I'm thinking the bottleneck is hard disk.
1) NOMP are using redis-server DB.
I have set redis-server does not use the HDD.
2) Coin daemon was outputting a huge log, so I disabled it.
I wait and see for a while.

 An error occurred again in 18:00 (JST) today. CPU was consumed by I / O latency. But, it is unknown what I / O was the problem. It is likely to take several days to fundamental measures.
