781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 18, 2022, 08:25:01 PM
Ronaldo will give his all for the team despite this being his final tournament and the fact that he won't have a club again. One of the favorites to win the title is Portugal. And I think UTD will regret what they did to Ronaldo. Ronaldo wants to see man UTD progress, thus he risked his career in the club to speak out about the facts he brought up in the interview. This is his firth world cup, and he won't play in any more. I anticipate Ronaldo to demonstrate to the world that he is still game-ready.
I am not sure if Portugal as a team is good enough to with the Cup. Yes, this year they lost to Spain and Switzerland only (6W 2L 1D), but in general I would not bet on them. Other teams they played in 2022 were not very strong.... Nigeria? Turkey, Macedonia... Yes, it is Ronaldo's last chance, but I am not sure it will be enough. Yes, it would be a great happy ending, but there are other teams too.
I think they will win the group, but then no more than one more game.
Portugal is surely not good enough to win the world cup as they are not quality team like we have France, Argentina and Brazil but still they are capable of having chance for reaching into last eight even this is going to be last world cup for Cristiano Ronaldo, but expectations are not high like we have for Messi and Argentina their team combination is also in talk as they are good but still missing few things which can break their depth for last four.

I have feeling after some controversy about Manchester United we can expect good performance from Cristiano Ronaldo because he will try his best for achieving good result because right now it's all about him and his career which is surely going to end at Manchester United, and he needs new club which is possible just in case of his good performance.
782  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are alternative no kyc exchanges since FTX is gone... on: November 18, 2022, 07:05:32 PM
Im using Pionex because of builtin trade bots.
If you prefer spot trading, theyre good to go, they dont offer Futures. Low trade fees, only 0,05% same usdt pairs as binance(theyre somehow connected to binance)
No KYC for lvl1 verification(only email verification),no kyc daily withdrawal limit <2000usdt.
I thought you are talking about poloniex but after reading it again, I realized that this one has a different spelling. I think trading bots are now a common feature for an exchange so if this is the only best thing that they can offer then it will be hard for them to succeed. They don't have futures and we know that futures is one of the in-demand feature many people are after to these days.

When it comes to their KYC policy, I think this was also common and afaik kucoin have this too but kucoin is already more known that this exchange you are offering so people will easily head on them but who knows, there might still be people who will try this.
783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the host draw in the ceremony match? on: November 18, 2022, 05:44:31 PM
We already realize the level of corruption there will be for this world cup, and i think qatar will pay for the win on this match. The world cup is a big party, and if Qatar lose the first match that wouldn't be nice for the place, that's why they must win it.

Is just my point of view, maybe i'm wrong, as you say, we will see the result once the games ends.

By the way, i can't wait for the opening event, for sure it will be nuts.
If they lose in the first match then what's the matter of that? Being a host country does not always mean that they will win the first match or any other match during the event but losing is always part of the game and it does not mean that we didn't try our best though our performance can always be seen and judge.

It's just there are teams that excel's a little bit better than us. We shall not worry because our own country will still be proud of us and even the whole world but not if they found out that there are bribery or corruption that happen only for us to secure the win. That is something that is unacceptable for every people who are in their right minds.
784  Economy / Economics / Re: MONEY IS THE MOTIVATING FACTOR, what do you think? on: November 18, 2022, 08:21:31 AM
Judging from the current social life, currency is the only way of exchange. You use your work to exchange currency, and then use currency to exchange for life needs, and these life needs maintain or bring you a better life experience. This is an effective closed loop, and the completed loop is that you earn money and then enjoy the material life brought about by the reward.
Not true but aside from money, you can also trade valuable items. When we are working it is normal that we are being paid by a fiat but if you are working from a grocery or something where they sold items that is mostly needed by a lower class person, you can also choose to get paid with it.

There are items that people buy and think it can make them happy or improve their lives dramatically but it doesn't actually. They only waste their money on it, making their situation stay the same. They are still poor but only if they save up those money and buy only the real ones that is needed like essential items, then there is a chance that they will improve their life later on, for real.
785  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expectation Rock Bottom Level Bitcoin on: November 17, 2022, 08:50:01 PM
I understand that the expectation is that between 10k-13k will be the Bitcoin value before it steady will go up. But could it be that at 16k it will hold and grow from there?
That's definitely very possible since there's no particular reason for Bitcoin to rise from a price of $16K. As long as purchases can increase in the near future and investors will continue to enter the market to buy, an increase in the price of Bitcoin is definitely possible and there will be no obstacles if the demand for buying can continue to soar in Bitcoin. So the increase doesn't necessarily have to come down to a lower price than now, even though anything is still very possible to happen to Bitcoin.
Why not? I think btc can rise in any given value. One example is when the bull run is starting. It's rise is also consistent even if the value is already high. $16k is a low value already and as you can see the price became stable on this level. I think there is no drops that will be recorded anymore but the price is only preparing to take off.

Or maybe you mean is that there are no positive news right now that will trigger an upward movement? That can be true but there are always people who will start buying now because $16k was one of the bargain price many are waiting for. There's also a lot of encouraging posts and that helps people to buy instead of be scared of what have happened recently.
786  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2022 Group Stage Highlights on: November 17, 2022, 04:23:24 PM
There was a statement from Abdoulaye Sow (member of the Fédération Sénégalaise de Football) that Sadio Mane will miss the "first few" matches of the world cup as a result of the injury. He suffered the injury (right fibula) while playing for Bayern Munich, and hasn't recovered completely. And he will almost certainly miss their first match (against Netherlands) and the second one (against Qatar). And this makes Group A much less competitive and reduces the chance of Senegal qualifying to the next round to almost zero.
Yeah its sad that they are missing their most important player in the most important matches. Its very unlucky. But I think Senegal as a team is not that bad compared to Ecuador. They can compete for 2nd place if they can beat Qatar. Match against Netherland isn't that important in my opinion. 6 points in matches can secure them 2nd place. After that Mane may hopefully return to carry his team on his shoulders maybe.
A play who waits for this event but now suddenly out of tournament just due to injury specially while you are having world cup off the season is surely big setback for the team, fans and all country with this injury now their chances are also slim for qualifying into knock out round because Sadio Mané is surely one of the best player in current time, and he can do good things for his team but now all gone in absence of Mane winning against Ecuador is surely not easy while I have feeling they can do good against Qatar but now facing Netherlands and Ecuador is surely big problem for them, and they can lose all points against these teams which is surely indicating they are down and out.
787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: November 17, 2022, 08:08:02 AM
It's not former players or Rambo's problem but the Pakistani cricket system.

It gets very ugly there, almost everyone (former player, commentators, sports anchor, PCB's Chief) shitposts and makes cringe statements when the thing gets tough or see any kind of success.

I can understand when former players etc make any ridiculous comments about the team or anyone for that matter but as a cricket board chief, you should have some grace as you're holding a top seat. You don't hear or see such kind of behavior from other cricket board presidents.

Can't agree with you here. Akmal and some of the other ex-players reportedly made personal attacks against Rameez. The team reached finals in the world cup, and rather than celebrating it they are showering verbal abuse on the administrators. If it was someone like Wasim Akram or Shoiab Akhtar, then I would have still listened. But Kamran Akmal? What he has so far achieved in his career so far? Test batting average of 30.79 and 26.09 in ODI. Rameez maybe a bit strict here, but people like Kamran understand this language only.
Here I agreed with you personal attacks specially from player like Kamran Akmal is surely not good because we all know how things he has done in his career which are surely not good and positive other thing right now Pakistan is in critical position due to many factors so just because of this many news channels allow players to join them and give their views about this T20i World Cup, so we have different views which are mostly not constructive and positive because they have good experience but not good knowledge of the game so every one want to have some intention from public even right now Ramiz Raja is doing good things but still many are not happy because they are doing points scoring and Ramiz's case against Kamran Akmal is right thing for me in current situation.
788  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With a 99% drop in value of Crytpo Will the Morons Move On?? on: November 16, 2022, 05:36:20 PM
Sorry, but crypto is decentralized and anyone can create their own useless token if they wish and there is nothing haters and purists can do about it. Actually, I don't know why you care about it, since people investing in shitcoins and losing money to scammers don't have any impact on your life, since you don't follow their steps. Just use and invest in bitcoin as you want and forget/don't pay attention to what other crypto enthusiasts are doing with their own money. People are already suffering the consequences for their mistakes and bad moves, and it will remain under their decision if they want to continue adopting the same stances for the future or change their financial behavior for good.
That was before but we are now on a time where cryptos are slowly becoming centralized. Regulation are being implemented left and right and coins are being forced to move on POS instead of POW. This is bad for the majority but if we think about it, there are certain benefits of it like the shitcoins can now be rejected easily and those cyber criminals e.g the launderers, hackers, and the like are now going to be caught more successfully.

The loss of others will have a bad impact on other cryptos because those who lose will think all cryptos are the same which are not trusted. If not only because of those shitcoins, the top cryptos that we know are now already performing well.
789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Black Friday Online Casino Bonuses 2022 on: November 16, 2022, 09:09:21 AM
From the site you provided above, it's an unknown casino that doesn't have an ANN thread in this forum. There's a new casino in this forum it's Megapari casino is launch the first Black Friday promotion in this forum ⚽ MEGA:PARI ⚽ It's gonna be a black surprise! , it's quite interesting since the wager requirement is indeed lower among other casinos. But take note they still don't have any reputation, anyone should aware and take your own risk if you want to try it.
They have an ann thread actually. You can check it out here > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5418423.0 , I guess we can't call them unknown anymore because they are done presenting themselves properly here in the forum but we can be wary about the possible risks that can happen since they are still a new casino.

It's better to test them out first with smaller amounts until you are feel confident that nothing bad will happen with you. About the black Friday deals, I think it can also happen on many other casinos including on the existing casino that we are playing. Why not stick on them instead? And for sure the wager requirements are also low because this was a special event. It is like thanking the customer for their continued support in the company.
790  Economy / Speculation / Re: I hope this Bitcoin dip won't be deeper? on: November 15, 2022, 08:20:30 PM
Some Bitcoin/crypto experts reversed predictions/speculations turned 80°c, they thought this was the end of it all (decrease) uh apparently not, unexpectedly many crypto investors are currently selling in large quantities, will trigger an even bigger wave of decline, It's caused by several phenomena that occur on trusted exchanges, speculation is driving crypto to plunge deeper this year, that's the belief of many crypto experts and users.

But remember, market recovery will be successful, currently it is a tough challenge for many crypto users, especially investors, we are aware that challenges and obstacles will always exist in the crypto market, various factors, if you want to continue or do something about Bitcoin/crypto now and in the future, for me it's the best choice, growth and recovery can happen without the guesswork, patience, confidence and commitment the key to success in doing something, follow your conscience.
I do not think that there will be even bigger dips. All of those "predictions" are not really true, because if it was that easy to do then we would all be super wealthy right now, and yet we are not, which shows you proof that there is no known way of making money for sure. Even if a single person figured it out, it would grow out of them and everyone would hear about it. This is a proof that predictions are just predictions, they are not guaranteed results.

So, the dip that they are calling for already happened, and this is it, buy from here and be happy that it dropped so much for you to buy, so you can profit more than x4 when the price goes back to ATH and then some more when it keeps growing bigger and bigger.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new Projects are bad, So take the Risk on: November 15, 2022, 05:45:40 AM
Investing in new projects mainly needs time to examine the project those behind it and purpose and duration for the project. One getting faster to find the right projects which will make him lose money are easily found these days. During the day and low claiming people money. For a successful projects, there must be hard work combined with discipline and people running it will have ultimate target. Concerning not all new projects are bad, take the risks, one must be extremely careful not to fall victim and hope getting the best side of life with trading crypto at ease.
Yeah, still lots of people look at the hype, meaning the project could be as bad as it gets, doesn't matter how terrible it is, if there is a hype around it and the community is pumping it then it could get investments from newbies.

One of the biggest examples of this was safemoon, too many people trusted that safemoon would do well, and there were thousands tweeting about it every day, and everywhere you look you would see someone shilling for safemoon. Where is it right now? Nowhere to be found. Because, it didn't have strong fundamentals. Just because something has hype doesn't mean that it will do well, it just means there are more people willing to lose their money.
792  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC, more closer bullish days ahead. on: November 14, 2022, 06:45:23 PM
It will interest you to know that the market is picking up in price gradually and bitcoin is stepping above $20k as of today's price. I don't expect to see much increase in the price of bitcoin this year, but I can say that we are heading toward a better future step by step by hodling bitcoin as an alternative asset to our investment
This year, of course we cannot expect much, if the price of Bitcoin can return to $ 25k then it is good, according to the predictions of many experts, the price will continue to fall and will likely fall below $ 15k, of course this is a difficult thing, selling At this time of course loses, then Hold certainly does not know when it will rise, unless we hold for the long term or more than 3 years.
The only thing that people can expect this year are more dumps but about the big pumps, I think there is only a slim chance for it to happen now that we only have a little time left and the new year 2024 is going to start soon.

If your wish is only $25k for btc then that is more possible to achieve before we hit the month of December but the big question is if btc rise more after it because we haven't seen it for a long time now. It looks like the experts prediction are going to came true this time. Not because they are expert or they are good at predicting but it was only a co incident and that is made possible by the tension between ftx and binance.
793  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What problem does Bitcoin solve? on: November 13, 2022, 08:28:10 PM
The greatest advantages of Bitcoin is that it is decentralized and that it is a peer-to-peer payment method without the need for a third party, this has made many people around the world get their financial freedom by working in Bitcoin, but unfortunately governments are trying to control Bitcoin through third-party services such as exchanges for example Forced by the government to enforce KYC verification, and anti-money laundering laws, these actions made bitcoin lose its features and led to the breach of users' privacy, but fortunately there are still some decentralized exchanges that don't require KYC as well as bitcoin mixers that maintain great privacy. .
Btc is supposed to be direct but in some p2p sites, there are still middle man who are involved to ensure that we are transacting with a legit person that wouldn't scam us. Another amazing thing about btc is that it can also work as an asset other than a currency and its advantage as an asset is that it is highly volatile.

Volatility is responsible for the ups and downs of the price, making it easier for the people to buy/sell btc and make a profit. Other than the regulations that you describe there, some governments in a country can also declare a ban, making the btc totally non usable. This kills the idea of btc to give people a financial freedom.
794  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: November 13, 2022, 06:08:51 PM
Do not forget that here there are a lot of whale gamblers which make the website sustainable, without them I don't think the website just by giving free bitcoin and getting nothing in return would have survived that long.

Of course the weekly lottery it offers a good amount of Bitcoin every week but good luck being one of them out of the more than 50 million user base that the website has.

With this I don't want to say anything bad for the site but I think those who say what a crazy idea this is only by thinking, those should think a bit more and see all the contexts that the site has before saying such statement which for me is incorrect.
that's what I thought first where did the money they get to make freebitcoin survive until now of course there are many rich gamblers there so they still survive and exist, usually other free bitcoin sites that develop apps on mobile phones obviously they need players to see ads as the additional income to pay their players is less than the ad revenue, not much is surviving and it seems like only freebitcoin is surviving also more and more new users every day

hope to get lucky to get the weekly lottery even though the chance of winning is very small  Cheesy
That is mainly because freebitco.in has been one of the most famous crypto websites since the first day. I mean it didn't become this big just recently, they were big and high up in the "all time websites" ranking, look at their alexa ranking for example and they were like that at all times. It’s been maybe nearly 10 years or something like that, I am not sure exactly how much but it's nearly 10 years that much I know. And that means we are talking about a website that has been known for a decade and whales of course come here because of that.

We need to understand that whales like everything like rewards and cashbacks and all that, but "knowing" for sure that you can deposit even 100k bitcoins (1.6 BILLION dollars!) and still won't be scammed by this website is better information than any rewards out there.
795  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 12, 2022, 02:24:31 PM
Sporting lisbon is a club that has been Ronaldo goal when he retires later, but I don't think that will happen in the near future because after all ronaldo still has the desire to play in a big team that can compete in the champions league, now is ronaldo future still an unsolved puzzle but I believe for next season he will no longer be in manchester and maybe his next career adventure in germany or france, while to return to sporting lisbon of course maybe 2 or 3 years from now will happen.
At this stage of Ronaldo career I don't think he will prefer to be in small club, what Ronaldo needs right now is a big team or average team that is in the Champions league that can an advantage to his career.  I know if it was possible for Ronaldo to go Chelsea he would have done that before now, Chelsea will be a good club for Ronaldo to be.
As we have recent development between Ronaldo and Manchester United coach most chances he will stay here and try to do his best for this club because no other club is going to accept him which is surely a concern for him but with the world cup is also going to play after few days in this event his performance can also do good role for his career if he is able to do something positive for his team then surely he could be in good position but with his salary and bonuses package it's surely not for any club to give him any chances as we have in last transfer window when clubs like Napoli and Atlético Madrid fail to agree on salary terms and not go ahead with this deal while there was rumour Chelsea is also interested but now things looking not good.
796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io 🏏 Men's T20 World Cup 2022 🏏 Discussion thread on: November 12, 2022, 12:44:24 AM
After watching England play with India in the last match, I became a complete fan of England. And in England vs Pakistan match on 13th I predict England has more possibility to win more than Pakistan. So I plan to bet for England.  However, I wouldn't bet right now.  I will place my bets based on the performance of the game during live play.
Overall England's performance in t20 format is improved specially after tour of Pakistan and beating Australia in Australia before start of this world cup, and they are doing good job in this event as well; just losing against Ireland is the weak point, but this is not issue as now they are going to face Pakistan in final on Sunday.

Here I am also feeling England is favourite and can win but still things are not easy as we have on papers because both are having quality players and both teams having good coordination many Pakistani players involved in vitality blast and English players are also playing in PSL, so it's going to be interesting match after 30 years of English lost in ODI World Cup lets watch how things works this time for both sides.
797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 11, 2022, 08:25:32 PM
Before conducting an event ICC looks at how it will cost or earning. If they are lagging behind in terms of money, they are not encouraged. But the ICC was supposed to take initiative in all these matters. If someone else takes that proposal, they reject it, ICC's behavior is very strange.

The initiative taken by BCCI was later followed by other countries. If India is able to manage WIPL properly then other countries Pakistan, Bangladesh will also walk in the same path as they followed IPL. However, like men's cricket, women's cricket will not get the same level, but at some point when good cricketers are produced, those tournaments will be profitable.
Profit should not be the sole concern here. Organizations such as FIFA and FIH have a lot of U-15, U-17 and U-19 tournaments, although these events doesn't return much profit for them. The ICC is different. They always think about money and were even planning to cancel the U-19 and women's world cup events. One disadvantage with women's cricket is that many of the participating countries are in South Asia and the culture is very conservative. In countries such as Pakistan and Bangladesh, it is even more difficult.
Sports organizations need to do things like NGO's and few are already doing things like this, but sadly we never have any positive thing in ICC like this just because of this we have too much criticism for this organization and peoples those are involved in this all are also mindless because most of the management is not from sport they are businessmen or politicians so just because of this we are having too many issues like these as @Sithara007 saying they can go with tournaments like U-15, U-17 and U-19 which will bring better quality and chance for many associate and other countries to increase quality, but they are having only one tournament U-19 and that end so it means they are not serious about this all which is surely a concern right now and no one available to give up any update about this all.
798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market is about to pump on: November 11, 2022, 07:04:32 PM
Amazon example is a great one, people forget about what followed after the bubble, and that’s the sad part. They talk about how much the prices dropped during that time and how bubble made a lot of people lose money, but they do not talk about how many companies survived that period and then became huge.

If you invested into Amazon 20 years ago when the dotcom bubble happened, that would mean you would be pretty rich person today, even as a kid if you found 100 bucks and invested into it, you would buy a luxury house and car with that, so it’s such an easy thing to buy something when it's low. Crypto is low now, bitcoin is under 17k, if you buy now, in 20 years you will be able to buy anything you want with this too.
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is centralized, can we trust it anymore? on: November 11, 2022, 06:03:53 PM
We all know ethereum merge of PoW to PoS happened recently which reduced the transaction fee a lot but it become more centralized than before so what is going to be the future of ethereum?

Today I saw some blogs related to this so just curious about what bitcointalk community thinks about this merge, the major stake holders of ethereum becomes centralized exchanges which all consists of 64% and all the centralized exchanges are regulated and can be controlled by government so in future if governments make changes in their regulation policies which can affect the ethereum so what will be the future plan of ethereum holders? It can be trusted and still it is good for investment?
The merge happened last months ago not recently but the transaction fee really have reduced? I didn't expect it but what I heard last time is that people said the fee is still the same. Oh well, maybe the effects is just delayed and now it is being applied. Let see if the fees are still going to be small once we get out of the dip we are experiencing now.

Eth is already centralized even before so people are not really bothered about its current state but despite that, many believes that the future of eth is still going to be bright because it already done some contributions in the past and it was like btc. It's the mother of all altcoins so it's hard for it to be disregarded.
800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The origins of Slot games on: November 11, 2022, 02:22:35 PM
Actually I'm more interested with the Retro and Old slots rather than the catchy new one that we've seen on land based casino nowadays. I think the retro and old slots aren't rigged since it's trusted and has been exist since long time ago, new slot machine usually has high house edge even though the highest multipliers is higher than the low house edge. Anyway have anyone hit a jackpot from slot machines on land based casinos?
Same here. I love retro stuffs too much. I think that is because we are 90's, 80's or 70's kids. It's not that old slots are not catchy but being catchy will not only based on new designs. It's only up to the person if how he appreciates it.

If you think there are more catchy slots are in land based casinos nowadays then how much more in the online world or here in crypto casinos? They are more modern because they are online and are using the blockchain technology but they can still apply a retro theme on them for those who are into it. When it comes to fairness I think it depends on the gambling place but I can also trust slots which uses a provably fair system.
