It is just slightly under the mark of 7k ethereum which should be on the way as only 17 minutes to get the 15% bonus. Price is circulating in same circle for days with minor changes in both directions and this can not be called upwards movement. This is called active market which is in wait of some big news to take the price really higher where they were and should be again. If that is true about Visa will be waiting for official and proper announcement about this approval.
