no. But you should check the pool. The hiveon pool just reduces the stales payout from 80% to 50%, so perhaps 2miners is doing something similar. There was a few hours downtime yesterday on the www frontend, perhaps the pool was under attack or something.

thanks! this is very good news! I promote TBM among the Russian miners community. already have satisfied users.
Thanks for your support. v1.22 has been added to hiveos. Can you try v1.22?. Should work now.
I will try it when it will be added to HiveOS (: Added to hiveos now.

Any suggest setting 1080 for windows using TBM 1.22 cuda 11.5 besides --dagintensity 1 and pill ? --kernel ? --power-limit ? --xintensity ? (2miners.com) MSI AB coreclock and memclock ??
To get good speed in epoch 450 you need a really high coreclock. To avoid trottleing you need high power and templimit. --kernel 0 can run on higher clocks, so might be the best. --xintensity 1500? you need to experiment and find a value that doesn't give you stale shares on the pool, and high value in the console.

You specify the workername twice replace Set ETH_WALLET=0x8Ef413F6D64A376FA46BF689d2f6c809d60C8e63.1070#wmfi-psn9
with
Set ETH_WALLET=0x8Ef413F6D64A376FA46BF689d2f6c809d60C8e63

Double check that you are mining to the right adress and not the default adress. and check the bat file

try to add --cl-devices [7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0] and remove --auto-detect

I think there's a bug in the solution submission time display for 1.22. Are you taking the time off of an average instead of the submit to submit timer?
yes. Sorry about that we will fix it in 1.23 Not that i dont like them, would love to have around 27mh/s with <115 to 125~ Watts. Perhaps you compiled the big c++ project of yours. High cpu usage or backround tasks can hurt the performance. I see that you aren't on the latest version. You should upgrade.

Hi ! I have a probleme to configure TBM on HiveOS. I have a rig witch mix Nvidia and AMD cards. Actually, your disable GPUs doesn't work, I can't put any card here, the miner doesn't start. I have to use the command --cuda-devices to select manually which Nvidia card I want to use. I want to do the same thing witch my AMD cards, so I used --cl-devices to select witch card to mine with. But it doesn't work. So how to select only some Nvidia cards and some AMD cards ?
use tbminer --list-devices to find the correct id of the amd card That’s what I did, it didn’t work either. Choose Nvidia card ok no problem, choose only AMD card no problem, but choose couple of nvidia and all amd card impossible...
Can you try v1.22?. Should work now. - 2miners has 26,33 TH/s with 56957 miners Yesterday I made 0,06 ETH with 2,15 GH/s on Crazypool
- 2miners has 8 TH/s on the solopool as well. Crazypool is a good pool, but to use it with TBM we/you need to find the optimal defaults. Perhaps a codechange in our program is needed. We could optimize for pools that don't pay for stales, but right now, we prefer pools which pay for stale shares. It's by design. Perhaps later. --xintensity 160 or 144 is probobly best on this pool. --xintensity 60 works good on the 580
I tried again and it Failed. Key points: - after the threads exited, the system freezes and I've to maually reboot 3 of your gpus crashed when creating the dag and didn't start. Try v1.22 with --dagintensity 1 0m [2021-10-27 21:57:52.649] GPU0 0GB added to miner as Cuda device 0m [2021-10-27 21:57:52.696] Trying eth.pool.zet-tech.eu:8005 (ethash) 0m [2021-10-27 21:57:52.743] Pool responded successfully to subscribe 0m [2021-10-27 21:57:52.837] GPU0 Started Cuda work thread
In v1.22 we have fixed the 0GB bug. 1080ti/1080 with pill (memtweak) is most stable with the cuda_11_5 build. Perhaps 1.22 will work on the P104. use --dagintensity 1

We are close to do LHR 1 90% unlock on linux/windows.. We added the --lhr-unlock [1,1,0,0,0,0] in v1.22 but it's not working 100% yet. But you can test if it works. (This is an early beta, so expect unstable mining. With debug output and not ready for production. Check if the hashrate increases after "reset" in the console) Limitations 1. Needs 8gb memory in the rig. 2. Faster speed with Cards on X16 riser. 3. Unlock a minimum of 2 LHR cards in the rig. So 1 standalone card doesn't work.

After several tests, comparing TBMiner with GMiner/T-rex/lolminer I found out that the total shares number submitted to the pool was more or less the same, despite the hashrates difference.
Why don't you mine on 2miners.com, miningpoolhub.com, nanopool.org or other recommended pools. Mine on high intensity and get a poolside profit of +5% or more. https://github.com/sp-hash/TeamBlackMiner/blob/main/FAQ.md

Try --kernel 0
Looking better, great hashrate, but still tiny bit too unstable. With "normal" usage of this desktop. You can lower the --xintensity to f.ex 144
- for these 3 GPU I received the message of start generating dag, but no other message (dag generated, verified, kernel selected and xintensity set)
The clocks are too high to generate the dag file. In v1.22 we have added a new option --dagintensity, which will probobly fix your issue. - there's a recurring error/warning "Cannot open shared object file"
https://github.com/sp-hash/TeamBlackMiner/blob/main/INSTALL_LINUX.mdAdditional step for AMD devices TBM uses AMD ADL library to read GPU information from AMD cards.
We have added two AMD libraries to make this step a little easier.
This step is not neccesary if you already have the libraries.
The miner can work without them but then without statistics for AMD GPU cards.
Copy the shared objects (.so) to the systems library path:
sudo cp libatiadlxx.so /usr/lib/ sudo cp libatiuki.so.1 /usr/lib/

Aaaaaand its me again. Newest version is sadly not as "stable 1.15 was running for days, with heavy heavy usage from my side. Like; tradingview + youtube/netflix, compiling very huge C++ project, and so on.
Try --kernel 0

I have the same problem, asked SP_ 3-4 times and didn’t respond... Choose Nvidia card ok no problem, choose only AMD card no problem, but choose couple of nvidia and all amd card impossible...
It's a bug in v1.21 in the --cl-device selection. I have reproduced and fixed it in v1.22. So you need to wait for the new version.
|
|
|
You pick the devices you want to mine with the command line options --cl-devices [6] --cu-devices [2]
to see the correct id use: tbminer --list-devices There might be a bug in --cl-devices. Will solve it in v1.22

And btw. Stale shares; maybe its a Pool "problem"?! I was mining with my 2 Cards for 2 Weeks+ now on unminable.com, and had 1(!) Staleshare over the time. Binance Pool gave me with same Overclock about 2-3%.
Yes. 2-3% stale, and you cannot mine on the optimal speeds (high intensity). So changing the pool and increasing the intensity can give you +5% poolside speed. Changing to a high difficulty port can also help to reduce the stale shares.
Thanks a lot for the advice, sp_! I understand that you are well versed, please tell me another moment - is it worth trying to change the overclocking of 6700 for results of 50+ or 49.5 is this the maximum that is possible? can you recommend something?
In v1.22 there will be a new setting for amd card to set the intensity of dag creation. With this setting you can overclock your memory even more than before, and get better hashrates.
--worker_name has been renamed to --worker-name
Noticed that. But same error. In the batfile tbminer_unmineable_eth, it has the correct launch parameter to connect to this pool. TBMiner --algo ethash --hostname ethash.unmineable.com --port 3333 --wallet ETH:%ETH_WALLET% --worker-name %computername% [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

Which mining pool? this is the correct bat: TBMiner --algo ethash --hostname eth.2miners.com --port 2020 --wallet %ETH_WALLET% --worker-name %computername% this is the wrong bat. TBMiner --algo ethash --hostname eth.2miners.com --ssl-port 12020 --wallet %ETH_WALLET% --worker-name %computername% -s

00:00:00 [2021-10-30 19:25:55.496] Sorry. SSL is not fully implemented yet
You need to change the mining pool port. SSL is not complete, so we only support normal ports. See in the example scripts.
the miner is too complicated to set, we have no course of action you even do not know which setting to put
The next version will have --dagintensity setting for AMD cards so you can push the memclocks even further. We need to find the optimal defaults, in the meantime you have to experiment a bit to get the best hashrates. simplified the miner
https://github.com/sp-hash/TeamBlackMiner/blob/main/FAQ.mdflexpool ethermine crazypool Are not the optimal pools for this miner. It's not only about stales, but how frequent jobs are sent out and how much work that needs to be thrown away.
To update my comment from yesterday regarding the Hashrate of my 3090. I ran the card overnight on 2Miners with the following settings: XIntensity @ 3108 Kernel @ 8 Gpu Clock @ 1600 Mem Clock @ 11326 PowerLevel @ 111% Which resulted in a 6 hour average of 139.38 MH/s, Reported 135.5 MH/s 139.38MHASH poolside is pretty good.. For a single rtx 3090... I would say that's the understatement of the year! Looking back through my 2Miners API logs, it was running in excess of 140MH/s at points over night! { 28/10/2021 04:46:41 !Workers: {'emerald_ronin': {'lastBeat': 1635410736, 'hr': 140590111, 'offline': False, 'hr2': 140186116, 'rhr': 145917131, 'sharesValid': 172, 'sharesInvalid': 0, 'sharesStale': 0}, ... { 28/10/2021 07:34:07 !Workers: {'emerald_ronin': {'lastBeat': 1635420825, 'hr': 164829785, 'offline': False, 'hr2': 143822067, 'rhr': 137026116, 'sharesValid': 335, 'sharesInvalid': 0, 'sharesStale': 0}, Now if we can get my AMD cards running like the 3090 I'll be back to pre-EIP1559 Ether / day! --xintensity 3108 would give more than 5% stale shares on ethermine. But ok on 2miners.com because you get payed for stale shares there. [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

TeamBlackMiner v 1.21 Let's test it? The default setting can give more stale shares than other miners, so wotls best on miningpools that accept stale shares
Does the --xintensity command increase vram temps as i cannot check them on raveos
Higher xintensity, Higher hash, more power needed. higher temps. not sure about vram temps [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

--worker_name has been renamed to --worker-name
Ok, I want to retry but I'm a bit confused. My configuration is 9x580, on HiveOs, Amd driver 20.40 (5.9.0325)
What is the best configuration for my rig? Till 1.19 it always failed, but before retrying would like to start with the best configuration options
Thanks
--xintensity 60 works good on the 580 [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]
