I wonder how many ICO participants still have their Lisk. You never know but from the beginning I had good hopes this coin would be a game changer.

I have all my ICO coins!  XD

Yep I have all of mine! Glad I haven't sold yet Smiley

Problem though is I was looking at the highest Lisk holders in the Blockchain yesterday and man, there are some wallets with a huge amount of coins. And lots of wallets where that's the case. That's a little frightening. If just a few of the large wallets decide to dump all at once that could definitely cause problems.

Is there a Lisk rich list anywhere? I didn't see one on the first page.

LISK is the only alt with any significant volume that is gaining against BTC during this BTC rocketing phase.

Impressive

You noticed that too huh? There are a couple more, but pretty impressive.

translated it meant: "welcome to the currencies new owner"

anyone know what that could mean?

I'm sure he means that China's buying it all up. Who knows.

Turned out to be true. Smiley

Hmm if this is a pump because of the chinese economic crisis, then I'm getting even more excited about how the other altcoins will do once btc slows down. Smiley

November 2013 anyone?

Well, things were worse in China's economy around late last year, however BTC's price didn't really reflect that. If anything this price increase is due to the upcoming halving. Still think it's a pump though. I mean $50 increase in 24 hours? Give me a break. If anything price volatility like this hurts the reputation of the currency.

Indeed. Value of Bitcoin has gone up more than $50 since yesterday. Despite this, Lisk seems to hold its ground and is gradually increasing in absolute value while barely decreasing in relative value (to Bitcoin).

Right. Sorry BTC, but it's unnatural growth. Obviously a pump. Probably people trying to bait others into buying thinking that it's the pre halving price increase when it really isn't. Sitting ducks for anyone who gets into BTC now in my opinion. Maybe best to wait for it to cool off. Very surprised that Lisk is holding its ground during this BTC pump.

Yep looks like web wallet 3 worked.

I'm assuming others are having this, but I'm hoping someone has figured out a fix. When I go to transfer a couple Lisk from the Lisk02 site, it says that they were sent, and it shows two less tokens in my balance, but if I log out or just close out of the browser and sign back in with the same passphrase, my balance is full and it's like they never sent. I've done this multiple times signing back in immediately or waiting overnight. Same result. Anybody else have this issue?

Sucks to have missed out on a few thousand dollar profit due to not being able to access my lisk earlier.

Ya it does doesn't it?!?! Not sure if I'd call that a botched launched or not, but why was the Lisk.io site not clustered in the first place? That's IT 101 people. Surely the several million in ICO funds could've bought that functionality very easily. And no Windows wallet on launch? Just confusing in my opinion. Maybe they thought the Windows wallet wouldn't be necessary because they had an online wallet. Well, it was necessary.

Well, almost got into the online wallet to send. Imported my passphrase, went to send a couple Lisk to Polo, and the Send Lisk button just goes gray and stays there. I give up. It's pointless now anyway. Not willing to get rid of my Lisk for 2x profit. What a mess.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LSK] Lisk | Blockchain Application Platform for JavaScript Developers on: May 25, 2016, 01:05:42 AM
I knew lisk will suffer a lot. It is suffering. May be price will go below the ico price

what is the ico price?

at what price should be bought?

We're almost at ICO price. I expect to be down to zero before midnight. Too bad my 5490 Lisk will be worthless if this continue this way. I guess I'll have to actually go home and compile a wallet myself because the online method simply is a pile of shit.

Well this de-escalated quickly.

So, why is the login button on lisk.io throwing a 502 error all of the sudden?

Getting that too.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LSK] Lisk | Blockchain Application Platform for JavaScript Developers on: May 24, 2016, 03:10:01 PM
This is probably a dumb question, but where on the ICO or main Lisk page can I specify an exchange address to send some of my ICO tokens to? Or will that functionality not be online until the actual launch?

The procedure on how to access and transfer Lisk is explained here:  https://blog.lisk.io/how-to-access-your-lisk-account-2ab156e026ac?source=latest#a234

Quote
6. Send LSK to another address.

If you want to send LSK to another address you have to press the SEND button in the top right corner. After you have clicked on the SEND button a modal pops up in which you have to type in the address of the recipient and the LSK amount you want to send. Please be aware of the 0.1 LSK fee associated with every transaction.

Great thank you sir!

No such things as dumb questions sir! You have to wait untill the actual launch. After that import the keys into your wallet and your funds will be available.

Thank you sir!

Bittrex trollbox admins said Lisk will be available on May 24

Wow, that's great news

Good ol Bittrex comes through again!  Great news indeed.

And I'm assuming there's a screenshot or something of them saying this? Any proof? And yes, no Trollbox on Trex. That would be great news though.

Why do I have less Lisk now that the bonuses show on the ICO page? I get 10% more but end up with 100 less LSK? What is the situation here?

I think it's explained here. https://blog.lisk.io/ico-bonuses-are-now-applied-to-your-exchanges-8b50e0adf9e5#.ww1z2ppfg

Where does it explain that after my bonuses are applied I will end up with LESS Lisk then I had before the bonus was applied?
All I see is.
"If you participated in our ICO during the first three weeks you will experience an increase of your LSK. If you participated in the last week you will experience a slight decrease of your LSK."

Well, I participated in the last week because I was on the fence, so there ya go.  Wish I had bought sooner Sad  Oh well.
