their sole currency. Then about the problm to countries that bitcoin is decentralized and canot be controlled by any other countries so it will be a hassel and reputation is where we talked about this.
796  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the future of Bitcoin ? on: November 21, 2017, 02:47:31 AM
The future of bitcoin is unknown and unexpected to happen because of the feature to manipulate bitcoin"s value with its users and rates onhand on every users this feature can be acknowledge powerful in the future. It is surely to go full burst value up until i think to the miners success.
797  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC is a roller coaster on: November 20, 2017, 11:28:32 PM
Well aside from bitcoin's feature that people can manipulate the value of it even life itself is an example of a roller coaster sometimes it goes really really down and sometimes it goes really really up nothing gets your chance of odds perfectly and even your plan in life doesnt go as expected as it be and sometimes you get luck of it.
798  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook accepts Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2017, 09:55:59 AM
Hello all,
I hear of some rumors that Facebook is going to accept BTC in the near future Smiley Am i late with this news, or just misunderstand ?

BR,

Gondel
Rumors are just rumors dont expect too much about it. I think bitcoin will not be accepted truly of facebook. Facebook only supports entertainments and advertistments. Having a rumor like that is no actually accepted by others . I think this payments will tarnish facebook's reputation but not i alot well this is just an opinion.
799  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin surely boost the regional economy??? on: November 20, 2017, 02:56:39 AM
I think it is not like that mate although if youre refering to the users they  are improving by themselves independently because bitcoin is decetralized . It has no effect on the regional economy because not all are using bitcoin even now users of bitcoin is i think  about only millions so it is not generally for everyone for now.
800  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you invest in Russian business? on: November 18, 2017, 01:10:37 AM
What do you think about crypto-investing to business projects wich location in Russia?
Depending on the potential and the supports to upheld that . Well first is study the business that pique your interest and probably plan on investing enough money for starters to try it and if positive results come out of that i might as well invest more to that.
