You can check every bet to verify it

WOW !! Show me i'm liar and we can talk about that..

Hi kotwica666.

Im moderator at luckybit, and im 100% sure LuckyBit is a provably fair game. In the page you can see it in "Menu > Provably Fair". There you will find this:

Quote
Lucky Bit is provably fair!
This is how it works:

The key that LuckyBit uses to determine the "lucky moves" of a bet, and thus the winning amount, is changed every day;
The key of a given day is made public after midnight of the next day;
The respective hashes of all keys, past and future, have been published and prove that LuckyBit uses the correct key for each day;
Nobody can modify this file, as its hash is recorded in the blockchain as of 10th of September, 2013;
You can verify each bet in the bet browser, which is also accessible at the bottom of the main page.

Need more technical details?
Your lucky moves are determined using a hash of the following string:

<tx_id>:<vout_id>:<secret_key>, where:

<tx_id> is the transaction id of your bet as assigned by your wallet. (This data is controlled by you.)
<vout_id> is the rank of the output of your bet within the transaction's list of outputs. (Rank starts at 0 and is controlled by you.) This produces different lucky moves for each bet if you play several bets within a single transaction.
<secret_key> is the secret key of the day. It is unknown to you at the time of playing, but the hashes of all keys have been are published in advance, so nobody can modify these keys. The day of your bet is determined by the moment LuckyBit receives your bet's transaction. (Typically 1 to 10 seconds after you sent it.)

From the hash of <tx_id>:<vout_id>:<secret_key>, LuckyBit takes the binary representation of the last 4 bytes and read it from the left side. The bits determine your lucky moves: A 1 translates to a right move, a 0 to a left move. For instance, if the hexadecimal hash ends with ffff, your coin would always go right as the binary string would contain sixteen 1 and no 0

You can easily verify that your lucky moves were correct by computing the hash of the string <tx_id>:<vout_id>:<secret_key> of your bet. There are many websites that allow you to do this, for example:

http://www.convertstring.com/en/Hash/SHA256
http://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator

The key of each day is made public after midnight (UTC). LuckyBit can prove that nobody changed this key afterwards because the hashes of all keys, past and future, have been published in this file: http://luckyb.it/secret-key-hashes.txt

The file that contains all key hashes has itself the following hash:
e45fb03ae911b267615bc923803bc553adb0e3dd6c9e47c939073f30ec912a63

You can compute the hash of this file as follows (on Linux/Mac):
curl -s http://luckyb.it/secret-key-hashes.txt | shasum -a 256 -t

Using the hash of this file as a bitcoin private key, it produces the following bitcoin address: 1L85BxKU6J169kM934PQyV52maHmE86cFc. We have sent a transaction to this address on the 10/09/2013 (included in block 257126). You can verify this on blockchain.info

Note: All hashes are SHA-256 (text mode).
It is our primary concern to be helpful and responsive, please contact us at support@luckyb.it if you have any remark or question.

If you want, please post the tx id of your bets and i will prove the site was not cheating, it was your bad luck.

I recomend you to give a second chance to Luckyb.it maybe next time you will have better luck.

Have a great day.

my neighbor was just talking to me about paying it forward. he believes if you help others good things happen for you and if you do bad it comes back to you.

what do you guys think?

If you see the movie or read the book "The secret"... its all about the law of atraction. If people think life will be nice with they because they do good things, it will happen. But at last karma is not %100 true because there is a lot of bad people with good life out there.

7951  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Storing bitcoins on: November 11, 2014, 06:58:26 PM
Hi everyone,
Some time ago I bought 100 BTC (+70.000$), most of them I lose through hackers, mtgox, investing in HYIP, getting scammed by cloudbet... Now I have a bit less than 10 btc left (sadly worth nothing in compare to my initial investment). I'm used to keep them at exchanges like kraken and justcoin (which closed recently), then I discovered bitfinex and now I'm offering swaps there, hoping to maybe get back an extra bitcoin within a year. But I'm wondering how safe it is to keep my bitcoins there and offer swaps? I can make some profit there (and technically it should work as long as the owners don't run away or something went wrong on the website) but I'm also a bit affraid of losing everything. It also has some advantages, sometimes I really want to make some bets and recently I did it a lot bringing me from less than 3 to over 9 BTC. But that's mostly because of luck and maybe that could precent me losing my bitcoins that way because I never have access to my bitcoins immediately unless I change the autorenew settings in the website and wait for a few weeks. So what would be the best way to store my bitcoins? Going for the profit and let the bitcoins earn intrest on bitfinex or what do you think? My mail is safe now through 2FA if that would matter. If I deposit around 10 btc there I could earn around 2 mBTC every day by just offering swaps.

Why you dont try gambling? I dont invest, at start i got free btc from gambling sites, and i have won more that 5 bitcoins in less that 1/2 year with zero invest.

I keep my bitcoins safe on paper wallets, and i use a small bank roll for gambling. that is how it works fine for me.

Why do you recommend to stay away from Primedice?  Huh Hufflepuff's recently won over 2K BTC on Primedice  Lips sealed

The best gambling strategy, in my opinion, is DON'T  Undecided

Go to VIP chat and see the profit of the high rollers... 95% have nevative profit (-) that 2k winning can be a fake (Im not saying its fake, just it can be...)

I think that 2k bitcoin bettor is only motivaion for the high rollers, if they see a guy getting 2k bitcoin, they will be ready to lose 10 bitcoins or more trying it.

7959  Bitcoin / Project Development / Blockchain API - Multiple send for the same addy in same transaction (Help) on: October 31, 2014, 12:32:29 AM
Hi to all.

I have a problem with the blockchain API and maybe you can help me to solve it:

I make a code to make bets on luckybit (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=806051.0), i can make single bets with:

Code:
curl "https://blockchain.info/es/merchant/$gu/payment?password=$pas&to=1LuckyG4tMMZf64j6ea7JhCz7sDpk6vdcS&amount=250000"

Bets to the 3 diferent colors with:

Code:
green="1LuckyG4tMMZf64j6ea7JhCz7sDpk6vdcS"
yellow="1LuckyY9fRzcJre7aou7ZhWVXktxjjBb9S"
red="1LuckyR1fFHEsXYyx5QK4UFzv3PEAepPMK"
BTCg="250000"
BTCy="150000"
BTCr="100000"
curl "https://blockchain.info/merchant/$gu/sendmany?password=$pas&recipients=%7B%22$green%22%3A$BTCg%2C%22$yellow%22%3A$BTCy%2C%22$red%22%3A$BTCr%7D&shared=false&fee=10000"

But the problem is when i want to make more than 1 bet to the same color (same addy) in the same transaction. I try with the multiple color bets code, and put the same addy for green, yellow and red. But only one bet comes down.

I wan to find the way to send 0.001 3 times or more to the same addy in the same transaction with the API:

something like this: https://blockchain.info/tx/58f285b29ec21345542b2e2c3c86253d22236ac8e0b5e4308dbab9935e3428df

Hope some one can help me with this. Thx

Some one say 1 Coffee?

It started as a joke... i tell one user there "Give me your coffee addy, and i will send you one"... and then i create the vanity address "1CoffeeRbWgsBesmGVXsStQNntSy853iko"...

I send 0.015 to that addy, and try some luck betting with it... and fast i double the btc, then i make one giveaway. Jumperos was the lucky guy who win 0.002 btc.

Then in the night, i send 1 coffee to Girlscout and another coffee to Carla, 0.005 Btc each one just for joke with that coffee addy... and it goes down to 0.02 bitcoins. i think, lest recover that 2 coffees...

I only drop 36 total bets with that addy and somethign magic happen...

Boom!! i hit x111 with 0.0022... i get coffe for all the year with that shot hahaha.

Look at this cool graphs:

I still can believe i start that addy with 0.015 and realy fast i get 1/4 bitcoin.

This was just for joking and have some fun. and luck give me a big smile. Thx luckybit for this.
