Both teams played well. I didn't think the match would go for super over. I thought KXIP could easily win the match. If they had played a little better in the last over, they could have won the match without super over. But the match was really exciting. i think it is the most exciting match in this IPL.

I believe that now it is too late for the Kings XI Punjab. They have lost too many matches in the initial stages (some of which they could have won easily), and now it will be difficult to make up for that. They need to win all of their remaining matches. Totally unexpected. I still could not believe those spells, very well bowling by Siraj. After his first two overs Mohammed Siraj picked up 3 crucial wickets for o runs. Kolkata Knight Riders are surviving clearly, after 8 overs they only manage 30 runs. Looks like RCB is on fire, likely it's going bad day for KKR. KKR scored only 68 runs and lost 7 wickets, now they got only two overs remaining to put some total to defend the opponents. Yes it is the day for RCB and they had great chance to increase their NRR so they can be in a comfortable position after winning these matches. |

It was close even though they won with an over left, the addition of Gayle was a big booster for them and they won the rest of the matches but to get a play off position it is going to be a big struggle. If Punjab wins all their remaining matches then they will be on the playoffs for sure.And also KXIP having better run rate that is why they jumped to 5th position of the table and now their confidence level is high since they won all the last 3 matches with the table toppers. |

Mumbai Indians is far better then all the teams in this season of IPL and they are on top of the table with 12 points and they lost only 2 matches till now.
Quinton de Kock unbeaten 78 was worth watching and due to his brilliant batting MI achieved the target in the 17th over.
So, very well deserve and there's no big surprise Mumbai Indians are at the top of points table right after KKRvsMI match. After the post match Rohit Sharma reveals that they are ruthless and hungry to ensure the each conceivable points. From my perspective, MI team is very consistent and the mystery of the achievement is their core Indian players. They are bit different in this season, as early said they only post good performance in the second half of the tournament but this time they did really well in the first half.Apart from the instinct they are having good team in all the perspective so yes they have one more opportunity to win the trophy. |

On the other hand, RCB is now ranks third in the points table. But I don't think they will able to go to the next round. SRH or KKR can take the position of RCB.
KKR still in the good position to make it to playoffs because they won 4 out of 8 and only need four more from their remaining 8 matches so they can make changes now and can comeback into the team more stronger.I think KKR needs to send one big hitter in their opening to get their innings going like Narine but need to find someone new since Narine is completely our of form this season. Right now MI and DC already fix for Play off's and KXIP for exit all other 5 teams in competition for remaining spots for play off's but KKR current form is not good specially batting line up bringing them down very badly they need to think about this other wise SRH RR and RCB all these ready for putting them out of this competiton they have 6 matches remaining with need 3 must wins which is not easy task for them with this batting. Until now each and every team has chance to enter into playoffs so no need to exclude KXIP from the list, yes they did really bad in their first half of their tournaments but now it seems they are trying to get back into the form and hope it will happen like what happened with MI on a season. |

KKR won the toss and they decided to bat first, captaincy change for KKR Eoin Morgan toom the responsibility since DK wants to focus more on his batting and the mystery bowler Narine dropped here. MI made one change in their side Nathan Coulter Nile comes in the place of Pattinson.MI seems much stronger as always.
