If you bet online then its not a problem to see his picks some minutes before the game and place your bet. Usually, it helps to have a clearer picture about the game and probably the possibilities of winning the bet are increased due to the more information (as you said) that the OP has before releasing his pick to the public.

I mostly do bet online, except on very rare occasions, So that's not a problem, but I'm from a country with GMT +1 and most NBA games in my timezone falls between 1 AM - 4:30 AM at night, I do have stay up most night to keep up with a game, So I'd love it If I could just place the bet before going to bed if I have no intention of staying all night up for the game.

Wolves vs Leicester is a thriller! Wolves leading 3 - 2 currently at the 68th minute.

what a game, Wolves win 4-3 with a late goal 90+3. the excellent announcement of others games today.
I saw a commercial of Coindeal crypto exchange as a Wolverhampton Wanderers partners. Does anyone use this exchange and what are the impressions about them?

That could be the best match in The EPL for this week, and I signed up on the coindeal exchange a few months ago, Because of Bitcoin Token (BTK) airdrop then. It's a positive news for crypto as it means more exposure for cryptocurrencies..
A large number of matches are underway right now, I'll be watching the Liverpool vs Crystal Palace match, it should be an interesting match.

OP won his bet, finally he is back on the winning track.
Looking forward for tomorrow's pick, I keep following his bet despite he sometimes are on a losing streak, one bet a day
is good, it fits on my gambling budget.

Yes, losing streak is a part of the game. I've been a fan of his thread since day zero, and I love the way he analysis each picks without sentiments. My only suggestion however is that he should get back to posting his daily picks ~20~24hrs before the game starts, Like he used to initially. His picks recently comes a very few hours before the game, Although I think late picks would give him information and insight about the match such as injuries, e.t.c.

Interesting for me is to see if Spurs can put down their accusations of 1-man team to bed. Win at Fulham without Kane, Son, and they'll be pleased.

Without the Duo of Harry Kane and Son, I'll still place a bet on them to win with relative ease against Fulham at the craven cottage tomorrow. Fulham has been performing woefully.

Wolves vs Leicester is a thriller! Wolves leading 3 - 2 currently at the 68th minute.

I think the morale of the players in Manchester United are high at the moment, they have won all the matches played so far after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer take over as the new manager, I think it will be another victory today for Manchester United when they play against Brighton & Hove Albion FC, and this would be a good opportunity for Manchester United to overtake Arsenal on the table temporarily.

I don't think Manchester United are going to have an easy ride today against Brighton & Hove Albion FC, Brighton have also shown some big character in their recent matches and have only lost once in their last 5 matches, and it should worth noting that they've also defeated Manchester United in their last two encounter.
My expectation is an Under 3.5 goals for this match.

Arsenal vs Chelsea we have a London derby tonight and although is not to decide anything it is still good to watch. I don't think there will be many goals in this game. Probably they will play not an open game and try to get a better spot for the Champions League, I see that it decides something this game so I think teams will play with caution.

I'm backing Chelsea to win/draw in this fixture.
7946  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 7 days 10x turnover on betting (TIP) on: January 19, 2019, 10:06:37 AM
I think betting that will give you 10x in  7 days is too risky to play and the chance of winning is very slim.

Thanks for your opinion, Of course any gambling comes with a potential risk, but I don't think this plan is too risky except you didn't take your time to read or understand how this works really. Would you consider a bet with ~1.4 odds per day a very risky one ? or with a very slim chance of winning ? But thanks for your view really. Let's just see how this would work out.

Day 2 - Saturday - Jan 19:  Huesca    vs    Atletico Madrid (Football, La liga) 18:30 GMT +1

Huesca is at the bottom of the La Liga table won only 2 matches, drew 5 and lost 12 while conceding 36 goals from the first round of league. Atletico madrid will be looking bounce back from their Copa Del Rey exit in the midweek, they are unbeaten in their last 16 La Liga games and should find an easy win against struggling Huesca.

Pick: Atletico (away) to win either half @ 1.41 (Won)

Today's pick,  Timberwolve vs Spurs.

This time I'll back the road teams, after the last game of the wolves where they get dominated by the Sixers, I believe the spurs has a chance even on the road. Wolves is not a definition of a good team now, they have a new coach and it affects a lot of things within the team, chemistry is more important and the spurs have that so they are a better team than the wolves.

Spurs Moneyline - No push this time.

I'm going to back this as well, This should be an easy win for the spurs even though they've not been playing convincingly recently.
Goodluck!
7949  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: January 18, 2019, 10:11:22 PM
Quite unexpected result today - Getafe just smashed Deportivo Alaves 4:0. Alaves playing really poor in recent weeks, I highly doubt that they will remain in Europa league spots for long.

I didn't watch the match but I was surprised by final result and the match statistics also demonstrated that Alaves were very poor today. Although they had the highest ball possession which should be expected due to their style of play, however they didn't manage to get a single shot on target, while Getafe on the other hand were very clinical, scoring 4 from 5 shots on goal.

.../

Lucky escape for Barcelona, I thought they'd get disqualified, I'm happy as a Barcelona fan though.
I remember vividly that Real Madrid got disqualified for the exact same reason in 2015 when fielded ineligible Denis Cheryshev.

Today was the draw for the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey:

Real Madrid - Girona
Getafe - Valencia
Sevilla - Barcelona
Espanyol - Betis

Tough week for Sevilla, they're playing against Real Madrid in the league tomorrow, and 4 days later, against Barcelona.

I read somewhere about Barcelona possibility to be eliminated for fielding an ineligible player, I'm waiting to see how this would turn out.

Barcelona B defender Chumi, who played the first 58 minutes of the first leg, should have been suspended after picking up a fifth booking in the Segunda Division B.

The Catalans argued that they believed the suspension was only valid for league games, a posture later denied by the RFEF.

(Might also be a cause of slow Internet Connection)
Internet connection speed is okay... could be something else causing it.
I dunno whether using VPN also causes this error but lemme check it out

I encounter the same problem to after searching the first time. I think temporary solution should be you avoid in the search textbox shown on every page of the forum. Instead make of the main search page by clicking on the "search" link in top left corner, after "home" and "help" or this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search you'd also get better search options on the page.

Oumar Niasse has completed a loan move from Everton to Cardiff City until the end of the season, PSG looking to complete a €35 million deal for Paredes from Zenith Saint-Petersburg.
7954  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: January 18, 2019, 03:10:02 PM
It looks strange to see Getafe and Alaves fighting for Europa League and Champions League places in La Liga. I am not a regular fan of La Liga but I know that these teams were in Spain Segunda a few years ago, that is why it looks strange to me that these teams are fighting for a Europe place this year.

Yes, the standings looks completely odd from what it used to look like Athletic Bilbao, Celta vigo, and Villarreal are all in the bottom six trying to avoid relegation. Alaves mostly has been a big revelation this season and could eventually secure at least the Europa league spot.

7956  Economy / Gambling discussion / 7 days 10x turnover on betting (TIP) on: January 18, 2019, 12:53:05 PM
I wouldn't say I'm a gambling addict, but I do gamble (not regularly) a lot and I'm a huge fan of a lot of sports mostly football and basketball, and hockey too (a bit I think). That being said, I'm proposing a 7-day turnover of ~10x or more on gambling, you can join in and also share your opinions about my picks.

How It Works.
1. I'll be starting with fixed bankroll, $10 for me.
2. I'll pick 1 - 2 matches (mostly on football and/or basketball) daily with an overall accumulated odds of ~1.4
3. I'll use winnings from the previous day to bet on the current picks continuously(If I win everyday) for 7 days, That'd be 1.4 ^ 7 = 10.54 x $10 = $105 if it turns out successful.
4. After 7 days, if it is successful, I'd start another round with a new (maybe increased) bankroll.

*Disclaimer: I'm not prediction advisor and wouldn't be held responsible for a loss you encounter by any of my picks.
* Gamble responsibly; Only gamble with what you can afford to lose.

I'll update my picks in the next post.

I mean look at the people here chiming in and spamming their sigs

If these people are wise and knowledgeable enough as I think they are and indeed need to spam their sigs, getting into an argument with you will surely be the easiest route because they'd never run out of points and posts all day to prove you wrong, I guess they all chose to go the hard way. Lol!

On ignore now.. how long can I keep the mouse off the un-ignore?

As long as you won't be expecting something new from him/her.. An average someone being a troll is fine by me, but when someone with extreme delusions choose to be a troll, they can't be reasoned with. The fact he/she hurl abusive words just to start any argument (even without any prior encounter) also shows that he shouldn't be reasoned with, this should make the ignore button easier to use. I'm not going to use the ignore button though as it could make me sometimes curious to read his posts. I'd rather read and Ignore. Makes life easier.

Who else watched Washington Wizards come back from 12 points deficit after the 3rd quarter to defeat the New York Knicks by 101 - 100. Although the wizards were the clear cut favorite ( I also had a bet on them to win with -4.5 points) to win the match but slump to 10 points behind after the 1st quarter, the 2nd quarter end draw and the lost the 3rd quarter again by a two points margin, but were able to stage a complete come back in the last quarter to win the match by a single point.

Congratulations! You've been able to achieve one of your goals for the year at an incredible pace, more milestones to come just keep up with the good work. This would serve as wake up call to members with a lower rank myself that the merit is indeed working, perhaps only for worthy users.
