Reality inside this industry. People are willing to take chances to be part of any new projects that being introduced, taking places to acquire early position by investing or bounty hauntings without further investigations. They are after with quick benefits and fear of losing opportunities, this types of behaviors are the reason why scammers are not having any problems working inside this market. Support are there when you give interesting offers. Both bonuses or high rewards for bounties. Inexperienced bounty hunters are always on the go to participate in newly launched project without further research, once they have known the allocated funds for bounty they will support it without knowing if chances of being a scam project is high or will it be a good project. Scammers targeted these kind of people because they know that they take the bait once they show them a promise that will be impossible to happen. |

That is one of the common mistake of investors, buying at peak will only lead you to losses. But somehow it's good to see that you're still holding after a year of your investment. No one can tell when is the next bull run, But it will be profitable for you if it will come since you have invested 2 BTC and you will be glad to yourself and see the result of you being patient for a long year. |

I see very small possibilities that Libra as a project will continue, as soon as Facebook made the announcement all the governments of the world immediately refused to let Facebook have their way and it is easy to understand why, if Facebook were to release its own coin then you will have billions of potential users of cryptocurrencies, even if there were very strict regulations it will be impossible to monitor everyone. And what it is even worse it will give all of those people access to this market, if Libra went live I will not be surprised if the market cap of bitcoin doubled in less than a month as such it was imperative that governments stopped Libra before it launched. I agree that it is somehow imperative for the governments to stop Libra at all cost before it is launched. Such project after all is too disruptive of the fiat system that it might really give more than just a tiny dent. And the actions of the governments are not really to protect the people from the project, it is to protect the current system to crumble down. If Facebook and all its partners will continue with the project, there will be more similar massive projects that will follow. And the governments cannot contain all of these. The result is still 50/50, as the situation of libra right now, it will be hard for them to make another step. If they somehow manage to create an alternative plan on this kind of situation they may be able to stand even if their partners drop out on their partnership, and even government can't stop them from making a progress. Further announcement should be release soon for this matter and if it is positive for the side of Libra, this may help for them to make a new action plan. |

The bounty campaign now is not too profitable as in 2017, and I think they cannot survive in the long bear market that still happens until now. But we don't know if, in one day, the bounty campaign will rise again because the possibility to reach their glory will still be there. The problem right now is so many people get scam from the previous project. They still thinking to invest in the project, and that makes the project cannot running as their plan. It is a hard situation for every project because they need to work in the unpredicted market while they still trying to convince the investor and people to join with them.
If we compare bounty when 2017-2018, there is really a big difference. We rarely become a victim of scam project. There's only a few bounty hunters where its rare to meet a 200-300 participant per campaign. These days, most bounty campaigns are scam and not profitable anymore, most of them are just making a money from their investors and wasting bounty hunters time. |

It can affect the bitcoin but in good terms. If the stock market crashes then the people who invested there especially the newbies will be in panic and they will withdraw their money from their stock investments and they will look for something better with a higher profit margin and that would be Bitcoin and if they will transfer from stock market into bitcoin then it will trigger a price pump for bitcoin.
There are two possible things to happen to bitcoin if stock market will crash. First thing is, its possible for the price of bitcoin to rise since investors will transfer their investment to bitcoin which can increase the demand and that will result to pump. Second thing is, it is also possible for bitcoin price to fall same as the stock market. Why? because investors will put their investment into safety where they avoid the market even in cryptocurrency, they will probably pull out their investment which will result for the fall of bitcoin price. |

I'll bet no one will pay any interest in joining here in my town, they are all thinking that bitcoin is just a scam and will not help their life. I know this because I already told them many times about bitcoin and they refuse to listen and bad mouth me about it. Reputation of bitcoin is really bad in some countries where it is known as a type of investment scam or pyramiding. Once they heard about it they start to avoid topics which is crypto related. Most of people around my place also think that bitcoin will not gonna have a future and its just a tool for illegal activities. Just checking with telegram channel group because there are many member of bounty and ICO investor, we know with scam bounty campaign or ICO investment with thousand respond about this campaign and ICO, many investor will said true about what his investment and have check with team, owner look real or fake, just check few hours you will know about bounty or ICO is scam or not.
You can also validate if the team is real maybe they are just using fake identities to gather investors. Nowadays checking for the popularity of the project is not enough just like before, you really have to see if the project itself is possible to conquer crypto world where they can be another crytpto that will be the topic of many crypto websites. |

Even bounty is not profitable like 1-2 years ago, but there are still several bounties that paid well but with efforts too.

With so many projects circulating around the market finding a good bounties is really difficult. The chance of getting decent profits is in question, since there's no clear assurance that the project will succeed and be listed inside exchange. Joining bounty as part of privilege if you find good one that have real usage and real developers that will continue the progress after being funded by early investors. It is really hard to find a decent bounty to join with, being part of a paying bounty campaign is just a miracle for most of us. I rarely participate in bounty campaign nowadays because I'm waiting for the time to come, just like before where we can freely choose a bounty campaign that will pay its participant with decent bounty and having a bounty campaign to successfully launched in an exchange. |

For now I have never used a hardware wallet. I am interested in the wallet, but I am not experienced in this. What if the hardware wallet is damaged, can the data still be retrieved? There are some ways to recover it, there's a tutorial you can watch from youtube but as far as I know not all the damaged or corrupted hardware wallet can be retrieve. All of the crypto in hardware wallet will be put to waste, that's why protecting your hardware wallet is necessary to protect what's inside. |

For me personally, the activeness of the team behind it is important because to see how active the project is to develop and attract investors to invest in it. We all have different perspective when looking for a bounty campaign. But in particular, most of bounty hunters are looking for a bounty campaign which has a good reputation, a good team and a goal to become successful when launching in the market. I just find out that some coins might start with very low volume and marketcap and end up growing big? true or false? i tracked back some old coins that start with trading volume around 6k and end up in millions, is this still possible today?
I think it all depends on the project developers themselves to always grow the coins they have launched. several types of coins that originally had low volumes can now reach millions of trading volumes, it is because the development team is always trying to grow the value of the coins themselves some projects that I know are the same as that. we know that when the project is finished selling, it takes time until the product is fully cooked, and can be used. this makes the beginning of trading does not have a large volume. however, when the product is truly utilized, I think the demand will increase, and experience a large increase in volume. That's right, it all depends on the type of project. however, I feel that when a team works very well, I think it can happen. We can see the growth of the project if it is already fully developed, where everything they need to be done is already polished. Those project can increase the price of their coin and its demand, it is still possible as long as the project is good and the developers wont stop to develop the project. |

Losing money is never a good thing, and people are busy and can make mistakes. This is a bit of a weird post but I am guessing your underlining message is that if you lose money, you will be 100x more careful in the future and never lose money again.
Just check addresses all the time, make sure it's the same coin and check the first and last 4 letters of an address and you should never need to lose money to learn this.
The OP's point is the more we lose the supply of bitcoin it is possible to increase its price. But it is actually not good to say that it is important to lose our money when it comes to sending funds to incorrect wallet. Money is not something to waste, we should be careful and not let something like this to happen. |
