I am watching the US open tennis on Eurosport and one of the commercials advertised is etoro trading site. The narrator for the ad specifically mentions BITCOIN and ETHEREUM trading.I think its the first time I notice digital currency advertised on regular t.v

This is a interesting topic from what I read here everybody is right I would say. Governments will want to tax bitcoin revenues if it continues to get more and more popular, banks and countries will probably end up dreading their own block chain currencies and the people who want control of bitcoin. Of course we are all human and we want to better ourselves and this can lead to greed. It has happened already in Fiat currencies and commodities
HALF OF THE WORLDS WEALTH IS CONTROLED BY 1% OF THE POPULATION
Bitcoin is not immune

I am not sure about the word -better- bitcoin is priced 3 times more than gold but it is unpredictable and gold is more reliable but i like bitcoin more

I see on coindesk that isreal are also looking at regulating ico token sales this is all bad news for some ico sales i think

I see on bittrex that neo and omg seem to be popular by btc volume. I am considering putting something into them after I read what they do and it will be a trade for longer other than short keeping.

I read on a different forum here on bitcointalk that the site www.overstock.com accepts bitcoins and sells those things you want but I'm a newbie to this so I didn't try it out
I have also read on this forum that you cannot trust any user here unless they have a trust record like escrow merchants. Also read through as many sections or boards as possible to learn
you can use localbitcoins.com or paxfull.com to buy bitcoins
I investigated those two and I think the fees can be a bit high but if you have no other alternative it can be a start

I notice on this forum that there are a lot of people infatuated in gaining the next rank. The ranking is based on time and activity, it is such a great way really to appoint a ranking system. No matter how you work it there is only one way to gain the next rank.

I just noticed predictive text had changed spectrum to spectrum. No I have not tried to connect manually. I will try it

I don't see this lending thingon bittrex. So I can lend money to the exchange and earn a percent, low at that I would say and it means setting up another exchange account. Does everyone else have multiple accounts?

Dang, if it's not in that post, you probably don't need it. Good one! Its quite extensive thanks for posting

I have my bittrex account now and I can see that I can trade coins with bitcoin, ethereum and usdt I just have to figure out what to buy. I also have a gdax account which is for bitcoin and litecoin

I guess that ranking up makes sense to prevent a mass influx of new users to just use it to join sig compaigns.
This makes sense to have the ranking based on time as well as activity and posts. I am not too bothered about ranking at the moment I am enjoying the exploring and learning

Do you mean connect to a server manually?
gdax, yes I was looking at that today and I was able to take funds from coinbase to gdax very easily
I see that coinbase is linkable with credit cards and bank accounts for buying bitcoin, litecoin and ethereum and it has a separate exchange, gdax.com for trading.

Thank you for all the suggestions, from what I see here and on other posts is that bittrex is better than poloniex. I read a lot of problems with polonix so I will play safe.

Wow that is some plan you have there. I wish I was that well educated about what to have but I do know what the most popular coins are. I see a lot of talk about coinbase but from one of my questions here people are saying coinbase has high fees?
