7841  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: RVN (Ravencoin) going UP crazy (+150% in 10 days)! Dont know what to do now... on: October 23, 2018, 07:22:55 AM
Why do you think people will dump it? They just want to reserv some asset names as web domains and sell them later? So there is no real good use for RVN in the future?
It is always normal for an overbought market to be sold and then this is where you get to see a correction to some extent. The problem with a lot of people is that they tend to not understand how to allow market develop, monitor trend and movement, before either buying or selling a market.

Moreover, you have sold during the run, and you have made some profit, live with that, and do not rush into FOMO as the market is always bound to reverse in most cases to the downside, but in this case, you want to be taking a look at the price actions and if you really do not know how to take note of some of these things, I wonder why you are trading then in the first place without knowledge of what to always do.
7842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sia coin price rising before hard fork on: October 23, 2018, 05:50:27 AM
since enthusiasm people about their news
the price consistently stable at 90-100 ++ before hard fork.
A lot of people always love the idea of speculating for no reason. If the market wants to rise, it will rise before or after the hard fork. The thing now is that no one can actually tell how things would turn out and the likelihood of seeing huge bounce before a fork is there, but have you considered what happens after? It is understandable to see people buying in with respect to the fork anyway, but as time goes on, we will most definitely get to see what happens and if peradventure, we get to see a pretty good rise, well, it is still not a bad thing for most of us that have been holding the dips all along.

No one can actually tell exactly how far the Siacoin market would go before then, but really, I would not be surprised to see some pretty huge rise anyway, and most especially if the condition of the market favors it. Whichever way, I guess the only thing we can do now is to see the way the market would be moving in the short term before then, and possibly a dump after the fork as the case may be, but for what it is worth, it is still a good hold for one of the coins with great potentials in the long run.
7843  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's celebrate 10 years of Bitcoin!!! WHO IS SATOSHI?? Speculate on: October 22, 2018, 07:05:34 PM
We are coming up to 10 years since "Satoshi Nakamoto" published "Bitcoin - A Peer-to-peer Electronic Cash System"

Let us pay our respects by speculating who he is... Go for it!
I still can't believe how lucky we are to have this crypto currency world in our lives. Some people have lost money because they were investing at the wrong time and I am really sorry about that but in general if you look at the fact that bitcoin was introduced as electronic money instead of "investment option for you to make more fiat" than you can see that the ones who use bitcoin as a payment option instead of investment option are the ones who always win.

I am really grateful for satoshi to give us this amazing new currency that became global and helped us connect to each other in a massive economic scale and ever since he started all of this we have been really a big huge nation together and even doing much better than most others. We are still dealing with somet troubles but 10 years is so new, hopefully many more decades to come!
7844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Might Be Used for payment in Tokyo Olympics in 2020 on: October 22, 2018, 06:26:49 PM
2020 seems like it will be a big year for bitcoin and cryptocurrency. With the halving and the upcoming ETF decisions and improvements that keep saying "180 million dollar was sent for 5 cents" type of stuff and now this, we are going to have a really bright future. The longer we wait and hold the better crypto gets.

If we actually manage to wait out a bit more the next 2 years will be amazing for all of us, it will create a huge wave of new interested people and we will become probably more than a trillion dollars in market cap easily and possible even reach to 2 trillion dollars in market cap which would be a great threshold. All we need is time and hope that all these amazing news actually have the reaction on the price as we hope it should. If it does, we are going to be doing amazing in 2 years, if not, well I don't know about that part but I hope it won't be too bad.
7845  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear time is near to end on: October 22, 2018, 05:56:21 PM
Even though we can't really ever know what the market will do and if the bear is over or bull is coming I still kind of agree with this sentiment. First of all I agree because we haven't been in a bear market for over 5 months now, bear market means the prices going down and for the past 5 months the prices haven't fallen down, it has stayed the same and even increased a bit time to time but never really fell down.

It means "bear market" is already over to me. Second reason is that after a bear market when a stagnant market comes than usually a bull market follows, it rarely ever goes from bear to stable to bear, it almost always goes bear to stable to bull. Which tells me that the prices must go up for the next movement whenever that is. I am optimist about the future of bitcoin, I feel like it will be at least x5 by 2020.

Thank me later : 2019 will be one of the best years bitcoin's life Wink.
7846  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the best exchange for Trading on: October 22, 2018, 09:09:55 AM
I think that a very good and good exchange place is a place of exchange that has a very high security and has a very high trading volume because if you trade in a place like that it will generate a lot of profits because the very fast price movements will provide benefits for you. binance is the best place I have used for now.
As long as the exchange is reputable, has good reviews, have a fantastic customer support and give you some pretty good features when it comes to getting the best from trading, then I must say you are game.

There are so many exchanges though in this category and I always advise people to spread their tentacles by utilizing different exchanges to at least spread risks and with API, you do not have to be logging into each exchange before you make a trade. Bittrex, Binance, Bitstamp, Kucoin and so many other exchanges are pretty good as long as they have the market you want to be trading on them.
It all depends on what you want and where you live. If you want to trade on hundreds of coins than I would suggest binance because it is the biggest exchange that allows that type of trading and it has proved that it is a greatly secured trustworthy website that you can use without a worry, there you can buy and sell any coin you want and honestly if the coin you want to trade is not there it is probably not a big important coin anyway.

If you want to trade from fiat to crypto or vice versa I could suggest coinbase for Americans, it is one of the known ones in fiat to crypto exchange world and it has been the unicorn of crypto world in silicon valley even opened a new office in Ireland probably for tax reasons. However if you are not from USA I am pretty sure you have a website in your country that allows you to sell bitcoin easily to your own fiat and even if not you can use localbitcoin to exchange.
7847  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is the best time period in a day for Crypto trading??? on: October 22, 2018, 08:35:09 AM
Which is the best time period in a day for Crypto trading, where more traders participate in trading??
I prefer during the day, because when you do something at around afternoon hours you are getting a risk, you are betting that when everyone comes from their work you are going to see a rise in the trade. Of course, this is for my own countries national exchange, it is purely fiat to crypto and doesn't really work out on places like binance where you can trade hundreds of coins and everyone around the world can also use which would result with all kinds of time zones.

Since, I do this on my own national currency it is much easier, I just buy at around afternoon and when people comeback home they either buy as well which will make me profit or they will sell which will make me lose. It is a bet you have to really care about and know for sure or at least hope it would. I do not think it has any backing, I just made this up but it has worked more than not.
7848  Economy / Speculation / Re: What factors cause the fall in price of Bitcoin? on: October 21, 2018, 03:43:00 PM
Panic selling is what draws the price of Bitcoin so down to the drain. Any event which leads to panic selling of Bitcoin can be considered as a contributing factor. The news of a hacked exchange site, false news from governments, banks and the media, a Bitcoin advocate country later banning Bitcoins etc. All these factors contribute to the fall in price of Bitcoin on the market.
Whales are the biggest cause. The price falls down when more people sell than the number of people who buy.
For that to happen we need to have couple stuff, when for example whales buy shorts they need the price to go down which means we will have the price going down from all the pressure sell from whales.

Another one is miners, miners do sell their coins to cover the expenses and frankly just take more profit however if they stopped selling the price would go up. This is the reason why people believe during 2020 halving the price will be really high because miners will not be making that much money. Basically if the sellers have a reason to sell than the price will go down, if we can keep the sellers from selling for a reason than we can get the price higher.
7849  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dump USDT before it dumps you on: October 21, 2018, 03:12:27 PM
I have always defended that the token should have not been used for so long. I think tether was printed out of thin air and spent on buying coins creating a false pump and than was sold by people to create a cushion for them to fall back down to with their printed tether.

What is the purpose of it when we are trying to run away from the central banks that print money out of thin air and make certain people richer, tether is absolutely the same.

There is no logic that we can accept the fact that we are using bitcoin because it is decentralized and running away from the fiat currency where only some people become rich whereas we will create our own USDT that makes couple people rich from printing it ? That is stupid and I am really glad people are getting out of tether and moving back to bitcoin for their exchanges.
7850  Economy / Economics / Re: Be Creative and Earn on: October 21, 2018, 07:38:56 AM
You're right, so many people want to make money, but they themselves are lazy to do it. sometimes they are passionate, but don't know what to do. well, after reading a few articles, I came to know so many ways to make money, not even from crypto, but from other places. Well, all that is needed is skill and intelligence. if you don't have that, then you have to train it.
The thing with this world that we are in today is that people are too lazy mentally, emotionally, and every -ally you can think of.

It is still the same thing we are seeing even in the crypto space today as people want to get rich but they do not want to work, they do not want to learn and they do not want to know. That is something pretty bad.

Money don't just drop from the sky, people need to learn to be creative. Sometimes, all you need is just to create something, and you will be amazed as how that little thing can bring about some good stuff for you. But like I said, people are too lazy to do that, which is the reason why we have few rich ones anyway.
7851  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there any chance of having one global currency? on: October 21, 2018, 07:07:36 AM
Could you see a future wherein the entire world shares one global currency, be it fiat or crypto? If I think it in a scifi kind of way, it would most probably be some digital currency that could all just use. It doesn't even have to be in this century. Maybe the next?

Isn't USD shared and used globally? I think that's how things work, coexist not phaseout everything. I don't believe even next century or next generation that world will have only one currency coz that would mean world domination and supremacy of whatever countries currency maybe. Perfect example of what I'm saying is with Euro, it's supposed to be use by all European country but GB refuse not to use English Pound (for many reason) that cause Brexit. So there's really no way there will only be one currency like it's impossible to speak just one language or believe in one ideology.
If it is about usage, even bitcoin as it is now is already being used globally as long as it is not only limited to one country alone. I am sure what the OP is trying to point out is having a single unified currency that everyone in the whole world is making use of without an alternative. That is one thing I believe it would be hard to come by as far as I am concerned.

Just like you said in the last sentence, when we do not even speak the same language globally, a lot of countries are independent of each other and can make their own decisions, I wonder how that would really work out to come together to have something in common such as a unified currency.
7852  Economy / Economics / Re: current situation of cryptocurrency for 2018 on: October 20, 2018, 06:37:47 AM
this should not be the worst value for bitcoin and also the crypto market. because 3 years even 5 years before the price of bitcoin and other crypto was not as high as this. and then in a few years later they can go up. that means there is still a big chance for bitcoin to go back up.
It is not even the worst value at all. People tend to say whatever they simply want to say just because they have some level of thinking with which they are looking for ways to get rich fast and does not even understand how a market works in most cases.

One thing they do not understand is that this is not the first time there would be a huge market correction after being over sold, and this would not be the last time, and in fact as old as stock market is, correction is still ongoing, so what makes the cryptocurrency market any different.

Yes, not everyone understands that since we have a lot of novice in the market, but at least people should know the essence here is to be picking the bottom, because the same way that a bull market usually do not last before a correction is the same way a bear market will always switch back to an uptrend at some point.
7853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cool Project Needs Community Feedback on: October 19, 2018, 12:36:41 PM
Spectrecoin has been really trying hard to make a name for itself in the privacy coin market, there has been some stuff like monero that has been in the market for a long time and they have been making a killing from it however spectre has been too idle for too long which caused the price to drop a lot and the volume to be really low.

More or less, right now with the newsletter they stated they will be working towards hiring a development team and a marketing agency, with the upcoming new features and new improvements plus the marketing agency getting their names heard I am really hoping it to go up.

Plus, gvt has been staying high for a while now, it was just 8k satoshi recently and now it is around 19k levels and even with the recent bitcoin increase where almost all coins dropped in price GVT stayed high which tells great thinks for an altcoin.
7854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't wait big investor, We are investor on: October 19, 2018, 11:34:29 AM
Even more different investors will come to the crypto market if cryptocurrencies are approved by the governments of various countries. Or at least the governments will give a signal that this will happen in the future. Then new big investments will quickly come to the market.
For what it is worth and the way things are going now, I would not be surprised at the way things are beginning to change pretty fast which makes me believe that the possibility of seeing those era pop in is there.

We have been seeing news lately about the ETF, the idea behind Bakkt and so many more, shows the fact that the big institutions want to have a huge part to play in this space, and once you see the market becoming a regulated environment in which investors feel the ease to want to invest, the more you will understand that growth is something definite and why you will want to invest no matter how little you think you are investing now.
7855  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETh will hit $1000 end of this year on: October 19, 2018, 09:27:13 AM
i hope its happen, so many trader and investor is holding bitcoin and altcoin and waiting for massive bullrun. when its happen?watch 26th October, next week.
Alot of people are actually expecting some optimistic move before the end of the year, and probably, we may end up getting to see some possible move upward with a lot of it depending on how bitcoin gets to move anyway. Most of the markets are consolidating at the moment, and what we are all waiting for is to see how things would pan out before the year runs out. I am optimistic, a lot of traders and investors are optimistic, but we only need the bulls to really make some statement at this point in time now and then we will very much see participation in the market.

It is easy to do if a huge end of the year rally is there in the market. Even if it happens early next year, it is still going to be fine.
Well, the likelihood of having a huge rally for altcoins may be there, but I am not sure if this is something we may get to see with bitcoin. I may be wrong, but at this point, all I just want to see is to see bitcoin break out upward as this would give the altcoins chance to breathe and do well in the market as we keep seeing a huge growth in a whole lot of them. How far they get is only something we will just have to wait and see. However, it is, ETH among other altcoins, have greater chance of growing and hitting its previous ATH, but time will tell how things would end up eventually.
7856  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Setting Up For A Bull Run? on: October 18, 2018, 05:47:58 PM
Experts claim Bitcoin could be on the verge of a bull run. Read why they think the market will begin growing exponentially and when is expected to happen so you can prepare your portfolio: https://cryptocoin.news/news/is-bitcoin-setting-up-for-a-bull-run-20800/

Do you think this will happen in 2019?
I wouldn't have guess I would miss even $7k prices at this point but the price has been incredibly boring for the longest time and people are getting out of bitcoin and into other sutff because the price of bitcoin has been really stable and people are yearning for a bull run. However, I believe as soon as there is a legit price change and the people see the price breaking $7k - $8k - $9k and so forth levels one by one they will come back and what happens when everyone joins into it once again ?

The price starts to go high faster. That's what happened when going to $20k, when it was going from $3k to $4k it was harder but once the price reached like $8k than everyone started to buy thinking they are missing out on a great chance and the price jumped to $20k easier than it went from $3k to $4k. Which means price may hit $7k-$8k or whatever now but may go down however if it reaches 10-11 type of levels than I am sure its going to get easier to jump in price.
7857  Economy / Speculation / Re: Positives in Speculation. on: October 18, 2018, 04:50:37 PM
There has been a lot of good news and not just recently but as far as couple months now.

All the talks about ETF getting "rejected" is actually a plus for us. Nobody realizes this but the news stations made news about how bitcoin was a drug money and the dangerous type of people and hackers and people who hire killers used bitcoin and all that bad news, right now even with a "rejection" the ETF proves that bitcoin is becoming more of a common thing than those people thought it would.

It is a legit investment option. There has been more and more real financial institutes getting into bitcoin, back in the day only "financial institute" we had was winklevoss twins, right now there are trillions of dollars worth of hedge funds getting into bitcoin.

Hence, if you think there has been couple good news recently you are wrong, there has been A TON of good news recently. It will take time but it is going green again, I can see it.
7858  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I fail in trading on: October 18, 2018, 11:47:27 AM
You said it yourself. You are a newbie. What do expect from being a newbie? Huge profits? You will need to learn first. See how the market works. Start with small investment. Try experimenting in different ways. You might not be making profits at first which is quite normal since you are new. Just learn from your mistakes and try not to make the same mistake once again.
We are in an age where people are so much in a haste to start making money and would not want to go through the proper channel of learning and once they do so, the chances of failing is definite as there is absolutely no way they can hide from it.

Trading is complex and you cannot finish learning in a whole day and even professional traders are still learning every single day which is what makes them successful. After learning, it is always a necessary thing to try out your skills, take your time to be sure you are ready for the real market and that is how you are able to overcome any emotional reaction when it comes to trading the market.

Failure is something that can happen most of the time to a whole lot of people, but what you do after failing is what counts the most. Do you end up failing and backing out immediately, or do you pick up from your mistakes, learn from it and get better over time. This is something that makes the difference between someone that ended up doing well in the long run and someone who did not.
7859  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Trade cryptocurrencies comfortably with profit on: October 18, 2018, 10:40:08 AM
The main thing for every trader is stability.

No need to chase after profits, because at any time you can make a mistake and merge twice as much.

A gradual and steady increase is the key to success and a sign of excellence.

But for this you need a lot of patience.
I would even say a gradual and steady learning phase until you know how to do things right is what is always important. Also, a lot of people tend to want to see themselves making very huge amount of money from trading and they tend to always forget that there is actually no way you can get the best by being greedy or being in a haste to do anything as you will end up being short of learning, building experience and strategy and in that case, you will just be busy gambling your positions in the market, which the last time I checked, a whole lot of people that ended up going that path, things always end up flopped for them.
Absolutely, learning phase is actually one of the things that we really take for granted most of the time in our early days of trading. Sometimes we tend to do some rush learning just because we simply want to end up taking advantage of the market quickly to start making money, and instead we ended up seeing things the other way round and quickly getting frustrated.

Trading cryptocurrency and making profit from it, requires, knowledge, skills, confidence in those skills and discipline and if all these things are lacking, it would be a hard thing to ever come by profit and if you do not end up getting to learn the hard way, you may just chicken out and consider trading not to be your thing.
7860  Economy / Economics / Re: Whether Getting Married At a Young Age Can Lead To Poverty And Make Poor Economy on: October 18, 2018, 07:23:16 AM
Getting married and living together is not cheap at all. You have to get an apartment so that means you'll mkve out from your parents' place and live out as a married couple. Of course you have to think about you basic needs in the house like appliances and heat and electricity and water. These factors you don't have tp think about when you're living with you parents.
Yeah, it is not cheap and that also involves having to raise a family. About marriages, it is the fact that you have to be prepared and you have to know it is an institution you are getting into which is meant to be a lifetime, even though some now have avenues of easily dropping out in some part of the world and see divorce as nothing.

Nevertheless, it is all about you knowing you can provide for all the things necessary. I have seen young couples marry and do well in the long run and they were able to quickly grow together and I have seen even old ones who married late for some reasons, still not doing well. So it is not really by age as long as you are old enough to make decisions on your own, and you have a clear thought about the decision you are making.
