This is going to be a difficult season for Chelsea. Not sure how to rate them right now. Also achieved a bad result in the CL. They are currently in 6th place, but not all have had top teams. They can easily move up the rankings, but the game is not good. Arsenal are doing well this season with just 1 loss and 5 wins. Arsenal have also played better and better in recent years, and it seems to have been that way from the start. I'm curious if they play against top teams like Man City how it will go. We haven't seen Arsenal in the CL for a long time unfortunately. Maybe this season?
When Chelsea failed to get signings early in the transfer window before the preseason games and I always knew it will be a problem when the league starts. It is expected by majority managers that before the resumption of the leagues transfers should be done early to give the manager time to connect with the team and get the players especially the incomings to understand the tactics and playing style before the preseason games which wasn't the case at Chelsea so I expected these problems to come. But in this case, actually Chelsea have brought in a lot of players I think for this season and indeed this is still one of the problems because the new players still can't understand the scheme that Chelsea is running. On the other hand their core players are mostly gone which makes it even more difficult for them but maybe with the arrival of Potter now it will be better than before because in the early games the scheme was not too bad for Chelsea. |

In four days there is a great game between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid in the league.

They can't beat them for three games as well. Atletico Madrid are still using the same game plan which Real Madrid are very familiar with. This game is a big candidate for Real Madrid to have their first point loss after winning all of their league games so far. I expect at least one goal from each side at the same time so both teams to score @1.71 might be a good choice for this one.
Now Atletico doesn't seem to me as dangerous as in the old days, they lost to Villarreal and drew with Sociedad, that is, with strong teams they lose points. Yes, it was away, maybe at home they will be more motivated, but still the opponent will be Real Madrid, which now beats everyone, no matter where. Real Madrid will score for sure, but can Atlytico Madrid score in this match? It's difficult for Atletico at the moment. It's relevant for me the start of the season is not bad but Liverpool is still a good standard even with 2 wins and 1 draw in the last 3 games for me it's still quite good even though the standings are in 7th place but I believe Liverpool can still rise in the UCL and EPL .
Whilst Liverpool will definitely get better as the games come, without mincing words it has been a very far from good start for Liverpool, i think they are five points behind City already, now imagine a situation were that gap widens, that prolly means Liverpool can forget about the title, so there is no question of that, Liverpool have started badly in the EPL. It has been them and City going hammer and tongs for the title for the past couple of seasons now, but if they don't improve, and fast, then it might be City and Arsenal, or some other team competing for the title this season. Now the conditions are much better than before I think regardless of how they are still very difficult to find to block the opponent's counterattack still at this time for the EPL their ranking is much better than before and that is something that is quite good for them. At least with this result Klopp is still quite safe even though the demands to continue to improve the team continue and indeed it must be done. |
