Just leave the exchange and use others exchange site that make client problem their top priority because if they cant help client with coins sent to wrong address they should atleast leave the coins in the wallet so that the client can get his coin in future when the coins mistakely send is list on their platform which prove they are doing all this in purpose.
Coinbase hasn't moved tokens sent to the wrong address. As already stated by wwzsocki, those GOLD tokens are now in his Ethereum deposit address. I understand that the token is still in his coinbase ETH deposit address but he makes a statement that "I thought that maybe one day when they list GOLD token on Coinbase Pro, I'll get them back, but this isn't true because I've read on Reddit that even after listings people didn't get those mistakenly send balances back. Of course, I know it is my fault but still, I think I can be angry on Coinbase, or at least to be disappointed because as a client I tend to be treated differently.
They don't do anything to help in such a situation and on other exchanges its possible, even in a lot worst cases than mine. Of course for a high fee but still, they give a possibility to get at least something back. I know because my friend did the same mistake (to be funny on the same day and with almost the same USD amount) only his case was worst because he send IDENA to ETH address and it is not an ERC 20 token, but still luckily compatible with ETH network. The exchange agreed for a high fee to reverse this transaction, despite it's not an easy case because they also don't support IDENA and were not sure if this will be even possible at all. This is the kind of support I would expect to see on Coinbase and not on an exchange called scammy.
I thought that maybe one day when they list GOLD token on Coinbase Pro, I'll get them back, but this isn't true because I've read on Reddit that even after listings people didn't get those mistakenly send balances back. Additionally, there was one case described, where somebody mistakenly sent all ICO tokens to the wrong Coinbase address and they had to swap them later (causing insane problems and delays for the project) because didn't get any help from Coinbase support.
That's why I am angry and think that I can be angry and have all the reasons for, because if this is possible on other exchanges, then for sure it could be also possible on Coinbase.
I understand all problems with: security of keys, cold wallets, that it is not listed yet, etc, but still, we are clients and from what I know this happens every day that people send cryptocurrencies mistakenly to wrong exchange addresses.
If something happens, again and again, no matter what, then it seems that something is wrong and they should do whatever they can to help you, but believe me it doesn't look like this.
It rather looks like that they don't give a f... about us, their clients.
An advise to you mate. I doubt Electrum has anything to do with this scam! The person was probably using a compromised wallet .exe file. See what he says,
We know electrum are not to blame for the attack because they have already stated that wallet older than 3.3.4 are vulnerable to phishing attacks and the problem stated from the person the lost his BTC for installing older version of electrum wallet. However, I dont any electrum user claiming the phishing popup wallet update message was from electrum server. So I suggest you to change the subject line of your thread as it seems that Electrum itself did such scam!
What he need to change is the part that says "Some other users of electrum wallet also complained that the message about update comes directly from the electrum server." |

Now is a good time to invest, so everyone says, but is it true?  The fact is that investors take a lot of risks, unlike traders. I choose to trade, it's less risky. I don't agree with you, as per my experience in crypto I think making an investment is less risky than trading. If you're not good at trade then you will more likely lose every penny you put in trading. Both crypto trading and investing are highly risky but the vital thing is for trader/investor to have knowledge in selecting the right coin, market entering/exiting and have a good stop loss strategy. However, invest in the coin is less risky in this current market is less risky while the simultaneous the up and down in the price of the market make trading riskier for inexperienced traders. |

Although the COVID-19 deeply affected alot of element in our day to day way one living but the part of the COVID is that showcase to the world the potential of crypto and change the mind of people that thought crypto is a bubble. Besides, if people like Kiyosaki is captivated by Bitcoin then we should expect more influential people to join crypto investment.

You need to understand that a crypto project become a partner of a reputable company doesn't assure the project success level and looking through the claimed partnership statement was made by the microsoft company.
This is exactly true @hulla that not every coin partnering with high reputable company secures the success of that project. The mainnet that would be lunched in coming future probably would sky rock the price of Lition at a prospective level. I dont underestimated the project and I like the fact that the project inplemented scalable public to private blockchain that allow the deletion of data but I dont expect the project sky rocket in price will be as you alter it because there listing on liquidity exchange site is enough to make it skyrocket. However, they need to do some advert which will increase the project support level. |

Be informed that every Defi project are just finance offering project but 98% of them are hype and it will be up two years before we can actually know the project that have good utility among them. However, this is the danger some investors dont understand before put in their in Defi while some only invest in coin currently making waves in the market.
Who would wait for two years just to see which DeFi projects is actually real or which one will end up failing? You seems not to get my point here mate because I said the exact time span it will took us to know the genuine Defi project because is the major strategy used by new project of todays to get through investors just like we see then when ETH launched smart contract/Dapps. I invested in DeFi projects to make money and that's all, I don't tend to hold for longer, just to ride along with the DeFi hype and make some money
If you invested in Defi in other to make some quick profit thats not a bad decision if you have the required knowledge and time. |

There's need to use VPN/TOR before mixing coins but in a situation when privacy is top priority it is better to use Tor because some mixing company use cloudflare. This would be stressful. Just send the coin normal to the mixing which surf through tor but i recommend chipmix or blender while you reach the coin throuh wasabi and use wasabi to send your personal wallet. Note : dont use wasabi to send large amount of coin due to some shortcomings. |

Using VPN with Trezor is completely useless because Trezor is not privacy wallet and you should be fine if you follow the process I posted earlier.

There are things you have missed, you have changed the signature campaign before payment is made. It's not just you who changed signatures, yesterday there was 1 Robelneo that changed signatures. But he did not immediately change the signature before payment was made. He also gave me confirmation via PM. So whatever your reasons are, as long as you do not comply with the existing rules, you will still not be paid. All decisions are the right of the IDENA global admin. I am only in charge of conveying participant information and calculating which ones are worthy of assessment. All participants who change signatures also do the same thing as Robelneo, waiting for the new payment to change the signature code. You changed the signature code without my knowledge or confirmation before payment was made, how can I believe that your post counts for IDENA signature or other signature bounty.  I understand well the rules of campaign and once the week circle is over the manager update the spreadsheet but when you updated the spreadsheet you didnt give me any stake. Besides, if it happen that lied or didnt make posts for Idena will this screen shot lie?
