but do the exchanges have their own wallets? i mean is it possible the top 2 are exchanges wallets?
I think it's highly possible, sure - exchanges have their own wallets. In most altcoin's richlists first addresses are exchange's wallets Possible, but if they are "live" exchange addresses, we should see no POS and lot activity on them, transferring from local user address to main exchange address and the withdrawals to the user personal address. Instead almost nothing. Now rich list data are public, so I can show them without ruin the game. Look at these data: Deep Watch Report Address total Last (UTC) Staked POW CoinBlk received oper sent oper DWR sJVkG6Z5FzVTxaUYHdJQ5HoKQxZF9zaRCQ 3674700.96788249 2014-08-14 20:40:5 0 0 3 3674700.96788249 3 0.00000000 0 DWR sfEa3qpPcmhe8z1TDuqHhC63yqNP9cpsU6 3000710.00000000 2014-08-09 18:59:1 0 0 4 9098931.44103693 15 6098221.44103693 11 DWR sPBwKToXXEarMqc6CJcNYWf1AxmhYqpZZH 2103293.02217137 2014-10-14 22:16:4 0 0 455 9529756.24961108 892 7426463.22743971 437 DWR seF8MP9rY9m98NvQ1Rvz3hTvShrLkjZ9Si 1947261.73811956 2014-10-15 17:49:5 61084 0 1999 107969141.61575565 79523 106021879.87763609 77524 DWR sa9r31Qz1VoGRTso8mquwN6o78wkM6ZgMk 1770000.00000000 2014-09-30 17:49:4 0 0 177 4630000.00000000 445 2860000.00000000 268 DWR sNyNwMYKkZFnzdx72qxUy3pRZtTSQdtqtr 1699018.57784314 2014-10-14 22:16:4 0 0 3 5339235.10679897 27 3640216.52895583 24 DWR sZv9s9HhPafjoVjkY676qMCWhEjk2HcztT 1521821.89601138 2014-10-15 02:10:0 0 0 1 1521821.89601138 1 0.00000000 0 DWR sfHdGy1ZbpMzpMQSi2GpLy2befdzdEhvw8 1500000.00000000 2014-07-19 15:24:4 0 0 3 3130570.00000000 5 1630570.00000000 2 DWR sRsizG2CmRNYWSNErVavXzZ3yK5RUFMBgU 1412033.30296729 2014-10-01 08:49:5 0 0 5 5345404.39902716 17 3933371.09605987 12 DWR shYPsu2z6tx7ZFgNXyfPhAcL2fCwC4E7T1 1348199.73279356 2014-10-14 08:29:0 4002 0 1161 24058823.15394052 5618 22710623.42114696 4457 DWR sJuCBcJ34RGAwRZvidSBNFkWmeT3bFGgoa 1175269.00000000 2014-07-25 18:53:5 0 0 1 1175269.00000000 1 0.00000000 0 DWR sexovu7C2uGXHy44feu1x8KoF6xTXDXtGK 1037144.80081787 2014-10-15 15:12:4 31139 0 1013 60304119.39122564 39027 59266974.59040777 38014 DWR sWrH4S1Dxew211HFioq94vTQTyp71DJGBJ 949351.83846060 2014-10-15 14:39:0 215 0 68 14178912.03849196 371 13229560.20003136 303 DWR sY2nmk52hyTrQZ29g8jb4wsUz1JBkXSmKv 943855.43335872 2014-08-06 10:40:1 0 0 5745 944005.45825472 5746 150.02489600 1 DWR sNoXCRivVr2hBePZBrjocAnxqDui6ftK8J 846490.29086387 2014-10-15 17:56:2 14053 0 935 19930546.34558942 19245 19084056.05472555 18310 DWR shKVpTZYwGKWepy8m89vbVQxBTZ2MVmBrL 818738.06224194 2014-10-13 09:17:0 3081 0 533 17978618.70872670 3935 17159880.64648476 3402 DWR sYda5naMuzKRKnLeGaFaF1VMtxzKyji5CF 809430.15231017 2014-10-15 17:19:3 1066 0 11 4538784.22178387 1419 3729354.06947370 1408 DWR sa17i3piENaPDpfVkAM4sXBV6va3iHZC1u 776446.15063252 2014-10-15 08:35:0 3827 0 579 16875412.47383101 5054 16098966.32319849 4475 DWR sVhfz7hBERzAT66NMT7edkZZAojwDKNJow 734172.34511052 2014-09-08 15:21:0 0 0 3 887583.51997725 6 153411.17486673 3
As you can see, many of the heavy addresses don't show any activity of staking, nor POW, only few big transfers. May be this addresses are cold storage wallet, but this thing (and the loss of staking) is puzzling me a little. Bye Bye those dates and stake amounts are prety interesting to see. the 3,5million can that be the address of the double spend coins or where those "real" onces destroyed? so who are those 2 big ones i know the 2 million guy is a forum member here... oh and im the one with the 4000 stake in the list, as said before i dont really stake much, but will try to do it more from now on. so if we skipp the first 2 im in the top 8 hehe

ah ok then there are probably only a handful of whales. 2 big ones with 2 million (i have seen someone on the forum saying he has 2 mill) and a couple with around a million +..

Hi, Thanks for the update! Design looks great, and nice to see its integrated into the website!!! My guess was prety close regarding the <35 bagholders who have 500k+ Anyone know who the top 2 in the list are? 3 million both lol, thats a lot of coins Or is it possible those 2 accounts are bittrex and cryptsy or dont the exchanges have an own account? cheers Robin

I wounder how many wallets will b over 500000,,,,,,, cant be more then 100 personally i think less then 35

its prety hard to see how much you can stake a day as it depends on various factors right? The more people connected the less stake you earn.
sometimes i start with earning 2 nav every 30 seconds and sometimes 2 nav every 2 minutes and so on... most of the time only an x percentage of my coins is stakable..
i sometimes stake but im a greedy guy and seeing only a few nav each day isnt making me smile hehe, so it isnt really interesting for me, so i only stake when i think about it and when nothing else runs on my computer.

there is nobody with 10million plus coins lol, thats impossible! the only way that is possible if they bought coins at 10/50sat during summercoin period but i dont know if it ever was so low?
looking at volume during nav period and previous prices 10 million is almost not doable...thats at least 50+ btc!
i think 2 / 2.5 million is the max, but we will see 😋

Altcoin market is really down the last week due to btc indeed. But other things are happening as well, just look at the top 10 in bittrex, a lot of new coins. And for example xst has lost 80% of its value this week although its climbing up a bit now but buy volume is gone...
But i a agree discussing new features is always a good things. Personally i think a in-wallet marketplace where people can sell stuff anonymously is one of the most important things as that will bring demand to nav.
Also another feauture that would be great is a web based wallet, so no downloadable client but a website wallet so you can login to your wallet everywhere you want.
another idea is to split the core code with the rest of the stuff. this way you can add an auto update feauture like done on windows systems. so everytime there is an update you dont have to download a new wallet. instead you get a popup telling there is a new update if you open your wallet. once clicked "update" the new feautures will be installed..

What's going on with the price???i wasnt at home for 3 hours and nav is -35,5% ? Did something wrong happend?
from what i see its the guy who bought 1.6 btc yesterday and tried to sell it today. sell order was placed at 370sat. he didnt have much patience as he sold more then half for market price. only the 0.7btc is left now at the sell side. so nothing happened, buy orders are still small so if someone sells 1btc or higher at market price then price drops...

340-400sat... This is so ridiculous price at this point, i bought at 1500 sat a few month ago and i want to price back to at least 1000 sat. I had more patience, but in crypto world 1 day delay = 1 week delay and we had more delays.
True, i feel you as i also bought at 1200-1500 sat The current price is too low indeed. But as long as we continue like we do now with regular updates the community will grow each week. And that will increase demand which will increase the price. Im not worried at all. yes patience is a *** thing but things can change fast in crypto world. I really think its a matter of time before the mass will pick it up again and when that happens it will go to 1000sat within a day. Probably when anon gets live. And another good thing to see is a bunch of new faces here on the forum. This means people get interested in nav due to the latest updates and due to the fact they can see now that devs of nav can be trusted.

well its prety normal we went from 250/300 to 425 (60% increase) in a day which is huge comparing to last couple of weeks, so now its stabalizing at 340 / 350 sat. Next week we go to 400/450 sat i think!
|
|
|
what price do you guys expect?
personally i think when this positive vibe continues we can go back to 1000-2000 sat and maybe higher if anon gets launched. but i expect a steady rise with ups and downs. offcourse it also depends on many things. many people got out a while ago, so if volume increases and trust comes back it can go up fast as it only takes a few btc to double the price. there are a lot of shitcoins out there and people got fucked big time, so if people see nav devs still deliver even after those incredible bad times they might put their money into it. another thing is that all the other anon coins are already expensive. looking at navs price then buying nav has a big chance of getting profit, which might attract whales... but i think most people wait till anon gets announced/live.

nice, great update! im going to download it right away and try to give some feedback tomorrow.
|
|

yeah maybe you are right. but i think people who hold a big amount of coins have stored them in their locked wallets. so coins are safe there.

holy shit, someone bought it all, 1,6 btc at once! damn i was already busy getting some btc to bittrex but im too late now. hope price stays below 400sat for a week or 2 so i can buy some more coins at cheap prices.
I have a funny feeling that NAV might be selected as a 'classic' pump on fairpumps on Wed. That's why it was off the voting list for so long. where do you see its back on the voting list?

i already started buying some small chunks of it

Who is selling 0.00000348 536673.35841392 1.8676 1.8676 and why? Your capping the price down . Everything is coming together perfectly . Re-think you strategy and help yourself and every one
Dont bother, just see it as a perfect way to buy coins for a steady and cheap price. This guy probably had his coins on polinex and wanted to sell ages ago but couldnt because they where locked. Now they are unlocked. There will always be people selling, which is a good thing
|
|
|
huge sell wall at 348sat now...curious how long it will take to eat it up
Soon will back off ... interesting why not sell them .... huh . probably someone who had them on polinex and now tries to sell it. but its good as he does it nicely by not dumping it
