The CBX whale is different from other traders, some traders can be seen as a good thing for other cryptos.

This CBX whale purposely hits the CBX markets with impossible walls exactly at the moment when a positive buying momentum builds, thereby stopping this positive momentum.

This whale did this numerous times.

If I didn't know any better, I would say this whale wants to destroy CBX. Make sure we don't succeed.

And I still haven't heard from them. Funny.

Some people just want to be right at all costs - I offered to work with them to make CBX better, I guess that's not gonna happen.

A decentralized exchange would likely put it under cryptocurrency regulation rather than videogaming regulation--not a plus imo. Also, AFAIK it wouldn't be able to be a browser based game and the resource requirements would be magnitudes more for a game as vast and complex as CK when compared to card/meme games.

You can port casino games, card games, and other subgames of your making to CK and have it interact via API--that currently is the means for decentralized gameplay, but anything beyond that would need to be technically possible (without losing live interactions or GM events or otherwise muddling the mechanics), have no effects on the game's status as a game, and not add downloading to player's tasks. There are counties that can grow within the game until they are ready to become their own game, but other than the MK project, which had very limited interaction with the CK gameworld (exchange of tokenization of MK asset), this has not yet been tested.
As far losing the game, much of the pertinent info is stored on multiple computers via google sheets (pertinent as in high ticket items such as armies and buildings and lands), and the game's db is back-upped on a regular basis. This is by no means as thorough a safety net as what one would hope for in a card game, but is more thorough than most similarly complex games in the MMORPG space.

If anyone can offer a decentralized MMORPG that is played in real-time, keeps its cost inline with profitability and doesn't lose continuity based on the absence of a overall gameworld, I'd 3be happy to play. Though I'd still expect it would lose videogaming regulation status if it acted similarly to a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange.

There are only ~120 people on earth that know about it.

Only a fraction understand what we are trying to do and we need to improve communication. We are studying messaging and method of communicating the project to a mass audience.

The coin is almost 100% done, but we do not have any documentation explaining clearly what we have built.

The rest is in development and we are even worse at explaining that. We need more technical diagrams, story boards, sequence diagrams and we need overview of the project and then need each component explained in one or two sentence.

I am not sure there are twenty people on earth who have looked at our repos and understood what it is that we have built. They will have to see it, to understand.

Then we need working applications that people can see and use and we need to build up a userbase and community.

Welcome to the IOTA Whales'Club! Anything that can help progress the ecosytem of IOTA deserves a funding.

This is a guideline on how to get funding from the club.

We welcome all members of the public (developers, small startups, proof of concepts, marketing or simply experimenting/research and more) to take a pitch at getting funding for their projects related to IOTA. Anything that can help IOTA in any positive way.

These are the process you need to follow to get funding.

1.You will start your application through #general channel on https://iotatangle.slack.com/
You can get yourself an invite for the slack here at http://slack.iota.org/

2.If your idea is liked by any of the club members, they will invite you to our private channel #thepitch
Or if you feel that your project and needs certain levels of descretion you may talk to the iota foundation members (eg. @David @Dom)
and they can invite you direct into the WhalesClub #whalesden for a more confidential pitch.
Or if you know any of the club members you can directly talk to them about it first and they can invite you to the correct channel for your funding needs.

3.You tell us your ideas/plans/roadmaps/costs/benefits etc. to the club members in there, and all members will decide for themselves if they would want to pitch in any funds for your project.

4.Club members will either require a 50% of whales voting agreement or get an agreement from @david for approval to release funds.
(This is designed so that members cannot fund into fake their projects to withdraw out their pledged funds. Club members are allowed to take a pitch as well.)

5.We will then ask the IOTA Foundation to release the amount approved for your funding.

The plan B if it all goes wrong = I can always fork to JoyStream when it goes open source.

That way, people can choose JoyStream with Bitcoin and no opportunity to invest; or VTR Classic, with an ability to get into the coin.

No, SPECTRE coin there is something entirely different. SPECTRE in the sense of DAG/Tangle is just a paper, an idea, a concept, it's not an actual implementation, for that only IOTA exist and hybrid-Byteball.
