781  Economy / Gambling / Re: coins.game confiscated 32,800 dollars of my money and blocked the user!!! on: March 01, 2024, 10:49:19 AM
There is one other unresolved scam accusation against this site Coins.game CONFISCATING all my winnings (268mbtc) and unfortunately there is only 1 answer from the casino's rep saying that the player cheat the system but the casino do not tell how the player cheat the system. The case is different (sports betting), but it seems that the process is similar where player is asked KYC and the verification took long time and eventually the casino not letting player to withdraw the winnings. Sorry to hear your experience @OP, I guess you will not get a fast reply/answer from the casino in this forum but hopefully there will be a solution for your case from them through support.

I really do not think the casino are willing to do anything about OPs case. From the looks, there is every possibility that the casino does not want to issue OP win and are putting up this attitude of theirs to make sure OP feels frustrated and leave them.

If the presence of the casino is registered on this platform, that would help alot to pushing the case further to making sure it is fully resolved. However, of OP is really sincere that there is nothing wrong he or she has committed, then it would definitely be resolved here if some reputable members presses further with the case.

This is funny though after they banned crypto transactions for couple of years and they're looking for whom they will now collect taxes from, something they should have find away to do since and what they did was banning any crypto related transactions in the bank then.

Since the Federal government has succeeded in shutting down Binance I trust users will switched into using other P2P exchange platforms to run their transactions.

“In the last four years, more than $26 billion have been funnelled through Binance without trace.”
Quote from: Franctoshi
How did Federal government know that more than $26 billion has been funneled through P2P without a trace and yet they kept quiet all this while and they're just waking up now, insane.

The federal government actually put  a ban on crypto as a result  of their ignorance, and after taking time to conduct thorough studies on the crypto market, they finally opened it so that they could begin to benefit from the crypto market.

The federal government did not shut down Binance, as they have not said, but rather binance is up and working
and the only issue is that Binance should give them a list and details of Nigerians domiciled with them for further investigations.

As for the money aspect, the federal government is privy to information in time and can act upon it as it may. That amount of money can be released at any time by the federal government to anybody who has the means to have it. Do not forget that the apex bank is owned by the federal government, so they will be very much in the know if money moves out and comes into the country at any point in time.

Welcome to bitcointalk platform. I must say that your skills are very much in need I must say and currently, at the rate at which projects are unfolding, they would need your services, this is the right time you have made this advert here for all to see. However, for you to be in a good position to get offers, I would advise you to also furnish us with your portfolio and previous works you have done so that prospective clients would have something convincing to hold onto while patronising your services.  This would give them confidence that you can deliver and perform up to standard.

Lastly, you did not mention your means of payment and criteria for us to know so that anyone contacting you for the job would already have your offer at the back of their mind so they do know what is obtainable while contacting you for a job.

784  Economy / Gambling / Re: coins.game confiscated 32,800 dollars of my money and blocked the user!!! on: February 29, 2024, 10:33:28 PM
OP, you will have to follow procedures involved in raising up a scam accusations on the appropriate board as this board is only for gambling
Such complaints are not meant for this thread. You will also have to upload evidence such as pictorial excerpts and possibly if you can, put up the transaction hash for verification and confirmation.
Only these steps could get you the attention you deserve to fast track your complaints.

Lastly, I have used the search engine to see if this casino is registered here but to no avail which means the possibility of getting of getting your case solved here is minuit but however, there are reputable members who could help you press further the case if they find it worth the time and reason being that you are hiding nothing about the situation surrounding your account being blocked and funds confiscated.
785  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Nigeria Government Detains Two Binance Executives on: February 29, 2024, 08:42:59 AM

I have long anticipated this particular event between the Nigeria government and binance to take place in the future which is happening now. I remember in my previous comments on a topic created here and the other platform where I said that the government would soon begin clamp down on binance just to get the list of Nigerians registered on their platform since their inception and here it is taking shape. I believe all these fight like I Initially said is just to get at binance to pay tax of all the transaction charges they've been benefitting from Nigeria p2p trade deals.

I believe this is amongst the reasons why the clamp down is taking a different tone altogether and this was the response from the CBN governor when asked about the binance clampdown;
“In the last four years, more than $26 billion have been funnelled through Binance without trace.”

I would not be surprised that some powers that be themselves are into the Crypto currency trade and are just hiding behind playing innocent but doing the unthinkable just to protect or cover up their dirty act with the funds under their custody.

In all, the major reasons behind this scuffle is just taxation. The Nigeria government just wants binance to pay tax of all transactions  they have conducted on the Nigeria binance p2p platform which they want to benefit from  that's all. That is a huge amount of money which they know themselves could benefit from through channeling it to other means in the name of projects and other engagements.

My concern now is this, would the federal government charge binance to pay for tax in arrears right from their inception and also charge Nigerians registered with binance to pay tax in same fate as they have begin to put pressure on binance to give them list and details of Nigerians registered with them right from their inception.

Your thoughts and opinions are welcomed.

786  Economy / Gambling / Re: CryptoFreebie.io - For The Players on: February 28, 2024, 06:43:20 PM
Interesting concept, gambling affiliate marketing is one of the best ways to make money in the gambling industry, the giveway is also good but you also need to understand that if you're promoting well-established and popular casinos you are not likely to get more people here as casinos have it in their terms that they do not allow alternative accounts, you have a good chance if you include new and up and coming casinos with good potential and reputable that are not yet here in Bitcointalk.
Good luck with your venture since you have a copper account why not include graphic images to fully explain your concept.

Thank you for the feed back!
Indeed, we do not encourage players to make alternative accounts and said activity is prohibited by most casino's terms and conditions.
More likely, we would like to debate and discuss about the topic openly.

Speaking from experience we can say that many players who are looking for handouts or easy money are also willing to discard their current accounts to become some one else's affiliate.
With crypto casinos that do not require KYC verification it is a very common thing. Users can either use multiple devices or different connections to do so.
But crypto gambling should be allowed everywhere in the world? Also the anonymity of crypto gambling is what gives it a perk. Here's where the conflict happens: Anonymity or less abusers?

An example: A random marketer invites "Player X" to join a casino by promising them $10 for making an account. Player X happily takes upon this promised offer, gets the $10.
"Player X "enjoys the casino for let's say for 2 months. Some how "Player X" spots an offer for the same casino, but now it's a $20 sign-up bonus + some extra perks or long term value solution and creates another account. - This said scenario happens daily between many different communities, "affiliate jumpers" we like to call them.

Example 2: "Player X" just creates one account to actually refer themself to the platform to reap extra rewards. By doing that, they take the risk of getting caught of abusing the affiliate system and having a duplicate account. Most cases when discovered are actually unfortunate for "Player X", as violation of terms and conditions usually result in voided winnings.

So what if everybody just gets the best deal in town, straight away? No hooks. Would they still jump around or create alts?
That's what we want to find out.

I have read through your post and I get your point. You know humans are insatiable and as such would always want more to satisfy themselves for the moment so therefore the issue of multiple accounts would never stop happening.

On the other hand, the organisation or casino would always want to be at the top of the competition beating their competitors so therefore more bonus and promo's would be on for them to get more clients and customers to get registered with them. Doing this would definitely attract old members of the casino to do otherwise because they would not want to miss out of the bonuses.
These are the reasons why casinos are strict on their terms and conditions of service and also enforcing their punishment on Amy account found wanting so as to save their casino from further damages.
How do you intend to tackle this challenge I have mentioned above with the gamblers owning multiple accounts as a result of bonuses and giveaway from casinos just to get more traffic to their website? D you intend to do a fixed bonus and if yes how do you remain relevant in the gambling industry when other casinos or affiliates are giving better bonuses than what you offer, beating you out of form and market.

Welcome to bitcointalk platform. I see you have a running campaign which speaks of great volume on your capacity. It is nice you started on this tone and I believe this would give you a good edge in creating awareness of your casino as it seems to be a new casino here. For the fact that it is a new casino and have a running campaign, members would deem it fit and worth trying to get satisfaction from.

You have a good announcement thread well designed as I see it depicts the beauty of your website but I am curious as to my observations here while perusing your announcement thread and I do not know if any other members here have noticed it or complained about it but I would still say something about it and calling the attention of the representative to fix it up immediately or they risk losing their trust here.

Here is my observation, I clicked on the uploaded pictures here and it redirects me to the website, from my observations, the uploaded pictures are of different phases. The first pictorial excerpts took me directly to the casino website which I perused. The second pictorial excerpts with the inscription " house of crash gambling was blocked immediately and suspected to be bugged.

This also happened for the third pictorial excerpts with the inscription "2000+ slots games from 80+ casino games providers" which I became sceptical of. I  had to stop further and possibly if other members have had such experience too I do not know but that is just my experience with the links I clicked on your Announcement thread here. I think you should know as you set up this announcement thread yourself and be able to fix them up .
788  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi | Project status & Refund Plan! on: February 28, 2024, 05:46:51 PM
We are uncertain why people continue to present their opinions as facts. The claim that we hand-select users for refunds is outright silly; every user has been refunded, except the five users we mentioned earlier. For the sake of transparency, we will release the usernames of these five users.

The refund requests of the following two users have been denied due to fraud (and this is not up for debate):

1. hubbypub
2. Pgermaine1413

These users have been forwarded to our external risk management team for verification. We will process or deny their requests based on the outcome of the third-party review.

1. Eggs96
2. faramutsi
3. Anccik
4. nutters0n

Aside from these cases, we are currently in contact with one other user privately and are actively working on resolving their case.

There is no other user or individual to whom any money is owed in any way, shape, or form. If someone has requested a refund and hasn't received it, we encourage them to come forward and provide us with a receipt.

I commend your efforts in reimbursement of funds to your clients who got stucked up as a result of the imbroglio that engulfed your casinos years back.  This shows your act of kindness and generosity. I believe by this singular act of yours, your reputation would be restored but I am curious about your refund policy. How about those members that have not been online during this period and they either caught up halfway or near finish, what would be your take on this, would you look into their case as I see you already have been doing to making sure everyone is settled.

Lastly,  some of the names you mentioned here have raised up cases against you and are yet to be resolved. Looking at the way the scenario is unfolding, the people reimbursed are majorly the small amount holders while the big fishes are still held with pending issues. How will you resolve this when the cases are clear cases of scam.

           -     14–20-day period of withdrawal before it confirms transfer to the wallet destination? This is the first time I have read such a scenario of a casino when it comes to the withdrawal transaction. Did you read their withdrawal terms before entering or creating an account at that casino?

I have similar experience to this but only 2days to 4days withdrawal time. I’m not gonna mention the casino name but they still have this feature for manual withdrawal process. They are active here in the forum.

I think 2 to 4 days should be the Max numbers of days one should be able to wait for their withdrawal if that be the case but in some cases a pending withdrawal that lasts for such numbers of days possibly or likely have issues which the team might be looking into to making sure they are doing the right thing before granting approval for payment.

However, this should not be their current policy now as I see this post is an old post and was bumped up to continue conversation and indirectly advertising their casino.
I never knew the age of the thread when I was browsing the so-called mrSloty website without loading. Maybe it has been pulled down or something bad happened, and if it's true, that's always the fate of the companies that are not living up to the standard. It may only take a while for them to back off from business, they often think they can do anyhow and still remain in business. The information (good or bad) about businesses spreads virally, so it's always better to have a good reputation, or else, people will show you the door out of the business indirectly.

Also, your advice is good but I always want more from my casinos and every other company I work with. I simply don't know the benefits of delaying my withdrawal in this present age and development seen in every facet of business. Barely a year ago when this thread was created doesn't exonerate the casino as most companies have been honouring automatic withdrawals at that time. The 2-4 days max you also said is not even acceptable to me. For what? I don't just know what they could be doing to delay my withdrawal that much when they never delayed the depositing of the money into their account.

Fine, casinos could verify the withdrawal and the activities of the player, but at most 24 hours is enough for a serious casino in my opinion. That is even only when the withdrawal is big or the player is someone of questionable character. In the absence of that, I believe that withdrawals should be automatic or almost automatic to be fitting for this advanced age and competition. Anything from the best service is an automatic move to another casino that would serve me right.

Sometimes last year, there was a case when a casino stated it clear that it would take them likely three months to conclude investigation on an account which was found wanting.  When asked why it would take such a time, the casino replied that they have a third that does such exercise and they are not the only casino.tue organisation is working for so it would likely take such lengthy time to conclude the investigation. That was when I realised that most casinos do not conduct account verification by themselves but rather they contact a third-party organisation to do that hence most times the delay.

It was as a result of the above I have encountered on this platform that made me believe that most casinos do not do account verification themselves but rather they consult a third party to do such that is why sometimes you see them telling their clients that they have forwarded their clients details to their verification team and it would take some days for them to finish the exercise.

As you have said, these days people do not waste their time waiting for organisations that are not serious with business. If you show any signs of lapses, they leave you behind and move to the next one convenience for them to deal with.

Lastly I perused the website in search of the said casino based on the website link OP provided as the topic of this thread and could not be loaded possibly, the website must have been taken down and another that popped up is this
mrsloty1.com.  Can the OP come clarify things here so we could know if the site is the upgraded version of the casino site mentioned here so that people do not get into trouble while browsing for this casino as I see the thread is already getting attention as it is an indirect advertising and publicity going on here.
790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Do You See Losing Your Weekly Payment to The Casino on: February 28, 2024, 04:31:22 PM
Looking at your rank here, I must say that your payment is high and compared to my Local currency, it is a huge amount of money which can help solve ones financial bills. So in that case, I will not be happy losing such am amount of money to gambling.

Although it is not bad to help promote the casino you are advertising here by patronising their services, it is also nice that you have a taste of what you are promoting as well because that would help you the job better. Looking at the fact that you lost your weekly payment to gambling does not go well as it bothers around your labour for the week being lost without you using it for anything . As a gambler, you should know that gambling is all about risk taking and as such, one should gamble responsibly.

Making a budget for your gamble would have saved you of some stress rather than losing everything you have earned for the week.

794  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Please stay away from Sherbet casino, they are scammers (They scammed my $119) on: February 26, 2024, 03:02:20 PM
After reading this post, I was wondering how they conducted the verification exercise to have condemned your document calling it fake and fraudulent. How did they verified the NIN to have come to such conclusion. Did they mailed the NIN office to help them verify unlike international passport which can be verified in any part of the world.

This case is becoming more interesting as I was reading through I saw some accusations of forgery and I asked how can this be when it happens that the government is the sole distributor of such identity  card and it is issued free to all Nigerians. How then would they forge it when it is not paid for.

At first they should have been specific of the identity card they needed for the verification exercise rather than telling you to provide any identity card for verification which they know they can verify easily unlike other companies do request of their client and members to do for verification purposes.

Blocking and suspension of account is not the last resort to solving issues of this nature rather, it would keep escalating things and possibly calling attention to the fact that this scam thread about the casino already exist which I believe the sherbet team would not be comfortable with.
It would be nice the sherbet casino grants OP access to his account and finalise or rather handles this situation amicably to avoid further occurrences

It sounds absurd. Stealing his mother's money is a sign of disrespect to her coupled that she went through a whole lot to get that money. Who knows If that was the last money she kept for the house use that he stole from her account? Possibly that boy must be an addicted gambler to start with because this act of his speaks of more volumes than what they could imagine. He should be properly punished for that irresponsible act and made to undergo rehab to get himself free from addiction.
797  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling games that gives you an exciting experience on: February 25, 2024, 06:23:03 PM
I bet on casinos with favourable and flexible terms and conditions for me to work with. My betting cuts across games, slots and football. I do that for fun and not to earn as I have budget for my gambling.
As for football, it is something I do watch often and I can be able to say a little about the club's and players which gives me a little edge over the game and performance which is good to go through.
Generally, gambling is fun to do when you do it without the mindset and mentality of making profit or meeting earns need but if you do otherwise, it is always a sad state of mind hence the reason why it is advisable to gamble responsibly and for fun.
798  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Club Botev Plovdid on: February 25, 2024, 06:02:04 PM
This is interesting. Bulgaria is a nation that is trying their best to see how they could adopt Bitcoin irrespective of the fact that their haven't made any statement as to their adoption of Bitcoin neither have they placed any restriction on Bitcoin adoption in their country but however, her citizens are very much enthusiastic about Bitcoin and are really doing the needful for themselves by accepting Bitcoin as a means of exchange for goods and services as the cases may be.
This singular act by the football club shows so much love for Bitcoin and I wish other big clubs all round the world in Crypto friendly nations could follow their steps to accepting Bitcoin for tickets and other activities which involves payment in the club be done in bitcoin. It would trigger a spike in bitcoin usage in their various countries and likewise their fan support base globally would also pick interest in it.
This act shows so much love for money. Don`t be foolish. For such club it doesn`t matter what logo they will wear if it brings them money. When you talk about top teams - they can choose sponsor and if you see BTC on the Real or MC club - it is serious. But when you see BTC on the form of the noname club - it means only one thing - they wants more money.
You are correct. We all know everyone organisation and individual wants more money so I would not be surprised if that is their intentions and if that is a strategy for them to get more money it is left for them as I have no idea what they are up to but I only see it as a good publicity and awareness campaign they have put up for their fans to know more about Bitcoin which is very much encouraging and applaudable.
799  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Loan defaulted by [lemipawa] on: February 25, 2024, 05:44:03 PM
Why it took you so long to create this scam accusation against that user? He defaulted the loan in April 2020 and you creating the accusation in 2024. It's almost 4 years later, but I guess that guy is a scammer and loan defaulter, but you should have reported that earlier so other could be aware of such scammers. I asked those questions because I believe such scammers should get reported as earlier as possible so others can be safe form their frauds.

I believe that the reason for OP  not to have created this thread is to give this borrower as period of  doubt but the borrower does not care if he or she borrowed money forgetting it to be a business that is running on this platform which have been of great help to members who benefited from the loan.
It is unfortunate that such happened and all this is actually making the loaner to be discouraged by putting much restrictions to getting a loan just because some individuals refused to pay back their loans.
The borrower deserves the punishment as his or her account and alts been flagged.
800  Other / Off-topic / Re: Have you won a bet with your last cash? on: February 25, 2024, 05:02:33 PM
Sometimes it can be very disappointing when you have put hope in your gamble to yield positive results and you just end up losing more than you bargained for. It is very frustrating and demands that you immediately cut down, take a break, and also do well to have a gambling budget. I have not had the experience of using my last cash to gamble. I always make sure I have cash that  can get me to my house, irrespective  of the situation. I always make sure my transport fare is on standby, and I do well to have that consciousness and not reach out for it in gambling joints or sports.
Disappointing only if you have had high expectations from gambling, if you gamble with the mindset that you will either lose or win, you won't have that much disappointment, and better yet if you have your budget fixed and don't go above that limit so that you don't get upset for losing more than you have planned for.
Gamblers who keep these things in mind whenever they gamble tend to have a good time gambling because if they lose, they have already had this in their mind, but if they manage to win something, that becomes an enjoyable moment for them.

So remember, whenever you gamble, just remember that it's a luck-based activity where you can either win or lose, and your mind should be ready to accept any of the two results.

When ever one gambles, it is nice to keep in mind to gamble for fun and not to earn because you never can tell what the outcome or results could look like. Set your budget according to what you can afford to lose so that it does not affect your income which might likely make you begin to regret as a result of excessive gambling way more than your budget.

Lastly, as a gambler, you should know that gambling is way much risky and what ever the outcome is should not be what to bother you for the fact that is is done for fun and also, you should gamble responsibly, when it is time to go home, take a leave, do not add extra time to your stay in the casino. Do well to leave immediately after you must have exhausted your gambling budget for the day.
