Under $ 1.000 but maybe need more time to wait. There's another option, why not using martiangle money management? most of use know it as " piramid ". That's solution for us, just split our money into some area and keep buy until the price comes up again. Actually, I believe you already have a good analyze but not sure to be done, don't do that. it was predicted that bitcoin prices would fall in the last week of 2017 and rise in the first week of 2018 but none of that has happent rather the price has beet pretty stable around 13500 usd.
what are your opinion on this,is it the time to trade or hold because i dont have enough funds to buy or invest more.
I think we should stay calm and see the price action in February - March, it will give us clearly direction about pattern. Stay calm meaning no invest/ trade in any coin, even we see there's opportunity make profit just cancel. My analyze say, Dec 2017 - Jan 2018 has no significant moving, no sign we can trust to replace our money into invest/ trade. Hold your asset and wait, do that and your asset will safe until next trade. |

Hello. I started trading a few weeks ago and i lost about 80% of what i invested (I invested in TRON, Ripple and Cardano). I started with 100 dollars and now i only have 22 to invest. I know its very little but im from Portugal  and don't have more money to invest. Can someone please give me some insights or strategies? First, you can buy again with your own money ( but don't loan ) and take the right coin, such as bitcoin, eth and ltc, but you should wait until end of January to buy again. Second, try to become bounty hunter like I do, obey the rules and never spam, free coin will be yours. Third, start to learn again about trading. Join trade group, read book and practice with demo account. Loss is risk, face it but keep going. |

I am looking to invest into Peculium and SelfKey, I think these will be good. I am invested into CrowdHolding and it's looking good. What ICO do you think will flourish? Every ICO has the same chance to become bigger but we can only predict, real market is mystery. I don't invest with ICO, only into btc, eth and ripple. About ICO, I try GVT and FLIXXO. For me, those ICO has brilliant concept and clear roadmap and today's got very good price. Long time ago I've seen someone posting a link to a cool website (that was a nice website designed in green colors) but I was not registered here and did not saved the link  All useful information will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. I don't have information you want because I learn trading direct on the real market and join some trade group. Learning by doing is what I am, hard and make me stress but I got income. Learn from web/ book/ courses is good but you also need practice. What are you struggling with? What are the painpoints or what makes you fail at making money with cryptocurrencies?  Just one thing, can't disciplines with my own strategy. Sometimes ( maybe a lot ) I change the rules in the middle of road and loss is what I get. Actually, I know what will happen if I did it, but I don't know why just happen and happen again. Some people say I don't won't to win but that's not true at all. I really want make profit with cryptocurrencies but is really hard. Until now still try and keep practice. I hope will solve soon. for me being new to cryptocurrencies i would like to know from where do you get your predictions about the price of not just bitcoins but other cryptocurrencies?
I'm technical trader, so I only predict by valid data ( chart ) and ignore fundamental, sorry about this. Only using chart as my sign to take action ( buy, sell, hold ) and manage my money depend martiangle strategy. Using only chart is just like others, but I use long time period to see where the price will go ( day - week - month ). After that find top and bottom price to decides my stop loss and take profit. Last one, replace my money and patience until the price reach my target area. Simple but until now still keep practice. |

Lose money is risk, if you can face it just leave bitcoin trading. You must fix your mindset before start trading, every one will lose but it's worth to keep trying. To minimalism loss you can replace stop loss and take profit as sign to leave the market as soon as possible. Patience to wait and execute after reach the sign. I was considering learning how to day-trade so that I can profit from price fluctuations of Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple and Bitcoin Cash. I feel that I can make a lot more money than trading stocks or commodities because the fluctuations are so much greater.
Can someone who is an experience trader, who got their experience and made overall profit day-trading stocks and commodities and is now day-trading cryptocurrency, give me their opinion how profitable this is? How closely do candlestick patterns of cryptocurrency conform with known patters applicable to stocks and commodities? How much more profitable is it than trading stocks and commodities if its profitable at all?
Also, what is the best way to start? I was thinking about watching YouTube videos on candlestick patterns as a start and then start trading based on that.
Trading is not an easy way to make profit even you're expert, need more than understand real market works. First, if you decide trade with many coin I think is not a good idea. Every coin has their own pattern and mostly different moment to take action ( buy/ sell/ hold ). Day trade is hard way to make profit, but I only suggested trade with 2 - 3 coin, so you can focus. Second, you have too much question but I can answer like this. Take 2 - 3 coin, replace it with day trade strategy you like, face the risk and always fix you problem ( loss ). Keep doing that until you find the best way to make profit. Candlestick, price action and volume is just indicator ( sign ), it will help you but must have disciplines also. Good luck with you. |

Hey there! Everyone knows the golden rule of trading - "Never buy at the top". But the question is how can I figure out that the current price of the coin is now at it's top and won't grow more? The first thing that comes to my mind is to monitor the amount of buy and sell orders and the time when markets are opened / closed. But anyway I'm startong this thread aiming to hear some usefull tips from experienced traders.
As a technical trader/ investor, I only see the second top price action using long term period. Example is just like this, first, set your time into month and see top number ( price ) comes up. Usually, after second top the price will change direction ( become higher or lower ). After second top comes up don't take open position, wait and see the price go and take option ( buy/ sell ). This rules also can use to find the bottom price action and usually works. This strategy not always give you profit but you'll get the right moment to start. |

Is it just me or do you also see that ICO prices are starting to get ridiculously high (considering most of them don't even have a working product).
You should calculate again, there's no ICO with high prices. Maybe I have different opinion with you, every ICO has product/ services and you should see it again clearly. Price go high/ low is depend supply and demand and sometimes all price moving because news speculation. Even ICO prices go high, I believe there's opportunity to create income, see again chart price and volume. Nothing to worry about ICO prices, you should worry if you don't find opportunity make money at this moment. Think again and fix your mindset. Thank you so much. |

Why you take action ( hold ) dogecoin, not profitable I believe. We can see from chart price and volume history, there's no significant moving from dogecoin. Fundamental analyze also say the same, see news history about dogecoin, I believe there's no news can give positive impact about doge. You should leave it ( sell ) before too late or your money will stuck with it. Think again and good luck. |

From the looks of things other cryptocurrencies are really rising this year
Look at Ripple it is second on the marketcap
Too early say that, real market still has slow action. I believe 2018, Altcoin still can give us income but not all coin, some of them will become has no value. Ripple has good price action but it's just temporary trend, it will gone soon. I see from their price action history and news, Ripple need more demand and news to raise their value. Need more time to become the second coin or the best coin. Follower never become leader on the real market. |

Only see eth and xmr, another coin not interesting. Until now, those coin still give me income, specially eth. I only have faith about those coin because not only profit I got but mostly my analyze close " enough " with reality market chart, it's make me very happy. Just keep practice and fix the problem. all the major exchanges are not accepting new registrations where can i register?
Most major exchanges up grade their system to giving the best services into members crypto activity, you should know that. Second reason is, to finish problem about members transaction, mostly because delay and verification. You can choose local exchanges or buy/ sell to trusted friend. But I think hitbtc and bittrex still accept new registration. Go now and try it but remember to always read their rules before decides to make transactions. |

Is it worth to invest 10k dollar to Bread ?
Bread token is new, not guarantee to success and survive. Why you wasting time invest with " new " but not take the main investment/ trading like btc, eth and xrp? No one will stop you but I think you should analyze again your strategy, specially about the product ( bread ). Do that before too late, ripple can't going anywhere. When coinbase declared not to add any crypto's anymore, some people afraid it will be follow by others. That's why they take all ( sell ) xrp before get dump, when news like this comes up, most people will " panic " even this is only temporary and necessary. XRP still have future but this moment is dump, sell it and exchange become other coin and start new crypto activity. |

Just like the stock market opening time and closing time is the most volatile what do you guys think the most volatile time is for altcoins? When Asia starts the day? Maybe US starts its day? I noticed US time has most the drops. I understand concurrency as a whole is very volatile at all times but still want to get peoples opinions on when they think its most volatile. Cheers to the community  Not that simple, altcoin similar with stock market but not same. If you're stock market player, your post is correct but I'm afraid altcoin can't analyze by open market like stock/ currency ( Asia - Europa - USA ). Altcoin is one trading direction and not two direction like stock/ currency. Besides that, stock/ currency has verified alert news but altcoin doesn't have it. About drop at US time is not because time, but big player replace their money and push news to make supply & demand not balance. Fix your strategy mindset before too late. |

I'm not surprised with that, more people replace their money into it make the price action looks good. As I say, eth still become second coin after btc to make money, and a lot of people use it as alternative payment. I believe eth will rise more higher than before and because of that I replace all my money into eth. Now I should wait and hope the best for my investment. Lucky I am. |

Do you think it will be the best time to sell as there are two kind of speculations one says the value of bitcoin will reach $20,000 by 2018 and there are also speculations that the bitcoin might go through a dump in upcoming days but i know we cannot believe into random predictions by random users due to the volatility of bitcoin but i need some suggestions whether to hold on to bitcoin or sell it out and invest some of it into altcoins and then wait for the price drop to reinvest into bitcoin which i am not sure will happen or not.
I think you should hold it not sell it, even the price is high and we can get more profit from there. Depend my experience , bitcoin price still have chance to reach more than $ 20.000 and we should take this opportunity because ( maybe ) at 2019 bitcoin will dump. Trust your self and try it, you'll know what the best for you in next day. See you next time. |
