The entire point of this post is a bit confused to me. Chargeback on paypal may happen only if you funded the purchase using your bank or credit card. If you funded the purchase using your paypal balance, instead, you have to be carefull because Digital Goods and Money to friend and family CANT be charged back. If you sold physical goods and have good proofs of delivery (or refunds if that was the case), you are pretty safe about chargebacks too (provided a fair sale/auction) Reference: https://www.paypal.com/en/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/cps/seller/ChargebackRisk-outsideIF anyone of you need more explanations and references, you can PM me, as being a power seller on ebay with more then 20k transactions, i faced up a lot of chargebacks attempts...and i only have ONE paypal account. And no: the domino chargeback wont happen, paypal only charges the seller account until the dispute is solved ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) ~RR You should go over to the Currency Exchange https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 and put that into practice by selling some BitCoins... #JustSaying ... ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

Why have I bewn banned for ban evasion?! And the ban period is extended??? I am NOT bittyfree or someone else! Pleaseee... Forum mods or admins, sort this out. I have has trades with bittyfree (Escrows like Quickseller, may you confirm it???). I have known him since I startes using bitcoin, he started a faucet bittyfree.com (Equinoxx-the designer please confirm) - I helped him setting it up, thats why we have good contact. Forum mods, please, reply once ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I can confirm the following: *I escrowed a deal between josef2000 and bittyfree roughly two weeks ago. *The terms of the escrow was that both bittyfree and josef2000 would each pay a portion of the escrow fee *josef2000 was selling an item *due to either confusion or otherwise a misunderstanding josef2000 send a small amount to the escrow address in order to pay for the escrow fee instead of having the amount be withheld from him upon the release of escrow. *the escrow address was 1AeBVpGTgAamqVvvoiQTxu7NehvZD37Jnx *the address josef2000 requested funds to be sent to after escrow was released was 12cp7RTVgo1cpSyV99uGyc1oz74eYnQir3*the address josef2000 sent funds "from" to pay his portion of the escrow fee was the same as above. *I have not looked into any further blockchain connections (nor other connections) beyond the escrow service that I provided.

There's users tracking Zeroxal that can confirm his identity (me being one of them). If you don't want to trust those users, go to the PGP database. That's the trouble with this place when I want to delete something, or edit it, somebody will come along and quote the pre edited version... ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif)

Hi, just a heads up Kozan / ZahlenSalat / lutchmaen has been red flagged with three threads trying to sell 6+ BitCoins, so if you've got loans with him, you may not see your coins again... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1481254.msg14932171#msg14932171Regards, Looks like an account purchased to scam then.
Time for default neg trust?
Seems to be the case. Given the other scam accusations against him, I have left negative trust. What convinced me was his post claiming he doesn't use Skype, despite clearly listing his Skype ID in one of his selling threads: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1480901.msg14928074#msg14928074If he is legit, he will have no problem finding someone to trade with if he uses escrow. Ironically, if "Kozan" had stayed out of the "lutchmaen" thread, he might ave gotten away with it... but he weighed in as Kozan ( a real account he's used for a while - I doubt it was bought) on the lutchmaen thread - possibly logged into the wrong account. Now he's burnt his main account (and seems to have taken out loans in the last few weeks)

I can't figure out who is doing what in this fucking thread. There are probably only 3 individual, separate, entities who've posted here, and I'm one of them. Timelord is probably another. What a shit show.
