Sportsbet now have 3 of the teams in EPL for next season either as a direct sponsor, or as a main partner (even if Watford deal is off, which would be strange since they actually stuck by them). What's next for sure is to aim for Champions League -- though Arsenal may still have a say in that if they win Europa;)
Awww I really love that Watford jersey with the Sportsbet logo on it, it could've been very nice to have 3 teams wearing the sportsbet logo in the league and at least one in the Europa league next season too but Arsenal are so inconsistent for my likely. Wish Sportsbet could replace Watford with Leeds or Leicester ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) . Well all good Yeah gotta agree, this was one of the nicer looking ones. I got one from their season still up and it's not bad -- def says hornets all over it haha, but the Championship version was actually pretty cool too. Arsenal I really hope for the best, yeah, would love to see them in UCL via Europa (and not let United win of course haha) since it's getting likelier every day my own team won't be among the elites. And no! No replace Watford! They'll top Leeds don't you worry =D

I can understand it's extra painful for those who missed out but fret not, people, may many more BJs take everyone home. I'm even doing the cricket ones now I guess it's daily for IPL, be so cool to hit that too though am really not sure at all if the likelihood of that's the same. Did sportsbet drop congratulatory freebets for everyone because this special bet finally hits BJ yesterday? I got 0.15 mbtc freebet on my account and its not coming from the 4-3-3 promo for sure
Didn't notice it, but if you are active in ClubTalk, you're in the running for the random freebet drops that happened every now and then daily, from what I can tell! I know they're just giving random stuff away all the time now I'm so spoiled...

sorry about Nadal =\
I just won both my bets on that match. I had Tsitsi +3.5 and Tsitsi to take a set. Nadal had 2 match balls in last game of second set and if he took one of them both bets would have ended as a bust. I also had Tsitsi to win 2:0 but that was double with Harry Maguire to score a header so more of a long shot than expected outcome. GL today, I am again on BTTS in Itally plus Ichenacho (or whatever it is spelled) to have at least 2 shots on target. I went as you saw instead for a Napoli all out win (I thought it was cool value at over 2/1, and so far so good against Torino 2 nil up at HT!) parlayed into some Aussie sure wins (heh), and then a risky Sociedad last leg to end it. That Iheanocho (also however it's spelt) guy is really something, isn't he? Actually, rhoufh, I've just gone ahead and put some hedging bets on 100 units at Fairlay on Palace WIN @8.901. Other odds: 7.40. Units advantage: 150 That's a silly bet because Leicester want their CL spot badly, but that's also me hoping they slip up. Ulp! Will update this bet in tomorrow's stats!

Seems like I had some pretty good luck announcing yesterday's Blackjack winner, so why not this one too, eh? Today's encounter's tasty either way, I got a nice outlay on a correct score (20% super boost come and get it hot!) but I won't care either way if we can somehow get a back-to-back in on this! Leicester City vs Crystal Palace. It's live! https://sportsbet.io/sports/event/sportsbet-specials/daily-specials/soccer-blackjack/leicester-city-fc-crystal-palace-fc-6086f075d887f287b3ca0908You were going to bet BTC0.024 ($1250) on this game? You are a whale gambler I never knew. We hope you win huge by landing your money on a winning game.
LFC_Bitcoin and buwaytress, congratulations to both of you for hitting this blackjack. You guys were really lucky, I will make sure I will not miss out this next time. What is the maximum bet I can make of this bet type?
Don't miss this one! Oh and you've really got to start paying attention to Sportsbet punters. Heavy hitters I tell ya;) I've never had a max bet on this yet -- why not try find out and tell us? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Have to admit didn't know much about him but guys like these are the ones who really played a big role in early Bitcoin days. Rest in peace. We are where we are because of people like you. So young!
And yes agree. A memorial section for his account, and somewhat of a who's who would be a cool place for newbies to start out.

Mining resumed completely someone Thursday, combined with the weakened yeah it touched the 20sat/b wall, but it won't go lower, usually, we had even 5sat/b getting confirmed on Sundays but this won't be the case now, too much of a backlog. But if this ** would have gone for the entire 14 days it would have been pretty bad, no matter how you look at it it's a problem and it needs some magical fix sooner or later.
Yeah, I can imagine someone or someones felt they had to step in -- probably the couple of tests of 50k floors had them spooked. A week or two more of the situation would definitely have set off more panic but I'm still certain the diff adjustment would take care of things eventually (as is how the design foresees). Short and medium term I do agree a lot of forces would feel there needs to be a fix. Can't get people waiting around days, never mind weeks, for services to pay up on fees.

And of course Juve game ends as a draw to screw both your tickets Just BTTS in Seria A for me this season with Atalanta blacklisted, still going well. Waiting for Roma later today to continue BTTS streak, Barca has already come. Than I need my man Tsitisipas to do good against Nadal, he just squandered 2 break points, too bad, he needs to use every opportunity against Nadal on clay to have a chance of upset. Yeah, bloody hell right? When Fiorentina scored, I thought ah well. Then even at 1-1 I thought there was every chance for the upset but Old Lady just wants to screw with me. I've stopped my BTTS for a while, sorry about Nadal =\ For today, a less ambitious parlay: Western Utd FC, Napoli, Real Sociedad @7.70. Other odds: 7.50 Units advantage: 20 Later, keep an eye out for Palace boosts;) Running advantage after 319 bets: +21,696 (+20) All-time cumulative: +59,254 Running units after 318 bets (399W|269L): +9,878 (-200)

Congrats to everyone who won!! Also ended up missing today from waking up way too late - didn't think it would cost me a 0.5 BTC payout today ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Hopefully the bet offer still continues and I can hit the next one ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Oh MAN I was thinking of you as I remember you put quite big money on this particular one. This was just a regular bet for me, too bad it wasn't one I thought I would put a bit more than usual but me too, hoping this one continues! Winner, winner chicken dinner. Get in my receiving address ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Cheers boys & thanks to Aston Villa for the late, late equaliser. I was following Livescores but BBC alert came on for me first. A first Prem League goal for Keinan Davis, it was the final minute of injury time. Drama, drama, lovely drama. After a few super close misses (I count at least 2, with non-valid yellows haha), we finally got it. Well done all and thank YOU Sportsbet!

My question is why on earth are these exchanges finding it so difficult to comply with what seems to be rather reasonable requests from the government?
And I'm a bit too lazy to look it up, but didn't some exchanges already begin submitting applications late last year? Or is this entirely new requirements?
Seems pretty suspect in the first place if even Bithumb and co can't meet what financial institutions usually should!

Spurs, even without Mou you tried to bring this game to a grinding draw but you know you're entertaining a shitty defeat if you defend against Citeh like this. Happy they won't get the quadruple but still hate seeing them get this trophy. Liverpool managed to ruin my weekend again - collecting 5 out of possible 27 points at home in 2021 is a relegation team statistics. It is hard to say this - but we did not earn to be in the CL.
We've had bad Anfield days before but I honestly can't remember a worst run of home results... I know we already broke our own unwanted record for most losing streaks at home since 30/40 years -- so for sure I already live through that bad record, but it really does feel like our biggest strength became our biggest weakness this season. No 13th man has really sapped the soul out of our team. I mean did you see the way we played injury time? As if WE were the ones fighting relegation. Definitely hard to say it, but yeah, Klopp's right we do not deserve to play CL like this. And our owners want to form ESL? What a laugh...

What if is an experiment of the Chinese government trying to assess what they need to cripple the network? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Too bad there is so little information on what's for real happening there. So far so good, I have to say, my transaction is still unconfirmed and in fact has even moved DOWN the queue (mempool's gone up about 15k since but my transaction got pushed down 18k spots)... so it does seem like more and more people are paying premium. And the transaction finally got confirmed at 9.15 UTC, 25 April, block 60536. So in total just under 5 days for a 9-input spend, miners fee only 21 sats/byte. Ho hum, I was really waiting to see if it'd take a week but if this is the worst that can happen for a super-low urgency tx, then I'm really not worried at all. Recommended 28 sats/byte now too. Feel a bit let down my experiment ended so soon, to be honest!

Watching the image of Xisco made me remind the time when he was appointed as the manager after Vladimir Ivic was sacked in December. To lead them with consistent performance and to regain their spot in PL was a really tough journey for Xisco but he made it all look so easy. Can't wait to see them in PL and their young guns shine in PL. I hope Arsenal to do good in next season as well. Well I really hope the owners find a sustainable plan for Watford. I still think firing Pearson (and then later, his replacement) at such untimely moments were poor judgment calls... the effect on the team is apparent every time the media asks the captain. Anyway...

First of all, I'd like to begin by saying that this discussion wouldn't be as beneficial if most participants were not at least trying to step it out of the strictly pro-bitcoin stance participants of this forum typically have.
I think that's a slight overestimation of who you think the forum participants are. Yes, almost by virtue of being an active member, they're pro-Bitcoin, but they're hardly the raving lunatics you see on CT selling the shirts off their back for every satoshi they can get. It's safe to assume that the average bitcointalker doesn't fit the profile of a regulator, an academic researcher or a corporate executive.
Not sure when anyone assumed otherwise;) Corporations and banks are passively diluting the public's perception on bitcoin by lying about what the blockchain is.
But is the community aware of the extent the corporate world largely attempts to undermine those notions? Bitcoin could suffer from collateral damage if this disastrous brainwashing keeps propagating a dotcom style bubble around blockchain. Shouldn't we be doing more to divert corporate enthusiasm about blockchains towards an actual blockchain? I would go as far as to argue that informing the public is a responsibility of experienced cryptocurrency users.
I thought we weren't going to circlejerk? It's not a conspiracy. Corps and banks are expected to serve their own purposes. They're not lying about what the blockchain is, they simply use the truths convenient to them. Or in worst case, they only don't understand the tech as well as they should be. That's not just okay, that's to be expected.

^^ Trofo and casper Seems you were both right somewhat about Betis, I was hoping some strange things would happen but as it turned out, a scoreless draw settled those two. So yeah, lost my bet even with Real drawing.
@casper, giant corpse yellow sub? But they're clearly the underdogs in that match, I'd never see them winning this one, not with Barca on such red hot form (when you see Messi and Griezmann smiling like they've been in past couple of matches, you gotta fear them ha). I'm going big on them a single HT win at 22/10. As you say, 5/1 is NOT enough value to bet against them.

Chris Wood hattrick! And the Adama show ends. I'm happy with this round so far. Superbru discouraged me from locking the pick of 1-1 in the match between Newcastle and Liverpool and said "you're picking quite an upset". However, the unlikely thing happened, and I got 3 points for this one. I just had a feeling that Liverpool isn't strong enough to win and that Newcastle can have a draw with Liverpool after they beat West Ham. My only regret is that I didn't place a bet on this match because the odds were probably great ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Nice one man, happy for you. 3 wrong picks of me and then I get the 3 exact points for a Sheffield Utd upset. Too bad I didn't bet the way I picked this weekend though. Couldn't really spend as much time to make picks so almost literally shot from the hip. Draw was only 3/1 though;) Week in, week out, I keep backing Liverpool against these weaker sides hoping they'd eventually get it right and start producing positive results, but now it seems that's not going to happen for the rest of the season. It probably won't be too bad to go against them in 2 to 3 of the remaining 5 fixtures. However, the main task lies between choosing to go for a draw or lose.
Go for HT wins. It served me well for the last 2 matches, and gives you better odds, closer to 2/1 actually. Of course, I shoot myself by parlaying it with HT/FT wins;)

Damn overtime ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) I actually had a fairly good idea that with Fabinho back in defense and Nat injured there's going to be at least one goal from Newcastle (because that's what happened at Leeds) which would make 1-1 instead of 1-0. As much as I want to say I should have seen it coming, I really thought we were going to see it through to the end. Especially after the handball -- which was harsh but correct, and no, again I don't like the handball implementation in EPL but if it has to be consistent then this is the kind of decision we have to make -- I thought we somehow were saved. But nope, 2021 Liverpool are in a conspiracy against themselves! As LFC_Bitcoin put it, stick a fork in us. Oh and sorry about West Ham heh. Lingard really came close with that cheeky long distance chip. Hey Steve, about that matchday hospitality at Waford ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Sportsbet backing 3 teams in EPL next season. Imagine a week roundtrip around Soton + London

Haha lol Brighton. Good for you, Blades. Don't take relegation to heart, and just fight. Look at Norwich and Watford. Back to the top with some emphasis too! Anyway. Two parlays dead. But it's not over for accas haha. 100 units boosted, insured on Inter HT WIN, Villa, Lens, Juventus and Atletico WIN @22.58. Other odds: 20.89 Cover this with a hedge on Fiorentina to WIN @6.61. Other odds: 5.87 Units advantage: 169 + 26 = 195 Running advantage after 318 bets: +21,676 (+195) All-time cumulative: +59,234 Running units after 316 bets (399W|267L): +10,078 (-200)

Juve if I must pick one of them.
Verona's defense has been abysmal these last few fixtures, and with Inter coming off two straight draws, it might be a long Sunday afternoon in Milan. Also, Verona has zero wins at San Siro against Inter (historically speaking)...if i were you, i'd mark that match off my list of possible upsets for tomorrow. As for Juventus, unlikely, can't see it happening, but i'm hoping for goals, Fiorentina's last three home matches have produced 5 or more goals, so i'm tempted to go for O3.5...we'll see. ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) Right then, I've made up my mind, thanks boys. Inter 2 straight draws I agree, they'll want to change things up and get off the marks quick, so a HT win is what I'll do with them. Juventus on the other hand just look so lost I think Fiorentina will fancy their chances. Odds weren't TOO bad either, so I finally took it at 6.6. I'm definitely staying off BTTS today, even though so tempting haha. All the leagues are finding it hard to score now!

**Sigh**
Dude we (LFC) are so crap this season. Stick a fork in us, we’re done.
Klopp's face said it all. Incredulous how we can let Steve Bruce's tactics undo us. We're totally done and if we don't play in Europe, no one will miss our football if this is what's on offer this season. A shame Salah's still done his job mostly, and we're out of it. It’s a push with a 12
Totally missed the second one, didn't see that coming not that would have been able to take it but all well. Points thinning out at the moment, though I'd rather that than bust!
