7921  Economy / Marketplace / Re: question on money making guides on: May 29, 2017, 12:58:57 PM
I see all these money making guides on this forum,
but I wonder has anyone actually Ever made anything from these guides

Even though you didn't specify the guides, I take it that you meant some of the "get rich quick" guides advertised on this forum. On that, I will tell you that most of them are just hyped. You won't make much following instructions on them. And some are pure scam!
7922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: DCORP Crowdsale - Democratizing Venture Capitalism on: May 29, 2017, 05:39:33 AM
What this project does is invest peoples' money in Crypto?

You can invest in Dcorp and Dcorp will fund new initiatives, the return on the investment is going back to the shareholders of Dcorp. One of the initiatives is bringing derivates to the blockchain. That's never seen before on the blockchain, so you can hedge your positions if the markt  goes down, or you can profit more with trading in futures and options if you speculate on an upgoing market. You can even profit form price drops with this derivates.

https://www.dcorp.it/crowdsale#countdown

It really should be a good thing to actually have a bounty that pays with this altcoin.
7923  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you enjoying the crazy Bitcoin price rise? on: May 29, 2017, 05:15:46 AM
I believe that the real greed comes from gambling because those who are holding their bitcoins right now, should be more then aware then It could either continue to raise or fall once again, It's an unpredictable market, so putting everything you got in BTC and simply hoping that you will become a millionaire isn't much of a good strategy.

You're absolutely right! The unpredictability of Bitcoin price makes it either here or there. Huge gains or huge loss. Nobody surely knows at any given time whether it's a bull or bear run. For days now price has been going down steadily from its recent height of $2,800 to about $2,200 now within just a few days. It may still go down further, then what happens to those who bought high?
7924  Economy / Reputation / Re: Boycott yahoo - Vote anonymously and I will make sure that yahoo gets kicked ! on: May 29, 2017, 04:06:52 AM
If you feel this guy : yahoo62278 has ever treated you wrongly please just vote here.

I will make sure that yahoo62278 does not get any campaigns to manage, please vote.

voting on bitcointalk is anonymous so vote hnow your real experience.

No, OP we can't even consider you serious until you use your real account for such a baseless post as this. I have been rejected in the past by Yahoo too but that doesn't mean he's a bad manager. It was either I was late to the party or that my rank wasn't selected much. OP, get a life and stop whining or you may take your personal vendetta with him elsewhere...
7925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie to Altcoins on: May 28, 2017, 06:30:28 PM
Hi there, I'm new to altcoins. Anyone has some usefull tips? Or a strategy that worked for you? Smiley

Your question shows laziness on your part. You're a Newbie with just TWO posts and you want to quickly  find out any strategy that has worked for more experienced and older members of this forum. Nobody is going to easily hand over to you what works for them, trust me. You should find time to familiarize yourself with the forum first and learn from researches before seeking a get rich quick solution.
7926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy 1 Bitcoin on: May 28, 2017, 04:57:16 PM
Buy 1 Bitcoin

"Owning even 1 bitcoin will put you in the top 1% financially within the next 30 years."

- Travis Patron

Buying one Bitcoin at this time looks a lot risky as its  price fluctuates like unsteady electricity current. In my country, the price of one Bitcoin even at $2400 is over 800 thousand. That's a huge investment and not easy to come by. One may buy it and the price crashes forever after a week. That will be money gone down the drain.

7930  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Poloniex isn't the best place to trade alts on: May 28, 2017, 04:02:48 AM
When I was going through your post I just got an intuition that they is something God or your subconscious mind want you to learn about trading and until you learn that you may continue facing this frustrating circumstances you are facing currently. Sorry if you think I sounds religion but that is the reality.

Lol...I dont know why I think this post is funny. Oh! I get it, it's from religious Africa. A continent where minute and trivial stuff are always left to God to solve. Dude, sometimes we should leave God out of certain situations, especially situations like this one. Before you mudsling me, I am an African too.

Back to the OP. I am on the Poloniex platform and I haven't had any issues with them though I engage in lending alone. I haven't traded there yet. But it's really disheartening to hear people complain of losing investment because of negligence on the part of the exchange as a result of bad customer care response system.

Yes, Poloniex recently put its minimum loan on dogecoin at 100doges. Lenders cannot loan anything less than 100doges. I really don't why.
7931  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: May 27, 2017, 07:27:48 PM
There is no way Bitcoin can replace the American dollar even when the value is way ahead of the dollar. By the way, the dollar isn't the only international currency through which Bitcoin can be exchanged for. There's the Euros and the British pounds sterling too. The dollar and Bitcoin will continue to exist side by side.

OP said it has been closed and that he will pay up for job done on the social media at the end of all Onegram campaigns here.
7933  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018?  ??? on: May 27, 2017, 05:08:23 PM
Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018?
I just wondering if bitcoin hits 3500$ in 2018 what would you do?
Me i will just keep holding in my bitcoin cause i believe that bitcoin can quadriple its value a couple of years from now.

Yes, I think Bitcoin will hit that price level this year and even surpass it. 2017 should be the year for Bitcoin. I see Bitcoin hitting $5,000 before the end of 2017. But after this year, it may become bleak for the future of Bitcoin as the altcoins will have picked up in value and attention shifted to them, not Bitcoin anymore.
7934  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: May 27, 2017, 09:53:29 AM
Even some months ago bitcoin'a price was 600$ but it started to rise and everyone sees how it become 1300$, than 1-2 month ago we had a little fall and lowest price was 890$ but than it returned to it's 1200-1300 and continued to rise and rise and we see what we get in result, bitcoin's price is 2750$ currently. This is very high rise and what do you think guys, will we see fall from 2700 to 1000 or even to 600$ ? Can we to forget worries of price fall?

Unless something really terrible is going to happen, that's unlikely

For example, Satoshi Nakamoto's body is found (just kidding). So unless a sort of Black Swan event should occur, the price is unlikely to fall below 1,000 dollars per coin. As to me, 1,200 dollars should be a pretty tough bottom to break through, this is where the current rally has started, and this is where it could hypothetically end. Right now we see the price rebounding strongly and unless big fish, sharks and whales alike decide to cash out the price may not even fall below 2,000 dollars (I use Bitfinex prices for reference)

Well, it's not until something drastic happens before the price of Bitcoin becomes worthless. I actually do think that in the near future the price of Bitcoin may even drop lower than what OP speculated. This is because at the beginning of this year, Bitcoin had market dominance of the cryptos around 93% or so on the coin listing. But today that dominance has dropped to around 48% now even though Bitcoin price has continued to rise http://coinmarketcap.com. More altcoins are gaining prominence in name and usage, and they surely will affect the popularity of Bitcoin. It's just a matter of time.
7935  Economy / Economics / Re: Where did you first heard about Bitcoins? on: May 27, 2017, 09:31:21 AM
I am a late bloomer to this whole Bitcoin stuff. I think I first heard of it late 2016, around October or November, on radio during one of those radio Jingos and seminars. Since then I have become immersed in it.
