Thanks for looking after us Theymos. I guess the password changes were another clue. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Smaller blocks with shorter generation times would solve this. This would be a better solution that creating monolithic blocks that may not be filled.

25% per annum to give clean water to people who can't afford to pay for it seems a bit high to me. Where does the income come from?

I've got two nodes. One is on Ubuntu, and I update every two or three days. The other is on Windows 10, and I update that daily. They are for personal use, so they are usually taken offline an hour or so after updating is completed.

If you have multiple accounts, and the mods have linked them, then selling one could devalue all of the others. It could also damage your reputation.

I think Unlimited will go to the Moon, and Bitcoin will stay as a down-to-earth stable system. Don't forget that the Moon needs the Earth to maintain its position in the Solar system.

SegWit and blocksize are two different issues. SegWit offers lots of advantages, and should be activated asap. Bigger blocks turn the Bitcoin delivery van into a lumbering articulated lorry, what is required is a rapid Bitcoin motorcycle delivery service with smaller faster blocks.

Just ignore them and move on. If you talk them into trying Bitcoin, then they will get it wrong, and just promote uneducated and bad publicity. It's like people who think Britain should stay in the moribund German Union (EU). It's so obvious that they are wrong, but they've got some myopic personal concept that prevents them from seeing it.

I like the site's appearance with no logo, no customization, no social media accounts.
I don't like account sales, and sig spammers. Also, I think the massive emphasis on gambling, and other sites that promote services that the general public will relate to ponzis, frauds and other undesirable practices doesn't help Bitcoin acceptance.

Do we really want a massive upsurge in small transactions clogging up the system, and pushing up transaction fees?

I don't understand the question, sorry guys. I'm often offline for a day or so, and I just start up core, and it re-sync's without any problems. Should I be doing something else other than just starting it up normally?

Another one saying thank you. I've made sure my secret question is so secret that it written in invisible typing (ie. blank). ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

If you want to edit the image, then it is better to crop, resize or sharpen it on your machine before uploading it. Irfanview is a handy free tool to do this. http://www.irfanview.com/

What he said. I've had posts deleted because people don't understand English humour as well. That's probably as a result of taking the "u" out of it. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I'm all for a section where people who accept Bitcoin as payment for domain names can list their names. Especially if registration services spam can be kept out.
