781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: London Reports Bitcoin Above 5K... on: October 13, 2017, 06:52:48 AM
There are many factors for the rise in price but anyway it is a milestone for Bitcoin and its community. I believe bitcoin will rise and fall to maintain a $5000 level this month.
782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt Coin Pumps on: October 13, 2017, 06:38:17 AM
There are some telegram channels that sponsor some pump. But most of them profits themselves by announcing the coin they just bought and dumping it on its own users.
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Ukraine to regulate exchanges on: October 13, 2017, 06:36:48 AM
It's better to try to regulate cryptos than banning them. They may tax on the the trade adding to the fees to exchange and tax the fiat to crypto and vice versa transactions.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its that time again, what altcoin are you holding at a loss? on: October 13, 2017, 06:32:14 AM
For me its Reddcoin and NEO, I bought them when they were really hyped. I don't think I'll get back my investment from REDD so I'm investing more on NEO to bring down my average buying price.
785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Byzantyum HF on: October 13, 2017, 06:30:10 AM
For user level, the Ethereum fork makes no any visible change. You can normally use your ethereum and you'll not get any other forked coins or have any problems transacting normally.
786  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Ukraine to regulate exchanges on: October 12, 2017, 12:05:38 PM
Taxation on bitcoin trading and mining is just some word in the book, if they will add tax when trading through registered trading platform than people will just go with peer to peer trading and OTC trading.

However Regulation is better than banning.  Grin

That's the reason governments hate cryptos. There are always ways to evade the existence of a transaction hence no one knows who holds what.
Government should come up with rather creative idea to cope with cryptocoins.
787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Aside from the ability to raise money via an ICO, why create a token? on: October 12, 2017, 12:03:19 PM
A company can issue a token to use as a payment method within the network.
For example, If a bus service launch a token than it can be used to pay the bus fare.
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is IOTA's price still down? on: October 12, 2017, 12:00:38 PM
IOTA was one of the first to come up with the concept but it has got a fierce competition from newer coins while the old established coins aren't moving at all. So, it's in real value now.
789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pre ICO sales? on: October 12, 2017, 09:36:56 AM
In some projects you can get in before an actually ICO. An Pre sale ICO of some kind. Do anyone here know a website that is collecting those, so it is easy to find ''none'' public projects at a early stage?

It would be wiser to go for promising tokens than the one offering the larger bonus. Pre sale ICO is just an ICO with larger bonuses. A advertising strategy.

Site like https://www.ico-list.com/ displays pre-ICO.
While https://www.coingecko.com/ico?locale=en includes the pre-ICO on ICO.
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Bitcoin Gold strategy on: October 12, 2017, 08:50:54 AM
Personally I'm going to put my bitcoins on the online wallet or exchange which promises to provide bitcoingold than bothering to manually claim it.
There already are a few.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another hard fork coming in October. New Bitcoin name is "Bitcoin Gold" on: October 12, 2017, 07:55:11 AM
There are already many SHA256 coins and bitcoin forks. I don't think this new forked coin would attract the interest of any miners. Though initially some may jump for low difficulty.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you sell altcoins before the fork? on: October 12, 2017, 07:53:17 AM
It's your opinion. Getting an equal amount of a altcoin as your bitcoin holding can be beneficial in both way for holding two coins.
This fork is decreasing the value of altcoins which indeed would be best time to buy cheap alts.

So, basically it depends on the success of the forked coin. Is the forked coin better than alts you are holding?
In my opinion this new forked coin would have no future.
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you using Bitcoin Cash? on: October 12, 2017, 05:55:37 AM
I have a little stock of bitcoincash and I'm going to hold it for some time. Though the price of BCH has not increased as BTC, it is still increasing relative to USD.
794  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why did he do it? (Stephen Paddock ) on: October 12, 2017, 05:54:07 AM
He must be suffering from some sort of mental disorder.
The mind when not fully in your control makes you do unimaginable things.
The setting seems planned and seems to be targeted to the concert.
795  Economy / Economics / Re: Life with out money ? on: October 12, 2017, 05:10:48 AM
Money is just the token of value.
We can't imagine a life without money in one form or other.
Whether by exchanging goods or cryptocurrency, we are using them as money.
For a person to live without money, he/she should produce everything they need.
796  Other / Off-topic / Re: Future of Technology ?? on: October 12, 2017, 03:46:10 AM
I believe we would be using a mind controlled device attached to our body(a contact lens in our eye) which would display VR screen at our will and be a phone, computer, every sensors and testing device.
797  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Duterte's promise to get rid of drugs 29 days left on: October 12, 2017, 03:43:22 AM
It's not getting rid of all drugs, uses and users. He literally destroyed the militarisation and industrialisation of drug dealers.
Now after that period new ways of controlling the drug use can be implemented.
798  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What "European" laws are broken here? on: October 12, 2017, 03:31:02 AM
I don't think it's wise to keep away homosexual from having food.
Unless they start indulging in sexual activities inside the restaurant, it won't hurt anyone.
799  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Master Degree Important? on: October 11, 2017, 11:51:58 AM
Most of the starting job doesn't require you a masters degree but is required for higher level so it would be better to first settle on a job and join a relating masters degree.
800  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Working Abroad is a lot of sacrifice. on: October 11, 2017, 10:38:23 AM
The most difficult part is not seeing family for years. Travelling back home could be really expensive for the people working aboard though some companies do provide paid vacations.
