@Pffrt
I agree that Delhi's team overall was very balanced in comparison of Punjab when one look at up their Batting line-up, they are fairly experienced as well. But sometimes these things happen in cricket, these kinds of fuck-ups are tended to happen in the shorter format of the game mostly where tide changes according to balls and good shot or one bad shot.
I feel that Match-fixing is not the case here, we can only blame the Delhi's batting and praise Sam Curren. Having said that I am not implying that Match-fixing never happens in such leagues, it does happen from time to time, but without solid proof, we can only guess, that's it.

Be careful with cutting too much salt, though if you eat ready products there is enough of that. Human body cannot go for long without any salts, I actually read an article about Australia and salt consumption couple of years ago and people there are having health issues due not consuming any salts at all. Cutting out sugar is always a good idea, you get enough good sugars from fruits etc, replacing it with honey is good too, I did the same. You can eat up to 50g of honey daily and get only good benefits from it, over that is again too much. @bitserve It's always nice to inspire people ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Cheers! Yes bro, that I am aware of but thanks for heads up, I use eat sea salt at the home but will start cutting slowly, not completely. and I don't eat ready product much. I like to cook my food from scratch. @Hueristic mentioned replacement for Sugar "splenda" here I looked it up its basically sugar free sweetener. could be useful for the short term but Honey sounds a perfect solution for the long run. Well, your story is inspiring at least for me. how many time we got to talk with someone who went through ridiculous body transformation. glad we bumped here in WO thread. Btw.........., am I the only verified troll?? ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) I was the verified Bounty hunter ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

~snip~ This boy SM Curran has a long way to go and hope he do well in the future.
This is the same guy who stole the Test match from Indian when India visited England last year. matches this season producing lots of surprise and excitement. Only RCB's matches are one-sided most of the times. And like @Thanasis and @Pffrt mentioning that these unexpected outcomes and thrilling matches could be the result of match-fixing, one could not close his-her eyes from this because there is always the possibility of Fixing.

Today match looks balance if we look at both teams. both teams got a power hitter in their team and bowling looks balanced as well. should be a tough fight between them.
So, it would be wise not to bet today? I'm still thinking of betting for Punjab. Congrats on your full member rank and for being accepted in new signature campaign. Thanks bro, Well, it is up to you, I can't and don't want to dictate your thought process or strategy. but can show you some stats regarding players and ground as well. Punjab's Batting : 1. KL Rahul: I don't like him in Test and ODI but in 20-20 especially in IPL he is a stallion breed. he played a fine inning in the last match and not to forget that in previous season he beat the shit out of same opponent's bowlers and end up with fastest 50 of the season and arguably in IPL history ( 50 runs within first 3 overs) 2. Chris Gayle: We all know what this Carribean guy can do with bowlers in his day. 3. David Miller: this guy is dangerous as well Apart for them, Mayank Aggarwal knows how to swing bat. Sarfaraz is good but don't keep your hope high with this one, he likes to chokes on a crucial moment. Delhi's Batting : 1. Prithvi 2. Sikhar 3. Rishabh ; No introduction needed. Skipper Shreyas Iyer, Colin Ingram both are good and very destructive some times. other than that Chris Morris is very useful batsman down the order.
Punjab Bowling: Shami and Ashwin leading the Punjab Bowling unit. both are key bowlers. Andrew tyre can give breakthrough but sometimes he gives runs( he's Oz version of Umesh Yadav ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) ) Murugan is leggie and kinda new but he did bowl good so far according to his experience. Delhi Bowling: Rabada and Chris Morris(if he's fit) will lead the Delhi. both are a foreign player and very good at their roles. Amit Mishra is a very experienced bowler and believe or not he is the most wicket taker in Ipl history if I am not wrong. Sandeep is promising wrist spinner as well and Trent Boult is in backup So if you look all players stats and recent performance so all of them are on the same level more or less. 20:21 ratio.
Even the ground is also unpredictable if you look closely. check the highest score and lowest score-highest chase- lowest defend for example ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FqmbKlYx.jpg&t=663&c=AaWBR9QsOiuBxg) Better wait for first 5 overs of the first inning then choose according to your preferences or favs.

Dhoni is a very tough guy there is no doubt about it, but if he can make in the upcoming World Cup squad or not there is a big doubt. By the way, Kohli is definitely one of the key players for India.
Bro looks like you are not following the Indian team regularly and certainly not following Dhoni. Dhoni is set for 2019 World cup, no one can replace him at the current scenario and he's the key member of World Cup squad. @Pffrt not little mouse and @Avirunes but another guy. Today match looks balance if we look at both teams. both teams got a power hitter in their team and bowling looks balanced as well. should be a tough fight between them.

I'll let you in on a secret, you can almost do that in 6 months just by cutting out sugar from your diet and light exercise. I actually had to goto a Nutritionist because I lost too much body mass after cutting out sugar. Sugar and Salt will fucking kill you. In response to Bold text: You sounds like my Mom. I mean wise ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) please don't take this as an insult. My target is not to get ripped just like @Kylapoiss I am very much happy with 14-17% body fat. not very far from my target. guess need to give extra push and need to cut sugar and salt slowly from my diet. on another thought, I am thinking of replacing sugar with Honey.

It will be hard for RR to win the match. Lost 3 early wickets. Dhoni played well and proved he is still fit for the world cup. RR has no hope but Rahul Tripathi and Ben Stokes. I think they will lose the match.
Dah! One match doesn't proves up that a player is ready for world cup. He still needs to pick up consistency. Consistency is key but if you have something extra in package like Dhoni has (I mean the guy is full with working strategies) then there is no doubt that selectors would pick him. RR are still in the game and I would really hate to see efforts of middle order batsman of RR getting ruined. Lmao. Are you freaking serious? I am a million percent sure that Dhoni will be chosen as part of the upcoming World cup squad and anyone who thinks otherwise need to get their brains checked. Dhoni along with Kohli are the key players in the World cup squad. He has proven his consistency over a long period of time(Check his statistics). This man has, will and shall always be the pillar of the Indian squad. I am not saying that he will not be selected. I am talking about judging selection on the basis of one match performance. Of course he will be selected no doubt. Check again what I said above. @Avirunes don't mind him, @Haunebu have a tendency to coming hard on everyone without reading our whole gibberish. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) otherwise he just an enthusiastic cricket fan just like us. About Dhoni Thala, I echo with the rest of the posters and you here that one performance-based selection is ridiculous but Dhoni is the different case because just like you mentioned that he's the top strategist in Indian camp and arguably in World cricket right now. Indian Team can't afford to lose him at any cost even if he keeps continuing failing with the bat to some extent.

My body fat maximum was around 45%, now it's 13 and goal is under 10 for summer. I'll just look old pics of myself whenever I need some motivation ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) @Mic : Yeah, I am stuck in between 18-20 mark. that may be because I have shitty work hours, 10-12 hours in good days or may be less motivation to get ripped. I don't hit the gym as much I want, a maximum of 3 days a week. 3 days a week isn't that very very bad with some proper food and good cardio you could achieve good results. also 100 merit, avatar becomes available perhaps a HAT ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I guess. I am a foodie that's the biggest obstacle as far as I concern. I do cycling every day (home - office and then back total 20km daily) but it doesn't affect my body anymore, except lower body strength. Yeah received today ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) trying a couple of things with my 3d sculpts. avatar not uploading lol. The hat would be perfect. give comrade XhomerX a ring (PM) ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Yeah, will do that.

What a huge moment for Bairstow( first IPL season and first 100) and especially Warner( After coming back from a ban and scoring 100) IPL did one good thing today. English and Oz hugging each other lol ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Ashes coming soon hehe On bigger picture 2 English players doing great in this season "Bairstow and Buttler" damn they are going to beat the shit of opponent bowlers in World cup. I agree that its different setup but still. Would be Feat to watch if today AB and Kohli go big too. no matter who wins or who lose from here. having said that I still feel bad for bowlers lol. EDIT..... @Little Mouse you are not missing much. Ab gone

But the Indians, some of them, arguably the more corrupt, do not care or would like that to happen.
IMHO Indians are no different from rest all of the nationality. "Everyone is naked in the hammam." I do agree that Indians love to migrate or fancy this idea but not as a refugee, in fact, its other way around. Indians who resettle in the Western World are cream of the Indian society. There is a reason we don't see many-any Indian refugees in any country. Fun Fact: Indian is possibly corrupt and wrong when he-she is in India but When outside of the country he-she is the ideal citizen in most cases. Same with Muslims, whose creeds and doctrines instruct them to do pretty much just this.
Yes, Islamic doctrine is dangerous, and they want more or less same, that's what we are witnessing atm with all refugee fiasco. But I would like to minus Indian Muslims in this context because Indian Muslim arguably the sanest Muslims in this world, we do have our fair share of fucked up Islamists, but all of them are on the check in some extent. So what you have is those who "want to take your land" trying to talk you into "It's a Good Thing!"
They think you are pretty stupid.
In this case, history tells us that always Keep your guard up and let them think whatever they think.

~snip~ Sorry about your loss on MI . There was nothing they could have done , Punjab just played brilliantly . When it comes to DC v KKR , I think KKR will win this one .
Seems like it's really a bad night for me. Both picks for IPL seems wrong. I don't think KKR will have anymore chance today. They will lose. Same here mate. Lost a little bucks yesterday for MI. I didn't bet for the next match though. Didn't expect MI would lose the match. Punjab performed well. Sorry for your loss guys. these things happen in betting, part of the process. you all know that. I was watching the game with friends last night, had a very good time. almost all of my friends were having rounds of beers during the game but no one got drunk, Because of the thrilling and exciting match ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) . no one excepted that game will go on super over but it did. Cricket is a funny game indeed. Anyways all the best for today's match. choose your winning horse carefully.
