781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance want the best for crypto space on: August 17, 2022, 09:48:15 AM
A good move in my opinion helps to Recover More Than 80% of Funds Stolen in the Curve Finance Attack, but nevertheless, Binance is not always safe from hacking even though Binance is one of the best cryptocurrency exchanges right now and has earned the trust of its users even though has been committed to its customers in terms of security and safety.
782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After ETH migration to POS, what is the POW crypto that has smart contracts? on: August 17, 2022, 09:29:32 AM

For ERGO, I found the team is really solid, they've been working on it since 3 years, and the project is pretty much advanced and has already some use cases. I'm also in line with their philosophy and their roadmap.

The only unfortunate thing is that the price is pumping since very recently...

Sounds interesting if  ERGO coin is a POW/POS cryptocurrency based on Ethereum with some unique features. but what is important here is about the use of ERGO tokens and others later although It has the power to support smart contracts, which is not possible in ordinary cryptocurrencies.
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba Inu pumping , why? Hold or Sell? on: August 17, 2022, 09:17:14 AM
I have 20 million Shiba Inu that I bought a few months ago and forgot about , it is one of the smaller positions in my portfolio.

Not sure if I should sell all and re invest in one of my larger positions or if I should just hold the 20 million I have and see what price it reaches in a few years?

Holding will be less risky, but there is a chance the price will drop. Selling now and putting the money elsewhere can be profitable for you, but it will be much more risky and you could lose most of what you have. I would say your best course of action here is to hold out until the end of 2022 and see where the market moves from there.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know a good bounty on: August 17, 2022, 09:02:43 AM
Very interesting. Bounty is the most popular method of crowdfunding. I can understand that some beginners will be skeptical of trying any giveaway, but I personally think they are a great place to start. There is no magic formula here, but through careful examination of the necessary project details, a promising project is likely to stand out from the crowd. That is a simple "Just do your research before participating".
785  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the US become EU's oil supplier?? on: August 16, 2022, 12:04:07 PM
I think it's just a change in the market on the other hand, now America is in a better position to provide a new source of crude oil. Extraction of oil and shale gas has recently become economically viable, with large fields being developed in states such as Pennsylvania, Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. This will allow the US to become the dominant oil supplier for several years to come. As a result, American companies have the potential to benefit greatly from alliances with the EU. such market changes will benefit the EU and the US.
786  Other / Politics & Society / Re: High inflation is causing GLOBAL protests on: August 16, 2022, 11:55:53 AM
All around the different regions/parts of the world, they have the same issue that's causing mass protests. It's HIGH INFLATION, HIGH FUEL PRICES, HIGH FOOD PRICES, HIGH COSTS OF LIVING, AND LOW MINIMUM WAGE.

If I'm not mistaken USD comprises more than 95% of the world's currencies. The euro makes up most of the rest, nearly 20%. If they continue to create inflation, or if they collapse and have no economic or monetary policy to return to, the world economy could fall like dominoes.

It is always good to know the economic situation in your country. Many things in life depend on money – including food, health, and education. So it's good to know these things. We must also realize that we are in a recession right now and many people have lost their jobs or lost their jobs. Things may seem bad right now, but there is hope for the future if we just spread the word to educate others about it so they can prepare for it.
787  Economy / Economics / Re: How micro payments can help to alleviate global poverty on: August 16, 2022, 11:48:19 AM
I think this would be an interesting startup idea. Micropayments can really reduce poverty by allowing people to make small purchases with the easy interface of their mobile phones. Also, micropayments will help increase business as it makes transactions easier and enables global trade. Unfair payment structures result in high prices for downloading digital content which we may one day grab ourselves. Micropayments have the potential to change the world more than we can imagine.
788  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation will remain below 20 per cent by year end on: August 16, 2022, 11:41:26 AM
I'm just trying and understanding what the forecast means for Nigeria. In my opinion Inflationary pressures are expected to remain subdued in the coming months, with the peak level likely to be less than 20 percent. This rate will decrease gradually in the coming months as the domestic inflation base continues to be eroded by external factors and global liquidity improves towards a more normal level.

I think the government and monetary authorities there are also aware of these challenges. And their work to restore macroeconomic stability means welcoming that effort at least. But as things stand, inflation is likely to remain above 20 percent throughout the year, a key challenge for policymakers going forward.
789  Economy / Speculation / Re: Industry experts believes BTC is primed to hit $106,000 on: August 09, 2022, 05:06:42 AM
What makes Bitcoin investing so attractive is the ability to earn a greater return on investment than you would with traditional assets like stocks and bonds. In other words, if you are looking for an opportunity to make money, Bitcoin might be the right choice for you. It won't happen overnight, but with patience and a good strategy, you can make a profit in no time.

So, are you ready to start making money with Bitcoin?
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Millions are still been raised in this bear market on: August 09, 2022, 05:01:22 AM

what do you think? Are you excited for the future of crypto.

It is interesting that the next bull market will be bigger than the previous one. However, I still think it is quite difficult to predict that because the prices of almost all cryptocurrencies are still going down and it is unpredictable whether they can rebound all at once or go down. What we do know for sure is that technology is evolving rapidly and a lot of people are trying to figure out how to make crypto technology more effective for them.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Roller coasters!!! on: August 09, 2022, 04:52:18 AM
I have been in the market for a long time and I have seen a lot of ups and downs. Many people like to think that they can predict the market by looking at the charts, but I believe that is not possible. You can only guess based on analysis of technical indicators, supply/demand, momentum, or other fundamental factors. don't worry, it's normal. Today BTC has fallen again (Resistance).
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to take profits? on: August 09, 2022, 04:42:53 AM

Example: my investment of 300 euro becomes 500 euro. Is it better to take out my initial investment or only take the profit ? And reinvest that profit ?

How do you guys do this ?

In short, it depends on your investment and time. Your initial investment is more like a loan. You are investing in something that has no immediate return potential and you may not get it back for some time. However, if it works, you will be in tip-top shape and have a surplus of free cash when the time comes to make a profit. On the other hand, if you reinvest your profits right away, you will have a larger amount of free cash but at a later time.
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Eth could take over BTC or not on: August 08, 2022, 10:07:09 AM

With PoS coming and Gas fee finally getting fixed do you think that Ethereum is capable of overtaking bitcoin?

If we look the two main differences between Ethereum and Bitcoin are fees and scaling. I honestly think the answer to this question will depend a lot on what happens to Ethereum's initial coin offering model and its chain splitting into several competing cryptocurrencies. If the current state of innovation creeps into the mining model, I see Ethereum being able to overtake Bitcoin prices at some modest point and even then I'm not wrong, and for Ethereum itself right now it could work wonders to change the crypto world going forward for the better.
794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Centralized Exchange And Decentralized Exchange on: August 08, 2022, 09:50:17 AM
Yes, There are two types of exchanges available to crypto developers namely centralized exchanges and decentralized exchanges. Each type has its benefits, but centralized exchanges are more popular with investors.

Centralized exchanges typically charge much higher fees than decentralized exchanges, but offer increased liquidity. Decentralized exchanges give users the ability to trade cryptocurrencies directly with each other. Decentralized exchanges are free to register, but have lower liquidity than centralized exchanges.

In the near term, we can expect to see a push towards decentralized platforms as investors increasingly want enhanced security features over ease of use. Now. The choice is in the hands of each one who wants to use what kind of investment and trade.
795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one do you think its more healthy for a project on: August 08, 2022, 09:45:13 AM
A healthy project moves steadily toward a goal even if it's new. Ideally, users want to know when a product will be released especially if they are already interested in joining providing users with information is important so that they do not feel that the product is faulty, does not function as advertised, that their needs are ignored, and/or that the company behind the product does not exist.

I think if people have a choice, they want to see the project done quickly and that's human nature. However, I also believe that it is more important for a project to be completed well than to be completed quickly. As long as the team is working hard and making progress, I don't care how long it takes, as long as I get something good in the end.
796  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we hodling BTC or we are hodling Fiat?? on: August 07, 2022, 03:32:01 PM
This may look weird, but follow closely while I drive my point home. In 2009, Satoshi developed Bitcoin with the intention of building a digital peer-2-peer currency that has no centralized authority, right?
Yeah, but as volatility of prices kept fluctuating, BTC enthusiasts started deviating from the initial idea of a digital currency to seeing it as an investment option.

Bitcoin price, after it's ATH of $69.045, there has been series of panic as prices kept devaluing against fiat, causing investors more concerns about the BTC value compared to fiat, as against it's initial aim of being a peer-2-peer network.

Been that Bitcoin is not backed by any centralized authority, community or asset, it is therefore wise first as a currency and not as a store of value; especially for salary earners in developing countries, low income earners and those who live on wages.
Because to be profitable in BTC investment, one must be a high salary earner who invests with money that has no future need, with reasons that volatility will always be a key player as long as BTC exists.

In my opinion, BTC volatility is a powerful market wave that should keep investors in profit especially with DCA method. because if price is the major concern over the amount of BTC an investor is able to gather as prices keep fluctuating, it invariably means it is fiat he is holding and not BTC.
It will only be regarded as BTC holding if every price wave adds to it.

Currently, the cryptocurrency market is very vulnerable to corrections with such conditions being able to attract more traders and investors. In this situation, it is difficult to predict changes in the market. On the one hand, all new currencies appeared, on the other - each of them has its own specific features. Of course, we should research before investing in one, as each one offers different features and benefits.
797  Economy / Economics / Re: What crisis what food crisis ? on: August 07, 2022, 03:15:25 PM
News and every where about crisis and food crisis

The crisis are not nowhere id like to see some real crisis but there is nothing everything is just fine

Looking at current developments It seems that the new crisis is only reflected in a few countries. When this happens, there may be a shortage of necessities such as food, water, and other materials. But you don't need to listen to the stories that are already circulating on many media channels. Therefore, you have to think wisely about keeping your money, because we do not know whether there will be a repeat of the major economic crises that have occurred from time to time.
798  Economy / Economics / Re: Crude Oil drops below $100 on: August 07, 2022, 03:00:15 PM
I think it's just one more data point suggesting that we may be in for some pretty turbulent times down the road. However, it's also important to keep things in perspective and realize that dropping oil prices are great news for American consumers. Whether or not those savings end up being passed on to consumers ultimately depends on the power of competition among gas stations—but this is a topic for another day.
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polygon (MATIC) to $20? on: August 01, 2022, 02:23:21 PM

Do you think Polygon (MATIC) will reach $20 within a year from now? If not, why? What are your predictions for this cryptocurrency? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Smiley

Polygon is currently listed on a number of exchanges as well as gaining notoriety recently with its brief addition to CoinMarketCap's cryptocurrency rankings, expanding over a hundred other cryptocurrencies to become the 13th ranked coin. Many market experts have various predictions for Polygon's future success. I'm not too sure the price for the next year will be $20, but I think it would be around $2-$5 as a good start.
800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Terra Classic scam? on: July 31, 2022, 02:56:29 PM

Is Terra Classic scam or does it have a chance of success?

I'm not aware of any solid evidence to suggest Terra Classic is a scam. The biggest point that some people have raised is concern about the fact that there is no information about the product. If someone enters investment with the hope that he will get richer, he is not a victim of a scam but if everyone loses their money then it must be a scam!!!

My opinion of Terra Classic in the future is that Terra Classic can be a great investment in the future. Just like many other coins currently on the market, the price of this coin is likely to increase over time.
