ya i dont see where there making money either nothing for us community investors to sink our teeth in ;\ then again atleast their not offering to buy everyones soul in a sig campaign to scam the community like waves so thats nice....
...and yet the Waves logo appears on one side of Mycelium's black cube graphic on its crowd sale page. how did that come about i wonder? The owner of mycelium is one of the Escrow for waves. acting as escrow for the Waves ICO and at the same time cross promoting the ICO through his own ICO? isn't that a conflict of interest? Not really sure I guess it's in the eye of the beholder, they are two different platforms Waves is a crypto currency this is a Bitcoin wallet it says they will be supporting multiple cryptos in the future so Ethereum and Waves might be added. Here is a message I got from the team. Me: What revenues do you guys have for the wallet? So far I have not seen any revenue documentation? Rassah: Private company privately funded by our millionaire CEO. No reason to publish anything. Our revenues have been a few thousand from Locks, Cashila, LocalTrader, and Trezor. So we know we can get revenues. The investment is in us taking that to the next level. https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/4goqn9/mycelium_crowdsale/d2l7l4can 'escrow' is a trusted third party independent of buyer and seller. Mycelium and Waves are not independent of each other as one is promoting the other in the way i have highlighted.

we seem to be largely in agreement that this is not a fair proposition being put to the investor community by the issuer, who wants our money but is offering very little in return; https://wallet.mycelium.com/crowdsale.pdfperhaps someone from Mycelium would like to respond?

i'm happy to proofread English text.

so the proposition is to make an investment in one area of the business, but the money may be used to develop other areas of the business that the investor will have no stake in?

How to get Lisk on BTC-e ? Bribe the admins?
btc-e doesn't add coins. Kraken is where Lisk will go to the next level. Kraken moved its headquarters to San Francisco and that's where institutional investors will come to invest in Lisk. Anyone who sells before Lisk gets on Kraken, will miss out BIG TIME. Will it be on Kraken? Is it one of those sites that take any garbage thrown its way? i don't think it is 'one of those sites'. it trades a very limited number of currency pairs. if Lisk does get listed there it is a good sign of Lisk's prospects imho.

damn..25% from his bag? 'financial problem' ok vitalik,i just rememmbered that he wont sell his coin right? but right now? he proudly tweet that? go home vitalik, you're drunk ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) but to whom did he sell? could be a PR strategy to suppress the price in readiness to pump it again. ETH = ATM

definitively : TREZOR wallet. not great after sales customer service... so i've read from complaints on forums.
|
|

There may be others, but im confident that the major players are in this list.
Ethereum is not on this list, because its already hit $1 Billion despite it dropping back under.
is this your poll? i'm confused.

When the LISK be available on exchanges ?
when it's launched. latest ETA is 24th May.
|
|
|
is anyone wanting out in view of the further delay in launching and is happy to sell at the ICO price?
my terms are that the buyer and seller will deposit equal volumes of btc to the escrow and failure to complete satisfactorily (exchange of email account, password et.c., and verified by Lisk HQ) means forfeiture of all btc to buyer. i have to flush out the scammers. sorry, but a necessary precaution.

So when is LISK going to launch for real, it already be delayed 3 times
May 24th is the first explicit launch date we gave yet. Our estimations were delayed, that's why they were estimations. About the database switch -- SQLite sucks at concurrent writing (it locks the DB) and most probably this was the issue.
Yep. We knew of the concurrency problem all along, but the stress test really opened our eyes that SQLite is really much worse than we anticipated and needs to be switched out sooner than later. Regarding why Postgres, you should write Oliver a PM on our chat or here on BTT. People were right to be upset because the delivery launch was not kept to the promise, now you can call the new one the first explicit launch or anything. A launch date is a launch date not matter how we want to disguise now. Saying this now we all have to move forward but please not more misleading information that can upset once again people. Or we are serious what we say or we dont say it. 1.) If you are not sure about delivery time better not to say it or say something more credible like sometime summer time or winter time. Please dont give dates for the sake of it. Now lets move forward. 2.) Now we would like report weekly how the money is invested. Team members names and what they do. 3.) What marketing are you going to do, while people wait lets us see you are moving your fingers and want to see day by day marketing. Sorry if we sound now demanding but you let us down so its your duty now to bring our morals up and bring us all together with actions, real marketing. real name of all the people working on this project not donation. Please everyone lets move on and support lisk till the end as long as the Lisk Team deliver and make us see they are spending the money in marketing and hiring people not to make another delay. Many thanks 1. We said estimations like "End of March. End of April". Now we have a date, because we are certain we meet it. It's exactly what you are asking for. 2. Which money? Everything until now is paid out of our own pockets. Before the ICO started and we knew how successful Lisk will be, we already spent about $8000. Now we come closer to $20000. We don't have access to any funding collected. There is still only Oliver, Joel and I in the team. Joel: Doing everything associated with the community. Answering questions, preparing academy guides, sending the newsletters, publishing community updates, handling the bounties (I think over 10000 stakes) and so on. Oliver: Is developing and optimising Lisk. Just in the last week til today he successfully migrated the codebase to a different database engine, and improved block processing efficiency ten fold (after improved syncing speed twenty fold before). Besides Lisk core development, he also updates (with every release) the explorer, faucet, lisk-cli, lisk sdk, binaries, docker etc. He also regularly updates the Lisk chat and is currently stress testing 0.2.0 while preparing the release of it. Max: I fight with you guys. :p No honestly, I'm talking with a lot of people which benefit will only become visible in many weeks or months. But this is extremely important. Besides this I try to be as open with everything as possible. Preparing important documents for launch on the vision and further development plans. Checking the legal documents provided by our lawyer for the legal Lisk entity. Answering emails, interviews, and questions. Improving the Lisk front end. Taking care of financials and the numbers. 3. We recently hired a PR company which worked with many crypto-currency startups before. More news soon. Besides that with the release now on the horizon we will start the marketing machine again. I think the past showed we know what needs to be done in that regard. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) have you incorporated yet?

a good read. ready and waiting.

The delay is simply caused by a) bitcoin halving... developers need to make an extra leverage for its BTC assets to be increased. Lets face it , its common sense . All altcoin is doing so and specially those have ICO's. b) give dev the time to enhance the software. The only thing is why in the first place did dev use SQLite with such a big and long term project. A lame excuse. Bitcoin halving is the main reason such influx of ICO's keep on popping up like mushrooms.
This and possibly more. who knows what's really happening behind the scenes, but i cam imagine that market makers have been in contact with the Lisk team to offer their advice and a strategy for manipulating price on launch and beyond. it's always about the money.

at the time it seemed clear to moi that the pump was orchestrated out of Zug. cashing out was the name of their game. why the surprise? it's always about the money.

From my phone so short msg.
Max, stay strong and take this ship though this storm. We just left port. A round-the-world voyage of amazing accomplishments lies ahead. You and Oliver have the full support of many here, including me.
are you on another cruise? :-)

|
ok we are done here ?
we already can trade lisk in some exchange? (not yobit)
no launch = no Lisk = no trading
|
|
|
I don't think it will hold up in the court. 'Donating in exchange for Lisk' sounds like BS. If it was that easy to get past the government regulations no one would ever be liable or pay tax on anything. the fact they had to write that at all shows we have been scammed from the beginning.
contracts that seek to restrict Basic Law are invalid contracts.
