781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin dies does altcoin die? on: October 04, 2017, 02:35:32 AM
I only think of a limited scenarios in which Altcoins won't die along with Bitcoin and that is when all Bitcoin holders have migrated or shift into the next big cryptocurrency available, but that is of only Bitcoin failed by itself. But if the government have dofferent views otherwise then Bitcoin and other altcoins will die together because Bitcoin is the biggest cryptocurrency in terms of market share, and other are only trading altcoins to earn Bitcoin in the process.
This is true because if bitcoin falls, bitcoin users might jump on the next big altcoin there is. And also altcoins dont have the same developers so its really hard to see all of the altcoins dying and disappearing. A new altcoin will surely rise if bitcoin falls.
I can't imagine of happening like that. Because bitcoin is bind with altcoins and if it happens that bitcoin falls, automatically all crypto currencies will falls also. This kind of scenarios may happen if the community united and make this thing disappear, but as long as it have potentials probably it could impossible to happen.
782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Criminality and Bitcoin on: October 04, 2017, 01:57:43 AM
Yeah i also see some statements about this bitcoin being a cause of criminal things like drugs and terrorism, they are abusing bitcoins anonimity feature in order to do that illegal things freely
Possible it could be used and increase criminality, since criminal activities are all around us and we really can't controlled it all the times. Since bitcoin now are widely used globally, it could be easy for them to make it, and its very hard for the authorities to take control this kind of activities because lack of evidence unless caught in the act. So we accept the reality that bitcoin not always bring us good but sometimes it goes into bad.
784  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: October 03, 2017, 11:15:18 PM
Get a steady income is a challenge, in crypto or outside of crypto. In crypto there are few alternatives, perhaps mining is one of them, but still have a certain level of instability due to the diff changes.
A lot of ways to earned money from bitcoin just like trading, joining social media and signature campaign. Yes we gonna earned money from here but I don't make this as a steady income. And I don't want to fully depend on bitcoin alone as a source of income. The reason  is that, because of it's stability price in the market but it is profitable enough.
785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Coins are a great LONG-TERM investment ???? on: October 03, 2017, 10:38:51 PM
I think investing in alt coin takes a long time. because the price when go to market first time will be very destroyed, plus dump from bounty hunter which become a problem. it would be nice to use the "just hold" formula of warren buffett for the coin that you think is good
Investing bitcoin and ethereum are most preferable for long term investment as it is already known by most. Aside from that, they havev already put a mark in the blockchain market because of its outstanding price performance.
786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it safe to participate in ICO's? on: October 03, 2017, 04:03:51 PM
Right now there are many ICOs coming out, is it really safe to participate in any of it and spend that much? In participating ICOs I have high hopes that these coins could be the next Bitcoin or other currencies that are really going up in the market.
Yes, it is totally safe to participate. Is just for yourself If you want to take apart with a certain ICO. Impact we have also earned big money from joining campaign and by investing it. And besides, there is no criminal liabilities we worried about if ICO is failed or there will be scam happening within the project.
787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still support Ethereum? on: October 03, 2017, 09:13:04 AM
I don't see a reason to not support ethereum at the moment. Ethereum is in a good condition now and it's price will be better before the end of year. It's a solid coin with powerful background.
Ethereum is potentially profitable compared to other altcoins. And it could be 2nd in rank among crypto currencies, and have capabilities to compete other altcoinns in the market.
788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China can't bring bitcoin down! on: October 02, 2017, 04:19:00 PM
Well, bitcoin is all over the world. Not even a big country can bring the bitcoin down. That's the main thing about bitcoin: no governement will have enough power to control it.
Not totally agree with you, even though bitcoin isn't controlled be the government but they can still contribute in the flow of blockchain market. For example of what happen to China, they banned crypto currencies in their country but there is a huge impact to bitcoin price(decrease). But it doesn't  mean that it could affect totally into bitcoin forever, since there are many countries who are supporting bitcoin and a big chances that it will rise again.
789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking: Virtual Currencies Expected to be Regulated in China on October 1st on: October 02, 2017, 01:48:56 AM
Whatever China government will do only chinese users/investors/people will suffer. In short let they're government officials decide for what is better for there people and let there citizen march if they opposed to it. It won't affect anymore in the market price as what happened last week. Bitcoin is increasing all the way now and it would be a great and promising start this month of October.
Bitcoin now are back in the market price without China, it shows that we can stand without the contribution of China government towards cryptocurrencies. The news above isn't beneficial to the community because probably only China will take benefits from that. Their plan to take control all bitcoin supply could probably make their decision change against crypto.
790  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Being Unemployed Drives People to go to Bitcoin on: October 02, 2017, 12:40:01 AM
Being unemployed let people search for something to do that they believe that could change their life. Actually, that's also same with people who are employed and sick of working hard with compensation that is less to what they deserve. And because of Bitcoin, trading Cryptocurrencies, dreams can really come true.

because thats truly happen some of us here dont have job and we used it as home based job then if you can now earn as much as regular employee does then you may not look for a job and derives you to stay focus on bitcoin.
Of course, why they seek for another job instead of having bitcoin? Getting involve in bitcoin doesn't mean that just because of having unemployed before, impact this community are welcoming all those who are interested not because you don't have a job. Bitcoin is not the only options, but because of it's promising price and a big chances to earned big money then more people will get through here.
791  Economy / Economics / Re: Do we need blockchain technology? on: October 01, 2017, 11:32:25 PM
One can't deny that the blockchain technology is the future of the world, lots of government agencies are adopting it all over the world and even some banks if my sources are right are implementing it as well.
Since we are now embracing a new generation, we must adopt also a new technology which is compatible for this.  Knowing that this could contribute to us in our daily activities. This is the time also that we accept the reality, even though digital currencies not takes place over fiat but it is necessary to be a part of this. Blockchain technology bring us into a new beginning, having a new life style.
792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if another altcoin surpasses BTC in value? on: October 01, 2017, 09:57:39 PM
What will you do if some altcoin (XMR or ETH for example surpasses the value of BTC, either in market cap or by the price of a token each? Will you sell your BTC to buy the more "valuable" coin, or continue using and holding BTC? Also, what do you think are the chances that it could happen? I would like to hear your thoughts and opinions.
If that will happen, then we must accept the reality that it is a part of bitcoin journey. Even though other alts surpass bitcoin but still I'll keep holding on it because there is a big possibility that it will back again. Unless bitcoin price almost zero value, then its time to shift for another one. Anyway, they are all digital currency and belongs to crypto world, it's gonna be the same process in making transactions.
793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DO YOU AGREE? on: October 01, 2017, 03:08:34 PM
we do not know if the price of the bitcoin is really high in 2019
but that's okay if it's the price it is now that we have to accumulate for that day when we have the money
It's getting tough in that price. Anyway, is just an speculation but possible to happen since it was 2 years to come and lot of changes may happen in a long run. And if that speculative price($15k) by the end of this year is reach then probably by 2019 all bitcoin holders are become millionaire and everyone will got surprised.
794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How cryptos affect your life? on: October 01, 2017, 12:11:52 PM
since i know blockchain, i spend most of my spare time to learn and speculation, i little do sports to lose weight, little time to accompany family, aslo lose focus to work, even i gain some profits, i think its time for me to rebalance the cryptos and life
Just take time for having fun also with your family and friends sometimes, its gonna be a vital things as a human being.
Even though Cryptos are making this things great but we must also reconsider our life out of crypto world for couple of time. One thing that gonna change when engaging into crypto is time, because it is totally addicted and spending more time in here than the others.
795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you invest in an ICO on: October 01, 2017, 09:57:05 AM
1. Jurisdiction. The company should be registered and the address should be provided for public.
2. Team. It should consists of suitable people and it size should be real to make that they claim.
3. Whitepaper. It should be correctly written and everything should be described in details.
4. Hard Cap. It should suit to the scale of project. It could even absent due to the size, ambitious and confidence of the project.
In addition with this, is that the manager handling this certain ICO is known and have a good carrier records in cryptocurrencies. Because some investors are  very choosy and they are also seeking ICOs that could give them satisfaction in return with their investment.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: October 01, 2017, 02:44:16 AM
I saw a rule there that says:

"3.All accounts registered on bitcointalk.org after August 22, 2017 are not qualified."

So I guess that means I cannot participate in the airdrops anymore. Too bad. Should had seen this when I had the chance.

What airdrop is this? PoSToken?
There are still other airdrops where you can join, you just have to patiently look for them though so this thread is really a good source.
You can check this site for ongoing and upcoming airdrops, hope you'll find something that qualifies you.

https://airdropalert.com/
I opened that link and it's gonna be great info to everyone who are waiting for another airdrops. But I don't know if they are all legit, since I'm not participating them all. Just think it first before joining those airdrops.
797  Economy / Economics / Re: Some things to consider before starting a business on: September 30, 2017, 11:38:19 PM
Consider your budget. How much budget do you have for starting a business? Is the location accessible to consumers? How about the competitiveness with other business? As what we always say, we should know who our market are and analyze what business may be indemand with that market. And strategic plans will follow.
Aside from this, you must consider also of having good team and enough personnel for the opening of your business. Because it is important that the customers would have a delightful experience at first. So they can tell friends about this and it could increase the number of customers. First impression is very important and it could attract more.

Confirming that I received payment already.
799  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: September 27, 2017, 10:03:03 PM
You can't say it use for corruption, bitcoins are use for some negative activities like money laundering or drugs. Its all happening on internet and we can't blame internet for it. The identity of the person involve in corruption (using bitcoins ) cant be traced but bitcoin transactions are anonymous. There's some disadvantage of bitcoins.

Because of anonymous identity of any bitcoin holders, it's easily to make those criminal activities without caught by the authorities. Of course, because it is online transaction just a single click transaction is done. And any person can do this, even the authorities because nobody knows what exactly they are doing, and a big possibility that it can lead into corruption.
800  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: September 27, 2017, 09:57:08 AM
bitcoin and fiat running on other spot but equally valuable. Bitcoin a pioneer in crypto world. So that means, bitcoin just ruled over virtual only and not like fiat.
Exactly, both are valuable but fiat currency have it's own capability to be used in any field. Bitcoin is just a virtual currency, even though it is popular nowadays but still couldn't replace fiat currency because of it's limitations. If it happens that bitcoin could be accepted by any transaction either local or online, a big possibilities that it could replace fiat currency.
