Thank you Sam! I was surprised that nobody swooped in on this one. Maybe there are watchers who are waiting to pounce at the last minute. We have about 10 hours left...

This is a very beautiful tanzanite with an exceptionally intense blue hue. This rare, collectible gemstone weighs 1.25 carats and measures 6.77 x 6.74 x 4.72mm deep. Variety/Species: zoisite/tanzanite Origin: Tanzania Shape/cut: trillian Clarity: VVS Color: blue Treatment: only heat This is a natural stone. It was mined from the earth, cut, and heated only. It has not been surface coated and it does not have any other type of enhancement. My wife and I hand-pick every single stone that we sell here. Because we live in Bangkok, we have access to the largest wholesale colored gemstone markets in the world. We want to be your colored stone supplier and once you have experienced our quality and service we think you will be back! As a GIA Graduate Gemologist, I understand my obligation to disclose treatments and to describe all gemstones accurately so you can make an informed buying decision. Feel free to contact me anytime at dave@tiptopgem.com and I would be happy to answer any questions that you have about any gemstone. Or just call toll-free at 800-607-1425. We are 12 hours off of EST. All gemstones are shipped registered air mail (our most expensive stones are courier-delivered and insured) and you will receive a tracking number from me once it has been shipped. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. This auction will run for 72 hours. Starting bid is 8 bitcoins and you can bid in any increment of .25 bitcoins.

I will try not to clutter up your inbox once you get the contact form up! It would be nice to see instructions on how to get to the "sent" address from various wallets. In blockchain.info it is not straightforward unless I am missing something (entirely possible). Until now I never had a reason to know where the coins came from.
One way to really make the site streamlined would be to allow customers to upload coins to bet with. Some will love it and some will hate it but imagine how easy the interface could be then.

My questions about the tickets have been answered. I maintain that twitter, facebook, etc are no way to provide customer support. A contact form is acceptable or an email address and both of these should be on the site. I have to agree with this, as to use any of the four ways to contact you(bitmillions), I must have an account in one of the them. A contact form or even an email in your site will facilitate a lot the comunication. Charly, I think you are not prepared for any kind of criticism and this reflects very badly on you. I have to disagree with this. The problem was that you(tiptopgemdotcom) wasn't very polite in your first post. So I think you can't complain about the message was sent to you, and I don't think he was disrespectful. I agree with you BRules.

Basically this. Everything is broken and doesn't work. It's going to turn out these guys are going to be some sort of scam they have it written all over them.
The guy who was complaining was basically mistaken about everything. He didn't realise there are multiple ways of contacting the site owners, and didn't understand that everyone sees the same deposit address, and that you're meant to use your sending address when searching. None of his criticisms were really anything that needed fixing, except perhaps that things need to be clearer on the site. If these guys were planning to run a scam, I doubt they would have left such large amounts in the prize pools when they dropped the price of a ticket by a factor of 10. They could quite justifiably have reduced each prize pool by a factor of 10, but decided not to. I wasn't mistaken- there is no kind of customer support on the site whatsoever. I stand by that. Also I have a lot of other questions that are not based on me being mistaken but on the site giving me false information. I was shown two tickets but suddenly something has been changed and now I see only one ticket. I Bet 0.1 bitcoin and got .02 bitcoin back, but the two tickets were showing a lot more than that. They were showing a profit as ShaTwo confirmed. There is a lot of confusion about what happens to these "tickets".

I use blockchain.info, and I just looked at the address that I sent money from to find my ticket. Finally. LOL. Why do they say "play for 68 draws" under my ticket and to the right? What does this mean? Why do I have two tickets? I thought by sending .1BTC I would get ten plays? Thanks for answering my questions!

OK, very cool that you replied right away. What I mean is there should be a way to contact you from the site other than mailing a letter. Obviously I am like millions of other people who want to play your game- otherwise I wouldn't be on this thread telling you what I don't like.
I still have no idea what you mean about my ticket. OK, so I shouldn't enter my deposit address in order to find my ticket. What address should I enter?
The whole point of having a place on the site to answer questions is so that dimwits like me can ask them. I realize that the answer is obvious to you, but it isn't obvious to me. And I'm not really bashing you even though it looks that way from my first post. I just want to know how this all works, and I have not been able to find my answer in the FAQ. My next step was to simply email you and ask, but that isn't possible from your site.

I really like the idea of a bitcoin lottery and I played yesterday. As of right now I will not play again. Why?
YOUR SITE SUCKS.
For a for-profit business to have no way to ask a question and no contact link is just not acceptable. I know you want to sit on your ass and collect money, but in the real world people have questions and if you have customers you have to answer those questions. It is called "customer service", and it is important.
The funny thing is I got a payment out of the bet, but there is no way for me to see the "ticket" that your site "produced".
