7801  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on sport = gambling? on: December 05, 2016, 08:55:14 AM
yes of course its the same and i agree with that because there is money inside the games and we know that. but for the chances to get winning is more big for betting on sport than gambling.
But in my experience there are lots of possibilities to win big even in other types of gambling. I mean to say I am able to win big in almost all types of gambling not just with sports betting. I am unable to differentiate sports betting from some other gambling types because I do see the risk levels and profit levels are same across these two.

Actually it depends upon the odds you choose on gambling but sportsbetting has same risk to other types of gambling, Best example for these scenario is when you set 50% winning percentage on dice site and choosing 2.0 odds on sportsbetting. If you analyze carefully you have both a chance to win on both game for 50/50 ratio, Because their have same win chance, They just differ on the methodology of winning process
I do agree bet on sports is same as gambling and the chance quite good to win it due to we already analyze the game and players, in the other hand another type of gambling like dice need more cautious and strategy to win even you set the odds and 50:50% chance, the results seems unpredictable and we can't say for sure it's provably fair as it's what the sites told you.
Sports betting is indeed a gambling since there is a money involve on such games.I agree with you it much better that those games does fully rely on luck like dice games and slot games. Being cautious and strategy wont work on dice games because results are fully random unlike on sports betting which we could able to increase the winning chance by analyzing a particular team.
7802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: if you watch a sports game that you bet? on: December 05, 2016, 08:06:59 AM
Many time whenever i see sports than i do bet, even many time i don't want to do betting but watching the television than automatically my heart beating is not my control and than i start to do bet. Because, i think sport made for betting, and for me, It is a good way for gain money and enjoyment.

Sports not made to bet but we people take advantage of those sports to bet and get different enjoyment than the actual one. I don't bet on all matches but if I bet on any match than mostly I will try to watch a match. I don't think it is easy to make a money from sports betting or any other gambling.
Sports is sports and people do only find new ways to make it more enjoyable and more thrilling and thats why they make bettings or putting up money and making some predictions on a particular match thats why its called on sports betting.Agree, its somehow boring when you try to bet a particular sport which arent in your interest but for the sake of money you will surely bet and this is true on some gamblers out there.
7803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can I use my small amount for GAMBLING? on: December 05, 2016, 06:43:05 AM
u will loose small amount, then best more then more then u quit or loose all u have Wink

gambling is only for people with tight nerves

Whether you got small bankroll or big bankroll the end result will be same. But with big bankroll you can play longer and if your smart enough can stop when you make some profit but if you continue gambling surely will lose back to casino houses. So gambling should be only for fun and entertainment.
Agree, results would really be the same and which is lossing money but there are really some advantages if you have bigger bank roll.Just live what you have said you could able to play longer and could able to maximize your betting style since you do have the power to stretch or minimize your bet size.It does really depend unlike on having small bankroll which really restricts you further movement related to bet size.
7804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you play Dice with Autobet? on: December 05, 2016, 05:51:41 AM
I never play dice with boots, because I think it is not interesting. I think playing dice with boots and manually same.
So I think it's better to play dice manually because it will be more attractive in my opinion.
I also rarely play dice so I do not need to use a bot when playing dice.
As I also never play dice gambling with Autobet, but it does not mean that It will not be interesting, I think every gambling game in which you are making money must be interested, I am not playing it because it is really looking to me more difficult to understand as compare to manual dice games.
lol are you serious using autobet is that difficult?
i don't think the autobet in dice hard to understand as it's pretty simple even for a newcomer like me
i do rare play dice as i have no passion in playing that game
but when i see the autobet in dice for the first time and try it out , i didn't find any problem in using it, i just think autobet help you to lost faster Cheesy
Maybe for people who do not know or are not interested in autobet will find it difficult, and it was reasonable in my opinion. I've tried autobet but I do not like it, I'm more comfortable playing manually. Although I rarely play dice, but every time I play dice manually it more interesting. Not only the dice, in any gambling I would have preferred to play manually and it was fun

Autobet is not appealing to me since i can't enjoy the game by using it and also it's so dangerous to rely on for that feature since many people losing huge money for using that,  thats why mostly at my play times i play manually so i can analyze the numbers of losses and bet huge if the right timing well occur although theirs no scientific explanation on that but still i will go to manual betting and for me it is can be called safe betting
Yes we are really the same, I prefer to gamble manually. You're right if we do it manually, we will be able to analyze and we can manage betting. We can control our own bets that betting on our control. I gamble for fun so it's better to play it manually because it was so much fun in my opinion. I guess someone who gamble dice using autobet they want to pursue profits Huh
Indeed and im believing the same thing too on which manual bettings could be the best way to enjoy gambling game because on automated betting its somehow boring and just watching for it compare on manual betting you could really able to manage your bets in your  control so when losing streak strikes  then you could able to get out to minimize lose compare on auto betting that will surely empty out your balance.
Yes, that is true. But it is in fact there are many people who gamble using autobet to play dice. I'm sure if someone gamble dice using their autobet type of people who gamble for profit. Because I'm sure they think will be able to get money easily with autobet. But was not a problem, because everyone has their own way of playing gambling and with its own purpose.
And the main purpose is gaining money or profits. Its either automated or manually played by a gambler.Profits would be profits and losses will be losses and some of them wont mind anymore about the enjoyment about playing it as long they are trying some strategies which is on automated then its their decision.Playing dice is fun from the start but in the long run you will really got bored and you will surely decide to play on auto.
7805  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you bet on "Sports" games that you don't know? on: December 04, 2016, 04:50:04 PM
I was wondering if you make bets on sports that you have no experience in?

lets say you have never watched boxing, or soccer even, would you still consider betting on these matches?
how will you do it then? random or will you use a tipster service?

I was thinking about getting into sports betting but the games are countless and i don't know which one to choose and i don't know anything about majority of sports.

I think betting without knowing the sports it's a waste of time, unless you get someone good telling you where to bet. Like using a tipster service.
There are a lot of tipster threads here, and we even have a tipster championship, so I guess that could be a good place to start.

I thought about buying tips, but the problem is that I never know if they are really good, so I could be losing money on the bets and on the service, so I guess that looking at that Tipster Championship would be really good, since you get to see their profit, and since it's a competition, they can't lie about it, or just show good results etc.
It would really be a waste of time hence you are betting on a sport which you dont have any idea its somehow a stupid decision and just like a blind betting. Tipster services are commonly used by most sports bettors out there even they dont know the particular game but they are eager to bet on it because of those tips. You are right we should not listen or fully rely on them unless if they are reputable enough.
7806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: December 04, 2016, 04:25:23 PM
It completely depends on what your goals are.

If you want to make money, the probability is much higher with investing rather than gabmling. You can control where you put your money and when you get it out. You get to pick the profitable spots.

With gambling, only do it if you want to have fun. Don't expect big profits or you will be kicking yourself later.
It would not depend since the goals are still the same and thats making money and thats normal because we are doing it  for the sake of money. Both things have the same risk on lossing up money but in investment you could really possibly lessen the risk if you handle it properly unlike on pure gambling you are just playing and risking your money in pure luck thats why we should treat it as an entertainment.
7807  Economy / Gambling / Re: I tried my luck again in yobit dice game..But ended to lose on: December 04, 2016, 02:52:49 PM
Yobit actually exchanger and they offering additionall game like dice to promote their site.
Since it pure concentrate on exchanger , I'm doubt playing dice on yobit

Their game layout doesn't look like professionally designed, and I don't feel comfortable play game on that site. They are quite popular for exchange services. But I didn't try even their exchange service because I have some other better options in my place. If anyone wants to play dice games then look for more professional sites like bitsler and primedice.
i never been playing dice at there but because dice game is not their primary feature maybe they do not optimizing the layout and more focus for exchange service however i was wondering whether there is any people could won with huge amount during playing dice on yobit because i was never heard about that before

Its an option not a feature and as you can see at there sig you can actually see that they are promoting the dice game and not their exchange thats why its stated that dice game in their is one big thing to their site, and we only knew the exchange since mostly people are there to do trades, but i dont see any good features on this site since they got bad rep on my eyes and i cannot really trust their fairness and support's performance.
Yobits support is the most worst among the worst and i can see that as the day goes by issues arent still solved by them on which really indicates that reputation and service is going bad and more people do have complaints on the site not only on the dice game but also to the trading platform deposits and withdrawals.
Regarding on dice game i could say only few people do play on that site.
7808  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC at $1,000 by Christmas? on: December 04, 2016, 12:57:26 PM
Well, no. If that so happens, then there will be a massive dumping next year, and the price will fall drastically. So I would prefer stable and steady increase in price and hope it reaches around $800 this Christmas. That would be more beneficial to bitcoin, in the long term.

I would prefer it to rise steadily and break $1000 barrier in the fall of 2017. This would help to avoid any huge dump in the market value of bitcoins, thus benefiting all users in the long term.
well, although not impossible, but I may disagree with what you say. bitcoin prices may not reach $ 1,000 at Christmas time. I further believe that the price of bitcoin will rise higher than the price of $ 900 at the beginning of 2017. Well, all possibilities can happen in 2017, and most likely, the price will reach $ 1,000 bitcoin
Its not really possible for bitcoin to reach up $1k on this year hence we are now on the 1st week of this last month of 2016 and Christmas is fast approaching and we can see on the bitcoins price its still on the $730-780 price and keeps falling and rising and reaching 1k is not  possible maybe next year same as you said. We should not  hope too much because it would not happen now this month.
7809  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do you know when a site tries to scam you? on: December 04, 2016, 08:39:26 AM
You just need to do some research before doing anything at a site. Check the site if it has some malware, search their company name and ask felow Botcoiners if they used the site or do they think that the site is legit or a scam. Investment sites are mostky scams, so I would not even try to use them at all.
Making some research before you invest is really a good step so that you wont be easily scammed by a certain investments. If you saw that the rates or returns of investment are too good to be true then you should think first because these kind of sites are actually scams and just keep promising good words to their potential investors so that they could invest on the site.
7810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: December 03, 2016, 04:55:10 AM
a person can become addicted to gambling in my opinion because he had experienced a victory quite a lot of gambling until he returned gamble tomorrow to make a profit as it does today
Well this is how one starts down the road into gambling and once they go down that path it is very difficult to come back from that if gone to far.
This is what I believe anyways. Undecided
Yeah, winnings could be the reason why people come back to gambling again and again, but it's rarely happening for new comers.
Another reason might because people enjoyed play the game or bet which felt of adrenaline rush waiting for the results even if they loss and try next time.
Most common reason is money thats why people keeps coming back but we all know its not actually expected regarding on the results because there are lots of lossers compared to winners. Addiction will surely comeout when you do play on excessive hours on any day and you put up already huge amounts just to play. Adrenaline rush is possible on doing gambling.
7811  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling crying thread on: December 03, 2016, 03:45:55 AM
I've already tried gambling and also lost some of my bitcoin, but not that big amount of bitcoin like the other's lost. If I'm not wrong I'm just always risking my 0.0035 bitcoin on gambling because I know that I will lose no matter what because it is the house that we are competing, right?. I've lost so many times, but I didn't cry though, I did quit on gambling right away after I realized that it would not bring any fortune in my life but just full of bad luck.
small amount doesn't means that you are okay losing it every time you play because if you combined them you will be realizing how big you lose and how painful it is i know losing is always part of gambling and there's always a risk when we are playing, you are lucky since you already realize that gambling is not your forte so better to keep away unless you want to cry if you realize everything.

Your right, nowadays collecting bitcoin is have high level, because bitcoin have more valuable, become mainstream.
So have a small amount but you can't afford to lose you must be crying, otherwise looks like he's afford to lose with these amount.
Realized early gambling would not bring any fortune is good, you've been learned. basically gambling is just for fun.
People who plays casually and people that are real gamblers do really differ on their betting habits some may cry or even depressed if they lose a particular amount but still for some its just a dust on their bettings thats why theres no precise lose here but well we are sharing the same though on which is lossing on gambling and you are right we should really treat it for fun and not for making money.
7812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: if you watch a sports game that you bet? on: December 03, 2016, 02:37:25 AM
Do you watch a team that you bet while playing? or you better not watch for fear of later when the team. if I personally see the team but if the team is starting to look to lose I will turn off my television
Those feelings of yours are commonly feel by most gamblers who do play on sports.Like me either big or small bets i do really watch the games if i do have a time and if im not busy. This is what i like on sports betting because you could really able to witness live on the results of a particular game. Thrill and excitement is there. When my team losses and the score is too far away then i just stop watching and accept lose.
7813  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tell us How You bet On Dice on: December 01, 2016, 01:23:29 PM
if I was playing dice, I just bet according to my instincts. Well, although I always think first before placing a bet. Sometimes, I also see the opportunities that exist, because there is always a strong feeling when you'll win if the bet on a certain place. odds that I normally use is 1-2.xx  Cheesy
If you are depending on your instincts you will lose, you don't even analyzing the game or mechanics on how you can really make good profit not only for betting but you need to take a good opportunity to know and gain experience in dice game. If you win in first round expect that the next round will be lose Tongue

What you replied is wrong because 90% of time your instinct will tell you right if you use brain and play in dice then most of time you will be in loss, and their are so many time that continuous you will win so their is no confirmation of if you win first round means next round you will lose, their may be chances that you can win more then four or five rounds. No one can guess the correct result of next round but 90% of time your instinct will give you correct result
I dont agree with you since instincts doesnt works all the time. We could able to tell that always because we are betting always regarding on our instincts some may give you win and some may give you lose. Its all the same, so this means that theres no exact method would really work on playing dice because its just fully rely on luck and doesnt really depend on any so-called methods and techniques.
7814  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitminer.io real or scam? on: December 01, 2016, 01:00:42 PM
I have good experience with this service. I have used it for a while. The upgrades make sense and are well priced as well as affordable for less wealthy people, too. However, I advise you to consider the opinions above me. Probably, I was just lucky in the past and I do not use the service anymore.

yeah probably you were just lucky that time because as of now it seems some people are complaining that they haven't received any payouts and it's still pending. so I guess that bitminer.io scam has already occurring right now and I wondering how many people tried this scam or if they are still expecting anything from it.
I think bitminer.io is a scam because I have withdrawn in bitminer.io but until now I not yet get payment. I get 0.005 BTC and after withdraw I didn't payment. I believe bitminer.io is a scam and I am victim.

you didn't receive a payment from them so it means it already a scam that is the common thing from that kind of investment when they reached enough number of people and funds that they are looking for all withdrawal will become pending. this should be a lesson for you if you don't want this to happen again do not put any amount of your coin to the ponzi like this.
I really dont know whats the reason why some people keep on investing on this ponzi sites which they already know that it would surely waste off their money. Too good to be true profits are just total scams because no thing on this world could able to generate you money on that particular time.Even on offline no one could able to give you that.If they dont pay for a day then its already a scam.
7815  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I wanted to talk with Satoshi Nakamoto on: December 01, 2016, 10:39:46 AM
Dear Mr. Satoshi I wanted to talk with you privately,
A pleasure to meet you.
I wanted to talk with you Mr. Satoshi.

Please don't ignore this message Sir, please send me Private message.

I had a friend whose name satoshi you want to talk with him  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy , did you know that many in this world who has a name like that.
I once read a article "Bitcoin was first discovered in 2009 by a hacker with the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto" . maybe satoshi just a pseudonym
I think its his own name for sure because every inventor or creator will surely put their name on their masterpiece but the big question is satoshis appearance because hes anonymous same as bitcoin thats why its really impossible for us to talk with him face to face and if that happens then for sure government will be full alert especially to those countries who sees bitcoin as a threat.
7816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Europe wants to ban blockchain technology? on: November 30, 2016, 04:18:59 AM
As it seems that quite a few haven't actually read the article (or did and are blinded by some sort of vendetta against the EU), I'll clue in anyone still reading in: they aren't planning to ban blockchain technology.

Quote
When confronted with a financial innovation, a regulator can roughly take one of three approaches,” he explained.

The first approach, which Armstrong called the “restrictive approach” is to ban or restrict products and processes based on blockchain technology.
This being any financial innovation. They are simply listing the ways they approach any changes in the financial world.

Quote
However, Armstrong confirmed that ESMA is not considering this first approach. “We can rule out the first restrictive approach,” he said, citing that the authority does not see blockchains posing risk to its three objectives; stability, protection and integrity.

This thread (and especially it's title) is simple fear mongering, even more so than the article. The chances of anything happening to Bitcoin in relations to EU bans and/or regulations is minuscule, especially considering the current political, societal and to some extent economic situation of the European Union.

I agree. The thread title is nothing but fear mongering. If people actually read the article, they wil find that the speaker indicated three possible approaches, one of which was banning blockchain technology, which was promptly dismissed. .It must be said thought that the article itself is fear mongering also with the following in bold:

Quote
Do you think ESMA will exercise its power to ban blockchain tech? Let us know in the comments section below.
To those words youve said it gives me a relief though that this news regarding on banning blockchain is dismissed since i cant really believe at first  that banning blockchain is possible in any way.If its dismissed already then it means they cant really do it and thats a good news because theres no threat already on bitcoins adoption on some places on the world.

7818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Alert The Billion Coin - Ponzi Scheme on: November 29, 2016, 09:37:38 AM
Once the opportunity knocks in, do not let it out without having it once in a while. You might regret it if you fail, but you can be change in a fact that you are not just initiating false thoughts once you almost done to it with great success. Risk is everywhere! but it requires RISK to make you become successful.

TBC-TheBillionCoin is a risk, not anyone of us in this world know what we don't know right?
It is just all clue and signs that can be given once in for all that can be proven to become possible.
And the FACT? it was done on the first creation! Think a lot! History repeat itself without the full feature as we can see like the other one, but it has the more complex and useful than the old one.

Do not let anyone holds you back to not to step on the edge of the cliff that you can see the most beautiful view above on that edge. You might fall, but better to fall than never seen it.

TL,DR: I really need to dump this shitcoin but there's no buyers.
You cant dump it easily on its current price because its high already and no one would intend to buy that hence its just a pure mlm ponzi coin and just a total a waste of money but if you like to dispose them all then sell it on a very low low price it might be sold. The price of tbc as of today is already high.
7819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many money did you spent in gambling in a day? on: November 28, 2016, 05:11:12 PM
The most I've ever done was 500 dollars in a single bet, but that's because I felt like it was relatively safe and was only trying to roll over a deposit bonus on a sportbook site. I would never gamble that much on something like roulette or blackjack.
$500 on a single bit is insane which is too big an amount on my side.I could really say that you are a true gambler since you could able to place bets like that big. I agree with you its better to bet it on sports betting because on this field you could somehow assure your bet is on the safe side compared to those games which do really rely on luck which is very risky and that $500 will be vanished in an instant.
7820  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How to make 1 bitcoin in a month or 2? on: November 27, 2016, 11:01:53 AM
The most people that does use this forum, as well try get an income online hasnt several skills, those which has they sell their services, but the regular earner doesnt have those option, for us we can try and there is no easy way to achieve or get near those, for we be able to make such income we need to put our bitcoins at risk, can be trading, sports bets or forex, gambling inst a way atleast not for me, dice and slots games.

To get one Bitcoin a month wont actually be a problem for someone who already has like 30btc because I have seen someone wager as much as that in a gambling site so dont let us see 1 Btc as a mountain that cannot be achieved. I agree that it will be difficult to gather for some just coming into Bitcoin and want to earn it including me myself too. But its achievable with the right combinations as suggested by OP  above...
If you have an important amount of capital then making 1 or 2 BTC a month is not really that hard if you also have skills in trading, but I think is a mistake to try to get that amount by gambling since your chances of winning are very low.
Making money throughout gambling is not really a good idea, it may give you fast and big amounts but the assureness and guaratee isnt their always because you will eventually lose up those money or capital you have put in. 1 bitcoin is not easy to find and earn unless you made some good investments but realying on gambling wouldnt work in any way. Trading is much better choice.

This is just applicable to those people who are owning gambling sites and to those who have very high bankroll. But if you are just a normal person that aims and hopes that you will win and earn that amount with gambling then that is very impossible to happen. As gambling profits is not stable and most of the time percentage of losing is higher.
Indeed. This kind of earning could only be achieved by those people who have big bankrolls and big investments.Playing gambling will surely eat up your money instead of gaining it.If OP dont have  money to invest and tend to lend 2 hours per day then the best way is do freelancing jobs which accumulates or consumes only those time because this is the possible way that i could think.
