781  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Dark use of Bitcoin on: June 17, 2018, 07:10:19 PM
Dark markets exit everywhere and existed way before Bitcoin. Everything new is challenged with this issue whether is money, gold or whatever. But because Bitcoin and altcoins are based on decentralized systems its more attractive to money laundering is what many people think but dark markets have always existed and its just another pretext used to impose regulatory restrictions.

782  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Malta First To Regulate Alt Coins. on: June 17, 2018, 07:03:44 PM
It is nice to see the market expanding and that countries like Malta are giving some thought and actually act favorably upon it. But one of the reasons Binance moved to Malta is to do with auction which was only possible by means of Malta being an offshore zone for crypto related exchanges.
783  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Countries with No Bitcoin Taxes on: June 17, 2018, 06:54:50 PM
my opinion is that you should not get taxed when using bitcoins, since you are paying when converting with fiat money
fiat money have already been taxed allright, whever it is you when you buy or when you sell (the buyer has been taxed)
as for the tax free countries, the list is pretty huge:
1.Belarus
2.Germany
3.Singapore
4.Denmark
5.Slovenia

I agree. I think Tax from crypto is another way to screw people over- it is just what government love to do- I mean all these people have to keep their salaries WELL above the inflation rate. Nonetheless, if you for example end up with money in your bank account from crypto trading deals when you file your tax return it does not matter much where the money came from you're required to declare it. So just be smart about your transaction in the end tax is already paid via the exchange system anyway.
784  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Would it be legal to create new crypto? on: June 17, 2018, 06:41:19 PM
The legality is not so much of a concern at this moment. Do not let this put you off. So long as you have a well defined idea, capital and all the other relevant things go for it and make it happen. This is what the people who developed the current ones did and later, once it succeeds you can concern yourself with the legal issues. It may not be legal in one country but it could be in another.
785  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Should we pay taxes on Bitcoin? on: June 17, 2018, 06:28:33 PM
Having to pay tax on Bitcoin or any other crypto, I feel is just another sneaky way governments use as a tactic to encourage people to do with means to gain some sort of regulatory control over what's supposed to be a decentralized system. And I'm sure the tax brackets many governments impose are not all that low, as of matter of fact I would think they'd be quite high, particularly by those governments which make tax legal as another strategy to deter or reduce the number of people adopting Bitcoin.
786  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Best County for Crypto Startups? on: June 17, 2018, 06:13:46 PM
There are lots of factors that go in to deciding which country is the best for crypto startups, and you also have to consider that the rules for each country change over time. So what might currently be a great country, might eventually turn out to be one of the worst if it doesn't maintain its favorable regulations on crypto. However, I do hear that Eastern Europe has a few countries that fit the bill.
787  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Up and Down Movement on: June 16, 2018, 11:09:26 PM
Bitcoin's price goes up and down for numerous different reasons, but the main one is due to changes in market sentiment. For example, when there is bad news, it will go down due to negative opinions, whilst the contrary is true if there is good press.
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: If you like EOS then this NEW Altcoin is your thing. XSOLUS ICO has 4 Prototypes on: May 01, 2018, 11:40:27 PM
Don't you know that this is not the right section to post your ICO?
There is a whole section for Alts and another whole as well for tokens.
And you deside to post here... Lips sealed
789  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: BitRacer - new unique RPG bitcoin faucet on: April 24, 2018, 05:46:25 PM
If i need a better car and better character, that means that i have to pay. Isn't an investment?
I agree though that perhaps you need to move this topic in other section.

791  Economy / Lending / Re: $200 LOAN needed *300% Return* on: April 07, 2018, 09:37:04 PM
Sorry Opie but this scheme of yours isn't related to any gambling and it's more likely a HYIP or doubler or etc craps or just a fake loan of a scammer.
Even if you state that this is a  blackhat method for a dice site,it's still a cheat/steal and that makes you untrustworthy onsite.
Plus, you can't make 300% without using a Ponzi. Unless you are Merlin or Gandalf and you aren't! Grin
792  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Nulled GC Hyip script on: March 11, 2018, 05:21:26 PM
Move your topic to the appropriate section which is this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=93.0
Although the best one is somewhere that you can't move it...
793  Economy / Securities / Re: 👍I suggest the contribution of bitcoins at 25% per annum !!!👍 on: February 11, 2018, 02:05:52 PM
The simple fact is that you continue to promise the impossible.  I don't know if you're new here, but these attempts to get people to send you money certainly don't correspond with the story of your education that you're trying to sell.

25% is not possible Huh
Look at my topic !!! https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2844804.0

There has already earned more than 30%-50% per annum! in one month!!! And There Will Be More !!!
And YOU can invest money in the bank at 2-3% per annum.

If YOU can not earn and do business yourself, you do not need to blame others without knowing the person !!!!!!!!

You are not the first time this is written, I put you on the ignore sheet!

Maybe to look and to this topic of yours? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2686430.0
Putting money in a bank is not investment, how can possible say that? Cheesy
So if you can earn alone why on Earth you ask money everywhere? Do your thing and gtfo from here. Kiss
794  Economy / Services / Re: [Campaign] EARN 0.000025 BTC per POST on: January 30, 2018, 05:45:53 PM

795  Economy / Securities / Re: $25M of real estate equity securities trade for coin? on: December 23, 2017, 07:33:10 PM
Linked-in me if you desire more information, I doubt this board has anyone capable of doing real sized deals.

- Amariah Olson.

So wtf are you doing here Mr. high profiler smart arse? We also dought about who you are and what you are saying. Nobody wants any info from you and for you.
It's crystal clear that you are a low life bullshitter. So unless you prove your words with more and solid proofs than a lindin profile, you can gtfo from here.

Btw about "respect". Starting a topic looking for investors for a real property portfolio without anything else, doesn't gain any "respect". The only thing that you can gain is a laugh,at best. Cheers for sure!
796  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] CoinCaps.net - Cryptocurrency Market Data on: December 04, 2017, 12:37:19 PM
I must say that your site it looks great. Smiley
Easy navigation system through the site, catchy colors and simple as it gets loading info system.
It would be easier though,at least for me,to categorize/sort fiat from digital currencies. The list is already long and i guess that it will be longer...

Have some questions about your signatures. Why someone to wear it and promote your service, without any kind of reward?
You don't pay per post, you don't have a referral system,no points or something there. So no motivation.
Also there is no sig for the top two ranks. Why you excluded them? Btw your signatures looks cool. Cool

800  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] KRAKEN.COM - Exchange with USD EUR GBP JPY CAD BTC LTC XRP NMC XDG STR ETH on: October 20, 2017, 09:18:54 PM
Watch out, the exchange is incredibly broken right now, I think they might pull a coin heist soon.

Coin heist?! How you think something like that? Shocked
Kraken's platform is a "known" issue especialy when the price of BTC goes to the moon.
That doesn't mean or implies any heist... Undecided
