7821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto analyst who nailed ethereum's climb to $3,400 says $10,000 is next on: May 08, 2021, 10:11:02 PM
That will always be the case. Eth is now $3,800.
And as the price surpasses new walls, analysts or any expert that they call in the market, tend to give numbers that are high and based on the feelings that they feel.
That will make them predict high prices such as given for Ethereum which is no doubt reachable if the trend continues.
7822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull market is back? BTC is 57k on: May 08, 2021, 09:46:57 PM
I think bull run on btc is already done when it dumped to $55k and because of it, the market started the alt coin season wherein the top alts are showing a really great trend and pattern.
Not yet. It even dumped to $42k and there were already thoughts that it has ended but it didn't and came back to $55k and now $57k.
If the market is still bullish, it will not easily dump, it always recovers if it will dump, but when correction comes, we will be in the bear season. Looks like now it's very volatile, bitcoin heading now to $60k and it's crucial if it can break the walls and make a new ATH again. The dominance rate of bitcoin has dropped, its altcoins season already, but bitcoin still has room for an increase at it always have, but the more bitcoin will pump, people will eventually shift to bitcoin again leaving the altcoins to dump.
It won't.
Just look to the price of bitcoin. If you have seen it by just now, the price looks good again at $59,000 and that's why it's not yet ending, the bull run.
It's only not those top altcoins that are pumping but also the king of this market.
7824  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Trading o Investment sa Crypto on: May 08, 2021, 05:05:34 PM

Edi mas baleng mag trading nalang ako hehe. Saan po kaya mas maganda sa Dalawa? Roll Eyes
7825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do I need to pay Tax on my Crypto Gambling Winnings? A guide on: May 07, 2021, 08:35:53 PM
Yes, that is right. It is the physical casino.

If we won a lot of money, maybe the tax can be 10%-15% from all of the total money we want to withdraw and I think that still a lot of money that we can get. So that will not be a problem for us if we're going to cash out the money.
That's still a lot of money honestly if you're winning big in physical or online casinos. But the tax varies from the jurisdiction of the country you're living in about gambling tax.
As long as we still get the biggest money from the withdrawal, I think that is enough for us because we do not use too big money to gamble and win for some money. But that will be different if we use big money to gamble, and we already have an experience of losing that money, but after a while, we can win so much money. Maybe that still a big winning for us. But we need to check on how big the taxes will apply to our win money.
Yes, you even have no choice if it's mandatory. As long as you're getting those huge wins, it won't hurt you if there are some deductions.

But no matter what it is, if that money is sent into our bank account and that is a lot of money, the authorities can ask us and investigate where the money comes from. If that money comes from a gambling place while gambling is prohibited in our country, they can get the money and investigate further.
AFAIK, they're stricter if the money comes from gambling or that was just an overheard statement and banks won't care if it's coming from a direct deposit from a casino.
Stricter or not, that will depend on the government regulations on each country. Maybe in some country that allows gambling, they will use a strict regulation while in the other country which does not have regulations for people who play online gambling do not use tax for them.
I know that there really are countries that are not strict because they're into the gambling industry but I guess they're only few.
7826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull market is back? BTC is 57k on: May 07, 2021, 07:47:36 PM
If it will be stable at $57k, that would be a good position for bitcoin of staying there but I doubt that it will be staying there for a long time. It's always as volatile as it is and won't really that have time to stay there.
Probably it is struggling to get back at its last ATH but it will be back there anytime soon.
In fact, with bitcoin being stable, it is good for bitcoin itself to move forward, the most important thing is to provide altcoins to develop and it is evident that with the stability of bitcoin, many renewable ATHs have been formed from altcoins at this time and of course will excite the bounty.

for bitcoin itself at the current price is to prepare itself for a move to increase again, there may even be an attempt to break through $ 75K which is a crucial number that bitcoin has not been able to penetrate, once it can be penetrated there will be a better movement from bitcoin.
It's always ready to move up to the next ATH and to get back to $60k. Well, it has to break first the last ATH that it made before it goes to $75k and it should be another time to celebrate if it goes $70k.

7827  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: buying bitcoin and the seeming impossibility of keeping anonymous on: May 07, 2021, 07:04:43 PM
You look for those accredited retailers of those hardware wallets, contact them and pay them in cash or visit their shop. They don't need to know who you are if you want a receipt, you can request them what to put or just the sales information and the date of purchase.
7828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if Bitcoin hits $1m in the future? on: May 07, 2021, 06:11:35 PM
As long as transaction fees don't hurt our pockets I will keep using bitcoin even when it hits a million dollars.

But should fees be crazy high, I might just be forced to stick to altcoins which I expect to also ride bitcoins wave to see some price gains.
By that time, the fees won't change if the denomination is in satoshis per byte but if you'll estimate it in dollars, probably it's really going to be high.
But that won't really matter even if the fees would pop by that time as long as the price would be a million-dollar per bitcoin.  Tongue
I'd be willing to pay for the highest priority for each transaction if that hits that dream of everyone as an ATH.
7829  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Scalping even viable in Cryptocurrencies? on: May 07, 2021, 05:40:48 PM
Well I think day traders are mainly scalpers because there don't stay long in the market, there jump in make some profit and there are out, to scalp you need knowledge of technical analysis so as to know when to jump in and out and also too be much more profitable you need a large capital so any slight movement fetches you a good profit, on scalping you need to be present watching the price movements so as to be able to execute trades as well but for me I prefer swing trade to scalping, because scalping requires time and focus and me on the other hand got a lot of things to do.
It's very important that a trader that does scalping is active in the market and watches it from time to time. And you're right that day traders are also scalp traders because they're trading to make profits from day to day or even from hour to hour.
That's their strategy and if they've been doing that for a long time, they're really good traders and experienced.
7830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An obvious rigging of Sports. on: May 07, 2021, 04:42:45 PM
I am not sure if they were paid so by the Yellow team so that they would lose.
When something like that happens and their acts are obvious, there's only one thing that you can think of. They've sold the game, it's either to their opponent or those huge bettors in bookies.

They sold it, but since it's so obvious, it didn't help them after all because the game was stopped and no betting result happen, it resulted to a push in betting sites and they don't benefit of this rig game, instead they face a serious problem when they go investigated.
While them facing the charges, those people who are behind it will just disappear for a while and make things cool. And when things are back and cool.
They're going to comeback and those players that became their front would face sanctions, while them, they're roaming freely.
7831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to $1k? on: May 07, 2021, 03:49:28 PM
Everyone's wish if the coins they own go up in price including BNB if it reaches $ 1000 will definitely be very happy but the time it will take will be very long for the next few years, except for a large community that can raise it quickly.
It might take another year for BNB to reach $1k just to be sure but in this bull run, you expect things to happen quickly, and just like how did it reach $600+.
Then, that's likely to happen as it reaches $1k anytime soon. That's very common in cryptocurrencies whenever you think of the pumps that happened.
7832  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An obvious rigging of Sports. on: May 07, 2021, 10:59:18 AM
I just remembered watching the match again for some dose of cringe. I really am dismayed by the performance of the Gray team (Siquijor Mystics). Imagine, never in the video did I see free throws actually went into the basket.
That's the obvious and funny part, their intention is really to miss those free throws. Even Shaquille who's not really good in free throws can have those chances to even at least 1 or 2 shoots but with them, they've missed most of those.

I am not sure if they were paid so by the Yellow team so that they would lose.
When something like that happens and their acts are obvious, there's only one thing that you can think of. They've sold the game, it's either to their opponent or those huge bettors in bookies.
7833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What projects do you have under your eye? on: May 07, 2021, 10:06:13 AM
Can't look at the new projects, most of those that are pumping recently are the ones that have been established and has volume already. It is hard to bet on those new projects and will have the same growth as those coins that pump a lot.

I believe it's time to invest in low marketcap coins because they will have good value soon, for example look what's happening with Ethereum Classic, I'm even looking into more smaller projects like Zclassic, Dero, electroneumX, BitcoinZ, litecoinZ, this LitecoinZ did 300% gain yesterday lol
Good luck with the choices if some of them goes 300% within  the day, it's a sign for you to sell it immediately.
7834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL Strategy - Exchange Coins on: May 07, 2021, 07:36:38 AM
I have the same thoughts about BNB, It is still not at its peak if we based on the potential of the Exchange and the actual usage of it. I just regret not bagging up BNB on its accumulation period. BNB could suffer some correction from time to time now but I believe that in the future it will go skyrocket.
Many have been regretting that we didn't bag BNB when it was very cheap before. It has risen a lot within a short period of time just after bitcoin's surge in its price.

I am holding some BNB in my wallet for actual usage and also waiting for the dips to buy some.
I would do it also but I think the price is quite high already even if it dips.
7835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is no one talking about shorting alts? on: May 07, 2021, 07:10:47 AM
That is a fact that won't be considered by many investors because they're already in and bought at the top. While the hype is going on with Elon's continuous tweets and awaited tweeting episodes.
They won't think about the scenario that "everything goes up must come down".
7836  Other / Archival / Re: Everyone is following the same strategy on: May 07, 2021, 06:34:35 AM
If that strategy of doing the same as others is effective, why wouldn't we keep doing it? But as for me, I have my own strategy. If I want to sell, I will have no doubt to sell.
And if I'm going to buy, no matter what the prices are, I'll not care about it and will buy for myself.

Strategy are pure luck to be honest.
It can make your life hell anytime from heaven.
And i am glad to know that your strategy working till now and giving you profits all the time.

But generally i just buy the coins when some popular crypto influencer give signals about the coin.
Or just check the twitter with that coin’s hashtag. And if more people recommend to buy it with a good graph, then i just purchase it.

Wish you goodluck OP.
My strategy works perfectly for me although there are more times that I regret that I sell earlier but still I got the profit. If that strategy of works for you about getting some signal with those crypto influencers, it's all up to you.
But I'm mostly avoiding that type of strategy because FOMO is being built on that.
7837  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any (relatively) new altcoin for investment? High procentual increase! on: May 07, 2021, 05:10:25 AM
You have to spend your time and DYOR. Nothing comes easy with those experiences that we had before. Those promising coins can be said as promising by any stranger but in reality, it's just all words without any research. Start your research from this link.

7838  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: May 07, 2021, 01:44:07 AM
There's not specific date yet, but I believe it will be soon.
Yes, no specific date yet but the way the development is going, it looks like it could happen anytime soon, if not this month it will probably be next month. They are working on it, we can expect a positive result from their effort. The first step, get a go signal from IATF, then everything will follow.
Let's leave the schedule on a surprise so that it won't look like we're waiting forever for the date. But, it's a sure thing that it will come anytime.
This is just the feeling when we're excited to see the league back in action in these hard times.
We were already excited from the very start of the year, we expect a regular set up and yet it looks like we still end up with another bubble. At least we started early this year, not bad at all as we might witness two conferences which are better than the previous year.

Just be patient, I'm sure PBA is doing everything to start the season.
Well, things have changed and the set date wasn't able to follow because of the situation and that's very understandable. They know how excited we are so they are.
There's no doubt that they're doing everything to make this setup happen and we guess that we're having the season into another bubble setup.

Nag follow up ulit ako kahapon ng pangatlong follow up ko. Sana mapansin nyo itong message ko.

Maraming salamat!

I hope that those accounts there promoting XUM sa coins.ph poll is mga shillers lang.
