Any news? Did you successfully get access to your shares in GLBSE, like Gigaming etc?
When you will send next payments?

Yes it would be great to have an update! Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all! (Also Happy Bitcoin 4th anniversary coming up soon!)
Merry Christmas, happy holidays etc to you all Smiley
I have reclaimed and sold off ABM.
I have claimed and am waiting for a good chance to sell of LTC-MINING and COGNITIVE.
I have received Dividends from BFL,BFL.RIG and MergedMining.
I have also gotten confirmation emails from a couple of other assets and confirmed our holdings, but no exchange has been chosen and no payments has gone out.
I will compile a complete list as well as a total BTC collected during the next couple of days Smiley

New (final?) lists from GLBSE were sent out day or so ago. Any plans to re-list the PT in https://btct.co or bitfunder.com?

Yes, DeaDTerra is going to re-list the PT on both exchanges. Shareholder's choice. You should have received an email about this.

By the way: DeaDTerra, thank you for doing this.
I have received the final list, I will email the people which were not on the last list as well as add them to Bitfunder and BTCT,
Due to holidays, we will probably not be fully up and running on both exchanges, until a couple of days after christmas. Sorry about these delays, but I am swamped at the moment with things to do.

No problems Smiley

I would appreciate it if you moved this argument somewhere else, it's totally off topic.
Thanks

An Email has been sent out to all the share holders Smiley
Please respond with the exchange off your choice, and guys please bare with me on this one as it may take a bit off time as I am doing all of this manually.

So DeaDTerra, this means the option to exchange the passthrough shares to real S.DICE stock via coinbr.com was silently ignored, without any explanation? You did not even ask me what possible discount/benefits can coinbr provide for the users and just quickly gave in to these who screamed loudest or even offered bribes?
No problem with us, we have no intention to doing business in this typical bitcointalk way. Plus, it leaves us with free hands to provide a plan that will render most of these mpex passthrougs obsolete, should we find out something viable.
Your site is not an exchange but an pass through to MPEX, I am already offering the conversion from GSDPT shares into S.DICE shares. You don't need me to list on your site, for you to take my GSDPT shares and convert them into your own pass through, you could simply accept GSDPT shares and then ask me to convert them into S.DICE shares.
Wow, you took this personal xD, I didn't mean to offend you, I just didn't see our services compatible, but actually as competitors.

Btw, Things will go even slower as I have the winter flue, high fever puking etc.
So I am just going to get some rest for now.

What about dividends, will they be added to the balances of the trading site we decide upon?
Dividends will be paid out once all/a big majority of the shares has been claimed.

Yes, is there any news on reclaiming shares? Several issuers have already starting paying out on some of my shares. It looks like many issuers which GBF apparently holds have already got the shareholder lists from Nefario.

Also, as the GBF assets sheet shows that you had invested 1000 btc with ziggy star, have you got any plans to take legal action to try to recover any of this?

I know this must be a lot of work for you, but I think it would be a good time to have an update on the situation as these last few days have thankfully brought some progress at last.

Ditto.
Yes,
I have started the reclaim process of several of our asset,
I go through all off the emails I have gotten and post a complete list of which assets we have reclaimed and which we are still waiting on.

I believe that it will be hard to take legal action as it has been hard to identify Ziggy completely as he seems to he using several alias and real names. Though I know other community members who plan to take legal action which I have supported.

Sure no problems, I plan to spend some more time on updating spreadsheets etc during this weekend Smiley

Hi DeaDTerra,

I recommend BitFunder, I recently relisted ABM there, just upload the AYML file and shareholders can claim their shares.

Greetz
I have been contacted by the BF owner,
I wanted to check what your opinions are off moving GSDPT to BitFunder?

Any update, DeadTerra?
I am currently looking for a exchange to move onto, preferable one which allows me to upload the list Nefario gave me so that people can reclaim the shares.
Any suggestions or opinions? Smiley

Good to see you already collected 430 BTC.  Smiley
No, no news yet.
Though I have been in contact with both Imsaguy and INeedAUsername and both are still around and both tend to hold up their part of the agreement.

25,8637 Bitcoins has been received as a dividend from S.DICE
Giving us a payout of 4.0157*10^-5 Bitcoins per share Smiley
These Bitcoins will be held by me until I can identify all the GSDPT share holders.

Anything new on further refunds?  Is Matt going to pay back his loan for the ellet?
Matt has claimed that once he liquidates his holding in Bitcoin Magazine (he has shares in the Bittalk company), he will repay his debt to us.

Was that the original agreement with Matt?
The original contract was I lend him 1500$ and he repays 3000$ personally within a year. He was going to stand for the backing of the loan and not ellet, at the time that seemed more secure...
Before all of this Pirate bullshit,
That was in June, so he still has some time to pay it back, he has until the 20th of March to pay back the loan, but both of us has agreed that he should pay it back as soon as possible.

Anything new on further refunds?  Is Matt going to pay back his loan for the ellet?  What about everyone else's loans?
Matt has claimed that once he liquidates his holding in Bitcoin Magazine (he has shares in the Bittalk company), he will repay his debt to us.
We are also liquidating our shares in BitTalk.
Imsaguy, is still around, he's mining through his debt slowly but surely, it will probably be a very slow progress but he has the intent to pay back.
Bitcoin rain has already been liquidated and paid out.
Other then that we only owe GLBSE assets.
